Research on evaluation model of technology innovation ability of state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base

The paper viewed the current problem that state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base hadn＇t technologies of their own intellectual property right, whose sources mainly depended on imitation and introduction from abroad. Operational evaluation method and index criteria system of enterprises technology innovation ability were put forward in this paper, different enterprises may revise the model according to their actual situations to evaluate the enterprise technological innovation ability scientifically and quickly. The findings will be helpful to correlative departments to formulate the related policies and also has important theoretical and practical value in technological innovation project of enterprise.

Technological Innovation Characteristics and Capacity Enhancement Ways for the Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises in Beijing City

From the perspective of innovation mechanism,capital,personnel,achievements and conversion,this study analyzes the current situation of technological innovation in Beijing agricultural science and technology enterprises,and summarizes the characteristics including single financing channel of R&D funds,low conversion rate of innovative products,unbalanced distribution of technology and innovative talents,the underestimated position of enterprises as the main body of technological innovation,the large gap of innovation achievements between developed provinces and Beijing.At last,this study puts forward the ways to improve technological innovation ability in Beijing agricultural science and technology enterprises as follows:developing technological innovation strategies;improving the R&D expenditure and expanding the financing channels;perfecting the mechanism of professional personnel training in agricultural technology innovation;enhancing the level of innovation performance management;establishing and improving the corporate culture of innovation and cultivating technology innovation spirit.

Technology Innovation Mode of Agricultural Leading Enterprise——Based on the Virtual Organization Mode

Based on the definition of technology innovation of agricultural leading enterprises by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,technology innovation of agricultural enterprises is a process of new market increment,which uses new knowledge,technology,process and production mode,produces new products,offers new services and realizes commercialization. Characteristics of agricultural technology innovation are introduced,such as obvious regionality,relatively high risk,long-term periodicity and public attribute. Predicament for technology innovation of leading enterprises is analyzed,such as technical constraints,financial constraints and personnel constraints. Technological Innovation Mode can be classified into three modes of independent innovation,imitative innovation and cooperative innovation by the method of technology innovation. Among them,since there are some defects in the technology innovation process,independent innovation and imitative innovation are generally not used for the innovation of agricultural enterprises. Cooperative Innovation Mode can rely on foreign aid,can realize complementary advantages and achievement sharing,and can be widely applied in the agricultural innovation enterprise. Virtual organization in cooperation innovation mode is described,which makes up for technology,capital and human resources barriers in the process of agricultural enterprise innovation. Therefore,this mode is popular among the agricultural innovation enterprise.

Tripartite evolutionary game and simulation study on enterprise green technology innovation

By constructing the evolutionary game model among the government,enterprises and consumers,the paper analyzes the condition that the profit and loss relationship of the game subjects and their behavior strategies reach the stable state in the green technology innovation system,and uses MATLAB to conduct data simulation analysis.The results show that the government,enterprises and consumers have path-dependent behavior choices.The larger the government incentive coefficient and subsidy coefficient is not the better,but the larger the subsidy and subsidy coefficient will hinder the green technology innovation.Government punitive measures will promote green technology innovation,but high innovation subsidies will restrain the government’s environmental regulation.Therefore,the government should further improve environmental regulation policies,increase enterprises’enthusiasm for green technology innovation and consumers’acceptance of green products,and promote the development of green technology innovation.

Technological Innovation of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprises from the Perspective of Modern Marketing——A Case of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprises in Hubei Province,China

The science and technology development of agricultural products processing enterprises in Hubei Province is analyzed.From the perspective of modern marketing,problems in the research and development work of agricultural products processing enterprises are analyzed from the aspects of market,personal training and technology radiation,which are mainly the lack of close connection with market.Countermeasures for the technological innovation of agricultural products processing enterprises are put forward,such as establishing modern enterprise culture with innovative features,strengthening the market benefits of brand,constructing a comprehensive customer orientation information platform,scientifically predicting and developing the market,doing well in market positioning of enterprise,selecting corresponding technology innovation strategy,taking technological innovation strategy as the basis,realizing the transformation from "4P" marketing combination to "4C",cultivating technical personnel,and realizing the integration of professional skill and marketing ability.

The influence of CEO’s financial literacy on SMEs technological innovation:the mediating effects of MCS and risk‑taking

Previous literature showed mixed results about the impact of CEOs’financial literacy(CFL)on small and medium-sized enterprises’(SMEs)innovation.This relationship can be motivated by relevant variables,which are missing in the previous literature and make a difference as mediators.In this sense,based on the theoretical framework related to upper echelon theory and resource-based view,this study focuses on the mediating effect of risk-taking attitude and management control systems(MCS)varia-bles.Empirical data from 310 SMEs gathered using a qualitative research questionnaire are analyzed using structural equation modeling methodology.Specifically,estimations are carried out considering the partial least square method.Findings show that MCS and managers’risk attitudes fully mediate the relationship between financial literacy(FL)and innovation.Between these two mediating variables,the implementation of MCS stands out because it also enables the mediating effect of CEOs’risk-taking in the CFL–technological innovation relationship.As the results do not support the significant direct relationship between FL and risk attitude,they confirm an indirect effect through MCS.Furthermore,based on the study findings,SMEs’directors and owners,business associations,and public authorities can improve SMEs’technological innovation by implementing training programs and policies to foster CFL.They can also acknowledge the interdependency between organizational factors and individual characteristics to enhance SMEs’technological innovation.

