The emergence of generative artificial intelligence(AI)has had a huge impact on all areas of life,including the field of education.AI can assist teachers in cultivating talents and promoting personalized learning and teaching,but it also prevents individuals from thinking independently and creatively.In the era of generative AI,the rapid development of technology and its significant impact on the field of education are inevitable.There are many educational issues related to it,such as teaching methods,student training goals,teaching philosophy and purposes,and other educational issues,that require re-conceptualization and review.

An Exploration of Higher Vocational English Teachers’Professional Development on Students’Learning Ability in the Context of New Liberal Arts

The concept of New Liberal Arts,a multidisciplinary combined integrator with Chinese values at its core,has brought new challenges to the teaching methods and professional development of higher-level English teachers.Based on the evolving professional development process of higher vocational English teachers in the context of the New Liberal Arts,this article analyzes how English teachers can integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and adopt advanced educational technology in the teaching process.On this basis,it discusses the role of teachers’professional development in enhancing students’learning ability,such as through deepening disciplinary understanding,adopting innovative teaching strategies,and implementing personalized teaching.At the end of the article,based on a variety of pedagogical theories,we put forward suggestions,including continuous professional training,interdisciplinary cooperation,and the application of innovative teaching techniques,which are mainly aimed at helping higher vocational English teachers get rid of the dilemma of the new situation,adapt to the needs of the new liberal arts education as soon as possible,and then effectively improve students’abilities.

In this paper,practical strategies are proposed to improve the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges.Research and analyses have shown that the key to improving the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges lies in the improvement of professionalism,subject knowledge,and teaching ability.Thus,the following practical strategies are proposed:strengthen teachers’moral development,establish a teacher training system,focus on curriculum construction and teaching method innovation,and strengthen the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism.These measures can effectively improve the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges and promote the development of higher vocational education.

An Analysis of Teachers’Reflections on Schiro’s Classification of Curriculum Ideologies

This research was carried out to determine which ideology teachers are closer to,by evaluating teachers’opinions on curriculum in terms of the"scholar academic ideology,"social efficiency ideology","learner-centered ideology",and"social reconstruction ideology".It is a qualitative research.The sample of the research consists of 15 teachers working in primary,secondary,and high schools.The research data were obtained from nine open-ended questions supported by sub-questions added to each.It has been observed that the teachers define the purpose of education,the source of knowledge,the definition of learning,the purpose of teaching,the purpose of student assessment,the evaluation of the program,the understanding of formative and summative evaluation of curriculum according to the"social efficiency ideology"from Schiro’s ideological classification.Teachers have also defined the source of knowledge,the definition of learning,and the purpose of teaching and student assessment according to"scholar academic ideology".In the results of the research,it was seen that the opinions of the teachers were influenced,albeit slightly,by the"learner-centered ideology"in evaluating students and determining the needs of the program.In light of these results,it is evident that teachers’philosophical opinions need to be strengthened.

Personal knowledge in educational autobiography:An investigation on“good teachers”

研究“好教师”的特征可以通过多种途径。研究者既可以直接观察教师的行为,也可以阅读教师本人撰写的专业论文。但是,真正有效的路径是:让教师讲述自己的教育自传或个人生活史,让有关“好教师”的个人知识在教师的个人生活史的叙述中间接地显露出来。从大量的教育自传中,本研究得出的基本结论是:好教师有两个基本特征,一是那个教师“对我好”;二是那个教师“有激情”。

随着云计算和数字化技术的飞速发展,高校就业指导工作的工作理念也在不断创新,面对与日俱增的大学毕业生数量,高校亟需探索利用新媒体和数字化技术开展新型就业指导模式,以提供更加便捷的就业指导服务。基于此,通过调查问卷和走访相关单位的方式,总结当前高校就业指导服务存在的主要问题,分析数字化对毕业生就业指导工作开展的主要优势,深入探讨数字化就业指导平台数据分析的主要内容,从加强就业课程体系建设、明确就业指导服务目标、扩充就业指导师资队伍,以及推进就业服务客户端建设和数字化就业指导平台的优化设计几个方面,提出改进数字化毕业生就业指导工作的新措施,着重提出利用大数据分析技术来掌控就业市场的趋势和需求,为毕业生提供个性化的就业建议;同时,探索利用数字化平台加强毕业生与用人单位之间的联系,促进信息交流、招聘活动的新路径。从而得出以下启示:高校的就业指导部门应高度重视数字化应用平台建设,大力提升就业指导服务的质量和效果,更好地帮助学生成功就业,为国家输送更多更好的创新型人才。

