The aim of this study is to standardize the planting technology of sweet sorghums for forage,to prepare? technical specifications for planting sweet sorghums for forage. Based on years of experiment,it is prepared according to the requirements of GB/1. 1 Standardization Guide Rule Part I: Standard Structure and Compilation. The results show that it defines the application scope,basic requirements,preparation before sowing,planting requirements,field management,harvesting requirements of the technical specifications for planting sweet sorghums for forages,and determines the specific measures and technical indicators of the technical specifications. This paper provides technical support for the standardization,industrialization and marketization of planting sweet sorghums for forage.

Risk Assessment,Management and Application in Nuclear Power Plant Operation

To introduce the basic concepts of technical specification of nuclear power plant,a risk assessment and management technique based on the probabilistic safety analysis( PSA) method was proposed. The risk-informed method was used,and an example was given to show how to use some specific risk metrics like CDF / LERF /ICDP / ILERP to analyze and manage the risk associated with activities in nuclear power plant operation. The advantage of this technique can be concluded from this paper,and this technique should be used more widely and deeply in nuclear industry.

Research Hotspots and Trends Analysis of Real-World Data Based on Social Network Analysis and Knowledge Graph

Objective To study the research status,research hotspots and development trends in the field of real-world data(RWD)through social network analysis and knowledge graph analysis.Methods RWD of the past 10 years were retrieved,and literature metrological analysis was made by using UCINET and CiteSpace from CNKI.Results and Conclusion The frequency and centrality of related keywords such as real-world study,hospital information system(HIS),drug combination,data mining and TCM are high.The clusters labeled as clinical medication and RWD contain more keywords.In recent 4 years,there are more articles involving the keywords of data specification,data authenticity,data security and information security.Among them,compound Kushen injection,HIS database and RWD are the top three keywords.It is a long-term research hotspot for Chinese and western medicine to use HIS to study clinical medication,clinical characteristics,diseases and injections.Besides,the research of RWD database has changed from construction to standardized collection and governance,which can make RWD effective.Data authenticity,data security and information security will become the new hotspots in the research of RWD.

Suggestion on further strengthening ultra-low emission standards for PM emission from coal-fired power plants in China

China has established the largest clean coal-fired power generation system in the world by accomplishing the technological transformation of coal-fired power plants(CFPPs)to achieve ultra-low emission.The potential for further particulate matter(PM)emission reduction to achieve near-zero emission for CFPPs has become a hotspot issue.In this study,PM emission from some ultra-low emission CFPPs adopting advanced air pollutant control technologies in China was reviewed.The results revealed that the average filterable particulate matter(FPM)concentration,measured as the total particulate matter(TPM)according to the current national monitoring standard,was(1.67±0.86)mg/m^(3),which could fully achieve the ultra-low emission standard for key regions(5 mg/m^(3)),but that achieving the near-zero emission standard was difficult(1 mg/m^(3)).However,the condensable particulate matter(CPM),with an average concentration of(1.06±1.28)mg/m^(3),was generally ignored during monitoring,which led to about 38.7%underestimation of the TPM.Even considering both FPM and CPM,the TPM emission from current CFPPs would contribute to less than 5%of atmospheric PM_(2.5) concentrations in the key cities and regions in China.Therefore,further reduction in FPM emission proposed by the near-zero emission plan of CFPPs may have less environmental benefit than emission control of other anthropogenic sources.However,it is suggested that the management of CPM emission should be strengthened,and a national standard for CPM emission monitoring based on the indirect dilution method should be established for CFPPs.Those measurements are helpful for optimal operation of air pollutant control devices and continuously promoting further emission reduction.

Study on Problems in Forensic DNA Identification Standardization in China and Countermeasures for the Same

Forensic DNA analysis plays an important role in criminal cases,civil cases,missing persons9 identification,and other truth-ascertaining activities.Selection of an appropriate laboratory for DNA testing,use of amplification reagents,management of database and other standardized operations,standardization of system for biological evidence in terms of sample collection,and sample analysis will improve the quality and credibility of the identification work.However,current forensic DNA standardization in China encounters some problems with respect to the development of standard and technical specification,standard documents,and DNA evidence review and acceptance.Thus,introduction and refinement of the standardization system require collective knowledge and continuous efforts.Moreover,standardization could not replace court review,and expert reports still should be cross-examined in courts.
