Transition metal ditellurides(TMTDs)have versatile physical properties,including non-trivial topology,Weyl semimetal states and unique spin texture.Controlled growth of high-quality and large-scale monolayer TMTDs with preferred crystal phases is crucial for their applications.Here,we demonstrate the epitaxial growth of 1T'-MoTe_(2) on Au(111)and graphitized silicon carbide(Gr/SiC)by molecular beam epitaxy(MBE).We investigate the morphology of the grown1T'-MoTe_(2) at the atomic level by scanning tunnelling microscopy(STM)and reveal the corresponding microscopic growth mechanism.It is found that the unique ordered Te structures preferentially deposited on Au(111)regulate the growth of monolayer single crystal 1T'-MoTe_(2),while the Mo clusters were preferentially deposited on the Gr/SiC substrate,which impedes the ordered growth of monolayer MoTe_(2).We confirm that the size of single crystal 1T'-MoTe_(2) grown on Au(111)is nearly two orders of magnitude larger than that on Gr/SiC.By scanning tunnelling spectroscopy(STS),we observe that the STS spectrum of the monolayer 1T'-MoTe_(2) nano-island at the edge is different from that at the interior,which exhibits enhanced conductivity. 展开更多

This paper deeply analyzes the practical application of Herbart’s educational concept in contemporary education and teaching,especially its guiding significance to the primary school Chinese classroom in Shenzhen area.Herbart proposed that teachers should play a key role in students’cognitive process,that is,help students better understand and master new knowledge by combining it with existing knowledge.The survey results show that although teachers have some understanding of Herbart’s educational philosophy,it is not widely used in the concrete teaching process.However,the study also shows that there is a positive relationship between Herbart’s theory and students’academic performance,indicating that it plays an important role in improving students’interest and engagement in learning.The research also reveals the differences between educational concepts and practices,as well as the uneven distribution of educational resources,and puts forward measures to alleviate these contradictions,such as strengthening teacher training,improving teaching methods,and emphasizing moral education.At the same time,the study also highlights the critical role of teachers in promoting knowledge integration,arousing learning enthusiasm,shaping students’moral character,and promoting personal and professional growth. 展开更多

"Crisis", "encounter", "awaking" and "exhortation" all can break off the continuity of professional growth of kindergarten teachers, put kindergarten teachers' growth into the stage of discontinuity, promote the kindergarten teachers to make a positive self adjustment in shocks, and open up a new stage for kindergarten teachers' growth. In order to promote kindergarten teachers' active self adjustment in shock, and impel kindergarten teachers to step out oftheir"comfort zone", preschool teachers should try their best to overcome the tendency of"comfort zone" and strengthen the spirit of reflection. Dwarfing effects of plant growth regulators on narcissi 被引量:3

The results showed that the regulators could inhibit the growths of height and leaves of narcissi. Of the four regulators, the dwarfing effects of paclobatrazol (PP333) and uniconazole (S3307) on narcissi were better than those of chlorocholine (CCC) and dimethyl amino-sussinamic acid (B9). All of the regulators did not have significant effect on the root length. Moreover, the time of flowering was later for the narcissi treated with regulators than that of the control to a certain extent, and the range delayed was from 2 days to 19 days. The correlation analysis results showed that there was a significant correlation between the time of flowering and the concentrations of regulators. The ornament value of narcissi was obviously improved by using the regulators. 展开更多

Since the eruption of the recent global financial crisis, major countries have been pushing forward structural reforms with science and technology (S&T) innovation at the heart. Since taking office, US President Donald Trump has adopted an "America First" strategy but has yet to specify a clear S&T innovation policy. However, Trump's current policies have already affected S&T innovation and his planned budget cuts will impact US growth potentials. Compared with the US, China is steadily implementing its innovation-driven development strategy with significant improvement in S& T innovation that increasingly supports economic growth. To spur future economic growth, China should steadfastly follow its S&T innovation strategy, promote the utilization of S&T innovation results, boost its economic growth potentials and make the most of global innovation resources. 展开更多

China has entered a crucial period of further growth and restructuring that will last until 2025. Based on a review of the major factors affecting China's potential economic growth, this paper has created an integrated economic system model consisting of system dynamics, econometrics, and input-output for the forecast of China's economic size and structure by 2025. Analysis shows that prior to 2025, China will be able to maintain a potential annual economic growth rate of 5.7%-7.2%. Faced with an international environment of a possible slowdown of advanced economies and diminishing demographic dividends, China needs to further expedite its urbanization process, enhance R&D and education spending, increase total factor productivity (TFP), vigorously develop the tertiary sector, and expand consumption in order to achieve the optimistically estimated growth of 6.6%-7.4% during the period of 2015-2025. Economic growth should be accompanied by the upgrade of industry structure and improvement of investment and consumption structures. 展开更多