Research on Technology Opportunity Identification of Small and Medium-sized Vaccine Enterprises Based on Patent Analysis

Objective To propose a method for identifying cooperation partners and technology opportunities based on technological similarity and technological capability analysis at the critical moment for the survival of small and medium-sized vaccine companies.This method can provide a direction for small and medium-sized enterprises that lack human and financial resources to make full use of its existing technologies.Methods Data analysis was carried out based on patent data.First,through cosine similarity and patent index evaluation,companies with high technological similarity and strong technological capabilities were selected as the target of cooperation.Then evaluation index system of technological development potential was built from three dimensions:technological competitiveness,technological creativity,and potential for industrialization.AHP-CRITIC method was used to determine the comprehensive development potential of each technology.Finally,technology opportunities based on K-means and text mining were identified.Results and Conclusion This method can help small and medium vaccine companies in China to identify technological opportunities and provide directions for product development.

Does enterprise digitization reduce carbon emissions? Evidence from China

The digital transformation and expansion of businesses will provide China’s low-carbon economic develop‐ment strategy with fresh impetus in the backdrop of the emerging digital economy and environmentally friendly growth.This article measures the level of enterprise digitization using two methods:the enterprise digitization index and text analysis word frequency statistics.Additionally,carbon emissions are obtained by measuring various types of emissions according to the carbon emission classification range standard.To ac‐count for endogeneity and unobservable variables,relative indicators,such as the rate of increase for company emissions of carbon,are utilized.Using microdata from Chinese listed firms from 2011 to 2021,this study ex‐amines the implications of corporate digitization on enterprise carbon emissions.This study further analyzes the transmission mechanism and investigates the function of green finance in controlling corporate digitiza‐tion and reducing corporate carbon emissions by distinguishing between two types of green patents.Research shows that businesses’carbon emissions are greatly reduced as a consequence of getting digital.Even after performing several robustness and endogeneity tests,the conclusion still remains valid.According to mecha‐nism analysis,which demonstrates that the main strategy for reducing corporate emissions of carbon through the digitalization of enterprises is to promote innovation in green technology.The regulation of green finance in enterprise digitalization will further reduce corporate carbon emissions.According to the analysis of hetero‐geneity,state-owned businesses and those situated in areas with stringent environmental regulations are more significantly impacted by enterprise digitization on corporate carbon emissions.This article discusses the mechanism of promoting corporate carbon emissions through digitalization,expands on relevant research on corporate digitalization,and analyzes the achievable paths of corporate digitalization and low-carbon develop‐ment strategies.

Government subsidies, dual-credit policy, and enterprise performance: Empirical evidence from Chinese listed new energy vehicle companies

The development of the new energy vehicle industry has become a key force driving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.To better guide future strategies,this study investigates the dual impact of subsidy and dual-integral policies on the performance of new energy vehicle enterprises.This study first theorizes the influential mechanism according to the institutional-based approach and technical innovation theory,and then collects data from listed companies in the new energy vehicle industry from 2016 to 2020.The hypotheses are examined using a two-way fixed-effects model.The findings show that:(1)subsidy policies are can still improve enterprise performance,but not through green technology innovation;(2)the dual-credit policy can improve enterprise performance through green technology innovation;and(3)under current policy conditions,with subsidies declining annually,the interaction effects between the subsidy and dual-integral policies will also decrease.Thus,this study suggests that non-monetary industrial policy,represented by the dual credit policy is a more effective alternative to government subsidies.

Can the low-carbon city pilot policy promote the upgrading of high-carbon emitting enterprises? Evidence from China

As a crucial environmental reform system to realize“carbon peaking”and“carbon neutrality”,the pilot policy of low-carbon cities(LCCs)puts pressure and challenges on high-carbon emitting enterprises(HCEEs)while providing opportunities for these firms to take the path of independent transformation.Employing the data of Chinese listed enterprises from 2006 to 2016 and adopting a difference-in-differences(DID)model,we evaluated the impact of LCC construction on the upgrading of HCEEs and its mechanisms.The results indicate that LCC construction enhances the upgrading of HCEEs in the pilot cities.The conclusions remain stable after a series of robustness tests.The mechanism analysis reveals that LCC construction triggers the upgrading of HCEEs by promoting resource allocation efficiency,R&D investment,and green technology innovation.The heterogeneity results indicate that this positive effect is more pronounced for HCEEs in regions with more stringent environmental law enforcement.This study also observes that the upgrading impact is more promi‐nent for state-owned enterprises,enterprises with higher bargaining power,and enterprises whose managers have a long-term vision.The above results provide directions for upgrading HCEEs and replicable evidence for cities in developing economies to fulfill the win-win target of environmental protection and economic transfor‐mation.

