Leadership Virtues, Professional Self-Esteem, and Teaching Management of Chinese University Professors: Basis for Professional Development Plan

This study used a descriptive-quantitative research method as it describes the profile of Chinese university professors in terms of age,gender,and educational background.It also described the leadership virtues in terms of prudence,fortitude,temperance,and justice;professional self-esteem in terms of career choice and adaptability,career satisfaction and values,career impact and fulfillment,and career competence and evaluation;and teaching management in terms of teaching management and evaluation,the area of teaching and research activities,and the area of collective lesson planning activities.Diversity leadership training and instructional management training are provided to meet the needs of different groups of faculty and staff of different gender,age,and education levels.Individualized professional development plans are based on the personal characteristics and needs of professors,particularly in the areas of leadership,teaching management,and career satisfaction.To address the relationship among leadership virtues,professional self-esteem,and teaching management,long-term,in-depth research is encouraged to better understand the dynamics between them.Based on the results,this paper recommends the implementation of the proposed professional development plan.

Design and Implementation of English Teaching Management System Based on Web

In order to improve the intelligence of the English teaching management, so as to improve the English teaching resource scheduling and sharing ability, a design method of teaching management system is proposed based on Web. The system adopts Web network architecture design, mainly it is divided into MUC main control module, database module, data management module and man-machine interaction module, Network management and online scheduling of English teaching resources are obtained based on C/S framework, data exchange of English teaching resources is realized on client side and server side, the control component of the English teaching resource distribution database uses MBM29LV400BC as the logic decoding controller. The intelligent algorithm is used to analyze the big data to realize the scheduling and access control of the English teaching management system resources. The test results show that the design of the English teaching management system has good resource scheduling and database construction ability, and the overall intelligence of the system is better.

On the Self Management in MET Development

Maritime English teaching has placed higher requirements on the part of the teachers. In combination with the requirements and the characteristics of maritime English teaching, this article puts forth new viewpoints for the self management of maritime English teachers and provides evidence in the aspects of theory and practice.

Teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses

Teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses are very important to train the major of financial management undergraduate students＇ innovation sense, spirits and abilities. This paper firstly explores the structure of teaching innovation abilities, characteristics of creative teachers. Secondly, combined with teaching practice, this paper inquires into how to explore students＇ innovative abilities, how to teach differently according to different students, and how to guide correctly. Finally, from the perspective of department and office environments, continuing education and teachers＇ self-questioning, this paper probes into how to train professional teachers＇ teaching innovation abilities in financial management courses.

Continuing professional development of principals in Hong Kong region

The quality of principals is pivotal for quality education.It is only through continuing professional development(CPD)that principals can further enhance professionalism.In this study,both quantitative and qualitative methods were used to analyze the responses of 194 principals and vice-principals.The research findings show that Hong Kong region principals are facing challenges posed by ever-changing school environments of the 21st century and educational reforms.Based on this study,implications for future continuing professional development of principals in Hong Kong region are speculated.

多效并举建设化学实验中心,服务高质量实验教学

在多年的实践过程中,针对本科化学实验教学面临的种种挑战,郑州大学化学实验教学中心多效并举,形成了一系列特色鲜明的教学管理方法,有效服务了高质量化学实验教学工作的开展。本文介绍了郑州大学化学实验教学中心建设中的一些举措和取得的成效,希望能为高校化学实验教学工作和管理服务提供有益的参考借鉴。

面向国家需求的应急技术与管理专业人才培养体系研究

为推动高校应急技术及管理专业建设、加强应急救援人才培养,基于国家应急需求明确专业定位,从职业道德素养、理论知识体系、实践技术能力等方面,提出应急技术与管理专业人才培养模式。首先,参考《应急救援技术专业教学标准》和《应急救援员国家职业技能标准》中的职业道德要求,确定专业职业素养;其次,从应急管理预防、准备、响应、恢复(PPRR)模型出发,构建覆盖应急管理全周期的专业核心课程体系;然后,提出学训结合、政产研融合,共同推进应急技能培养和实践创新能力提升;最后,从教材建设、师资队伍、培养质量监控、人才考核体系、持续改进机制等方面,构建人才培养质量保障体系。结果表明:结合应急技术与管理专业的公共服务和社会责任属性、全周期工作内容和全灾种、多主体实际应用,构建人才培养体系,可以建立专业人才培养与实务工作需求之间的紧密联系,为培养德才兼备、理论与实践并重的应急领域高层次应用型人才提供借鉴。

健康管理护理高质量发展的思考

护士在健康管理中起到了至关重要的作用。文章回顾了我国健康管理护理的起源、发展、实践及专业现状,分析当前存在的问题,并借鉴国外经验,讨论我国未来健康管理护理高质量发展的前进方向,以期对我国健康管理护理的发展提供借鉴。

