This paper takes the long-term mechanism exploration of the construction of teachers’ethics in the new era under the concept of“Sanquan education,”aiming to explore how to establish a long-term mechanism of the construction to meet the needs of college education development under the background of the new era.A series of targeted measures and suggestions are put forward,including improving the system and mechanism,strengthening the education and training of teachers’ethics,and establishing the evaluation and assessment mechanism.The implementation of these measures can promote the formation of the long-term mechanism of the construction of teachers’ethics in colleges and universities,improve teachers’ethics and behavior quality,and provide strong support for the development of education in colleges and universities.

In this paper,practical strategies are proposed to improve the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges.Research and analyses have shown that the key to improving the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges lies in the improvement of professionalism,subject knowledge,and teaching ability.Thus,the following practical strategies are proposed:strengthen teachers’moral development,establish a teacher training system,focus on curriculum construction and teaching method innovation,and strengthen the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism.These measures can effectively improve the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges and promote the development of higher vocational education.

基于B/S架构的远程会诊质控系统的设计与应用

目的研发远程会诊质控系统,在区域内实现远程会诊质控、管理、监管、考评、统计和持续改进的信息化。方法2020年,组建多学科团队,运用智力激励法和专题小组讨论法,基于B/S架构研发远程会诊质控系统,与既有远程会诊信息系统完全嵌合兼容,满足远程会诊全流程质量管理的功能需求。结果针对远程会诊质控工作要求,系统设计研发了质控管理、质控考评、实时监管、统计分析4个子模块,可满足远程会诊全流程质量管理的功能需求。结论该质控系统创新了远程会诊信息化质量管理模式,在区域内实现了远程会诊全流程的信息化管理,取得了较好的质量管理成效,有效促进区域内远程会诊工作的推进和发展。

从协同到求异:指向教师专业发展的U-S合作优化研究

U-S合作是教师专业发展的重要举措。审视U-S合作的历程可知,U-S合作致力于多方位促进教师专业发展,协同逐渐成为U-S合作促进教师专业发展的底层逻辑。随着合作的持续推进,这一底层逻辑在促进教师专业发展方面所潜在的矛盾也逐渐暴露出来。一方面,大学与中小学的文化差异阻碍了协同的深度发生;另一方面,为了实现大学与中小学的协同,双方不得不做出诸多的妥协,在妥协的语境下,中小学教师往往面临着主体性丧失的风险。与之相对,在求异这一核心理念的引领下,跨界学习旗帜鲜明地提出了“差异即资源”的主张,并通过互动场域的营造和互动系统的建构,为“差异即资源”提供了现实可能,也为优化U-S合作提供了新的思路。

基于B/S和SOA架构的LIMS系统设计与研究

为提升水质检测业务的专业化、智能化、系统化、自动化水平,针对新发展阶段下水利高质量发展对水质信息管理的需求,研究并开发基于B/S系统架构和SOA设计架构的新型综合性水质信息管理系统(LIMS),运用仪器谱图识别及数据提取、PHP与MySQL融合、仪器谱图与原始记录自动关联等技术,在一定程度上提高水质数据的电子化无纸化获取、处理、传输及应用等方面的管理水平,实现水质检测业务流程与资源的动态关联和闭环追溯,提升水质监测评价工作的管理效率和质量管理能力。基于B/S和SOA架构的LIMS在前沿高新技术中的应用研究,为水质检测和管理的各项活动提供智能、高效的数据支持平台,也为水利行业信息系统管理建设及水域功能监测监管提供技术支撑。