U-S合作是教师专业发展的重要举措。审视U-S合作的历程可知,U-S合作致力于多方位促进教师专业发展,协同逐渐成为U-S合作促进教师专业发展的底层逻辑。随着合作的持续推进,这一底层逻辑在促进教师专业发展方面所潜在的矛盾也逐渐暴露出来。一方面,大学与中小学的文化差异阻碍了协同的深度发生;另一方面,为了实现大学与中小学的协同,双方不得不做出诸多的妥协,在妥协的语境下,中小学教师往往面临着主体性丧失的风险。与之相对,在求异这一核心理念的引领下,跨界学习旗帜鲜明地提出了“差异即资源”的主张,并通过互动场域的营造和互动系统的建构,为“差异即资源”提供了现实可能,也为优化U-S合作提供了新的思路。 展开更多

Compared with the traditional teaching role in the English classroom, an oral English teacher has to fulfill more than one role in the classroom teaching so as to provide better learning conditions for students. Lacking more exposure to the real interaction with native speakers, students expect the oral English teacher to be a creator of the language environment. With various teaching and learning activities in the oral English classroom, the teacher has to be a good organizer to ensure every student to achieve improvement. An oral English teacher also has to correct students'language errors while ensuring the smooth progress of the classroom teaching. 目的:研究帕金森病(PD)患者免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA和IgM)、辅助性T细胞亚群Th9水平变化及其与胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)、S-100B蛋白的相关性。方法:选取2020年12月至2022年12月期间在河北省中医院确诊的108例PD患者,将其作为研究组,并根... 目的:研究帕金森病(PD)患者免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA和IgM)、辅助性T细胞亚群Th9水平变化及其与胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)、S-100B蛋白的相关性。方法:选取2020年12月至2022年12月期间在河北省中医院确诊的108例PD患者,将其作为研究组,并根据患者病变程度分为轻度组(35例)、中度组(44例)和重度组(29例);另选108例健康成人作为对照组。对比研究组和对照组免疫球蛋白和Th9亚群水平,以及轻度组、中度组及重度组免疫球蛋白、Th9亚群、IGF-1和S-100B蛋白水平,采用Pearson相关性分析免疫球蛋白、Th9亚群和IGF-1、S-100B蛋白的相关性。采用Spearman相关性分析PD患者疾病程度和所有差异指标间的相关性。结果:研究组IgM水平较对照组低,且重度组低于中度组,中度组低于轻度组(P<0.05);研究组IgG、IgA、IL-9和Th9亚群水平较对照组高,且重度组高于中度组,中度组高于轻度组(P<0.05)。重度组IGF-1水平低于中度组,中度组低于轻度组;重度组S-100B蛋白水平高于中度组,中度组高于轻度组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,PD患者IgM水平与IGF-1水平呈正相关,与S-100B蛋白水平呈负相关;IgG、IgA、IL-9和Th9亚群水平均与IGF-1水平呈负相关,与S-100B蛋白水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,PD患者疾病程度与IgM、IGF-1水平呈负相关,与S-100B蛋白、IgG、IgA、IL-9和Th9亚群水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:PD患者IgM水平降低,IgG、IgA、Th9亚群水平升高,且其水平变化与IGF-1、S-100B明显相关,可以用于评估病情的严重程度。 展开更多

AIM: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and calcium-binding protein S100A4 in pancreatic cancer and their relationship to the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of pancreatic cancer. METHODS: Expression status of VEGF and S100A4 was examined in 62 surgical specimens of primary pancreatic cancer by immunohistochemistry. Correlation between the expression of VEGF and S100A4 and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. RESULTS: Thirty-eight of 62 (61.3%) specimens of primary pancreatic cancer were positive for S100A4. Thirty-seven (59.7%) specimens showed positive expression of VEGF. The positive correlation between S100A4 and VEGF expression was significant in cancer tissues (P < 0.001). S100A4 expression was significantly correlated with tumor size, TNM stage and poorer prognosis. VEGF expression had a significant correlation with poorer prognosis. The prognosis of 17 S100A4-and VEGF-negative cancer patients was significantly better than that of other patients (P < 0.05). Distant metastasis (P = 0.001), S100A4-(P = 0.008) and VEGF-positive expression (P = 0.016) were significantly independent prognostic predictors (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Over-expression of S100A4 and VEGF plays an important role in the development of pancreatic cancer. Combined examination of the two molecules might be useful in evaluating the outcome of patients with pancreatic cancer. 展开更多
