In today’s rapidly changing society,higher education is facing an urgent need to cultivate talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.As the requirement of adapting to the development of the era,innovation and entrepreneurship education has gradually become one of the important directions of teaching reform in colleges and universities.This article aims to explore its role and significance in improving the quality of education,cultivating students’comprehensive quality,and promoting social and economic development through in-depth research on the teaching reform practice in colleges and universities based on innovation and entrepreneurship education.The research will focus on the practical cases of innovation and entrepreneurship education in different universities,combining qualitative and quantitative research methods,from multiple dimensions such as curriculum design,teaching mode,and practice platform construction,to comprehensively analyze the scope and methods of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the teaching reform of universities,in order to provide useful guidelines for the reform of higher education. 展开更多

Objective: As part of an investigation and analysis of the study weariness of nursing vocational college students, the authors attempted to reform the teaching mode of a Nursing Basic Technolo-gy course to solve the problem of study weariness in vocational college students. Methods: The authors designed student questionnaires to investigate study weariness in 128 nurs-ing vocational college students. Results: Of the 128 students, 58 were tired of study, accounting for 45. 3%; 40 students often had weariness, accounting for 31. 3%; and 71 students had moderate or severe weariness, accounting for 55. 5%. Seventy-five students played on their mobile phone when they were tired of studying. Conclusions: The study weariness of vocational college students is a common phenomenon that has been developing rapidly. There are many factors that cause study weariness of professional college students. The students believe that the traditional teaching method is the main reason for study weariness. Reform of the teaching mode in a Nursing Basic Technology course effectively solved the learning problems of vocational college students. Teaching experiments for reform may have marked effects, and they are worthy of promoting. 展开更多

To conform to the college English teaching reform from English for General Purposes (EGP) to English for Academic Purposes (EAP) in the vital transfer era, the Foreign Language Department of Second Military Medical University (SMMU) launched an English for Medical Academic Purpose (EMAP) curriculum with English Forum on Medical Humanities (EFMH), a project-based teaching practice. Based on Rogers' learner-centered humanistic teaching approach which emphasizes students' involvement and experiences in learning, EFMH puts students and their practice in a central place. After four-year exploration and operation, the Forum has developed from a small-scaled embryo into an internationalized, standardized and professionalized event, having produced fruitful outcomes. It is expected that the success of EFMH will provide inspiring experiences and enlightenments for higher medical education in terms of academic English teaching and teachers' responsibilities to foster high-quality medical students. 展开更多

Some notes on sustainable development and scientific outlook on development were given. It is addressed that the mission of higher education to contribute to sustainable development should be reinforced and further expanded. The present situation of China's higher education and the improvements required were analyzed. Two modes of thinking (reductionism and holism) and the relationship between the mode of thinking and the mode of development were discussed. The change in the mode of thinking is the key point for Chinese higher education, and more intensive reform of teaching affairs is necessary. A proposal of the revision of China's Higher Education Act and University Constitutions was put forward. 展开更多

新一轮科技革命与产业变革的到来,需要大批应用型创新人才,要求新时代的工科学生不仅要具备扎实的专业知识,同时要注重工程实践创新能力的培养,具备多维度的能力素质。以失效分析课程为例,通过分析目前教学中存在的问题,分别从课程设计... 新一轮科技革命与产业变革的到来,需要大批应用型创新人才,要求新时代的工科学生不仅要具备扎实的专业知识,同时要注重工程实践创新能力的培养,具备多维度的能力素质。以失效分析课程为例,通过分析目前教学中存在的问题,分别从课程设计、教学内容以及教学方法三个方面,提出相应的课程教学改革路径。在课程设计上,基于科教融合学部制优势条件,优化专业理论与实践教学的合理设置,做到专业理论教学与实践教学并重;在教学内容上,将新技术、新方法、新案例等融入教学,推动高水平教材的编写使用,充分发挥教材的育人功能;在教学方法上,推行LBL(授课导向)-CBL(案例导向)-PBL(项目导向)-TBL(团队导向)四轨教学模式,提升理论与实践教学的科学性、层次性和系统性。通过以上研究,从根本上提高学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,促进教学质量的全面提升。 展开更多
