Research on telecommunication resale service supply chain coordination with revenue-sharing contract

The competition and cooperation between traditional telecom operators and resale operators in the supply chain are discussed, when the telecom industry developed telecommunication resale service. Supply chain contract is an effective way to coordinate the supply chain. This paper analyzes the revenue-sharing contract between telecom operators and resale operators. The study shows that by setting up a rational revenue-sharing ratio and wholesale price, a revenue-sharing contract can coordinate this supply chain, and telecom operators and resale operators can achieve a 'win-win' solution.

Reference model of future ubiquitous convergent network and context-aware telecommunication service platform

A reference model for future ubiquitous convergent network is analyzed. To provide user-centric, intelligent, personalized service, this article presents a context-aware telecommunication service platform （CaTSP） to adapt to dynamically changing context. This article focuses on the new design method of context-aware telecommunication service platform and its architecture. Through the use of model-driven architecture （MDA） and semantic web technologies, CaTSP can enable context reasoning and service personalization adaption. This article explores a new approach for service intelligence, personalization, and adaptability in the semantic web service computing era.

Toward Cloud Computing QoS Architecture:Analysis of Cloud Systems and Cloud Services

Cloud can be defined as a new computing paradigm that provides scalable, on-demand, and virtualized resources for users. In this style of computing, users can access a shared pool of computing resources which are provisioned with minimal management efforts of users. Yet there are some obstacles and concerns about the use of clouds. Guaranteeing quality of service QoS by service providers can be regarded as one of the main concerns for companies tending to use it. Service provisioning in clouds is based on service level agreements representing a contract negotiated between users and providers. According to this contract, if a provider cannot satisfy its agreed application requirements, it should pay penalties as compensation. In this paper, we intend to carry out a comprehensive survey on the models proposed in literature with respect to the implementation principles to address the QoS guarantee issue. © 2014 Chinese Association of Automation.

A New Theoretical Model for Pricing Telecommunications Services

The main methods of pricing telecommunications services can be summarized in two kinds: one is based on average cost, the other, on marginal cost. In order to combine the advantages of these two methods and overcome their disadvantages, this paper proposes a new theoretical model for pricing telecommunications services, the so-called comprehensive evaluation model, to evaluate the pricing methods.

Combination of light-emitting diode positioning identification and time-division multiplexing scheme for indoor location-based service

A combination of light-emitting diode（LED） identification and a time-division multiplexing scheme is proposed in this Letter for indoor location-based service. With the scheme, the arrangement of white LED lamps and the structure of a data frame are designed to realize high-accuracy indoor positioning and location-based payload data transmission simultaneously. The results of the experiment demonstrate that the indoor positioning accuracy is 10 cm and 2 Mb/s data transmission with high signal quality is realized.

Indoor imaging visible light positioning with sampled sparse light source and mobile device

Indoor visible light positioning becomes attractive due to the increasing demands of location-based services. This Letter proposes an indoor imaging visible light positioning scheme with a sampled sparse light source, image sensor, and gyro. An indoor positioning cellular with a single reference light source and an off-the-shelf mobile device is demonstrated. Experimental results show that the 3-dimensional positioning error is only several centimeters even with a rotated, rolled, and pitched mobile device. The proposed scheme is convenient and cost effective because the transmitter takes advantage of the existing lighting infrastructure and the receiver is a commercial mobile phone without any extra accessories.

Traffic Source Characterization：Considering Real Demands of Communication Attempts

in order to project a reliable telecommunication network ,we have to measure the call lossrate of present traffic and to predzct the traffic of hajective network. In this paper we point out that afactor of real communication needs for subscrihas should be added in studying the traffic source char-acterization. Generally, the predicted traffic does not equal to the real demends, Considered asubscriber's psychological facter for attempts in busy-hour, a mathematical medel of probable dertva-tive calls from each real communication demand is given,with which the calling-up probabity, andthe repeating attempt probability of original subscribers on line occupation are calculated and the rela-tionship between the traffic and the real cammunication need is predicted.