基于D-S证据理论的农作物气候品质预测方法研究:以晚熟杂交柑橘春见为例

【目的】基于多源气象数据构建果实品质(糖含量等级)预测模型,为科学评价果实气候品质及深入挖掘农产品气候资源提供科学依据。【方法】以晚熟柑橘春见果实为研究对象,利用多源数据融合技术、人工神经网络(BP神经网络、RBF神经网络和Elman神经网络)和D-S证据理论,包括气象数据质量控制、特征选取、特征级融合、决策级融合4个步骤,构建基于多源气象数据的果实品质(糖含量等级)预测模型。【结果】春见果实品质预测模型采用BP神经网络预测结果总体准确率为87.50%,平均绝对误差(MAE)为0.150,均方根误差(RMSE)为0.447;RBF神经网络预测结果总体准确率为85.00%,MAE为0.175,RMSE为0.474;Elman神经网络预测结果总体准确率为87.50%,MAE为0.150,RMSE为0.447;D-S证据理论决策融合总体预测准确率达95.20%,分别较BP神经网络、RBF神经网络和Elman神经网络提升7.7百分点、10.2百分点和7.7百分点,MAE和RMSE分别为0.040和0.214,均明显降低。【结论】D-S证据理论决策融合后的果实品质预测准确率相比单一神经网络预测更高、误差更小。

经验小波变换和改进S变换结合的电能质量检测与识别方法

为分析不确定干扰因素影响下的实际电力网络电能质量问题,提出一种经验小波变换(EWT)和改进S变换相结合的电能质量检测与识别方法。该方法一方面利用EWT联合归一化直接正交(NDQ)算法和奇异值分解(SVD)算法准确提取调幅-调频分量的频率、幅值和时间参数,另一方面考虑到EWT算法在高噪声环境下瞬时幅值波动的问题,引入改进S变换提取高噪声干扰下的电能质量扰动时频信息,最后,基于EWT和改进S变换提取的扰动特征向量,利用基于改进粒子群优化算法(IPSO)优化支持向量机(SVM)的电能质量扰动识别分类器实现扰动类型的精确识别。仿真和实验表明所提方法在复合扰动识别分类时平均识别准确率为93.23%,且能够准确识别4种实测扰动信号。

Factors influencing quality of life in Chinese patients with dementia: a systematic review

Background:Dementia is a group of nervous system diseases characterized by progressive cognitive decline,leading to a loss of self-care ability and a decline in well-being.This places a significant burden on the global healthcare system,with Chinese patients accounting for approximately one-quarter of the world’s dementia cases.Therefore,it is crucial to identify factors that impact the quality of life(QOL)among elderly Chinese individuals with dementia.Method:To achieve this,we conducted a comprehensive search of several databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data,China VIP Database and China Biomedical Literature Database.We reviewed cross-sectional studies from the inception of these databases until March 27,2022.QOL outcomes were assessed using standardized scales in the studies included in this review.Results:The search yielded a total of 1,235 relevant articles,from which we finally included 21 cross-sectional studies and one longitudinal study after rigorous quality assessment.Among these,10 studies were classified as high quality,while 12 were classified as fair quality.Through our analysis,we identified 28 patient-rated QOL factors and 14 caregiver-rated QOL factors.These factors were categorized into three groups:patient,disease-related and caregiver.Factors commonly found to influence patient-rated QOL included age,education,marital status,depression,self-care ability,dementia severity,cognitive function,behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia and caregiver burden.Similarly,factors commonly influencing caregiver-rated QOL included economic status,depression,self-care ability,dementia severity,cognitive function,behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia and caregiving time.Conclusion:This review clarifies the factors that influence the QOL of Chinese individuals with dementia.When implementing interventions,it is crucial to consider the differences between patient-rated QOL and caregiver-proxy-rated QOL,as well as their respective influencing factors.

Construction and Practice of Teaching Staff and Teaching Quality Monitoring System in University Affiliated Hospitals Under the Background of Education Informatization

Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of internal and external quality monitoring systems.

Objective To introduce the accession procedure and evaluation of PIC/S,and help relevant departments in China to understand the requirements of PIC/S in detail,and to promote the process of China’s entry into PIC/S.Methods The procedures and steps of joining PIC/S,the evaluation process of PIC/S,and the experience of several countries in joining PIC/S were introduced and analyzed,which could help the relevant personnel in China understand the specific contents.Results and Conclusion According to the requirements of PIC/S,it is necessary to establish a unified GMP quality management system.

