Creating a“double-qualified”teacher team is an important content in the construction of a higher vocational college teacher team.This paper probes into the significance of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the construction of“double-qualified”teachers’training base,the institutionalization of“double-qualified”teacher rotation training,the regularization of cooperation with enterprises,and the rationalization of incentive mechanism.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the theoretical research and practical exploration of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers.

With the continuous development of education in China,various vocational colleges have responded to the“Double-High Plan”and are actively building teaching innovation teams with“double-qualified teachers.”By improving the professional level of teachers and increasing practical opportunities,vocational colleges and universities can nurture high-level teachers and improve their teaching level so as to meet the demand for high-level technical skills training in the new era.This paper discusses the significance of constructing a“double-qualified”education model under the background of the“Double-High Plan,”the requirements of the“double-qualified”education model for teachers,the problems in constructing a teaching innovation team with“double-qualified”teachers,and the countermeasures for these problems.

Research into the Influencing Factors of Knowledge Transfer within Innovative Research Teams

Knowledge transfer within university-led innovative research teams helps to maximally gather knowledge sources and promote knowledge dissemination,exchange and digestion among different disciplines. T he effect of transfer directly affects the team's capacity of knowledge innovation and its outcomes. In this paper,a WSB-based research framework for the influencing factors of knowledge transfer within university-led innovative research teams is established by means of grounded theory with help of in-depth interviews,in which five fundamental categories that affect knowledge transfer within teams,namely,knowledge source,knowledge receiver,knowledge transfer context,knowledge characteristics and knowledge transfer medium,are proposed to elaborate on the relationship between the fundamental categories and the effect of knowledge transfer within teams.Finally,a theoretical saturation test is conducted to verify the rationality and scientific tenability of this theoretical framework.

Promoting Construction of Professional Teacher Team of Acupuncture and Tuina by Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence is a frontier science for simulating,extending and expanding human intelligence,theoretical methods,technologies and application systems.Through the survey and analysis of the current situation of the integration of artificial intelligence into the construction of the teacher team,the corresponding research plan and path are formulated,and the artificial intelligence is fully integrated with the construction of the professional teacher team of acupuncture and tuina,and specific practices are carried out.The practical research path includes the construction of the corresponding artificial intelligence education analysis system and platform for the teaching staff,the formulation and practice of artificial intelligence training and training plans for the teaching staff,the daily intelligent education of the teaching staff and the sustainable improvement of lifelong intelligent education literacy.Through this study,it is hoped that the teaching ability and level of acupuncture and tuina teachers will be improved,and more new ideas and methods will be provided for the training and education of acupuncture and tuina professionals.

Curriculum Innovation in Language Teacher Education:Reflections on the PGDELT Program’s Contributions to EFL Teachers’Continuing Professional Development

Initial teacher preparation and teachers’ continuing professional development are two significant pillars of the teacher education enterprise. The former encompasses a wide range of teachereducation initiatives at the levels of diploma, bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, and even master’s degree for teacher licensure purposes. These are widely documented in the literature.What is important is how teacher professional development contributes to bolstering the teachereducator force, which is relatively insufficiently documented due to the very fact that different educational systems have somewhat different expectations of such programs in relation to the ideologies and theories underpinning the teacher professional development program design and curriculum offering. Taking stock of a postgraduate diploma program in English language teaching(PGDELT) for teachers’ continuing professional development with a 31-year history housed at a premier teacher education institution in Singapore, which has successfully graduated over 1, 000 English language teachers for colleges and universities in China, I intend to highlight some of its key features, as a former student and then a lecturer on the program, in order to draw implications for sustainable growth of language teacher education programs, especially those whose main purposes are to prepare teachers of English as a second or foreign language(ESL/EFL) and provide continuing professional development opportunities for such inservice teachers.

Influence of Knowledge Heterogeneity on Innovation Performance in Innovation Teams——Based on the Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing

To break through the restrictions of traditional organizational forms,systems,and mechanisms and quickly respond to the innovative development requirements of CASC,the innovation team has gradually become a crucial organizational form within CASC.One of the biggest differences between the innovation team and traditional orga-nizational structure lies in knowledge heterogeneity.Existing studies present different conclusions on the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and innovation performance,which should be analyzed according to specific situ-ations.Therefore,this paper takes the innovation team of CASC as the research object to conduct an empirical study on 186 team members,propose conceptual models and hypotheses,and study the relationship among knowledge heterogeneity,knowledge sharing,and innovation performance.The research results indicate that the two dimensions of knowledge heterogeneity—explicit knowledge heterogeneity and implicit knowledge heterogeneity—are beneficial to innovation performance when they are to a great extent.Knowledge sharing plays a partially mediating role between knowledge heterogeneity and collaborative innovation performance.It reveals the influence of knowledge heterogene-ity on innovation performance in the innovation team of CASC,aiming to provide a certain reference for the establish-ment and development of CASC’s innovation team.

