Teaching Research and Effect Observation on the Integration of Clinical Medicine Integrated Course and Ideological and Political Elements from the Perspective of“Sanquan Education”

Purpose:To analyze the application path of the integration of clinical medicine integrated courses with the elements of ideology and politics under the theory of“Sanquan Education,”and to provide references for the promotion of educational reform in medical schools.Methods:60 clinical medicine undergraduates at Jiamusi University in 2018 and 2019 were randomly selected as research subjects.On the basis of the analysis of students’characteristics and pre-study content,the students were divided into the integration group and the traditional group,each with 30 students.Students in the integration group carried out clinical medicine integrated class with the integration of ideological and political elements.Students in the traditional group carried out the traditional clinical medicine integrated class.Classroom evaluation scales,anonymous questionnaires,and interviews were used to conduct research,collect data,and compare and observe the application effects.Results:After carrying out different modes of clinical medicine integrated courses,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class in the integration group were higher than those in the traditional group in terms of teaching satisfaction,comprehensive quality,basic knowledge test,and case analysis scores through questionnaire analysis(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the effect of ideological education,the undergraduates of the Excellent Physician Class of the integration group were higher than the traditional group in terms of the acceptance of doctor-patient communication,the correct rate of mastering the history of the discipline,and the correct rate of mastering the frontiers and policies(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the integration of clinical medicine integrated course and ideological and political elements,we can help students establish correct values while teaching them professional knowledge,improve the implementation of moral education in medical schools,cultivate excellent medical workers with high morality and firm beliefs for the society,and realize the fundamental educational task of establishing morality and educating people in medical schools in the context of“Sanquan Education.”

Exploring the Application Effect of Flipped Classroom Combined with Problem-Based Learning Teaching Method in Clinical Skills Teaching of Standardized Training for Resident Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method in clinical skills teaching of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: The study used the experimental control method. The study lasted from September to November 2022. The subjects of this study were 49 students of standardized training for resident doctors of traditional Chinese Medicine from grades 2020, 2021 and 2022 of Dazhou integrated TCM & Western Medicine Hospital. They were randomly divided into experiment group (25) and control group (24). The experiment group adopted flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method, and the control group adopted traditional teaching method. The teaching content was 4 basic clinical skill projects, including four diagnoses of traditional Chinese Medicine, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dressing change procedure, acupuncture and massage. The evaluation method was carried out by comparing the students’ performance and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students’ evaluation of the teaching method. Results: The test scores of total scores in the experimental group (90.12 ± 5.89) were all higher than those in the control group (81.47 ± 7.96) (t = 4.53, P P Conclusions: The teaching process of the flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning teaching method is conducive to improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, cultivating students’ self-learning ability, and enhancing students’ willingness to learn.

Application of Heuristic Method to the Clinical Teaching of Internal Medicine

There is an old saying,“Give a man a fish,and he will eat for a day.Teach a man to fish,and he will eat for the rest of his life.”In clinical teaching,students should not only be taught about diseases,but their intelligence should also be cultivated,along with their analytical,comprehension,and independent learning skills.The ability to solve problems enables students to think independently and acquire knowledge.This is known as the heuristic method of teaching.In this study,we mainly analyze the application value of the heuristic method in the clinical teaching of internal medicine.

Homogenization Construction of Three-Level Teaching Bases for General Practice Medicine Under the Internet+Model

With the continuous expansion of medical student enrollment,the number of clinical teaching bases is gradually increasing.However,there are significant differences in clinical teaching management models and teaching levels among different bases.Most clinical teaching bases have incomplete teaching management systems,inadequate teaching management institutions,insufficient teaching personnel,and inadequate implementation of teaching rules and regulations.This article combines the construction practice of three-level clinical teaching base of the General Medicine College and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University.We establish a standardized management system for the three-level clinical teaching base;implement a teaching supervision system and strengthen the monitoring of teaching quality;adopt multiple evaluations to test the effectiveness of clinical teaching implementation;explore the path of homogenization construction of teaching bases in terms of unified teacher training,promoting the development of teacher teaching abilities with equal quality and excellence,and providing a reference for improving the quality of medical talent training.

