Impact of Gender and Working Environment on the Level of State Anxiety among Primary and Middle school Teachers in China

State anxiety has become serious among primary and middle school teachers in China. By using stratified random sampling, we selected 2790 primary and middle school teachers as participants. They were from seven regions of China, among them 2278 were valid subjects. Constructed on the basis of anxiety content, the Teachers’ State Anxiety Questionnaire (TSAQ) was used in the investigation. The result of the survey shows that primary and middle school teachers are generally affected by state anxiety;further analysis indicates that the prevalence of state anxiety is relatively higher among male teachers, teachers from key middle schools, teachers working more than 10 hours a day, and teachers loaded with additional task as head teachers. This is directly connected with China’s national situation, teaching envi-ronment, discrepancies in teachers themselves, and their own ability of self-regulation.

Empirical Research on Current Construction Situation of Primary and Middle School Teachers in New Era

Teachers are the top priority to develop the education.The thesis,first of all,has structured the index system of current teachers’construction situation in the new era.Then,the thesis has adopted the independent sample test and analysis of variance to analyze the difference of current teachers’construction situation in different dimensions on the basis of questionnaire data collected from teachers in five provinces and cities in the new era.Finally,the thesis has given some suggestions on improving teachers’situation in the new era from four aspects such as the improvement of the treatment guarantee mechanism for primary and middle school teachers,the operation of the cooperation mechanism among colleges,government and primary and middle school in cultivating students,the formation of training system on teachers’personal growth process and the establishment of the evaluation standard of teachers’titles as well as the standard evaluation procedure of professional titles.

Analysis on the Status Quo and Paths of Informatization Teaching Ability of Teachers in Rural Primary and Middle Schools in Hotan Area

This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the informatization teaching ability of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Hotan area through the literature method and questionnaire survey method.The investigation is mainly conducted in the aspects of teachers’informatization awareness,teachers’informatization ability,informatization application status,and existing problems,etc.,analyzing the constraints existing in the informatization teaching of rural elementary and middle schools teachers,and making targeted improvements Strategies for teachers’informatization teaching ability in rural elementary and middle schools:raising awareness of informatization teaching;informatization teaching training;informatization evaluation system;establishing a systematic and complete management system.

Uncovering the Challenges Faced by Primary School Science Teachers in Implementing Experimental Teaching:A Data Analysis Based on a Questionnaire Survey Conducted in Western China

Primary school science is a discipline grounded in experiments,and experimental teaching holds paramount significance in primary school science education in China.Nevertheless,the implementation problems of experimental teaching are frequently disregarded.This research endeavors to disclose the concrete challenges encountered by primary school science teachers in the western region of China during the implementation of experimental teaching,analyze their implications,and put forward corresponding mitigatory measures.Based on a questionnaire survey regarding the current state of primary school science experimental teaching in 21 areas of western China,it is unveiled that primary school science teachers in the western region of China confront deficiencies in scientific professional attainment,the necessity to enhance the attitude towards experimental teaching,and a partial shortage of experimental teaching resources.These hardships result in the deterioration of the quality of experimental teaching,the attenuation of students’learning interests,and the exacerbation of teachers’job burnout.Hence,measures should be initiated in aspects such as teacher training,resource development,and enhanced emphasis to assist primary school science teachers in the western region of China in implementing experimental teaching more effectively and elevating the quality of primary school science experimental teaching.

Primary and secondary school mental health teachers in professional identity of intervention programs

To explore the impact of teacher training on the professional identity of primary and secondary school mental health teachers, this study conducted a half-month professional development training program to 54 primary and secondary school mental health teachers, and performed measurement on the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group and the control group with “Teachers’ Professional Identity Questionnaire”. The result shows that after the training there is a significant improvement in the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group, and the teachers’ scores on the four dimensions of profession identity: the sense of role, the professional behavioral tendency, the occupational values, and the sense of belonging, all increased significantly. This indicates that the curriculum intervention for the primary and secondary school mental health teachers could effectively improve the teachers’ professional identity.

A Study on the Professional Development Strategies of English Teachers in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools

In the new round of development, the government should not only focus on the development of large enterprises, but also on small enterprises that can grow explosively. According to the growth characteristics of unicorn enterprises, the "Guidelines for the Cultivation of High-Growth Enterprises" should be formulated at the provincial level. On the basis of the clear definition of highgrowth enterprises, the classification criteria are defined. A set of government support mechanisms for enterprise selection, approval and support should be established. In addition, a set of positive support policies should be adopted for different types of enterprises in land use, financing, taxation, technology, talent recruitment and other aspects.