教师何以为“教育实践者”:实践哲学视域中教师专业角色的审思与拓展

教师的“教育实践者”身份是长期被学界忽视的一个命题。它既是破解教育理论与教育实践关系困境的前提,也是教师专业角色定位的基础。基于实践哲学的历史进路,从实践的内涵出发去探求教师专业角色,则不难发现,现实中存在着作为“教育制作者”的教师和作为“教育实践者”的教师。“教育制作者”注重教育目的的外在功利性,注重教育过程的生产性,注重技能之知。教师要真正做一个“教育实践者”,则要回归教育的内在目的,面向教育过程的行动性,主动探究实践之知。

教育数字化背景下高职思政课教学改革现状调查研究

党的二十大首次将“推进教育数字化”写进党代会报告,推动职业教育数字化进程,成为我国职业教育变革的新使命,职业院校改革发展进入新赛道。文章以全国25所高职院校师生为调研对象,通过问卷调研及访谈等形式,对高职院校在推进数字化赋能思政课教学改革方面取得的实效和存在的问题进行调研,并据此提出革新教学理念、积极迎接教育数字化的全面转型,创新教学模式、强化数据赋能提升思政课教学质量和水平,加强师资培养、全面提升教师数字化教学能力等教学改革对策及建议。

家庭教育对师范生教师职业认同的影响研究

以454名师范生为被试,采用问卷调查法,考察家庭教育中父母教养方式对师范生的教师职业认同的影响,并检验人格特质在父母教养方式和教师职业认同之间的中介效应。结果显示:师范生教师职业认同总体处于中等偏上水平;父母教养方式中,父母情感温暖与教师职业认同显著正相关;人格特质与教师职业认同显著正相关;宜人性、外向性和尽责性在父母情感温暖与教师职业认同之间的中介效应显著。可见,在家庭教育中,积极的教养方式不仅直接影响师范生的教师职业认同,还能通过人格特质对教师职业认同产生间接影响。

根据洋葱模型素质理论,对165位优秀特殊教育教师事迹的文本数据进行三级编码分析,从稳定素质、可发展素质和易发展素质三个层次剖析与建构,形成了以精神特质、人格特质、角色特质为核心的优秀特殊教育教师特质模型。为更好地适应时代要求,特殊教育教师群体的专业化成长需弘扬“特教精神”、打造积极人格底色、塑造良好职业形象,以推动高素质专业化创新型特殊教育教师队伍建设。

Discussion on Teacher's Role under Life Threatening Circumstances

This paper first reviewed a controversial case in which a teacher ran away from his students in a earthquake. Several educational ethnic questions were aroused from the case: Is protecting students part of teacher's job? To what extent should it be applied? etc. Then the author aims to answer these questions based on a real case study from philosophical perspective, that is, analyzing teacher's role(i) as a human being;(ii) as a educator;(iii) as a educatee. Finally the paper concludes that teachers should protect their students even under life threatening circumstances.

基于个性化发展的高职院校“双师型”教师培养体系构建——以柳州铁道职业技术学院为例

针对当前“双师型”教师培养质量和效果不理想的问题,本文构建了一个立足个性化发展的高职院校“双师型”教师培养体系。该体系从培养目标、培养方案设计、培养资源供给、培养评价四个维度进行系统构建,其创新之处在于:坚持因材施教的个性化培养理念、构建校企密切合作的培养模式、加强国际交流合作、强化项目研发和竞赛驱动、建立教师互助学习机制和运用数字技术手段。