Application of PDCA Cycle in Clinical Teaching of Respiratory Medicine During the Outbreak of COVID-19

The study was to analyze the application of PDCA cycle in the clinical teaching of respiratory department during the outbreak of COVID-19.The teaching content focused on the prevention,control,diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.Methods:Thirty clinical interns who entered the Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods and the experimental group adopted PDCA cycle.The teaching effect of the two group was compared.Results:The experimental group that used the PDCA cycle method had significantly higher theoretical knowledge,treatment skills,and comprehensive quality evaluation of COVID-19 than the traditional teaching method of the control group.Conclusion:The application of the PDCA cycle method in clinical teaching activities can improve the teaching process during the outbreak of COVID-19 and help improve the overall quality of clinical interns.

Evaluation of teaching-in-English reform in five-year clinical tropical medicine program–Case analysis of curriculum reform of clinical medicine in Hainan Medical University

Objective: To investigate the model, quality as well as effect of teaching-in-English in five-year clinical medicine program of Hainan Medical University.Methods: The questionnaire was carried out among clinical medicine undergraduates of2012–2015 grades in Hainan Medical University, to investigate studying time, studying habits and the impact of teaching in English. Additionally results of CET-4, CET-6 and overseas internship from undergraduates of 2012–2015 grade, as well as the result of phased medical licensing examination and post-graduate entrance examination from undergraduates of 2012 were accordingly collected from the Teaching Management Department.Results: For the Chinese students in international classes, the average time of self-study was 161.49 min, 58.3% had preview before classes, and 90.7% had habit of review after classes. Thus the first time pass rate, total pass rate, first time excellent rate and total excellent rate of CET-4 and CET-6 of international classes were significantly higher than those of regular classes. The result of post-graduate entrance examination in 2016 showed that the score, pass rate and acceptance rate of international classes of 2012 grade were significantly higher those of regular classes(P < 0.01).Conclusions: Teaching-in-English reform in Hainan Medical University has achieved initial success. Chinese students from international classes are superior to those from regular classes in many aspects. However, there are still many problems, and effective measures should be implemented to promote teaching quality continuously.

Clinical Internship Teaching Management During the COVID-19 Epidemic

Against the backdrop of the global COVID-19 pandemic,the teaching and management of clinical medical interns have been facing tremendous challenges.When interns majoring in clinical medicine enter the internship position,they lack self-protection awareness and have limited ability to respond to unexpected public health events.This article explores the cognitive situation,existing problems,and improvement measures of clinical medical interns in the post-epidemic era.Therefore,this article proposes a series of improvement measures,including strengthening epidemic training and education for interns,enhancing personal protective awareness,and lastly achieving the role transition from intern to doctor.

Clinical Observation of Zhuang Medicine Yangxue Xiaozheng Decoction in Treating the Combined Endometriosis of Dampness and Blood Stasis in Guangxi

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Zhuang Medicine Yangxue Xiaozheng Decoction in treating the combined Ems of dampness and blood stasis in Guangxi;Methods:100 patients with endometriosis treated in Lili Clinic of Famous Doctor,Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital from Mach 2016 to May 2017 were chosen as the research object.According to the random grouping method,patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(The Zhuang Medicine Yangxue Xiaozheng Decoction(ZYF)Group)and the control group(Chinese patent medicine SanJieZhenTongJiaoNang(SJZT)group with 50 cases in each group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,changes in pelvic mass size,hepatocyte growth factor(HGP)levels,and clinical effects before and after treatment were evaluated.Results:After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the ZYF group was 88%,which were significantly better than 70%of the SJZT group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:With a significant effect on patients with the combined Ems of dampness and blood stasis in Guangxi,Zhuang Medicine Yangxue Xiaozheng Decoction can improve the uterine cavity mass and reduce serum HGP level.

TOR-CBL联合教学法在呼吸内科中的应用与反思

随着医学教育对于临床见习关注度不断增加,而当前医学生大都存在难以将理论知识运用于临床实践,缺乏临床思维及医患沟通能力等方面的问题,对高校医学教育的实施提出了巨大挑战。针对呼吸内科学存在专业性强、病种繁多等特点,提出在教学中开展TORCBL联合教学法,创新课堂教育模式,充分调动学生的积极性、主动性、创造性,以提升学生的临床思辨能力。文章从呼吸内科学科特点出发,结合现阶段医学教育存在的不足,探讨TOR-CBL联合教学法在临床教学中的应用模式及相关优势,剖析其在实施过程中所需条件,以期为临床课程开展提供相关经验。经教学实践表明,该教学法能够使教学直观化,提升学生对呼吸内科学的学习兴趣,培养多向思维模式,增强临床综合能力,同时为医学教育改革提供新的思路与方法。