Relationship Between Work Stress and Mental Health of Middle School Teachers in Guangzhou

This study mainly discusses the relationship between middle school teachers’mental health and work stress in Guangzhou.This study uses questionnaire survey method to examine 237 teachers in Guangzhou,and adopts SPSS26.0 to conduct independent sample t-test,ANOVA,correlation analysis,and regression analysis to draw the conclusion.The results show that:(1)The work pressure of middle school teachers in Guangzhou is above the medium level,and their mental health is at the middle level.(2)Under the influence of different gender,position,age,teaching years,and teaching objects,the pressure of middle school teachers is different.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between teachers’work stress and the dimensions of self-confidence loss and social dysfunction of mental health.(4)Work stress can effectively predict the level of mental health.Therefore,we need to understand the pressure sources of middle school teachers to develop measures to alleviate the pressure of teachers and improve the mental health of middle school teachers.

On the Relationship Between Primary School English Teachers’Personality and the Teaching Effect

Studies have shown that teachers’personality will have a direct impact on students’serious study,emotional attitude,and personality(Liu,2006).Due to the different personalities of teachers,the effect of their education and teaching work will inevitably bring differences.Therefore,school management needs to consider the problem of adjusting measures to individual conditions.This paper will analyze the influence of teachers with different personality characteristics on teaching effect and reasons and significance of individualized teaching in primary school.

Study on Negative Effects of Multimedia Teaching on Education in Middle and Primary Schools

In such an information age, multimedia teaching has changed into one of the most important educational ways in middle and primary schools. In contrast to traditional education, multimedia teaching owns numerous advantages. However, there are also a great number of shortcomings in it. Examining the Burden Reduction Policy for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in China:A Framework Analysis Centered on the Rational Selection of Institutional Doctrine

The“burden reduction”policy aims to reduce the workload of primary and secondary school teachers to alleviate their burdens.While it has improved the quality of teachers,implementation challenges still exist.This study utilizes rational choice institutionalism and Ostrom’s institutional analysis and development framework to examine the policy.By considering the preferences of the Ministry of Education,local governments,schools,and teachers,it explores interactions and outcomes,identifies challenges,and provides policy suggestions.

Studies on L2 Learning Motivation of Primary and Middle School Students from the Perspective of L2 Motivational Self System

An empirical survey among 219 school students in the framework of L2 Motivational Self System found that Ideal L2 Self,Ought-to L2 Self and L2 Learning Experience in the System make different contributions to L2 motivation respectively and L2 Learning Experience is the largest contributor to L2 motivation for primary and middle school students.The pedagogical implications are also suggested.

Analysis of English Teachers＇ Professional Development in Rural Primary Schools Taking the Surrounding Areas in Linyi as an Example

This thesis tries to explore the problems of the rural English teachers＇ professional development and aims to give some hints on teachers＇ professional development and future teacher training. This thesis makes a survey to 20 rural English teachers from 10 primary schools in the surrounding areas of Linyi City. The survey mainly focuses on the following four aspects： basic situation of the teachers, knowledge of English language and teaching skills, teachers＇ motivation, and self-analysis of their development. With an analysis of the results of the investigation, the author wants to evoke teachers＇ and researchers＇ awareness for improving English language teachers＇ professional development in rural primary schools

PCK Study of Middle School Chemistry Teachers in Yan'an Based on the Core Quality of Chemistry Subject

The new round of curriculum reform requires the promotion on the development of students'core literacy,and how the core literacy of chemistry can take root in the chemistry classroom is inseparable from the guidance and nurture of teachers in the teaching process.The"Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers"clearly stipulates that pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)is regarded as the professional knowledge of teachers.PCK is the core content of teachers'professional knowledge and an important guarantee for teachers to carry out teaching activities.Teachers5 PCK level is not only a direct measure of their teaching achievements,but also an important criterion for guiding novice teachers to become experienced teachers.The research subjects selected for this study are the middle school chemistry teachers in Yan'an City.By using the Delphi method to investigate the understanding of Yan'an middle school chemistry teachers on the core literacy of chemistry and to explore the PCK mastery of middle school chemistry teachers at different stages,it serves to deepen the Yan'an middle school chemistry teachers5 own knowledge and learning of PCK while help to promote the improvement of the teaching level and professional development of chemistry teachers in Yan'an middle schools.At the end of the paper,the relevant suggestions made based on the investigation of the chemistry PCK study of middle school chemistry teachers in Yan'an City on the core literacy of the chemistry subject will improve the overall building level of the middle school chemistiy teachers of Yan'an City.

