Teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses are very important to train the major of financial management undergraduate students＇ innovation sense, spirits and abilities. This paper firstly explores the structure of teaching innovation abilities, characteristics of creative teachers. Secondly, combined with teaching practice, this paper inquires into how to explore students＇ innovative abilities, how to teach differently according to different students, and how to guide correctly. Finally, from the perspective of department and office environments, continuing education and teachers＇ self-questioning, this paper probes into how to train professional teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses.

Application of Capability Maturity Model Integration to Innovation Management for Software and Service Companies

To look through innovation management in small project-based firms, such as software engineering companies, which are service firms that conduct projects for their clients, capability maturity model integration （CMMI） is introduced. It is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes. Taking ABC Software Company as an example, the performances before and after the introduction of CMMI in the firm were compared. The results indicated that after two years of application, the productivity increased 92%, and the ability of detecting errors improved 26.45% ; while the rate of faults and the cost of software development dropped 12.45% and 77.55%, respectively. To conclude, small project-based firms benefit a lot if they take CMMI into their process of innovation management, particularly for those R＆D firms, since the implementation of CMMI leads them to a promising future with higher efficiency and better effects.

“Flipped Classroom” Teaching Model Research: A Case Study of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Practice (Theory)”

The flipped classroom model differs significantly from the traditional classroom teaching model and offers numerous advantages. This article draws inspiration from the flipped classroom concept, using the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Practice (Theory)” course as an example to introduce the innovation and characteristics of the flipped classroom model: it is problem-oriented, addressing the “pain points” in teaching, motivating students towards “active learning,” and integrating diverse teaching methods. In the conclusion, the article proposed suggestions on the application of this model, encouraging teachers to summarize their teaching experiences, enhance their knowledge base, and foster students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Analysis of an event study using the Fama–French five‑factor model:teaching approaches including spreadsheets and the R programming language

The current financial education framework has an increasing need to introduce tools that facilitate the application of theoretical models to real-world data and contexts.However,only a limited number of free tools are available for this purpose.Given this lack of tools,the present study provides two approaches to facilitate the implementa-tion of an event study.The first approach consists of a set of MS Excel files based on the Fama–French five-factor model,which allows the application of the event study methodology in a semi-automatic manner.The second approach is an open-source R-programmed tool through which results can be obtained in the context of an event study without the need for programming knowledge.This tool widens the calculus possibilities provided by the first approach and offers the option to apply not only the Fama–French five-factor model but also other models that are common in the finan-cial literature.It is a user-friendly tool that enables reproducibility of the analysis and ensures that the calculations are free of manipulation errors.Both approaches are freely available and ready-to-use.

A Study on the Impact of Enterprise Digital Transformation on Business Model Innovation

Taking knowledge management and entrepreneurial orientation as variables,this study explores the impact mechanism and contextual effects of enterprise digital transformation on business model innovation,based on organization reform theory and the knowledge-based view.The findings show that digital transformation has a significant and positive impact on business model innovation,that knowledge management plays an intermediary role in the impact of digital transformation on business model innovation,and that compared tolow-level entrepreneurial orientation,high-level entrepreneurial orientation strengthens the relationship between digital transformation and knowledge management,and weakens therelationship between knowledge management and business model innovation.

Application and Practice of the Teaching Model of “Promoting Teaching by Competition” in Tourism Management Specialty

The fundamental task of applied universities is to cultivate high-level applied talents facing the needs of economic and social development, and "promoting teaching by competition" is the booster for the construction of applied universities and the reform of talent training mode in colleges and universities.Taking tourism management specialty as an example, the needs of subject skill competition for students’personality ability are analyzed, and the teaching mode of "promoting teaching by competition" is constructed, and the implementation of teaching process and classroom teaching design are analyzed.Moreover, the supporting conditions of the teaching mode of "promoting teaching by competition" are put forward, such as building and perfecting the practice and training base, deepening the integration of industry and education and the cooperation of work and study, and strengthening the construction of teachers.

