[Objective] The aim was to analyze risks of transgenic technology. [Method] Discussions on risks of transgenic technologies were conducted from perspective of philosophy. [Result] Mechanistic philosophy and reductioni... [Objective] The aim was to analyze risks of transgenic technology. [Method] Discussions on risks of transgenic technologies were conducted from perspective of philosophy. [Result] Mechanistic philosophy and reductionism are causes of reflection on risks of transgenic technology. Considering transgene is an artificial choice taking place of natural choice, it is inevitable for risks of transgenic technology to be found. In addition, social system constitutes the root for out-of-control of transgenic technology, hence, mechanism risk is the primary cause of transgenic risks. [Conclusion] It is inescapable for science view to be changed from arbitrary and lopsided to reflective and comprehensive and for technology view to be changed from exterminative and genesic to protective and symbiotic. 展开更多

It can solve the problems such as low efficiency of development and difficulties in transplantation, update and reuse. The solution utilizes the reflection technology of .NET and design pattern. A typical application of the solution demonstrates that the new solution of data access layer performs better than the current N-tier architecture. More importantly, the application suggests that the new solution of data access layer can be reused effectively. 展开更多

By studying the traditional spectral reflectance reconstruction method, spectral reflectance and the relative spectral power distribution of a lighting source are sparsely decomposed, and the orthogonal property of the principal component orthogonal basis is used to eliminate basis; then spectral reflectance data are obtained by solving a sparse coefficient. After theoretical analysis, the spectral reflectance reconstruction based on sparse prior knowledge of the principal component orthogonal basis by a single-pixel detector is carried out by software simulation and experiment. It can reduce the complexity and cost of the system, and has certain significance for the improvement of multispectral image acquisition technology. 展开更多

Large intelligent surface/antennas(LISA),a two-dimensional artificial structure with a large number of reflective-surface/antenna elements,is a promising reflective radio technology to construct programmable wireless environments in a smart way.Specifically,each element of the LISA adjusts the reflection of the incident electromagnetic waves with unnatural properties,such as negative refraction,perfect absorption,and anomalous reflection,thus the wireless environments can be software-defined according to various design objectives.In this paper,we introduce the reflective radio basics,including backscattering principles,backscatter communication,reflective relay,the fundamentals and implementations of LISA technology.Then,we present an overview of the state-of-the-art research on emerging applications of LISA-aided wireless networks.Finally,the limitations,challenges,and open issues associated with LISA for future wireless applications are discussed. 展开更多