The Impact of Comment Style on Learners’ Essay Revisions

This paper investigates how the type of written feedback provided by teachers affects learners’ ability to revise essays. A total of 120 participants participated in two rounds of essay composition and feedback delivery. The findings indicate that learners who receive comments in the form of questions are more prone to make revisions compared to those receiving statements or imperatives. These results hold significant implications for educators and the ways they utilize written feedback to enhance learners’ writing skills.

Expectations and Level of Satisfaction of the Patient with Parkinson’s Disease Undergoing Deep Brain Stimulation Surgery at the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery

Background: Deep brain stimulation (DBS) is an established treatment for patients with advanced Parkinson’s disease (PD). Reports show continued patient satisfaction after surgery despite not maintaining clinical improvement as measured by evolution scales. Objectives: The present study sought to explore expectations and level of satisfaction in patients after DBS surgery with a semi-structured questionnaire and subsequent correlation with functional scales, Quality of Life (QoL), and motor and non-motor symptoms. Methods: We performed descriptive statistics to represent demographic data, Wilcoxon rank tests to determine significant differences, and Spearman correlation between the applied scales. Results: We evaluated 20 patients with a history of DBS surgery. 45% were female, with a mean age of 55.7 ± 14.15 years, a mean disease duration of 13.42 ± 8.3 years, and a mean time after surgery of 3.18 ± 1.86 years. Patients reported surgery meeting expectations in 85.5% and continued satisfaction in 92%. These two variables showed a significant correlation. Conclusions: This sample of patients remained satisfied after DBS surgery, although we found no differences in motor and non-motor clinimetric scales. Further studies are needed to confirm the importance of assessing quality of life in patients with DBS.

观察基于Watson人性照顾理论的干预对重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者的应用效果

目的:观察基于Watson人性照顾理论的干预对重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月至2023年6月泉州市第一医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者94例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予Watson人性照顾理论的干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评估2组患者干预前后失眠的改善效果,并通过2组患者护理后的呼吸困难缓解时间、机械通气时间、重症监护室住院时间,以判断恢复情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者PSQI评分、AIS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组呼吸困难缓解时间、机械通气时间及重症监护室住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者应用基于Watson人性照顾理论的护理干预可有效改善其睡眠质量,促进病情恢复,值得临床推广应用。

集体教学活动中实习教师与熟手教师的师幼互动差异研究——基于CLASS评估系统的课堂观察

运用CLASS课堂互动评估系统对集体教学活动中新手、熟手两类教师进行差异研究。两类教师的互动氛围整体积极,差异在于活动准备及活动组织效率、互动反馈质量等方面。新手教师应当积极增加教学经验,提高集体教学能力;转变教学教育观念,注重幼儿创新思维发展;观摩学习互动能力,增强语言示范作用。

基于IGWO算法优化LSSVM的电能质量扰动识别方法

为了提高电能质量扰动(power quality disturbance,PQD)识别结果的准确性,笔者提出一种基于改进灰狼优化算法(improved grey wolf optimization,IGWO)优化最小二乘支持向量机(least squares support vector machine,LSSVM)的PQD识别方法。通过采用收敛因数指数调整、自适应位移和权重动态修订等措施对灰狼优化算法进行改进,得到IGWO算法;以PQD信号的9个特征量为支持向量、7种PQD类型为输出量,利用IGWO算法寻找LSSVM的最优参数,建立基于IGWO-LSSVM的PQD识别模型并进行仿真分析,且与其他模型的识别结果进行对比。结果表明,相比算例中列出的几种对比模型,IGWO-LSSVM模型识别结果的正确率更高,验证了所提PQD识别方法的有效性和实用性。
