The new round of curriculum reform requires the promotion on the development of students'core literacy,and how the core literacy of chemistry can take root in the chemistry classroom is inseparable from the guidance and nurture of teachers in the teaching process.The"Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers"clearly stipulates that pedagogical content knowledge(PCK)is regarded as the professional knowledge of teachers.PCK is the core content of teachers'professional knowledge and an important guarantee for teachers to carry out teaching activities.Teachers5 PCK level is not only a direct measure of their teaching achievements,but also an important criterion for guiding novice teachers to become experienced teachers.The research subjects selected for this study are the middle school chemistry teachers in Yan'an City.By using the Delphi method to investigate the understanding of Yan'an middle school chemistry teachers on the core literacy of chemistry and to explore the PCK mastery of middle school chemistry teachers at different stages,it serves to deepen the Yan'an middle school chemistry teachers5 own knowledge and learning of PCK while help to promote the improvement of the teaching level and professional development of chemistry teachers in Yan'an middle schools.At the end of the paper,the relevant suggestions made based on the investigation of the chemistry PCK study of middle school chemistry teachers in Yan'an City on the core literacy of the chemistry subject will improve the overall building level of the middle school chemistiy teachers of Yan'an City. 展开更多

Commercial sterility does not guarantee the sustained stability of ultrahigh temperature(UHT)milk over 6 months shelf life.We explore the microbiota presented in normal(SZ)and quality deteriorated UHT milk(QY and WY)products from the same brand.Based on high-throughput sequencing research results,11 phyla and 54 genera were identified as dominant microbiota.Pseudomonas,Streptococcus,and Acinetobacter as core functional microbiota significantly influenced the UHT milk quality properties.Moreover,principal component analysis(PCA)and multivariate analyses were used to examine the quality characteristics,including 11 physicochemical parameters,10 fatty acids,and 2 enzyme activities,in normal and quality deteriorated UHT milk.We found that the abundance of Pseudomonas increased in quality deteriorated milk(WY)and showed a significant positive correlation with heat-resistant protease content.Acinetobacter in quality deteriorated milk(QY)also considerably contributed to the content of heat-resistant lipase,which resulted in spoilage deterioration of UHT milk. 展开更多

Then, according to the analysis result of integration factors, the conceptual model of system integration is built based on function integration, index integration, technology integration and information integration, the index structure of core rock-fill dam filling construction quality control is constructed and the method of function integration and technology integration is studied. The mathematical model of process monitoring is built according to monitoring objective, process and indexes. A critical quality parameter in quantitative fused-core chromatography: The injection volume

As part of the method development, the injection volume as a critical quality attribute in fast fused-core chromatography was evaluated. Spilanthol, a pharmaceutically interesting N- alkylamide currently under investigation in our laboratory, was chosen as the model compound. Spilanthol was dissolved in both PBS and MeOH/H20 (70/30, v/v) and subsequently analyzed using a fused-core system hereby selecting five chromatographic characteristics (retention time, area, height, theoretical plates and symmetry factor) as responses. We demonstrated that the injection volume significantly influenced both the qualitative and quantitative performance of fused-core chromatography, a phenomenon which is confounded with the nature of the used sample solvent. From 2 ~tL up to 100 laL injection volume with PBS as solvent, the symmetry factor decreased favorably by 20%. Moreover, the theoretical plates and the quantitative parameters (area and height) increased up to 30%. On the contrary, in this injection volume range, the theoretical plates for the methanol-based samples decreased by more than 60%, while the symmetry factor increased and the height decreased, both by 30%. The injection volume is thus a critical and often overlooked parameter in fused-core method description and validation. 展开更多