Research on Teaching Mode of "Entrepreneurial Project Management" Course based on Flipped Classroom

Under the background of the era of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has been promoted to the focus of educational work. The establishment of self-improvement and entrepreneurship class in Wuhan University is an innovative education mode under the requirement of "Double Creation" education. The development of network information technology in the new era has given rise to the subversion and reform of teaching models. The appearance of flipped classrooms has broken the barrier of traditional education and provides a new train of thought for innovation and entrepreneurship teaching model reform in colleges and universities. This paper takes the self-improvement entrepreneurship class of Wuhan University as an example, introduces the flipped classroom into the course of "Entrepreneurial Project Management", and analyzes the application process of the flipped classroom in the course teaching from three aspects: before class, during class and after class, in order to provide a reference for the curriculum teaching reform and promote the teaching effect of innovation and entrepreneurship courses in colleges and universities.

新文科背景下管理学科拔尖创新人才培养模式研究

管理学科人才培养模式改革和创新是新文科建设的重要内容,也是国家战略和社会发展的必然要求。文章从新文科背景下管理学科拔尖创新人才培养新内涵出发,探讨了人才培养的逻辑与路径。进而,结合笔者教学改革实践工作,提出了一套“一二三”式培养理念,即以国家和社会需求以及学科和产业发展趋势为导向,充分利用教育资源与国际高水平学术交流两个平台,以德育知识、专业知识和素质拓展三个模块协同培养,并从课程创新、科研创新、实践创新角度构建了“六位一体”人才培养模式。

创新驱动下的临床专科能力建设策略研究

目的进一步推进临床重点专科建设“百千万工程”,探索强化临床专科能力建设的有效举措。方法以某大型三级甲等医院为样本医院,采用智力激励法、专题小组讨论法、案例分析法,运用鱼骨图等质量工具展开研究。结果分析临床专科能力建设存在的问题与短板,从体系创新、模式创新、技术创新、管理创新4个方面,梳理临床专科能力建设举措并系统性评价建设成效。结论基于“4个创新”的有力实践,促进临床专科发展,带动诊疗能力和水平的提升,助力公立医院高质量发展。

土木工程重点学科建设推进本科人才培养质量的研究与实践

将土木工程重点学科建设与本科教育相结合,提升本科人才的培养质量是有意义和必要的。该文以河南大学土木工程专业的教学模式革新为例,结合省级重点学科的实际建设情况,对原有本科人才培养方案进行改革补充,从制度体系建设和创新创业实践两个方面提出十六项具体措施。通过2018—2021年的改革结果跟踪调研分析,验证其可行性,取得良好的创新效果。

信息技术与企业绩效:知识管理能力与商业模式创新的链式中介作用

信息化时代背景下,企业可以通过先进的信息技术提高管理能力与组织绩效。基于资源基础观和动态能力理论,依循“资源—能力—绩效”的逻辑,以知识管理能力和商业模式创新为中介,探讨信息技术对企业绩效的影响机理。以创新型企业为研究对象,采用问卷调查法收集297份样本数据,并运用偏最小二乘结构方程模型和模糊集定性比较分析方法进行实证检验。结果表明,信息技术对知识管理能力和企业绩效的正向直接效应均显著,知识管理能力对商业模式创新、商业模式创新对企业绩效的正向直接效应均显著,且商业模式创新与知识管理能力在信息技术对企业绩效的正向影响中发挥链式中介作用;企业实现高水平绩效存在3种组态,也间接证实知识管理能力与商业模式创新在信息技术与企业绩效之间存在链式中介效应。研究有助于增进对信息技术与企业绩效间作用关系的理解,丰富资源基础观与动态能力理论,进而为创新型企业可持续成长提供路径指引。

高职院校思政课“云上”实践教学资源开发与创新——以沙洲职业工学院为例

通过对思政课“云上”实践教学资源的研究,开展对思政课“云上”实践教学资源平台的逻辑建构和路径构建。与思政课程内容相结合,开发出一套融合地方区域特色的思政课“云上”实践教学资源平台,创新思政课实践教学模式,推进思政课教育教学改革。

