Rat lung transplantation models were established by using improved cuff...In order to establish more simple and effective rat orthotopic lung transplantation models, 20 rats were divided into donor and recipient groups. Rat lung transplantation models were established by using improved cuff technique. All the 10 operations were accomplished successfully. The mean operative time of recipients was 45 ± 4 min. The survival time was over 30 days after lung transplantation. The checks of X-ray were almost normal. There was no significant difference in the blood gas analysis before and after clipping the right hilum (P〉. 05). This method is more simple, applicable and requires less time.展开更多