政府补助在激励企业“卡脖子”技术创新中能否提供助力——以企业参与内循环程度为调节变量

如何推动“卡脖子”技术企业创新,是近年来我国面临的重要战略问题。尝试引入锦标赛理论解释政府补助的激励机理,基于2011—2020年我国半导体及芯片行业上市企业数据,结合近年国家提出以内循环为主的新发展战略,以企业参与内循环程度为调节变量,实证研究政府补助对“卡脖子”技术企业创新产出的激励作用。结果表明,政府补助与“卡脖子”技术企业创新产出间具有倒U型关系,企业参与内循环程度在政府补助与“卡脖子”技术企业创新产出的倒U型关系中起调节作用。研究结论可为“卡脖子”技术企业在新发展格局下开展高质量创新提供参考。

管理者长期主义如何促进企业技术创新——数字化转型的调节效应

数字经济时代,厘清管理者特质与数字化转型对于企业技术创新影响的内在逻辑关系具有重要理论与实践意义。以2010-2021年A股主板上市公司为研究样本,利用机器学习和文本分析方法构建管理者长期主义指标,进而探究管理者长期主义对技术创新的作用机制及数字化转型的调节效应。结果表明:管理者长期主义对技术创新具有显著促进作用,主要通过缓解委托代理问题与提升内部控制质量两条中介路径实现;数字化转型力度越大,管理者长期主义对技术创新的促进作用越显著,即数字化转型对管理者长期主义与技术创新之间的关系具有正向调节效应,且该效应在企业给予管理层股权激励以及外部市场竞争程度高的情境下更加显著。

数字金融的绿色效应:数字普惠金融与企业绿色技术创新

在新发展理念下,基于绿色导向与创新导向系统实现企业的绿色技术创新成为企业绿色转型与创新驱动发展的重要突破口。本文选取中国沪深A股上市公司数据,考察了数字普惠金融对企业绿色技术创新的具体影响效应及其机制。研究结果表明:数字普惠金融及其覆盖广度、使用深度和数字化程度均显著促进企业绿色技术创新,数字普惠金融主要通过提高企业创新投入、降低企业风险水平以及增强企业治理水平的三重机制促进企业绿色技术创新,数字普惠金融对企业绿色技术创新的促进效应在融资约束程度高与市场化程度低地区的企业中更为明显。因此,政府要深化金融供给侧结构性改革,推动数字普惠金融发展;企业要高度重视数字普惠金融的赋能效应,完善数字普惠金融助力企业绿色技术创新的协同机制,通过实施绿色技术创新战略实现企业绿色低碳转型升级。

高质量发展下中国工业企业碳减排路径选择

管理改进与技术创新是工业企业实现高质量减排的两大关键路径。运用Shapley值分解方法实证测度了技术创新与管理改进对工业企业碳减排技术进步效率的贡献作用。结果发现,整体上技术创新与管理改进的贡献率分别为28.45%和71.55%,并且二者贡献率在不同类型特征企业之间存在明显差异。随着企业技术进步水平、雇佣规模和能耗水平的提升,技术创新的贡献率逐步递减,而管理创新的贡献率则呈现递增趋势。首次对企业管理改进与技术创新对碳排放效率的贡献进行测度,为优化“双碳”目标政策与指导企业减排行动提供有益参考。

科技金融对企业科技创新的影响——以东北地区为例

科技创新是经济增长的第一生产力,科技金融能够有效推动企业创新与科技研发,是经济发展的重要基石。以东北地区为例,分析科技金融对企业创新的影响机制,绘制散点图,发现科技金融能够通过优化企业资本结构,提高科技创新研发投入,分散企业风险,降低金融交易成本,营造良好创业环境,提高企业创新效率,推动企业科技创新发展。完善科技创新配套财政支持,强化高新技术产业建设,健全科技金融融资体系,提升科技金融服务与创新能力等能有效助力东北地区的科技创新与经济发展。

数字技术集中度与企业创新:倒U型关系及转变

数字化转型可赋予企业创新巨大的新动能,但数字技术种类多、成本高,如何充分借助数字技术促进企业创新是企业关注的焦点。基于2007—2020年沪深A股上市公司数据,采用固定效应模型,考察数字技术集中度对企业创新的影响及作用机制。结果发现,数字技术集中度与企业创新呈显著倒U型关系,表明适度的数字技术集中度能够显著促进企业创新,但过度的数字技术集中度会抑制企业创新。机制分析表明,人力资源整合能力和研发投入强度在数字技术集中度与企业创新间发挥调节效应。随着调节变量增大,倒U型曲线拐点向左偏移,同时倒U型曲线逐渐变得平缓。在调节变量突破拐点临界值后,倒U型曲线转变为U型曲线。由此可见,调节变量增大能够进一步促进企业创新。结论可为深入理解数字技术集中度对企业创新的非线性影响,进而利用调节机制促进企业创新提供经验证据。