An Investigation on Pre-service English Teachers’ Perceptions Toward Using Portfolio Assessment in English Writing Teaching at Middle Schools

According to curriculum reform,more diversified ways of evaluation on students are needed.In response to the need of this,recent years have seen an increase in using portfolio assessment as evaluation method in English writing teaching,which is a kind of formative assessment.Prior studies investigated the effects of portfolio assessment on improving students’writing abilities from students’points of views.However,this thesis is set from the angles of pre-service teachers,which looks at their perceptions to using portfolio assessment in teaching writing.

Examining the Current State of Reflective Teaching Practices Among Newly Appointed Primary School Teachers

This study focused on three newly appointed primary school teachers in City D as research subjects.Utilizing research methods such as interviews,text analysis,and observation,the findings revealed that these teachers exhibited a substantial grasp of teaching reflection.The predominant emphasis in their teaching reflection levels was observed at the technical reasonable reflection and practical action reflection stages.To enhance the reflection levels of these novice teachers,it is recommended to foster their professional ethics,institute a diverse training system,and enhance the school’s infrastructure and institutional support systems.

A Research of Pre-service Teachers' Lead-in Strategies in English Teaching

Lead-in, referring to the teaching activities at the very beginning of a class, is one of the most basic steps in English classroom teaching. Short though it is, it plays an essential role in arousing students' attention, stirring up students' interest, enhancing their motivation, activating the atmosphere of classroom teaching, and achieving teaching objectives. Based on the previous literature about lead-in, the author first discusses the importance and functions of lead-in, and then analyzes some lead-in strategies on the basis of the 17 teaching cases of pre-service English teachers.

Review of Teaching Research and Exploration of World Medieval History under the Innovative Education Concept Based on CNKI Database during 2004-2020

In the context of globalization and China s rising status in the world, the requirements of the development of the times have raised new issues for China s education cause. The importance of the humanities discipline is on the rise, and its main discipline, history, is becoming increasingly important. In this regard, in order to explore the current situation and existing problems of history teaching in middle schools of China, this study collected the research literature on related issues in the past 20 years, and conducted a preliminary reading and analysis. It summarized the general background, existing problems, and some recommendations, to provide a certain reference for the history teaching.

我国中小学师德问责政策的演进逻辑与理性选择

中小学师德问责政策的日臻完善是提高中小学教师师德修养的必经之路,对促进中小学生的和谐健康发展具有深远意义。通过梳理改革开放以来有关中小学师德问责的相关政策,发现我国师德问责政策经历了初步创立时期、寻觅探索时期、发展深入时期和日渐成熟时期四个阶段。其演进呈现出以改变师德困境为目的的动力机制、以多种渠道保障政策落实、以教育公平为政策目标的价值取向和以文本形式表达政策话语的逻辑。未来我国中小学师德问责政策将朝着育人为本的动力机制、多元化的价值取向、政策工具助力过程保障、政策话语日益合理科学等方向发展。

非货币激励因素对中小学教师工作满意度的影响——基于云贵川渝的调查

教师工作满意度是影响教师工作效能、促进教师可持续发展的重要因素。研究采用TALIS 2018教师问卷对云贵川渝4个省份的中小学教师展开抽样调查。数据分析显示,该地区教师工作满意度处于较高水平,但内部群体间存在显著性差异。回归分析发现,云贵川渝4省份中小学教师工作满意度受工资薪酬以及其他非货币因素的影响。比较分析发现,云贵川渝初中教师对工资薪酬的接受度高于上海同行,但对社会认可、媒体关注等非货币激励因素的认可程度却低于上海教师,从而使其工作满意度整体水平低于上海。研究认为,坚持教育家精神铸魂强师的同时提升教师工作满意度,需要在巩固提高工资薪酬水平的基础上,进一步从优化教师工作体验、提高教师学历、打通职业晋升渠道、营造尊师重教良好氛围等非货币因素着手,在满足教师内在需求的同时,为加快教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育提供有力支撑。
