Three Subjects and Seven Duties Model:Empowering Informatization Teaching Ability of Pre-Service Teachers

By constructing a model,this study seeks to provide suggestions for strengthening pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.It aims to answer the following research questions:(1)What do the pre-service teachers know about informatization instruction?What is their level of informatization teaching ability?(2)What factors influence pre-service teachers’ability to deliver informatization instruction?How to overcome the obstacles?The inquiry focuses on the theoretical exploration of informatization teaching ability,questionnaire,and interview analysis on the current condition and improvement of pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.The data from the questionnaire and interview of the pre-service teachers were evaluated from three dimensions:awareness and attitude towards informatization teaching,knowledge of informatization teaching,and the ability to apply informatization teaching skills innovatively and comprehensively.The 3S-7D(Three Subjects and Seven Duties)model consisting of three subjects and the seven duties that go with them is established.The three subjects include pre-service teachers,teacher educators,and higher education schools.The seven duties involve pre-service teachers demonstrating learning motivation,cross-discipline thinking,and information and communications technology mastery;teacher educators actively constructing informatization teaching practice and formative assessment;and higher education schools providing adequate hardware and software equipment while offering cooperative opportunities with primary and junior schools through institutionalization.

Teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses are very important to train the major of financial management undergraduate students＇ innovation sense, spirits and abilities. This paper firstly explores the structure of teaching innovation abilities, characteristics of creative teachers. Approaching Differentiated Instruction via the Attitudes and the Opinions of Greek Primary School Teachers： An Empirical Investigation

In the modern educational reality, as it is influenced by the social developments, the diversity of school potential is intensely highlighted. At the same time, the standardization of the teaching process appears to be insufficient to meet the modern instructive requirements, while it is vastly supported that differentiated teaching can sufficiently respond to the modern instructive needs. Moreover, it is pointed out that differentiated teaching is another way of thinking on the instructive work. On that basis and with a view to investigating the functionalist dimensions of differentiated teaching, a research of empiric character was attempted geared toward at the investigation of attitudes and opinions of Greek primary school teachers with regard to the differentiated teaching. The structured questionnaire was used as a research tool and the main conclusions showed not only the limited briefing of the sample teachers, with regard to the theoretical and applicable functionalism of differentiated teaching, but also the conviction that the differentiated teaching has the potential to treat students equally while functioning as a driving force for the dynamic forming of knowledge by the students themselves.

Improvement of Teaching Ability based on Teaching Reflection and Evaluation： Taking Economics Teaching as an Example

Scientific teaching quality evaluation system and the effective operation mechanism have a positive meaning for promoting teaching reform. Teachers’ specialization is the core of education, and is the starting point and end-result of education reform. Nevertheless, there are many problems in the teaching quality evaluation system in the aspects of concept, subject, standard, organization, etc. Therefore, we have to reffect and reconstruct the teaching quality evaluation system in colleges and universities.

Related Measures on Improving the Teaching Quality of DGED Course

Engineering Drawing course is one of the main contents of teaching at most of science and engineering colleges or univer- sities. 医学高职院校专业课教师教学能力双师型提升路径探索

在思政育人、职业教育、大数据信息化的时代背景下,医学职业教育的教学质量面临新挑战和新要求。目前,同时具备理论教学能力和实践教学能力的“双师型”教师和教学团队的短缺,已成为制约医学职业教育教学改革高质量发展的“卡脖子”问题。医学高职院校专业课教师,尤其是双师型教师的教学能力要与时俱进。提升教学能力的落脚点和发力点,是重构医学高职院校专业课教师理论和实践教学能力的双师型评价标准。文章主要探讨智能时代,医学高职院校专业课教师的教学能力的现状以及双师型提升路径。

基于TPACK模型的临床教师教学能力评价指标体系构建

目的构建临床教师教学能力评价指标体系,为高等医学院校及临床教学基地开展临床师资队伍建设提供工具性支持。方法采用文献分析法、结构式访谈法建立评价指标项目池,采用德尔菲法对评价指标进行筛选与修改,采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重。结果两轮专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.859,第二轮专家协调系数为0.531~0.613。构建的临床教师教学能力评价指标体系包括4个一级指标、12个二级指标、34个三级指标,各级指标权重均通过一致性检验。结论咨询专家的积极性、权威性及一致性程度较高,构建的评价指标体系具有较高的可信度,可作为培训和评价临床教师专业发展的工具。

高校教师学术创业经历对创新创业教学效果的影响研究

从学术创业理论视角出发,通过对全国多所高校949名创新创业教师进行问卷调查,再运用结构方程模型构建并验证教师学术创业经历对创新创业教学效果的影响机理,结果表明:高校创新创业教师学术创业经历对创新创业教学效果有显著的直接正向影响,学术创业经历通过提升教学认知与能力进而积极促进教师创新创业教学效果。因此,应进一步重视和加强学术创业实践、提升教学知行水平,从而促进创新创业教学效果的提升。

“双师型”教师标准实施背景下“双师素质”探究:价值意蕴、本质内涵与提升路径

加强双师素质培养是“双师型”职教教师队伍建设的必然之举。“双师型”的价值意蕴在于通过双师素质促进职业教育教师、学生和体系的发展,本质内涵在于职教教师“双师素质”合一,落脚点在于双师素质合一的专业教学能力提升。该专业教学能力的提升需要在明晰职教教师队伍结构的基础上,理解“三性合一”理念下专业教学能力的核心要素及其发展阶段,落实体现双师素质要求的专业教学能力提升策略,优化促进教师专业发展的“双师型”教师标准体系。

