Paths to Enhance Teacher Digital Literacy Under Educational Digital Transformation in China

In the context of the digital transformation of education in the new era,digital literacy for teachers is a new requirement for professional development.Teacher digital literacy encompasses four main aspects:attitudinal literacy,knowledge and skills literacy,instructional application literacy,and innovation and development literacy.Currently,there are several issues with teacher digital literacy,such as a lack of digital responsibility,insufficient digital knowledge and skills,weak digital application skills,and low digital innovation capability.Enhancing teachers’digital literacy is a complex and critical task.Based on the current state of teachers’digital literacy,this paper proposes the following approaches:(1)adherence to digital norms;(2)development of a robust training mechanism;(3)improvement of the evaluation system;(4)strengthening of digital innovation.

In the digital era,the education and teaching of private undergraduate universities in China are undergoing innovative reform.This article uses the literature review method to conduct a survey and research on the quality of teaching resources,teaching platforms,and literature reserves,and proposes a series of strategies and innovative paths to improve the teaching quality of private undergraduate universities.The research results show that the rational use of digital technology can improve the quality of education and teaching,and achieve innovative development in education and teaching.The research results have certain theoretical value and guiding significance for the teaching reform of private undergraduate universities under the background of digital teaching.

Digital Continuity Guarantee Approach of Electronic Record Based on Data Quality Theory

Since the British National Archive put forward the concept of the digital continuity in 2007,several developed countries have worked out their digital continuity action plan.However,the technologies of the digital continuity guarantee are still lacked.At first,this paper analyzes the requirements of digital continuity guarantee for electronic record based on data quality theory,then points out the necessity of data quality guarantee for electronic record.Moreover,we convert the digital continuity guarantee of electronic record to ensure the consistency,completeness and timeliness of electronic record,and construct the first technology framework of the digital continuity guarantee for electronic record.Finally,the temporal functional dependencies technology is utilized to build the first integration method to insure the consistency,completeness and timeliness of electronic record.

Utilising digital health to improve medication-related quality of care for hypertensive patients:An integrative literature review

BACKGROUND Hypertension or high blood pressure is considered as a significant contributor and risk factor to many serious conditions,approximately 1.13 billion people have hypertension globally.However,the integrated technologies can upscale health provisions and improve the effectiveness of the healthcare system.WHO has recommended that the digital health interventions(DHIs)and the Health System Challenges should be used in tandem in addressing health.AIM To summarise the outcomes from a range of research which investigated the use of DHI to improve the medication-related quality of care(MRQOC)for hypertensive patients.METHODS An integrative literature review was undertaken in October 2019 using the Medline,Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature,and Scopus databases for publications in English with no date limit.RESULTS In total,18433 participants were included in this review from 28 studies meeting the eligibility criteria.There were 19 DHI identified within eight countries:Australia,Canada,India,South Korea,Lebanon,Pakistan,the United Kingdom,and the United States of America.The DHI were provided as community-based,clinical-based and home-based program through mobile phone,mobile health system,short message service,and telehealth,digital medicine,and online healthcare(web-based).The mean age of participants was 59 ranging from 42 to 81 years with an average mean systolic blood pressure of 143.3 mmHg at baseline,ranging from 129.0 mmHg to 159.0 mmHg.The proportion of male participants ranged from 13.9%to 92.0%.Eighteen interventions showed evidence of reduction in blood pressure and improvement of self-management in relation to medication adherence and blood pressure control.The reduction of systolic blood pressure ranged between 1.9 mmHg and 26.0 mmHg,with a mean of 10.8 mmHg.The digital health was found positively associated with the MRQOC for hypertensive patients such as improvement in medication adherence and medication management;better blood pressure control;maintaining followups appointment and self-management;increasing access to healthcare particularly among patients living in rural area;and reducing adverse events.However,some interventions found no significant effect on hypertensive care.The follow up duration varied between 2 mo and 18 mo with an average attrition rate of 10.1%,ranging from 0.0%to 17.4%.CONCLUSION Utilising digital health innovation for hypertensive care in different settings with tailored interventions positively impacted on MRQOC leading to an improvement of patient outcomes and their quality of life.Nevertheless,inconclusive findings were found in some interventions,and inconsistent outcomes between DHI were noted.A future research and evidence-based DHI for hypertension or chronic diseases should be developed through the evidenceto-decision framework and guidelines.

ISO9000 and the Quality Management System in the Digital Hospital

Summary: ISO9000 quality management system (ISO9000QMS) emphasize on the customer-oriented, managers' leadership and all staff's joining, adopt the process method and system management, spread the taking facts as a basis to make decision and improve consistently, and establish win-win relation with the suppliers. So, the digital hospital can adopt the ISO9000QMS. In order to establish the ISO9000QMS, the digital hospital should: (1) Design integrally, including analyzing the operation procedure, clarifying the job duties, setting up the spreading team and setting the quality policy and objectives: (2) Learning the ISO9000 quality standards; (3) Drawing up the documents, including the quality manual, program files and operation guiding files; (4) Training according the documents; (5) Executing the quality standard, including the service quality auditing, quality record auditing and quality system auditing; (6) Improving continually. With the establishment of ISO900QMS, the digital hospital can appraise more accurately, analyze quality matters statistically and avoid the interference of artificial factors.