Objective:This article aims to deeply analyze the feedback on teacher training in an affiliated hospital,so as to clarify the current needs and situation of teacher training and provide a scientific basis for further optimizing the teacher training system.Methods:The current situation and needs of teacher training in the affiliated hospital were collected by designing and distributing Tomato Form questionnaires on the DingTalk platform.The questionnaire adopted a percent-point system,all of which were indeterminate multiple-choice questions.Results:The average age of the clinical teachers participating in the survey was 40.44±7.85 years old,with an average teaching length of 4–10 years.The results showed that 60.20%of teachers think that the amount of teacher training in an affiliated hospital is sufficient;91.10%of teachers think that the factors affecting training conflict with working hours;97.96%of teachers believe that the training time has an impact on the training effect;81.63%of teachers prefer online training;51.53%of teachers tend to arrange training time on working days;33.16%of teachers tend to train once a month;17.78%of teachers prefer to receive training on clinical theoretical courses and practical teaching norms and skills content.Conclusion:Based on the above survey results,we propose to build a comprehensive management mechanism for teacher training,including improving the access,training,and assessment mechanism for clinical teachers,and adjusting and optimizing the training program according to actual needs.At the same time,an effective communication platform should be built to promote the deep integration of teaching and practice and enhance social recognition,so as to comprehensively improve the teaching quality and medical service of the hospital. 展开更多

背景:青少年特发性脊柱侧凸明确的发病原因尚未可知,寻找解决青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的临床方法迫在眉睫。目的:探讨Schroth疗法联合核心力量训练对轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的效果,为轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的临床治疗提供更多依据。方... 背景:青少年特发性脊柱侧凸明确的发病原因尚未可知,寻找解决青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的临床方法迫在眉睫。目的:探讨Schroth疗法联合核心力量训练对轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的效果,为轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸的临床治疗提供更多依据。方法:选择2022年7月至2024年1月在南通大学附属医院康复医学科与脊柱外科就诊的轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者110例作为研究对象,根据患者及家长意愿,分为试验组和对照组,每组55例。对照组观察随访,试验组进行Schroth疗法联合核心力量训练,每天45 min,坚持24周。比较两组患者治疗前后影像学参数、体表指标、三维超声成像角度和生活质量的差异。结果与结论:①治疗24周后,试验组主弯Cobb角、顶椎偏距、颈椎前凸角均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),而对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组主弯Cobb角、顶椎偏距明显优于对照组(P<0.05);②治疗24周后,试验组躯干旋转角度明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),而对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组躯干旋转角度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);③治疗24周后,试验组三维超声成像椎板中心法角度明显减小(P<0.05),而对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组三维超声成像椎板中心法角度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);④治疗24周后,在生活质量上,试验组的疼痛维度评分显著增高(P<0.05),试验组和对照组的自我形象维度评分均较治疗前显著增高(P<0.05),两组的心理健康维度评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);疼痛、自我形象、心理健康和满意度维度评分,试验组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);⑤提示Schroth疗法联合核心力量训练能改善轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者的主弯Cobb角、顶椎偏距、颈椎前凸角,降低躯干旋转角度,减少三维超声成像角度,提高生活质量,对轻度青少年特发性脊柱侧凸治疗有效。 展开更多

In that DNA diversity detected nowadays could not mean phenotypic diversity,it is the precondition of breeding project and basic research of crop improvement that genetic diversity analysis and sampling of core collection by phenotypes.Phenotyping and statistic analysis on 9 traits of 92 accessions of cotton germplasm resource from three species(Gossypium hirsutum L.,Gossypium barbadence L.and Gossypium arboreum L.)were conducted.And the statistics(variation coefficient,proportion of special accessions and Shannon-Weaver information index)indicated that initial collection had abundant phenotypic diversity;software NTSYS-pc and the unweighted pair group method of arithmetic(UPGMA)were used for the cluster analysis on genetic similarity coefficient and genetic distance matrix,and the result showed that the genetic relationship among accessions was highly consistent with the pedigree;22 accessions of core collection were selected by software QGAStation,four statistics,such as variance difference percentage(VD%),mean difference percentage(MD%),coincidence rate(CR%)and variable rate(VR%),showed that the genetic diversity of core collection was approximately equal to the initial collection.The results of genetic diversity analysis based on phenotypic data and sampling of core collection would provide reference for breeding projects and basic research. 展开更多