区域医联体医院ICU护士核心能力现状及影响因素研究

目的调查区域医联体医院ICU护士核心能力,并分析其影响因素,为制定针对性的措施提高医联体内ICU护士核心能力提供参考。方法采用整群抽样方法纳入黄冈地区医联体内19所医院的285名ICU护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护士职业获益感量表、ICU护士核心能力调查表进行调查。结果ICU护士核心能力总分为(258.79±65.11)分,条目均分(3.50±0.88)分,其中临床实践能力维度条目均分最高(3.70±0.92),专业发展能力维度条目均分最低(3.28±0.95);职业获益感总分为(53.75±10.86)分。医院等级、职称、参加过ICU专科培训、获得ICU专科护士证书、工作保障、工作价值是区域医联体医院ICU护士核心能力的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论医联体医院ICU护士核心能力处于中等水平,需开展ICU专科培训及提高职业获益感,从而提高其核心能力。

数智经济时代财会人才培养模式的构建

随着大数据时代的到来,财会人员的作用正在被重新定义。财务人的角色已逐步从提供报告演变为业务合作伙伴。基于我国2019年《中国管理会计职业能力框架》,同时借鉴IMA《2022管理会计能力素质框架》,构建具有成长型特色的财会人才培养模式。该模式以培养职业适应力和可持续发展力为引擎,设置业财融合、技财融合、人财融合的专业课程体系,明确知识、能力、素质和元学习四个维度的培养规格和四级递增的专业能力水平,为我国财会专业的人才培养和职业发展规划提供了参考。

新型职业农民培育课程体系建设研究

课程体系建设是实现课程培养目标的重要途径,也是提高新型职业农民培育质量的关键要素。实践性课程理论对新型职业农民培育课程体系的开发具有重要启示作用。当前,新型职业农民培育课程体系建设缺乏实践性理论指导,存在缺乏实践性目标和方案、缺乏系列化框架、缺乏多样化实施途径、缺乏精细化管理机制等问题。在对问题进行分析的基础上,从课程规划、课程开发、课程实施、课程管理等四个方面探索构建新型职业农民培育“立体化”课程体系。

自然资源监管视域下的国土空间规划管理探析:基于空间开发权配置的探讨

基于两级空间开发权理论,分析面向统一国土空间用途管制的自然资源监管流程,探讨国土空间规划管理在自然资源监管中发挥的具体作用,并从空间开发权视角出发,辨析国土空间规划管理背后隐含的两级空间开发权“批发—零售”基本逻辑。在此基础上,提出完善自然资源监管视域下国土空间规划管理的建议,即强化“区域—要素”统筹,发挥主体功能区战略和制度作用,在规划实施中完善各级“区域”的一级空间开发权 “批发”配置机制;进一步探索完善分级分类的空间开发权交易制度,促进规划安排的自然资源开发保护责任落实和国土空间格局优化。

基于学习成效的高校管理类专业课程“混融”教学模式探究——以山西大同大学为例

混合式教学是现代教育发展的重要趋势,其不仅能充分发挥教师和学生的自主性,而且能充分体现学生作为学习过程主体的主动性、积极性与创造性。针对当前混合式教学“线上+线下”模式在教学实践中出现的问题,文章在混合式教学经验总结的基础上,提出基于学习成效的“混融”教学模式,并对“混融”教学模式的改进和实施进行理论梳理,然后以山西大同大学管理类专业课程为例,对“混融”教学模式在教学实践中取得的教学效果进行说明和总结。

新文科建设下经管类专业实践教学的内涵与发展路径

“岗课赛证”融通下的高职智慧健康养老服务与管理专业人才培养模式研究与实践

融入空间治理的城乡规划管理与法规课程教学改革探索

城乡规划管理与法规课程是规划学科体系建设的基础内容之一,对于培养学生规划管理、城市治理的法治意识具有重要意义。该文基于国土空间规划体系改革与国家治理能力现代化战略背景,从巩固基础教育、适应转型需要、扩展空间视角三个方面,构建对于城乡规划管理与法规课程的基本认识,分析课程教学中在培养目标、知识体系与教学方案存在的诸多问题。在此基础上论文提出课程教学改革路径,在教学内容上扩充治理图谱,在教学实践上固化治理思维,在教学模式上丰富治理场景。结合深圳大学课程教学实践,希冀形成空间治理导向下的城乡规划管理与法规教学改革经验,以更好地适应经济社会发展的新要求。

《药事管理学》多维实践教学的研发与应用

《药事管理学》教学内容繁杂、实效性强,致使教学中面临很多困难。构建多维实践教学方式,创设丰富教学情境,打造体验式学习过程,增强学生学习主动性,让学生在实践中感知、应用和创新,可强化教学成效,这也是《药事管理学》教学改革的关键。从“扎实构建实践课程体系模块、创新改革实践教学多元方法、联合各主体以强化实践育人”三个方面出发,构建《药事管理学》多维实践教学方式,然后结合问卷调查数据统计的方式,考察评测《药事管理学》多维实践教学的应用效果,以期为广大教师同仁带来有益的借鉴与参考。