Teaching Reform on Team-based Innovative Talent Training Model in Computer Software

As a prominent branch of computer science,computer software focuses on technology development and practical application,and it is of great importance in modern social and economic life.Universities need to train postgraduate students that master software engineering to satisfy the needs of high-level talents,preparing for the rapid development of the software industry.Postgraduate is an important stage to cultivate talented students in software engineering.Mentors in relevant majors need to combine advantages of their team while establishing an innovative mode for training talents,mining most potentials of students,and cultivating their ability.We have explored the team-based training mode of computer software major and scientific evaluation methods of innovation ability,shared critical importance in fulfilling fruitions of research,and proposed solutions to real problems especially under the background of“Double First-Class”.This paper decomposes and quantifies the evaluation indicators of the innovation ability of computer software graduate students through literature research and questionnaire surveys.Consequently,we establish a talent evaluation indexing system and build a team-based evaluation system for the innovation ability of graduate student in computer software major.

Analyses of the Construction of Double-quality Teachers＇ Team of the Application-Oriented Institutes -- take the legal profession as an example

Teachers of the Application-Oriented Institutes are the main force in the field of cultivating high-quality workers and skilled personnel, and their abilities determine the educational level and the training quality of the Institutes. Double-quality teacher should have enough theoretical knowledge and corresponding professional practice skills. He isnot only competent for teaching theory, but also qualified for the guidance of professional practice. The professional practical ability is the core ability of teachers in the vocational colleges. Teachers of the Application-Oriented Institutes should eventually becomethe double-quality teachers. Therefore, to construct a high level teachers＇ teamwith double-quality teachers is the guarantee to improve the teaching quality of the Application-Oriented Institutes, andthe construction of teaching team is a necessary channel to achieve this goal.

Teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses

Teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses are very important to train the major of financial management undergraduate students＇ innovation sense, spirits and abilities. This paper firstly explores the structure of teaching innovation abilities, characteristics of creative teachers. Secondly, combined with teaching practice, this paper inquires into how to explore students＇ innovative abilities, how to teach differently according to different students, and how to guide correctly. Finally, from the perspective of department and office environments, continuing education and teachers＇ self-questioning, this paper probes into how to train professional teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses.

Study on Implementing Social Media With Teaching in Course of Technology and Innovation for Teachers for Undergraduates of the Faculty of Education, Naresuan University

The objectives of this research were （1） to study on students＇ achievement after implementing social media with teaching in course of Technology and Innovation for Teachers; （2） to study on students＇ opinions on implementing social media with teaching in the course for undergraduates; and （3） to study on behavior of 38 students in Thai Language major, Faculty of Education, towards implementing social media with teaching in the course for undergraduates who attended the course in academic year 2014. The data was collected by using a learning achievement test before and after implementing social media in the course and a questionnaire for students concerning their opinions regarding implementing social media with the course. The data was analyzed by finding percentage, mean, standard deviation （SD）, t-test dependent, and behavioral observation. The result showed that （I） the post-study achievement of 38 students was significantly higher than pre-study achievement with a statistical significance of .05; （2） the students ＂mostly agreed＂ on implementing social media with the course （μ = 4.40, σ = .37）. After considering in each aspect, it was found that the three aspects that reached highest score respectively were overall image of implementing social media in classes （μ= 4.74, σ = .45）. Followed by those that reached the same score, which were, ＂implementing social media allowed students to exchange experience, knowledge, and attitudes between each other more＂ with （μ = 4.66, σ = .48）, ＂implementing social media allowed students and teachers to exchange experience, knowledge, and attitudes with teachers more＂ with （μ = 4.66, σ = .48）, ＂allowed students to work with each other or do more self-study＂ with （μ = 4.66, σ = .48）, ＂allowed students to study by themselves＂ with （μ = 4.66,σ = .48）, and ＂implementing social media in classes allowed students to submit assignment, and receive suggestions for improvement at all times＂ with （μ = 4.66, σ = .48）. The third was ＂implementing social media in classes allowed more methods for students to communicate with teachers＂ with （μ = 4.53, σ = .51）; and （3） behaviors of implementing social media with the course showed that （a） in terms of promoting knowledge, social media helped promoting knowledge between friends and between students and teachers in various concepts, which was the part that linked to practicing living together in society with others; （b） in terms of communication, students had a change to participate in more socialization by debating or asking questions via Facebook; （c） in terms of strengthening motivation, students were enthusiastic to learn and used the Facebook group for communication; （d） in terms of adjusting an opened-learning environment, this promoted the behavior that students would study and learn anywhere outside of classrooms,which helped learners to always learn not just in their classes; moreover, this would form the behavior of being able to work anywhere anytime, improve, and adjust their works by having records of the changes as well; and （e） in terms of supporting and promoting two-way communication, students were able to communicate and exchange information more than just in class and they were also encouraged to compete by producing portfolios and present them on Facebook and YouTube.