提升青年教师中西医结合临床教学能力的探索

目前国家对高校中西医结合型人才的培养、中西医结合教学质量提高非常重视,已经把发展中西医结合事业的重要性提升到了国家战略层面。有关通过有效途径和方法提升中医药院校青年教师中西医结合临床教学能力的需求十分迫切。文章将从中西医结合教育教学基本现状,青年教师临床教学存在的基本问题,帮助青年教师把握好教育方向、加强思政教育,加快中西医结合青年教师队伍建设,提高青年教师中西医结合基本理论和临床技能水平,把握好课堂教学、提升教学质量,善于理论与实践相结合7个方面来探索提升青年教师中西医结合临床教学能力的方法及途径。

智慧教育背景下大学英语教师信息化教学能力提升策略研究

该研究以TPACK框架下大学英语教师信息化教学能力结构为基础,构建指标体系,结合高校英语学科特点,用数学的线性表示法,建立基于信息化的高校英语教师教学能力评价模型。该模型采用主、客观组合赋权法对测评模型的指标赋权,并进行实际应用。案例结果显示,所构建的模型对某市四所高校英语教师的测评能力指数均值分别为0.129 1、0.121 1、0.112 3和0.087 7,反映了这四所高校教师信息素养能力现状,同时验证了模型的可行性。该评价模型以技术、教育和内容知识的融合为核心,能够对教师的信息化教学能力进行评估,并为提升教师信息化教学能力提供可行策略。

临床护理教师教学能力与护理信息能力及循证实践能力关系模型的研究

目的:分析临床护理教师的教学能力、护理信息能力及循证实践能力的现状,明确三者的关系,为提高临床护理教师教学能力提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样法,于2022年10月至2024年3月在广东省5个城市15家三级医院选取具有本科生带教经验的740名临床护理教师作为研究对象。用一般资料调查表、护理信息能力量表、中文版循证实践能力评估量表及护理本科生临床带教老师教学能力问卷进行调查,运用Person相关分析和结构方程模型进行数据分析。结果:临床护理教师护理信息能力、循证实践能力及教学能力条目均分分别为(3.60±0.55)分、(3.16±0.74)分、(3.05±0.58)分,护理信息能力对教学能力具有直接效应(β=0.368,P<0.05);循证实践能力对教学能力有直接效应(β=0.590,P<0.05);护理信息能力可以通过循证实践能力间接影响教学能力(β=0.238,P<0.05)。结论:临床护理教师护理信息能力、循证实践能力处于中等水平,护理管理者应采取多项措施提升临床护理教师护理信息能力、循证实践能力,进而提高临床护理教师教学能力。

“双师型”外语教师教学能力发展的逻辑理路及推进策略

“双高计划”建设对高职外语教师的“双师型”发展提出了新要求,基于高职外语教师教学能力发展的逻辑基点,探索厘清“双师型”高职外语教师教学能力的发展纬度,从教学活动领域、组织管理领域、专业能力领域研究分析教学能力核心要素,提出推进“双师型”外语教师教学发展策略,通过制度赋能、平台搭建、构建学研共同体、激发自我发展自觉等方式引领高职外语教师实现“双师型”全面发展。

基于BP神经网络的高校教师精准教学能力评价模型构建

通过精准教学以促进学生个性化成长是教育理想和国家政策的不懈追求.高校教师是实施精准教学的“基”,现有关于其教学能力的评价体系中普遍存在概念不清和多采用主观构建评价指标的问题.为此,开展了基于BP神经网络的高校教师精准教学能力评价模型研究.首先,以理论研究为基础,对精准教学能力进行等级划分并构建评价指标框架,运用层级分析法建立指标权重;其次,利用BP神经网络智能学习的特性,以不同数据类型的指标值为输入,对应能力综合值为输出,检验精准教学能力分级及指标权重的合理性,进而生成较为客观的评价模型;最后,利用开发的评价系统和调查问卷进行样本数据采集和模型检验,从神经网络对数据的分类、拟合及仿真结果来看,模型能够对高校教师的精准教学能力进行客观评价,教师对模型测量结果的准确性也具有较高认可度.

高校初任教师教学能力提升类MOOC学习意愿研究

教学能力提升类MOOC有助于高校初任教师实现终身学习并更好地适应信息化教学,教师愿意学习是MOOC发挥作用的前提,而我国高校初任教师的学习意愿并不清晰。基于43所高校157名初任教师的问卷调查,采用UTAUT模型分析教学能力提升类MOOC的学习意愿及其影响因素,结果表明:目前有44.59%的高校初任教师已经学习过教学能力提升类MOOC,超3/4的高校初任教师有学习教学能力提升类MOOC的意愿,学习意愿受到绩效期望、付出期望、社会影响的正向影响且影响程度依次递减,学习意愿转化为学习行为还面临科研、教学任务重等障碍。因此,高校应优化教学能力提升类MOOC及MOOC平台设计,并在新教师培训中纳入教学能力提升类MOOC,而“工学矛盾”的解决有待顶层设计的完善和高校理念的转变。

“国考”成绩与学业成绩相关性分析及教学建议——以物理学科知识与教学能力科目成绩为例

目前,国家教师资格证考试中物理学科知识与教学能力科目的合格率较低。其原因,可能与学生之前学过的各科成绩有关。所以,该文把部分公共课和专业核心课的期末总评成绩,分别与“国考”物理学科知识与教学能力科目成绩进行相关性分析。分析得到,相关性最强的三个科目分别是教师职业道德、物理课程与教学论和物理学科知识与教学能力课程。根据这个研究结果,结合考生考试后的问卷调查情况总结,分别从提高学生的教师职业认知、注重专业课和中学物理课程结合、加强中学物理教学实践训练三方面,给出对物理学科课程与教学论和物理学科知识与教学能力等课程的教学建议,以供同行参考。