数字技术赋能高校学生管理的理论审思及实践进路——基于五重螺旋模型视角

当前,以数字技术驱动的教育转型升级已然成为世界议题。就高校学生管理而言,数字技术在创造学生管理新模式、催生学生管理新流程、优化学生管理新效能等方面发挥着重要作用,但数字发展不均衡导致的数字鸿沟、巨量信息涌入造成的信息过载、信息算法过滤引发的“信息茧房”等问题也使高校学生管理面临新的挑战。为更好地将数字技术发展潜能转换为学生管理的发展动能,需要充分发挥政府的政策引领作用,加强政策倾斜,弥合数字鸿沟;发挥高校教育创新作用,促进知识传播,孵化数字人才;发挥行企技术主导作用,强化行业监管,避免算法黑箱;发挥社会理念引导作用,突破传统惯性,责定社会契约;发挥数字生态聚合作用,坚守伦理底线,保障数字实践。

“互联网+”视域下混合式教学的探索与实践——以工程力学课程为例

“互联网+教育”的提出与推进,加速了线上线下混合式教学的快速崛起。为克服传统课堂教学模式的弊端,本文提出利用互联网技术,基于联通主义理论建立以教师、学生、目标为要素的学习共同体,构建线上线下融合、校企合作、教学内容与项目任务相结合的教学模式。结合工程力学课程特点,基于理工智课平台整合教学资源,对多手段融合的创新教学模式实践开展应用研究。通过对学生综合考核成绩的分析,研究表明采用混合式教学取得了较为良好的教学效果,为混合式教学实践和推广提供了借鉴。

构建科教企融合式实验教学模式的探究

为了全面提高草业科学专业创新人才的培养质量,构建了科教企协同融合的实验教学模式。该模式创建了多学科交叉融合的草业科学实验教学体系,搭建了教学实验室—高新科研平台—野外试验站—行业企业等多元化的实践教学平台体系,建立了院士领衔的实验课程教学团队发展成长体系,融汇了创新实践内容—平台—指导—竞赛于一体,以科教企协同融合支撑学生的自主创新创业;从课程思政、以能力培养为核心的课程教学、学科特色教学资源和有组织的教学研究等方面开展了实验教学体系的综合改革建设,夯实学生的创新创业实践基础。该模式显著提高了创新人才培养质量,支撑了兰州大学获批建设国家级一流草业科学专业和草学学科。

海洋生物生态工程类课程教学创新设计

“海洋生物学”和“海洋生态修复”是涉海高校本科生两门非常重要的海洋生物生态工程类课程。遵循“以学生为中心”OBE教育理念和“两性一度”金课标准创新设计教学内容,依据“教师主导、学生主体,线上自学、线下面授,课程思政三精途径”原则创新设计教学过程和方法,采用过程性评价与终结性评价相结合策略创新设计考评并及时和精准给予反馈。基于上述教学环节创新设计,经过多轮迭代式课程建设探索实践,开展基于翻转课堂的线上线下混合式课程思政教学,提高人才培养质量,落实立德树人根本任务。

基于系统论理念的多彩教学模式在研究型激光课程中的教学设计研究

中国正在从工业大国向工业强国稳步迈进,教育教学迈入改革的新工科建设阶段。根据北京航空航天大学人才培养的价值观塑造、能力培养和知识传授三个方面的要求,在研究性教学中进行基于系统论的多彩教学设计,其中,红色引领包括创新理念、课程思政两个方面,绿色实践是从实践需求出发,以应用目标和核心问题为导向构建绿色版块以解决激光器和激光技术的系统应用和安全问题;将教学内容分为三个层次:通用基础阶段,器件演化,系统应用,将激光要件与激光专业基础知识点和创新、系统论和方法论有机结合构成金色基础。通过以践行创新引领和课程思政为灵魂,人文关怀为润滑,构建坚实立体的激光专业教学体系。提出的基于系统论理念的多彩教学模式除在激光专业课程中实践外,也在创新课程中的实践取得好的效果。
