On Teacher's Teaching Behavior Based on the Strategies

Teacher’s teaching behavior refers to dominant behavior and invisible behaviors conducted by teachers during the process of teaching.English course is helpful to the progress of humanistic literacy,the improvement of national quality and raise our general national strength,so the teacher’s work is very important in the teaching process.And then teacher's teaching behavior has a vital effect on their English learning.Therefore,the thesis analyzes teacher's teaching behavior based on the strategies.

An Empirical Study of the Influence of Online Learning Behaviors on Learning Outcomes in Blended Teaching Mode—Taking College English Listening as an Example

Blended teaching, which integrates the advantages of online and offline teaching, has become the main direction of higher education teaching reform. In the era of education big data, research on the online learners’ behavior based on data mining has attracted more and more attention from higher education researchers. However, in the field of foreign language teaching, research on the relationship between online learning behaviors and learning outcomes in the blended teaching mode is still at an early stage. Taking the course College English Listening in Zhejiang Yuexiu University (ZYU) as an example, this study conducted a comprehensive data analysis of online learning behaviors of 152 students of ZYU to explore the influence of online learning behaviors on learning outcomes in the blended teaching mode by utilizing Microsoft Excel and SPSS.20 statistic software. The result shows that the number of course login, the quantity and the quality of forum replies, the number of note submission, the quality of the notes, the average score of vocabulary tests, the number of the times of taking listening tests and the average score of listening tests are all significantly and positively correlated with students’ learning outcomes, while the study does not find a correlation between students’ learning outcomes and the number of the times of taking vocabulary tests, the total length of online learning and the length of video viewing. Based on the study results, implications are put forward to give reference for the teaching design and the management of the foreign language blended courses.

Design and Application of Experimental Teaching in Consumer Behavior Courses

This article mainly elaborates on the design and application of experimental teaching in the teaching of consumer behavior.To study consumer behavior,it is necessary to understand their information collection activities before acquiring goods and services,as well as the evaluation and selection of goods,services,or brands.It is also important to pay attention to how they handle products and activities based on their satisfaction after purchasing products or services.In addition,through inquiry experiments,the learning effects of students can be improved,thereby highlighting the significance of inquiry experiments.

On the relationship between college English teachers＇ beliefs and their teaching behaviors

Based on the questionnaires and interviews on 19 college English teachers of a university in Beijing, the paper discusses college English teachers＇ beliefs. Through the analysis of research results, the paper focuses on the following questions： （1） What are the core beliefs of college English teachers？ （2） What influence will the teachers＇ beliefs exert on teaching behaviors？ （3） Will the teachers＇ beliefs change？ If the answer is YES, how will they change and what is the source of the changes？ The exploratory results and findings can help college English teachers realize the importance of teachers＇ beliefs, through which can help them improve their teaching practices and foster their professional development.

Effect of Teaching Behavior on Study Motivation in Generative Teaching

Teaching behavior plays a vital role in students’study and has a great effect on their academic achievement.Study motivation is one of key essentials for students to focus themselves on their study.As a teacher,how to arouse students’motivation and inspire students to study actively is a critical teaching behavior.How to change default teaching into generative teaching is also one of necessary teaching behaviors in English teaching.This paper will illustrate what measures should be taken and what principles should be followed in generative teaching.

A Study on the Effects of English Teachers' Nonverbal Behavior on the Classroom Teaching in Higher Vocational College

The two main communications between the teacher and students in the classroom teaching are teachers' verbal and nonverbal behavior. The teachers teach students knowledge in words and convey a large amount of information using nonverbal behavior. These nonverbal behavior exert a subtle influence on the students, thus affect the classroom teaching. The English teachers' classroom nonverbal behavior in a higher vocational college in Gansu province was investigated through questionnaires. The results indicate that the teachers' behaviors affect the different aspects of students and then influence the effectiveness of teaching on English classroom teaching in higher vocational college.

Brief Probe into College English Teachers' Phonetic Teaching Beliefs and Behavior

Pronunciation is the basic of learning a language and an important breakthrough point to promote the whole level of language.As a result,pronunciation attracted more and more attention in English teaching.However,it is still a weakness in English teaching because of the multifarious and complicated factors.A large numbers of research papers indicate that teacher is the leader and organizer of teaching activities,he or she dominants the whole process of pronunciation teaching.For example,they make decisions,design and reform the content of teaching in the classroom.What's more,teacher's beliefs can influence their teaching behaviors more than their professional knowledge,namely,teacher's phonetic teaching beliefs influence their phonetic teaching behaviors deeply.This study aims at finding out about teachers'beliefs of phonetic teaching and casting some light on the relationship between teachers' phonetic teaching beliefs and behaviors,and the causes for their inconsistency if any.

