Research on the Management Mechanism of Teachers in Public Security Colleges and Universities Based on Psychological Contract

Research on the system of the performance-based salary in colleges and universities -- Taking M University as an example

The performance-based pay system of M university has been implemented for many years. During the operation process. there are many problems. For example, the performance standards are not timely adjusted, and there are the repeated rewards for a few elites, and the evaluation is a mere formality. Starting from the elements of motivating the knowledge-oriented workers, this paper probes into the reasons affecting the implementation of the performance-based pay system, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the performance-based pay system in M University.

Anthropometric studies on medical students of Nepal and Sri Lanka:height and weight

Nutritional status of a population or an individual could be assessed by clinical,biochemical and anthropometric means.It is widely used in the monitoring of growth and assessment of the nutritional status of children and adults.Even though a large number of anthropometric studies is done in Nepal and Sri Lanka,on various projects related to the nutritional aspects,but only few have been done on anthropometry and due to lack of information on anthropometric data of Nepalese and Sri Lankan medical students,the present study was initiated at Nepal Medical college and Faculty of Medicine,University of Peradeniya,Sri Lanka.The aim of the study was to measure height and weight of medical students of Nepal Medical College and Faculty of Medicine,University of Peradeniya.A total of 1228(males 681;females 547)medical students participated in the study.The ratio of male to female was 1.24:1.The height was measured,to the nearest 0.1 cm without shoes,using a measuring tape affixed to the wall.The weight was recorded using weighing scale,with minimum clothes and without shoes to the nearest 0.1kg.Two tail unpaired t’test was performed to compare mean values.The percentile values were obtained using Microsoft excel for Windows 98.The age of the students varied from 18-26 years with a mean±SD of 20.77±1.17 and 20.90±1.10 in males and females respectively.The heights of the male and female medical students werel.65±0.08 and 1.61±0.08 and the weight was 59.70±9.26 and 55.54±9.16 respectively.The percentile values obtained for height and weight were compared with National Centre for Health statistics(NCHS) standards.The 50th percentile value of males height and weight corresponded to the 20th percentile and below the 20th percentile values respectively of the NCHS standard.The 50th percentile value of female’s height and weight corresponded to less than 10th and 15th percentiles respectively.The height and weight of only 9 males and 8 females were above the 50th percentile value of NCHS standards.The study reveals that the Nepalese medical students and Sri Lankan medical students are underweight and shorter compared to western standards.

The Emergence of Modern Physics Research in China:The Yenching Department of Physics and the Rockefeller Foundation

Based on archival materials discovered in America,Britain,and China,this paper carefully examines the history of the short-lived and completely overlooked Department of Physics in the Premedical School of Peking Union Medical College(PUMC),and uncovers this department’s extensive interconnections with its counterpart at Yenching University.This project also looks into the Master of Science(MS)program in the Department of Physics at Yenching University,which,founded in 1927,was the first graduate program in physics in China.It was this MS program that transformed the Yenching Department from a largely premedical training center serving the PUMC into a prominent cradle of Chinese physics research.This Yenching Department,despite its small faculty and brief existence,nurtured many eminent Chinese physicists,such as Chao-Ying Meng孟昭英,Wen-Yu Chang张文裕,Ming-Chen Wang王明贞,Chia-Liu Luke Yuan袁家骝,Cheng-Shu Wang(Chang)王承书,Ho-Fu Lu卢鹤绂,Ting-Sui Ke葛庭燧,Kun Huang黄昆,and Chia-Lin Hsieh谢家麟.It would have been impossible to achieve these outstanding accomplishments without the effective leadership and pioneering work of C.H.Corbett,P.A.Anderson,Y.M.Hsieh,and W.Band—the first four Department Chairs—in combination with relatively abundant private funding,mostly from America,and extensive educational connections with Western institutions.This paper not only introduces in detail these four department heads and their contributions,but also discloses the unique role played by the Rockefeller Foundation via the China Medical Board and the PUMC in the development of the Yenching Department of Physics.

新时代高职院校思政课教师队伍建设现状调查研究——基于六省(市)的实证分析

为深入了解高职院校落实《新时代高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设规定》等中央文件情况,掌握高职院校思政课教师队伍建设现状,在全国六个省(市)高职院校开展调研,结果显示,高职院校在全面领导思政课教师队伍建设、建立常态化思政课教研机制等四个方面取得实效,但仍然存在思政课教师教材使用不规范、马克思主义学院等二级机构设置不规范、思政课教师准入与退出机制不健全、思政课教师企业实践活力不足等突出问题。基于调查,着重从统一编写高职院校思政课选修课教材、建立院企党组织“手拉手”工作机制等四个方面提出参考性建议。

