The most difficult and delicate part of the learning process is assessment.Assessment is difficult because during his/her accomplishment the teacher has to consider not only the acquisition of knowledge from students,but also the overall degree of development of their competencies.It is delicate,because through assessment we can influence the emotional side of students and their“willingness”to learn.Despite these facts,teachers need to evaluate students during the learning process.The purpose of the research is to find out what is the perception of teachers about the level of evaluation of students with final grade.The overall results showed that 89%of teachers agree,9%of them have a neutral attitude,and 2%do not agree that the evaluation of students with a final grade is done taking into account many aspects and using many methods,the overall average of the results,M=4.36.Based on the empirical results,it was found that teachers who have completed assessment training have a more positive approach to student assessment,as the average score is higher than teachers who have not completed assessment training.From the qualitative results it was understood that the Teachers did not encounter any difficulties during the assessment of the students. 展开更多

Under the online teaching model,the evaluation literacy of college English teachers has become one of the critical factors affecting students’learning effects[1].This study uses a self-compiled questionnaire to investigate the current status of evaluation literacy of college English teachers under the online teaching model from four aspects:evaluation awareness,evaluation knowledge,evaluation ability,and evaluation ethics.The results show that college English teachers’overall evaluation literacy level is relatively high,but there are areas for improvement.Based on the survey results,suggestions are put forward to improve teachers’evaluation literacy,such as changing teaching concepts and increasing self-reflection;strengthening training and learning to enhance professional development awareness;conducting cooperative research and emphasizing team strengths. 展开更多

Performance supported by competencies is very important for every organization.Employees play the key role in the achieving of the performance.Organizations are aware of the importance of improving competencies of its employees.They develop them by organizing training courses.Modern trends in human resources management progressively press for more and more complex assessment of employees based on the networking performance model with the competency model.Nor is it otherwise in the field of higher education.Universities evolve pressure to increase especially the scientific performance.Therefore it is necessary to develop the teacher’s competences.The goal of this article is to create a competency model of the teacher at the department by using multi-criteria decision making method—analytic hierarchy process(AHP)—to determine the weight of individual competencies represented in this model.The competency model can play an important role in evaluating the work of employees and significantly contribute to the objectification of rewarding system and human resources management at the department. 展开更多

目的构建临床教师教学能力评价指标体系,为高等医学院校及临床教学基地开展临床师资队伍建设提供工具性支持。方法采用文献分析法、结构式访谈法建立评价指标项目池,采用德尔菲法对评价指标进行筛选与修改,采用层次分析法确定评价指标... 目的构建临床教师教学能力评价指标体系,为高等医学院校及临床教学基地开展临床师资队伍建设提供工具性支持。方法采用文献分析法、结构式访谈法建立评价指标项目池,采用德尔菲法对评价指标进行筛选与修改,采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重。结果两轮专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.859,第二轮专家协调系数为0.531~0.613。构建的临床教师教学能力评价指标体系包括4个一级指标、12个二级指标、34个三级指标,各级指标权重均通过一致性检验。结论咨询专家的积极性、权威性及一致性程度较高,构建的评价指标体系具有较高的可信度,可作为培训和评价临床教师专业发展的工具。 展开更多

在线研修中教师深度学习测评模型构建及支持对策研究

在线研修是“互联网+”时代促进教师专业发展的重要途径之一,随着国家智慧教育云平台服务的增强,在线研修的教师人数逐年增长,如何评价在线研修中教师深度学习成为亟需解决的问题。该研究基于比格斯的学习一般过程模型与布鲁姆认知目标... 在线研修是“互联网+”时代促进教师专业发展的重要途径之一,随着国家智慧教育云平台服务的增强,在线研修的教师人数逐年增长,如何评价在线研修中教师深度学习成为亟需解决的问题。该研究基于比格斯的学习一般过程模型与布鲁姆认知目标、辛普森动作技能目标和克拉斯沃尔情感目标分类体系构建了教师深度学习评价模型,并从中提取了价值认同、理解迁移、系统建构、反思批判与问题解决五个评价深度学习的核心要素。基于评价模型编制了“教师深度学习评价量表”,从教师先验知识、学习过程和学习结果三个方面对917位教师进行测评。研究发现:(1)参与在线研修的教师深度学习比例较低;(2)不同教龄、先验知识的教师在深度学习时存在显著的群体差异;(3)成就动机与元认知策略是影响教师深度学习的关键因素;(4)教师深度学习的五大核心能力发展尚不均衡,教师联系型及创新型问题解决能力有待加强,批判性思维能力有待改善,教师对在线研修价值认同感不足,研修内容与学习需求的匹配度有待提升。鉴于此,提出了促进教师深度学习的策略与建议。 展开更多
