With the rapid development of higher vocational education,the number of schools and enrollment has increased rapidly,and each specialty has been continuously refined.This has led to new challenges in the talent training of new specialties in higher vocational colleges in recent years.Based on the post ability standard of cost staff and the skill requirements of related posts,according to the characteristics of this major and guided by the idea of systematization of the work process,this paper discusses the problems existing in the talent training mode of higher vocational engineering cost major and provides some suggestions for the talent training and construction of higher vocational engineering cost major.It aims to promote continuous teaching reform in the future and the development of engineering cost majors in higher vocational colleges. 展开更多

With the rapid development of vocational education,engineering training has become a crucial course for cultivating highly skilled technical professionals,highlighting its importance.However,vocational college engineering training courses still face numerous challenges during the actual teaching process,which affect the effectiveness of course teaching and the enhancement of students’engineering competence.This article thoroughly analyzes the main problems existing in current engineering training course teaching,focusing on four aspects:students’cognitive differences,inadequate course development,poor course adaptability,and limited teaching resources.Based on this analysis and previous research findings,targeted strategies are proposed,including enhancing students’course cognition,clarifying course positioning,improving course adaptability,and optimizing the allocation of teaching resources.Furthermore,this article preliminarily verifies the effectiveness of some reform strategies through a small-scale teaching experiment.This study aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for enhancing the teaching quality of vocational college engineering training courses. 展开更多

Engineering Mechanics is an important subject for science and engineering students in higher vocational colleges.The teaching quality of this course has a direct impact on subsequent professional courses.However,there has been a concern about the poor teaching effect of Engineering Mechanics in higher vocational colleges for a long time.In order to solve the problem and improve the teaching quality,this paper expounds some problems existing in the teaching of Engineering Mechanics in higher vocational colleges and proposes corresponding measures for these problems.Educators need to pay more attention to diversified assessment methods and the application of new technologies.Diversified examination methods can improve students’enthusiasm in learning,while new techniques,such as finite element simulation,generate digital materials,making it easier for students to understand abstract concepts.The suggested measures are worthy of reference and should be applied flexibly in the teaching of Engineering Mechanics. 展开更多

2024年是新高考综合改革十周年,这场改革对高中教育和高等教育均产生了深刻影响。其中,自由选科的模式给高校理工类人才培养带来了困境:高考未选考物理、化学造成“教与学的双边痛楚”,进而导致挂科率升高与毕业率降低,以及转专业需求... 2024年是新高考综合改革十周年,这场改革对高中教育和高等教育均产生了深刻影响。其中,自由选科的模式给高校理工类人才培养带来了困境:高考未选考物理、化学造成“教与学的双边痛楚”,进而导致挂科率升高与毕业率降低,以及转专业需求增多与名额限制之间的矛盾。究其缘由在于,逃避物理、化学的功利性选科行为造成学生理化基础薄弱。破解理工类人才培养困境,是一个迂回曲折、不断探索完善的过程。目前来说,高校采取的治标之策包括:开设补习课程;降低专业课程难度,加大学生学习强度;实施分层分类培养及朋辈帮扶等。基于此,回归传统高考文理分科模式的呼声再次响起,同时,通过科学设置高校招生专业选考科目指引,引导报考理工类专业考生同时选考物理、化学也是一种途径。 展开更多