师范专业认证背景下地方综合性高校地理科学专业人才培养模式构建──以宁波大学为例

师范专业认证是衡量高校师范素质教育的一个重要指标,对指导地方综合性大学教师教育专业的人才培养具有重要意义。立足师范认证的核心理念,结合宁波大学地理科学(师范)的专业现状,提出“1234”新课程体系人才培养模式。并在此基础上,对通识课程、专业课程、教师教育课程、综合实践课程等教育平台的建设和改革进行了探讨:以区域综合为特点,打造通识课程平台;以学生兴趣为导向,搭造专业课程平台;以师范性为中心,打造教师教育课程中心;以实践教学资源为依托,搭建综合实践课程平台。通过构建一套完整的评价与持续改进体系,以期为师范认证背景下的专业建设和人才培养提供参考。

医学院校临床教师教学能力评价平台设计及应用研究

目的:探究具备智能辅助功能的医学院校临床教师教学能力评价平台建设及应用效果。方法:设计医学院校临床教师教学能力评价体系和指数模型,构建评价平台,实现对医学院校临床教师教学能力评价。结果:评价平台上线后为全校830位教师提供了教学能力评价,教师对平台提供的教师教学发展工作的满意度高于98%。结论:将评价平台融入临床教师教学发展能力建设工作中,可有效助力于教师察觉教学短板、教师教学竞赛质量提升、教学成效贡献判断等,促进了临床教师教学能力评价的数字化转型,赋能了医学院校教师数字素养提升,为医院信息化转型升级、医学院校教育数字化转型提供决策依据参考。

高等中医药院校核医学课程思政的探索与实践

核医学是利用放射性核素标记的分子探针进行疾病诊断、治疗及科研工作的学科,是现代医学的重要组成部分,其在解码中医、服务中医药科研和中医药临床疗效评价等方面具有独特优势。本文探索高等中医药院校核医学课程思政的教学改革,挖掘核医学课程思政元素,把课程思政与核医学教学有机融合,将知识传授和价值引领有机统一,培养学生的中医文化自信、家国情怀、科技创新意识和职业道德素养,同时提高教师自身的政治觉悟,培养教师的育德能力。

健康中国背景下医学高校图书馆教学支持服务研究

目的/意义提供高质量健康信息服务,促进医教协同发展,助力健康中国服务体系建设。方法/过程运用网络调研、文献调研、电话访谈等方法,调查30所医学高校图书馆教学支持服务现状,从教学资源服务、信息素养服务、学科服务、服务保障4方面分析存在的问题。结果/结论医学高校图书馆应建立并完善教学支持服务体系,提升学科教学支持服务力度、提供精准健康信息服务、加强区域或部门间协作、创新智慧化服务模式,成为健康中国行动的重要推动力量。

高等中医药院校西医内科学教学的创新探索

在高等中医药院校中医专业的学习中,西医内科学亦为重要的临床专业课程之一,但西医内科学教学面临与中医课程交叉、课时压缩、学生基础薄弱等相应问题,增加了该课程的学习难度。随着现代社会对医学人才的要求不断提高,中医药院校的临床专业学生也必须掌握西医的理论基础和临床疾病。为了贯彻国家“新医科”建设,提高中医专业西医内科学教学水平,提升本科生分析及解决临床问题的能力,笔者所在教研室总结出内科专业主讲教师+教学秘书责任制、现代化教学手段+问题/病例切入式教学、充分利用现代网络和床旁教学等不同教学模式,在实际运用中取得了很好的教学效果,得到授课教师和学生的广泛认可。文章就相关教学经验进行总结,以期为中医药院校本科生的西医内科学教学提供一定的有益建议,提高本科生的西医内科学教学水平。

课程思政建设是医学院校培养复合型人才的重要任务。大学外语课程因其文化属性,自带思政基因,对医学院校思想政治教育体系建设尤为重要。本文提出加强大学外语课程思政体系化建设。基于医学院校外语课程思政特点,以广州中医药大学大学英语课程体系为例,剖析大学英语各门课程之间思政教育的结构关系,强调大学外语课程思政必须与专业结合、成为思政课程的补充,共同构成医学院校思政教育体系,达成“立德树人”的育人目标。

基于微格重构的混合教学方式在医学院校计算机类课程中的应用

目的探讨基于微格重构的混合教学方式在医学院校计算机类课程中的应用。方法采用微格化重构策略,构建一种新的混合式教学方法,并将其应用于医学院校计算机类课程的教学实践中。对计算机类课程进行微格化处理,按照线上线下、理论实践等模式进行各门课程之间的微格化混合重构,构建计算机类课程教学效果评价的结构方程模型,以验证其实施效果。结果评价结果显示,微格化处理、混合模式重构,对于提升医学院校学生对计算机类课程的学习兴趣具有显著的正向影响,并间接起到了提高学生学习成绩的作用,结构方程路径系数为0.39。结论基于微格重构的混合教学方式在医学院校计算机类课程中的应用效果显著,可以在同类院校乃至更多高校中推广应用。
