Exploring the Integration of Orientation and Realization of English Teaching in the Universities

English language is a course that must be offered in a university syllabus.It is a course that all majors must study and learn,apart from the students who are in the English major.In addition to being a subject in universities,English is also a language.Languages have linguistic nature,which appears to be the same to English language.It is important to determine whether the value of integration is reasonable in the arrangement and planning in the subject content of English language course in the universities.Similarly,it is also necessary to find out whether this planning is reasonable in the curriculum structure.This paper mainly expounds the current situation of English teaching in higher learning institutions such as colleges and universities,the connotation of the value of integration of orientation and realization of English language for reference.

Value Orientation in Higher Education-Strategies for Implementation in Particular Reference to Indian Universities and Colleges During COVID-19

互联网时代高校教学改革研究——以建筑材料课程为例

建筑材料课程具有理论与实践并重、知识点多且专等特点,建筑材料课程对学生的要求在不断地提高,要求学生既能够理解知识又能够应用及解决工程实际问题。但目前的大多数建筑材料课程结构、课程内容上缺乏系统、深入的研究,普遍存在课程设置不够科学、教材部分知识内容陈旧等弊端。该文经过调查研究及教师任教体会深刻剖析高等学校建筑材料课程的现状,指出目前存在的问题和需改进之处。以互联网为工具,提出建立建筑材料实践教学体系、建立课外网络平台、鼓励学生参加科研项目、改变现有课程考核方式及建立国际化平台等五个方面的建议和措施,最后对教学改革效果进行系统总结。该文对于应用型本科建筑材料课程的教学改革具有一定指导作用。

研究型大学校院联动有组织科研的实践与探索——以上海交通大学为例

基于上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院开展有组织科研以及和涉海单位协同开展“大海洋”行动计划专项的实践,从职能定位、管理方式、组织形式等维度探究了研究型大学校院联动有组织科研运行的机制。二级学院采用闭环全生命周期科研创新管理模式,探索形成了科研区域协同创新管理模式,并探索融入上海临港进行有组织的科研合作,为研究型大学校院联动开展有组织科研提供了最佳实践标杆案例。“大海洋”行动计划聚焦国家重大战略需求,有组织地从多学科交叉创新、创新基地建设、优势资源导入、组织机制建设等方面,以需求导向和平台化布局开展协同攻关,形成一种产学研用融通全链条生态体系科研发展模式。研究结论可为我国研究型大学校院联动开展有组织科研实践提供参考。

应用型本科高校人才培养中存在的问题与对策

当前,我国的高等教育已经从“精英化”走向“大众化”,地方本科高校主要以培养应用型人才为主。湖南工学院在人才培养方面面临的主要问题是学生和家长对应用型人才培养认识不足,政府和企业对应用型人才培养重视不够,以及学校缺乏培养应用型人才的教师。因此,今后应重点从以下三方面着手解决,一是加强党建工作,构建德育与智育,教学与科研,学科与专业,第一课堂与第二课堂相融合的人才培养体系;二是加强师资建设,引进和培养具有企业工程经验的教师;三是开展产教融合,开发校企合作课程,重构课程体系。采取这些措施,针对性地解决好当前存在的问题,就有望将地方本科高校建成特色鲜明的高水平应用型大学。

当前新一轮科技革命和产业变革正在加速演进,在迈向中国式现代化的征程中,我国高等工程教育正肩负重要使命并迫切需要深化改革。项目驱动的人才培养模式作为工程教育改革的重要抓手,其影响力和应用范围正不断扩大。本文通过遴选三所工程教育具有传统优势并走在工程教育改革前沿的代表性欧美高校:麻省理工学院、代尔夫特理工大学和欧林工学院,从工程教育改革历程、人才培养理念和课程体系设置三个方面系统分析了三所高校的项目驱动人才培养模式,总结和分析了该模式以学生为中心的理念,在打破学科壁垒、培养工程技能、增强团队协作、体现人文素养等方面的特点,以及对我国工程教育改革的启示。