新医科背景下基础与临床融合式教学的研究与实践

为探索新医科背景下医学人才培养新模式,中南大学湘雅医学院积极推动临床五年制教育教学改革,在基础医学学科和临床学科协同开展系统性研究,从教育理念、教学内容、教学模式、教学资源、评价体系等方面进行改革实践,构建以知识整合为抓手的基础-临床融合式教学模式,建设优质共享资源,多学科整合与渗透、多种教学方法并用,为培养卓越医学人才综合素质提供了新思路。

“新医科”背景下“临床技能学”混合式教学改革探索

为适应新时代创新型、综合化的“新医科”建设要求,“临床技能学”作为医学本科生理论知识学习与临床实践相结合的重要桥梁课程,其教育理念及教学方法迫切需要进行新的探索和改革。本研究以临床技能教学为例,结合“临床技能学”外科基础操作知识点,探索在“新医科”建设背景下,引入临床技能训练“六步法”(讲授法、演示法、练习指导法、启发法、温习法、临床实践法)培训模式,将课程思政教育适时融入临床教学工作,采用线上线下、模拟训练与临床见习相结合的混合式教学新模式,进一步提高医学生临床技能水平,培养新时代卓越的实用型临床医生。

案例为基础教学法在生殖医学中心临床医学专业实习医生教学中的应用

目的:探讨案例为基础教学法(CBL)在生殖医学中心临床医学专业实习医生教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2021年6月在郑州大学第二附属医院生殖医学中心实习的65名临床医学专业实习医生为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组32名和研究组33名。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用CBL,比较两组实习生理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、自评结果(思维能力、自学能力、沟通能力、学习兴趣、团队协作能力)和教学满意度。结果:研究组实习医生的理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.529,P<0.05);研究组实习医生的技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.353,P<0.05);研究组实习医生的思维能力、自学能力、沟通能力、学习兴趣、团队协作能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.126、4.612、8.495、7.344、11.813,P<0.05);研究组实习医生的教学满意度为93.94%,高于对照组的71.88%(χ^(2)=5.626,P<0.05)。结论:CBL教学法在生殖医学中心临床医学专业实习医生教学中的应用效果显著,不仅提升了医生的理论和技能考核成绩,还提高了实习医生的思维能力、自学能力、沟通能力、学习兴趣以及团队协作能力,而且大多数实习医生对该方法也表示满意。

Seminar教学法在《全科医学概论》课程中的应用研究

目的:在《全科医学概论》的教学中应用Seminar教学法,探讨该教学法的应用效果。方法:从开设《全科医学概论》的佳木斯大学临床医学专业四年级本科生中选取160人作为研究对象,将学生随机分为对照组、实验组各80人。其中,对照组根据教学大纲的要求实施传统教学法,实验组应用Seminar教学法进行教学。比较分析两组学生学习效果及对教学的满意度。结果:与对照组相比,实验组学生、学习效果(课堂氛围、文献检索能力、思维拓展能力、知识的接受程度、自主学习能力、对未来从事全科医疗充满兴趣)以及学生对教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在《全科医学概论》课程教学中,应用Seminar教学法进行教学,可以激发医学生自主学习、研讨的主观能动性,有效提高学习效果并增加教学满意度。

3D打印结合叙事医学在骨科住培医师教学中的应用研究

目的:研究3D打印结合叙事医学教学方法在骨科住培医师教学中的应用价值。方法:选取骨科住培医师80人,随机分为试验组及对照组,比较两组学员的理论能力、实践能力、人文关怀能力及教学满意度。结果:试验组的实践能力、人文关怀能力及教学满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用3D打印结合叙事医学的教学方法具有良好的教学效果。

校院联合、医教一体开展专科护理人才培养的探索

在国家政策的支持和引导下,我国专科护士培养取得长足进步。但总体来说,仍存在专科护士教育体系不完善、培训内容不规范、师资力量薄弱、缺乏统一的资格认证、培养形式单一等问题。文章在分析我国专科护士培养的现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了高职院校联合临床教学基地“医教一体”开展专科护士人才培养的新路径。从专科护士“医教一体”培养合作模式与运行机制的建立、培养对象的选择和专科护理“医教一体”人才培养模式的创新、课程结构的重塑、临床教学基地的建设和专科护理师资队伍的建设等方面开展积极探索与实践,取得较好的成效,相关探索与实践是对专科护理人才培养新机制、新途径的有益探索,有利于充分发挥学校教育和高质量医疗资源两方面的优势,共同促进我国专科护士人才的培养,也为完善专科护士学历教育体系提供实践参考。