Digital Twin-based Quality Management Method for the Assembly Process of Aerospace Products with the Grey-Markov Model and Apriori Algorithm

The assembly process of aerospace products such as satellites and rockets has the characteristics of single-or small-batch production,a long development period,high reliability,and frequent disturbances.How to predict and avoid quality abnormalities,quickly locate their causes,and improve product assembly quality and efficiency are urgent engineering issues.As the core technology to realize the integration of virtual and physical space,digital twin(DT)technology can make full use of the low cost,high efficiency,and predictable advantages of digital space to provide a feasible solution to such problems.Hence,a quality management method for the assembly process of aerospace products based on DT is proposed.Given that traditional quality control methods for the assembly process of aerospace products are mostly post-inspection,the Grey-Markov model and T-K control chart are used with a small sample of assembly quality data to predict the value of quality data and the status of an assembly system.The Apriori algorithm is applied to mine the strong association rules related to quality data anomalies and uncontrolled assembly systems so as to solve the issue that the causes of abnormal quality are complicated and difficult to trace.The implementation of the proposed approach is described,taking the collected centroid data of an aerospace product’s cabin,one of the key quality data in the assembly process of aerospace products,as an example.A DT-based quality management system for the assembly process of aerospace products is developed,which can effectively improve the efficiency of quality management for the assembly process of aerospace products and reduce quality abnormalities.

The Synergized Quality Improvement Program in Teacher Education:A Policy for Improving the Quality of China's Rural Teachers

Purpose This study elucidates the rationale,implementation,values,and challenges of the Synergized Quality Improvement Program in Teacher Education(SQIPTE)—the first policy specifically dedicated to the development of teaching staff since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Design/Approach/Methods After introducing the primary structure and rationale of the SQIPTE,this study reviews the existing data and research to explain why the program focuses on local normal colleges and determine how it could be implemented more effectively.Findings In establishing group-based assistance under the principle of“1+M+N”(M≥N),the SQIPTE seeks to make normal colleges the primary force in the education of rural teachers and explores a collaborative operating mechanism to this end.Evidence suggests that this innovative program will provide new practical experience for the collaborative development and quality improvement of teachers.Originality/Value This study reviews the SQIPTE as a new Chinese intervention to improve the quality of rural teachers.There is strong evidence to suggest that this innovative program will inspire the construction of collaborative operating mechanisms incorporating multiple resources for teacher education systems across different areas.

Application of Digital Image Analysis Method in Metric Screw Thread Metrology

This paper describes the use of computer-aided measurement for external metric screw threads. Thread parameters, including thread pitch, thread angle, pitch diameter and major diameter, were measured with CCD cameras and image analysis software. New technologies such as digital image processing were used to increase the efficiency of measurements. In this study, by reconstructing the toolmaker’s microscope, the computer-aided semi-automated measuring system was developed, which could evaluate the accuracy of screw thread profile. It is concluded that the measurement accuracy is comparable to that of traditional toolmaker’s microscope method. Key words screw threads - quality inspection - accuracy - digital image processing

Progress and Challenges of Reference Standard and Its New Form: Digital Reference Standard

Number and quantities of reference standards (RS) needed for the quality control of drugs are increasing, bringing great pressure to the calibration and using company. This manuscript summarized the four generations for the development of RS including physical RS, paper atlas, substitute RS and electronic databases. The advantages and disadvantages of each generation were summarized. The concept of digital RS (DRS) was proposed based on this, and summed up the definition, advantages, and technical architecture of DRS. The 10 characteristics of five aspects of the DRS were discussed including digital, multi-dimension, big data, cloud computing, internet, internet of things, sharing, multi-terminal, intelligence, and compliance certification. Then, the necessity of its formation and application in the medicine holistic quality control of internet plus era was discussed in this manuscript.

An experiment on digital library based on the method of TQM system

The principles and methods of TQM (total quality management) were applied to digital library management. TQM puts emphasis on process control and continual improvement. The TQM theories and measures explained clearly in this paper were the scientific tools used in the experiment in the Wenzhou University Digital Library. This paper deals with a very broad range of subjects related to a digital library: system model of TQM for digital library, organization structure, and tasks of Wenzhou University Digital Library, task flow chart of electronic reading room, cause and effect of electronic reading room quality man- agement, systematic model of enhancing electronic information acquisition rate, quality comparison of electronic reading room service, etc.

Delivery Digital Television Services over Ethernet

A new architecture for digital television (DTV) delivery based on Ethernet was presented. In this architecture, new protocol stack and packet encapsulation were proposed to help implementation of DTV services over Ethernet link. A simple quality of service (QoS) structure was provided in traffic control of nodes to achieve QoS requirements of DTV delivery. Experiments were proceeded successfully to implement the idea. Finally, a short evaluation to QoS provisions was given, achieving good results.

Unlicensed Personnel’s Experience of Digital Signing for Medication Administration in Municipal Healthcare

Aim: To describe unlicensed personnel’s experience of digital signing lists via a smartphone application for the distribution of medication in municipal healthcare in Western Sweden. Design: A qualitative and quantitative design was used. Methods: The study included 48 unlicensed personnel, 28 of whom answered an open-ended questionnaire, while an additional 20 volunteered for individual interviews. The material was analysed by qualitative content analysis. Results: The results indicate that digital signing lists via a smartphone application are feasible, and efficient and facilitate the work. However, some aspects negatively affected the sense of security, meetings with patients and quality of care, such as an insufficient internet signal in some rural areas, difficulty remembering the password, as well as the change of focus from patient to smartphone. To improve quality of care and the meeting with the patient, it is crucial that the technology works and that unlicensed personnel develop technical skills.