国家级大连刺参原种场核心区生态环境质量和微生物群落结构周年变化及其相关性分析

水产原种是良种培育的种质基础和保护生物多样性的核心,为全面掌握我国首家国家级刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)原种场核心保种区状况,本研究于2022年7月至2023年5月对该核心保种区的水环境、沉积物环境进行了周年检测,同时利用高通量... 水产原种是良种培育的种质基础和保护生物多样性的核心,为全面掌握我国首家国家级刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)原种场核心保种区状况,本研究于2022年7月至2023年5月对该核心保种区的水环境、沉积物环境进行了周年检测,同时利用高通量测序方法分析了海水和沉积物微生物群落结构周年变化,进一步完成生态环境因子与微生物群落结构相关性分析。结果显示,海水水质良好,除春季活性磷酸盐,夏、秋、冬季铅元素和秋季镍元素含量符合Ⅱ类水质标准外,其他水质指标均符合Ⅰ类水质标准,保种区水体属于贫营养级;沉积物中除了秋季铬元素含量未达到Ⅰ类沉积物标准外,其他全部指标均符合Ⅰ类沉积物标准,表明保种区生态环境保护良好。对海水和沉积物四季微生物群落结构分析结果显示,核心区水体共获得3796个OTUs,4个季节水体中的Shannon指数在5.90±0.04~6.84±0.01之间,秋季最高,夏季最低;沉积物中共获得4151个OTUs,四个季节沉积物的Shannon指数在6.06±1.44~7.88±0.22之间,夏季最高,春季最低。PcoA分析显示,水体和沉积物在四季的菌群结构存在差异,且水体的菌群结构受季节影响变化相对于沉积物而言更为显著。对不同季节的水体和沉积物菌群LEfSe分析结果显示,在不同季节的水体和沉积物样品中分别筛选到73和66个显著差异菌群(P<0.05),其中冬季沉积物中的代表性差异菌群包含弧菌科(Vibrionaceae)、冷单胞菌科(Psychromonadaceae),需要警惕冬季弧菌对刺参健康的潜在威胁。环境因子与菌群结构的相关性分析结果表明,温度、pH、盐度是影响水体菌群结构的主要环境因子,有机碳、硫化物、重金属(铜、铅)是影响沉积物菌群结构的主要环境因子。上述研究结果为评估保种核心区生态环境、解析其风险因子和影响因素提供支撑,为我国刺参原种的高效保种提供科学依据。 展开更多

柳海民教授长期致力于教育质量与教育体系建设的学术研究。经济领域提出高质量发展政策话语后,柳海民教授带领团队率先开展了教育高质量发展研究,并先后获批“新时代中国教育高质量发展的路径与对策研究”“高质量教育体系的内涵、比较... 柳海民教授长期致力于教育质量与教育体系建设的学术研究。经济领域提出高质量发展政策话语后,柳海民教授带领团队率先开展了教育高质量发展研究,并先后获批“新时代中国教育高质量发展的路径与对策研究”“高质量教育体系的内涵、比较与建设路径研究”两项国家社科基金重大项目。近年来,该团队已形成了一系列以“教育高质量发展”为核心的学术成果。高质量的教师队伍是教育高质量发展的关键支撑,也是教育强国建设的中坚力量。柳海民教授重点阐述了高质量教师教育体系在支撑教育强国建设中的理论认识与实践路径。他认为,高质量教师教育体系对于教育强国建设的价值,既体现在对建设高质量教育体系的支撑作用上,又体现在对解决学科发展困境的现实需求上。他强调高质量教师教育体系的内涵特征应紧紧把握“高质量”“体系化”“自主性”三个方面。当前,教师教育已支撑中国建成了世界最大规模的教育体系,教师教育模式的持续创新有效促进了教师素质的整体提升,高质量教师教育体系正助推中国教育国际竞争力不断攀升。在教育强国背景下,高质量教师教育体系建设需要教育家精神的引领、科学系统的制度设计以及高效灵活的教育治理模式。 展开更多