The Relation between Knowledge Heterogeneity and Knowledge Innovation Performance of R &D Team

Using a sample of 252 R & D teams in Guangzhou, Foshan, Shenzhen, the researcher empirically examines the relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and knowledge innovation performance, the mediating role of knowledge share. Results indicate that knowledge heterogeneity is positively related to knowledge share, the same with knowledge share and knowledge innovation performance. This paper analyzes the results comprehensively and makes recommendations from multiple perspectives including building the knowledge heterogeneous steams, advocating the collaborative spirit, building a knowledge shared platform, improving the organizational structure, and grooming the communication.

Effects of Team Structure on Innovation Performance： An Empirical Study

Teamwork is gaining increasing attention in a broader management research. In addition to previous research on the relationship between team structure and innovation performance, this study draws from an interesting experience-based theory advanced by Kelley and Littman （2005）, which examines teams from design thinking perspective, and tests its contributions and effects on team＇s innovation performance. According to Kelley and Littman any team should include the following team roles： The anthropologist, the experimenter, the cross-pollinator, the hurdler, the collaborator, the director, the experience architect, the set designer, the storyteller, and the caregiver. We develop theoretical logics to explain how team structure that includes these key team roles and competences lead to a better innovation performance, and propose pertinent hypotheses. Experimental-empirical research and quantitative analysis were used in the study. The study conducted multiple experiments on three samples： a group of foreign entrepreneurship students, a group of technical students, and an additional group of randomly selected individuals, aged between 20 and 58, with diverse backgrounds. A special approach was implemented and a new instrument was developed to evaluate individuals in teams. While the results show that team that possess the major competences proposed by Kelley and Littman are more innovative, preliminary results also show that not all team roles are equally important. Moreover, team roles should be allocated equally among members for better collaboration, member satisfaction, and quick response, and within one team, one prevailing personality is optimal in terms of innovativeness. We discuss the implications of our findings for future research and managerial practice.

In the context of globalization and China s rising status in the world, the requirements of the development of the times have raised new issues for China s education cause. The importance of the humanities discipline is on the rise, and its main discipline, history, is becoming increasingly important. In this regard, in order to explore the current situation and existing problems of history teaching in middle schools of China, this study collected the research literature on related issues in the past 20 years, and conducted a preliminary reading and analysis. It summarized the general background, existing problems, and some recommendations, to provide a certain reference for the history teaching.

平台型领导如何提升团队创新绩效——基于SEM与fsQCA的链式中介分析

为探究平台型领导对团队创新绩效的作用机制,选取团队学习氛围和知识场活性作为中介,团队心理安全作为调节,基于496位高新技术行业知识型员工样本,运用结构方程模型和模糊集定性比较分析两种方法检验理论模型。结果显示,平台型领导正向促进团队创新绩效,团队学习氛围和知识场活性在其中发挥链式中介作用;团队心理安全调节团队学习氛围与知识场活性之间的关系。以平台型领导、团队学习氛围、知识场活性和团队心理安全为前因条件、团队创新绩效为结果条件的模糊集定性比较分析结果支持以上结论,并得出提高团队创新绩效的两种前因组态模式,即“领导—成员互动模式”和“团队成员互动模式”。

Research on the Relationship between Leadership and Innovation

The research aims to explore the relationship between leadership and employee innovation,team innovation,and organizational innovation by reviewing the previous literature so that it can provide a systematie understanding of the relationship.Most of the current researchers pay more attention to the relationship between one type of leadership and innovation,whereas this study reviews the literature on different leadership styles and innovations and provides concepts of them,and shows empirical findings.

高校思政课教师团队构建的背景审视、逻辑理路及其协同路径

团队作为社会生活中无所不在的思维与行动单位,它本身所蕴含的行动的力量对于我们审视高校思政课既存叙事主体的叙事逻辑和组织逻辑具有重要意义。在新的历史时期,有必要对高校思政课教师团队的存在样态进行反思,推进高效能思政课教师团队的模式建构,打造高质量发展、高效率运行的思政课教师团队。基于此,从运行主体上需要实现思政课教师队伍从个体叙事向团队叙事的转向,从构建路向上需要基于差异性分层学习共同体的优势来聚焦思政课的主题,从组织保障上需要以民主型、包容性和自治性的机制来协同整合。