大语言模型背景下土力学课程教学方法探讨——以交通工程方向研究生课程教学为例

过程控制工程课程混合式教学中学生学习风格模型的构建及应用实践

大学生线上线下混合式教学中存在问题产生原因之一是缺乏对网络环境下学生行为数据的分析,从而无法判断学生的学习风格。因而基于数据挖掘技术,利用网络学习平台收集过程控制工程课程学习行为数据,建立基于灰狼算法优化支持向量机构建多维度的学习风格模型,处理和预测其可能的学习风格。有助于教师及时掌握学生动态,调整线上线下混合式教学方案,实现因材施教的个性化教学模式。

英语学习者网络学习行为与教学对策实证研究

关怀理论视角下的教师在线教学行为:基本逻辑、现实偏差与优化策略

教师在线教学行为是指教师依托网络虚拟环境,借助在线教学平台,考察到学生特别需要时做出的旨在增进学生知识与技能、促进学生和谐健康发展的行为。在关怀理论视角下,教师在线教学行为具有交互性、具体情境性、情理交融性以及主体间性等伦理特征。它对优化学生的心理环境、提高在线教学的质量、增强在线教学的伦理品质、构建关怀型师生关系均具有重要的价值意蕴。当下在线教学场域中,虚拟空间中身体不在场、单向度教学逻辑深化以及重技术外力而轻价值内蕴,导致教师教学关怀淡化、异化和抽象化等偏差。为此,要通过提升教师关怀素养、营造关怀人文氛围、建立良好关怀关系、构建关怀支持体系等有效策略,矫正教师在线教学行为偏差,优化教师在线教学行为。

基于超星平台的飞机性能工程课程群线上教学质量监控指标研究

针对线上教学质量不均衡和难以监控的问题,有必要对混合式教学模式下的线上教学质量进行监控和评价。以飞机性能工程课程群为对象,开展学习效果和线上学习行为的关联性研究。基于超星平台4个学年的统计数据,初步形成6个一级指标、24个二级指标。首先通过数据预处理删除无效和共线性指标;然后通过描述性统计分析,得出样本数据的分布规律,删除异常指标;接着对15个指标进行相关性分析,得出影响期末考试成绩的相关性指标;最后对剩余指标进行主成分分析并进行排序,形成飞机性能工程课程群线上教学质量监控指标的依次为签到完成率(x_(8))、章节测验总均分(x_(24))、视频观看时长(x_(3))、章节测验参与均分(x_(23))、章节学习次数(x_(1))、任务完成率(x_(5))、章节测验参与率(x_(22))7个学生线上学习行为指标。

基于深度学习的学生学习行为规制路径研究

由于自身和外部环境因素的影响,在线上线下混合式教学中,学生会出现一些问题学习行为,而问题学习行为必将弱化学习效果,无法实现深度学习。通过线上线下混合式教学中的学生学习行为,总结教学过程中普遍存在的三个问题:学习目标价值偏离,线上即时引导面临挑战;线下教学模式依赖固化,线上即时指导存在障碍;评价未适用混合式教学,评价结果效用缺位。在此基础上,以规制学生学习行为为目标,提出价值引导、任务驱动及立体评价三个机制。在三个规制机制的指导下,把课程的教学设计作为一种学术研究,在《隧道工程》教学中针对性地创设不同的规制措施,并观测学生的反馈效果。再通过发放问卷调查课程教学的效用,结果表明,该教学设计可以有效增强学生知识习得和优化学习行为,有效促进深度学习的实现。

小学数学“教—学—评”一致性的教学行动模型

“教—学—评”一致性具有重大的价值意蕴,但在实践教学中面临着要素缺失、要素脱节等现象。“教—学—评”一致性是在目标统领下一致性地思考教学、学习和评价的问题,即“教—学—评”所指向结果的一致性和“教—学—评”过程的协同性。在此基础上,构建素养导向的小学数学“教—学—评”一致性的教学行动模型,其实施要点如下:建立学习内容与素养表现的关联;制订并评估素养导向的单元学习目标;目标指引下开展“教—学—评”一体化设计。

基于Jeffries模拟教学框架的教学设计对学生行为表现的影响

目的:探讨基于Jeffries模拟教学框架的教学设计对护生在高仿真教学中行为表现的影响。方法:在“成人护理”课程中基于临床护理岗位工作过程,对2019级84名护生实施高仿真教学,采用由美国护理联盟开发的模拟教学设计量表、高仿真模拟教学学生行为表现自评量表评价实训效果及影响因素。结果:研究表明护生沟通能力和评判性思维较差,高仿真教学中学生行为表现与教学设计密切相关,尤其教学目标/信息和引导性反馈学生两个维度是教学效果的强预测因子。结论:教学设计影响学生在高仿真教学中的行为表现,教师应精心设计教学方案,达到最佳学习效果。

信息化教学技术对高职生学习行为的影响研究——以云班课为例

文章以云班课为例,探索信息化教学环境如何影响学生的课程学习行为,进而为提升课程教学效果起技术支撑作用。文章构建了结构模型;研究验证了信息化技术支持的教学环境对学生课程学习表现的显著影响;感知云班课APP的易用性和感知云班课学习内容的有用性是高职学生对信息化教学环境感知的关键要素;感知云班课系统的易用性对感知云班课课程学习内容的有用性有显著影响;利用云班课学习课程的态度倾向和学习知觉控制在云班课教学环境影响课程学习表现的路径中起到重要的中介作用。结合研究,文章提出了有关信息化教学工具的开发与选择、线上教学内容的设计、学习态度和知觉行为控制引导的建议。

小学人工智能教师画像构建研究

教师课堂教学的专业化水平是制约中小学人工智能教育高质量发展的关键问题。利用教师画像刻画教师教学模式和行为特征,多维度挖掘分析教师课堂教学表现,了解教师课堂教学的特征和不足并进行针对性提升,是解决人工智能教师专业成长难题的新途径。文章以30节小学人工智能课堂教学视频为研究样本,采用S-T分析和滞后序列分析法构建教师画像发现:小学人工智能教师课堂教学模式偏向对话型和混合型,教学行为存在“IRF循环”“指导联结”“沉默促进”三种典型模式,媒体应用行为呈现“技术倾向”“连续型”“传统媒体双向交互”三种模式。基于教师画像,文章提出了小学人工智能教师教学行为提升策略。
