Data fusion model of English teacher education ability evaluation index is obtained based on big data analysis method, data clustering analysis of English teaching evaluation indicators is carried out, Characteristic data of English Teaching are extracted, and combining fuzzy C means algorithm to analyze the characteristics of English teachers' educational ability in MOOC environment, adaptive mining evaluation of English teachers' educational ability is realized. Then we develop and design the evaluation system of English teacher education ability under the MOOC environment. The empirical data analysis is taken, and results show that it has good accuracy by using this method for evaluation of English teacher's ability, it improves the comprehensive evaluation level of English teachers. 展开更多

Effects of physical activity by the teach-back educational method on the physical ability and quality of life in hemodialysis patients:a clinical trial

Objective:To determine the effect of physical activity by using the teach-back educational method on hemodialysis patients’quality of life(QOL)and physical ability.Methods:This is a single-blind clinical trial study involving a control group.A total of 90 patients who admitted to the dialysis centers of Beheshti and Besat hospitals in Hamadan were selected using a convenience sampling method and were randomly assigned to intervention(n=45)and control(n=45)groups.Data were collected using a demographic information checklist,a kidney disease QOL questionnaire,and a 6-minute-walk distance(6MWD)checklist.The patients’QOL questionnaire was completed,and the 6MWD was recorded before and at the end of the 2nd,4th,6th,8th,and 12th weeks of the intervention.In the intervention group,the patients were taught to perform physical activities with Pilates stretches in different resistances using the teach-back educational method during dialysis sessions for 12 weeks.Data were analyzed by using the independent t-test and chi-square test using SPSS-22 software.Results:Before the intervention,no differences were observed between the experimental and control groups in terms of demographic characteristics,QOL,and physical ability(P>0.05).The physical ability and QOL levels of patients exercising in the test group were higher than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Based on the results,the 2 groups significantly differed with regard to the scores of various dimensions of QOL and physical ability after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:Physical activity by using the teach-back method can effectively increase physical ability and improve QOL of hemodialysis patients.Therefore,the recommendations and inclusion of exercise in the dialysis care plan can effectively promote patients’health. 展开更多

This study empirically analyzes the application effect of the integration of medical and educational models in cultivating professional abilities in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation techniques.The research subjects are 100 students from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Technology major at Y school.Through questionnaire scores,practical training results,and interview data,this study explores the outcomes of this integrated approach.The findings reveal that students in the experimental group significantly outperform those in the control group in terms of practical operation skills,professional responsibility,and communication and collaboration skills.This research confirms the notable role of the medical-educational integration model in enhancing the professional skills and accomplishments of students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation,providing a scientific basis for vocational education reform and the cultivation of rehabilitation technical talents. 展开更多

从人力资本到国家知识资本:学历教育、认知能力对劳动力工资收入的影响

从人力资本数量到人力资本质量的转变是构建国家知识资本的必由之路。以国家知识资本为切入点,基于经典明瑟工资决定方程,采用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS 2018)对学历教育、认知能力与劳动者工资水平的关系进行实证检验。结果表明:(1)基准... 从人力资本数量到人力资本质量的转变是构建国家知识资本的必由之路。以国家知识资本为切入点,基于经典明瑟工资决定方程,采用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS 2018)对学历教育、认知能力与劳动者工资水平的关系进行实证检验。结果表明:(1)基准回归发现学历教育、读写能力和运算能力的工资收入效应分别为6.2%、40.1%和62.9%;运算能力的工资收入效应最高,但忽视认知能力导致明瑟方程高估了学历教育的经济价值。(2)机制分析发现学历教育通过影响认知能力进而影响劳动者工资水平,尤其是认知能力中运算能力的中介效应高达63.4%;学历教育每上升1年,劳动者的读写和运算能力将分别提高2.8%和2.9%;接受大学教育能将劳动者的读写和运算能力分别提高10.7%和18.8%;相比于其他各学历教育层级,高等教育在提升劳动者的认知能力方面作用巨大。(3)异质性分析发现学历教育与认知能力对劳动者工资收入的影响在不同工资分位点上存在差异;对于不同年龄阶段人群而言,其学历教育和认知能力的工资收入效应也有所不同,而学历教育对认知能力的异质性影响表现为教育更有助于提高低读写能力和高运算能力者的认知能力发展。以上结论在替换新近的数据样本后,仍具有较好的稳健性,因而根据研究发现提出构建国家知识资本的可能方案:在深化教育事业改革以促进个体增收的基础上,将培养逻辑思维能力与拔尖创新能力作为微观教学活动的关键导向,拓宽认知能力在传统学业课程之外的多维度效用,从而更好地释放国家知识资本在促进劳动者工资收入增长方面的积极效应。 展开更多

目的:探讨基于目标达成理论的健康教育对急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人心血管危险因素自我管理能力、心功能的影响。方法:便利抽取2022年5月—2023年5月江阴市中医院心内科收治的AMI病人104例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各52例。... 目的:探讨基于目标达成理论的健康教育对急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人心血管危险因素自我管理能力、心功能的影响。方法:便利抽取2022年5月—2023年5月江阴市中医院心内科收治的AMI病人104例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各52例。对照组行常规健康指导,观察组实施基于目标达成理论的健康教育,比较两组病人干预后自我管理能力、心功能及生活质量,记录两组不良事件发生率。结果:干预后观察组自我管理能力总分、西雅图心绞痛量表5个维度(心绞痛稳定性、心绞痛发作情况、疗效满意度、躯体受限程度、疾病认知程度)评分均高于对照组,观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验(6MWT)结果优于对照组,观察组不良心血管事件发生率(1.92%)低于对照组(15.38%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于目标达成理论的健康教育有助于提高AMI病人自我管理能力,改善病人心功能,降低不良心脏事件发生率,从而提高病人的生活质量。 展开更多
