6G Mobile Network Requirements and Technical Feasibility Study

The sixth generation(6G)mobile network is envisaged to be commercially deployed around 2030,which will profoundly change people's lifestyles and accelerate the digitalization of society.To ensure that the requirements of 6G can be achieved,it is essential to establish a set of key performance indicators(KPIs).This paper comprehensively assesses the KPIs not only from the service requirements but also from the technical feasibility points of view.Specifically,theoretical derivations of KPIs have been clarified,and numerical evaluations have been conducted with reasonable technical assumptions.Evaluation results show that some KPIs defined from the service requirements can be improved through advanced technologies while some are still challenging for practical implementations,such as Tbps-level peak data rate and 0.1 ms user plane latency.In addition,it is also necessary to comply with multiple KPIs for some cases.Furthermore,based on the technical analysis,the potential enabling technologies are outlined and foreseeable implementation challenges as well as possible solutions are presented,which promotes a more reasonable design for 6G mobile network.

Technical Requirements and System Architecture of IPTV Services

Delivering IPTV services entails a complex integration of a variety of industries as well as the support of network,computer,and image processing technologies. That is to say,the IPTV architecture should carry a myriad of services and technologies. In light of current telecom/TV status,the IPTV architecture can be set up on the convergence of the three networks to deliver comprehensive services and make Live TV,TV on Demand (TVOD),and Time-shifted TV services accessible on one platform. It also supports local and cross-regional user and service certification,provides EPG and smooth TV images and guarantees secured content as well.

Construct Method of Predicting Satisfaction Model Based on Technical Characteristics

In order to construct objective relatively mapping relationship model between customer requirements and product technical characteristics, a novel approach based on customer satisfactions information digging from case products and satisfaction information of expert technical characteristics was put forward in this paper. Technical characteristics evaluation values were expressed by rough number, and technical characteristics target sequence was determined on the basis of efficiency, cost type and middle type in this method. Use each calculated satisfactions of customers and technical characteristics as input and output elements to construct BP network model. And we use MATLAB software to simulate this BP network model based on the case of electric bicycles.

Technical Profile on the Production of Pozzolana (An Emerging Construction Material) in Nigeria

Pozzolana which is an eco-friendly and cheap supplementary cementious material has not been established on a commercial scale in the construction industry in Nigeria. Hence, this paper is aimed at presenting a feasibility study to show the viability and highlight the business opportunities available for local and foreign investors in the area of pozzolana production in Nigeria. The paper discussed the technical requirements and estimated start-up capital for setting up a Pozzolana production plant from calcinated of Fifteen Thousand Tonnes Annual Production Capacity. An outline for start-up capital identified building and civil work, furniture and fixtures, machinery and equipment requirement, intangible assets, and seed fund. Raw materials/utilities and organizational requirement for annual production were also presented. The investment is viable with a total investment cost of $507,321.23, annual net profit of $107,961.70 and a payback period of 4.7 years. The net profit ratio and rate of return are 16.28% and 21.28% respectively. The findings and understanding of the technical and financial requirements from this work will aid investors in making decisions. The project if carried out will reduce cement contents in concrete and mortar structures, with eco-friendly cement admixtures and subsequently reduce the cost of construction in general.

With new requirements proposed for technical standards work under the new circumstances,the article combining with the practice of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Limited(WISCO)points out that enterprises must improve the work pattern of standards development and revision,and strengthen the standards implementation management and product quality supervision,so that technical standards can serve as a bridge between technologies and industrialization,support the industrial upgrading and structural optimization,create conditions for promoting trade and unify the market and provides means for global competition,helping enterprises to better cope with the increasing market competition.

Comparative analysis of technical requirements for Heating,Ventilating,and Air Conditioning(HVAC)systems in high-biocontainment facility standards

In this study,standards of high-biocontainment facilities(including laboratories and large-scale production facilities)formulated by China and other countries were analyzed and compared,and the technical points and requirements for Heating,Ventilating,and Air Conditioning(HVAC)systems in different series of standards were discussed.The main focus was on expounding the design and verification of the containment area’s indoor parameters,ventilation system,filter design,integrity test,fan standby,airflow pattern,and system reliability.This study expects suggestions and opinions on the construction and development of biosafety facilities in China and the possible future revision of relevant national standards.

面对复杂化、多样化和立体化的任务需求,异构无人系统将空、地、海跨域优势互补,最大化提升系统各方面能力,为未来协同作战和智慧民生提供有力的技术保障.首先,梳理了国内外在跨域协同领域出台的推动性文件,介绍了异构无人系统在军用、科研院所和民用等三方面的实际应用.其次,针对异构无人系统关键技术之一的协同控制,分别阐述了异构无人系统协同控制在一致性、轨迹跟踪和编队‒合围等三方面的最新进展.此外,还特别讨论了在不同通信条件下协同控制所面临的挑战和解决方案.其中,由于一致性和轨迹跟踪存在上层控制理论性和下层控制可行性的区别,进一步从滑模控制、自适应控制、反步控制和自适应动态规划等四方面对轨迹跟踪研究展开阐述.然后,为了更好地促进异构无人系统协同控制在实际中的应用,通过总结前人相关工作,讨论了其在多约束控制与实时性、多任务切换控制和跨域通信下稳定性等三方面亟需解决的技术瓶颈.最后,综合异构无人系统协同控制研究现状和实际需求来看,指出了其在深度强化学习与分布式博弈、人机交互以及反群体智能等三方面的发展趋势.