提升青年教师中西医结合临床教学能力的探索

目前国家对高校中西医结合型人才的培养、中西医结合教学质量提高非常重视,已经把发展中西医结合事业的重要性提升到了国家战略层面。有关通过有效途径和方法提升中医药院校青年教师中西医结合临床教学能力的需求十分迫切。文章将从中西医结合教育教学基本现状,青年教师临床教学存在的基本问题,帮助青年教师把握好教育方向、加强思政教育,加快中西医结合青年教师队伍建设,提高青年教师中西医结合基本理论和临床技能水平,把握好课堂教学、提升教学质量,善于理论与实践相结合7个方面来探索提升青年教师中西医结合临床教学能力的方法及途径。

全面加强医学类师资队伍建设对提升医学人才培养质量具有重要意义,也是推动医学基础与临床融合发展的关键路径。分析目前医学类师资队伍建设过程中面临的困境与挑战,以地方院校医学师资队伍建设为切入点,聚焦基础与临床融合发展的教学团队建设,探讨加强基础与临床融合发展教学团队建设的实现路径,总结加强基础与临床融合发展教学团队建设的实践经验,以期通过教学团队建设,为持续提升医学专业人才培养质量提供经验与支持。

“以器官系统为基础,以疾病为中心”多学科融合教学模式在五年制临床医学系本科生脑血管病教学中的应用

目的探索“以器官系统为基础,以疾病为中心”多学科融合教学模式在五年制临床医学系本科生脑血管病教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年3—5月在首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院在读的2019级五年制临床医学系本科生2个班级学生作为研究对象,依据教学模式的不同随机分为试验组与对照组。两组教授课程均为脑血管病章节,对照组采用传统教学大纲进行授课,试验组采用“以器官系统为基础,以疾病为中心”的新型多学科融合课程体系及多学科融合教学模式进行教学。教学效果评价指标包括学生的考核成绩、学生对课堂教学质量的评价以及对自身能力提高的评价,教学结束后对教学效果进行评价。结果试验组学生理论考核成绩([43.90±2.36)分vs.(41.83±3.36)分,P=0.008]、实践考核成绩([43.67±2.16)分vs.(41.70±3.01)分,P=0.005]及总成绩([87.57±3.30)分vs.(83.53±5.43)分,P=0.001]均高于对照组;试验组学生对课堂教学质量的评价得分(如质量要求、总分)以及对自身能力提高的评价各维度(如课堂参与度、培养学习兴趣、拓展临床思维、提高自学能力、提升沟通及团队能力方面)得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论“以器官系统为基础,以疾病为中心”多学科融合教学模式应用于五年制临床医学系本科生脑血管病教学中,可提高学生的理论水平及临床实践能力。

基于针灸推拿专升本专业教学特点探讨PBL联合SP教学法在针灸临床学的应用

随着我国中医学的迅速发展,对高等医学的教育要求越来越高,各大高校也逐步认识到教学方法改革创新的必要性,我国的医学教育已经逐步将重点放到对学生职业素质和职业能力的培养之上。针灸推拿专升本专业学生学情分析有别于其他全日制本科生,生源的特殊性决定了其教学过程应有别于其他专业学生。针对针灸推拿专升本专业学生开设针灸临床学这门综合性和临床实践性较强的专业课程,用问题式学习(PBL)教学法提出问题,培养学生自主学习能力,并结合相关的学情分析,提高学生的学习主观能动性、培养学生的临床综合应用能力,以期培养真正的实用型人才;同时联合标准化病人(SP)教学法模拟问题,培养学生实际临证思辨能力,进而加强学生理论与临床的衔接能力,增强学生的针灸综合临证思辨能力及医患沟通能力等。

叙事医学教学模式在临床药物治疗学中的应用

近年来,叙事医学教学模式逐渐受到关注,但鲜有在临床药学本科教学中的应用。西安交通大学第二附属医院临床药师教学团队以叙事医学为基础,探索其教学模式在核心课程临床药物治疗学中的实践。通过案例故事的选取和设计、学生参与的活动和讨论、角色扮演等环节,使得学生能更好地理解和应用临床药物治疗学知识,培养临床思维和决策能力,强调人文关怀和专业发展,并对教学效果进行初步评估。在实践中总结应用叙事医学教学模式在临床药物治疗学教学中存在的挑战,进一步挖掘该教学模式在临床药物治疗学教学中的应用潜力。进而提高临床药师团队临床药物治疗学的带教水平,促进学生的综合素质提升。