我国地方高校转型发展政策研究——138份中央与省级政策文本的分析

本研究基于138份政策文本,构建“政策工具政策内容要素”二维分析框架,考察地方高校转型政策工具的组合方式和不同政策内容要素的受重视程度。研究发现,转型政策过于依赖能力建设性政策工具,政策工具组合方式有待优化;政策内容呈现碎片化倾向,政策之间尚未形成发展合力;政策内容要素与政策工具的适配性不足,政策制定的科学性有待提升。基于此,我国应以新一轮审核评估为参照,提高应用型高校建设政策与评估政策的协同效应;出台高水平应用型高校支持计划,发挥政策示范效应;加强高校分类研究与设计,建设高质量应用型高等教育。

大学的魔镜:全球十五项世界大学排名的比较分析与反思

随着世界大学排名数量的增加,大学及其利益相关方陷入对排名系统的认知混乱与选择困境。为了更全面地评鉴世界大学排名的学术价值及其市场逻辑,研究从指标体系的价值导向、评价结果的相关性、排名的科学有效性和市场影响力四个维度,对当前全球十五项世界大学排名进行比较分析。研究发现:(1)各项大学排名的指标体系在职能结构上存在一定的分化,发展型高等教育体系的大学排名更强调人才培养;(2)各项大学排名的评价结果相关度较低,发展中与发达高等教育体系的差距显著,而且这种差距在偏向大学产出质量的排名中更大;(3)基于“柏林原则”的量化评估显示,各项大学排名的科学有效性得分普遍不高,一些排名在目标定位、方法论的科学性与透明度上存在较为严重的缺陷;(4)世界大学排名的科学有效性和市场影响力之间存在明显的失衡,这种失衡可以从全球高等教育的中心-外围结构,以及排名数据库在期刊分布、语言覆盖、调查群体等底层逻辑上的市场迎合来解释。为使世界大学排名更客观、有效地提供镜鉴,未来应从方法论层面提升大学排名的科学有效性,理性看待和合理应用大学排名提供的有效信息,立足本土使命设定优先事项,引导排名的国际话语权。

应用型高校教育信息化评价指标体系模型探讨及实证研究

教育信息化是当今世界各国教育改革和发展的共同趋势,应用型高校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分。对应用型高校的教育信息化建设程度进行评价,是把握目前我国应用型高校教育信息化发展状况和提高教育信息化水平的重要举措。本研究基于文献资料形成基础指标,结合高校实际情况确定各级维度指标。利用模糊层次分析法(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,FAHP)确定各项指标权重,结合模糊综合评判法(fuzzy synthetic evaluation method,FSEM)构建适用于我国应用型高校教育信息化建设程度的评价模型,并以山西省某医学院校为例,对其教育信息化水平的发展情况进行实证研究。研究结果表明,山西省某医学院校在信息化建设方面具有微弱优势,在人力资源方面得分最高,说明该高校近年来较注重人才全方位引进,在科研信息资源方面正向研究应用型大学大步迈进,但同时在信息公开方面存在延迟问题。因此,利用数学建模对应用型高校教育信息化程度进行评价具有一定的可行性和有效性,有助于推动高校教育新基建落地实施和教育信息化建设进一步深化。

“双一流”高校数字化转型的价值、偏差与路向

数字化转型是一种颠覆式的技术变革。“双一流”高校数字化转型是顺应数字化发展潮流的客观要求,对于丰富发展全球教育数字化转型的多样化实践、助力加速我国社会转型的时代步伐和促进落实高质量发展的根本性要求都有独特的当代价值。当前“双一流”高校数字化转型在观念认识、顶层设计、数据技术应用以及制度创新等方面还存在诸多不适应之处。为有效推进“双一流”高校数字化转型,需要在强化政府的引导作用、鼓励企业积极参与、重构新型内部组织、培育数据文化氛围以及加强数据基础设施建设等方面采取应对措施。
