Installation costs of DSTATCOM devices and the cost of system operation, namely, energy loss cost due to both reconfiguration and DSTATCOM placement, are combined to form the objective function to be minimized. The distribution system tie switches, DSTATCOM location and size have been optimally determined to obtain an appropriate operational condition. In the proposed approach, the fuzzy membership function of loss sensitivity is used for the selection of weak nodes in the power system for the placement of DSTATCOM and the optimal parameter settings of the DFACTS device along with optimal selection of tie switches in reconfiguration process are governed by genetic algorithm(GA). Simulation results on IEEE 33-bus and IEEE 69-bus test systems concluded that the combinatorial method using DSTATCOM and reconfiguration is preferable to reduce power losses to 34.44% for 33-bus system and to 45.43% for 69-bus system.展开更多

Voltage unbalance is one of the commonest occurrences in the town mains of 0.38 kV voltage. The phenomenon describes as inequality of vector magnitude of phase voltage and shearing angle between them. Causes and consequences of the voltage unbalance in distribution networks have been considered. The algorithm, which allows switching one-phase load, has been developed as one of the methods of reducing the unbalance level. The algorithm is written in the function block diagram programming language. For determining the duration and magnitude of the unbalance level it is proposed to introduce the forecasting algorithm. The necessary data for forecasting are accumulated in the course of the algorithm based on the Function Block Diagram. The algorithm example is given for transforming substation of the urban electrical power supply system. The results of the economic efficiency assessment of the algorithm implementation are shown in conclusion. The use of automatic switching of the one-phase load for explored substation allows reducing energy losses (active electric energy by 7.63%;reactive energy by 8.37%). It also allows improving supply quality to a consumer. For explored substation the average zero-sequence unbalance factor has dropped from 3.59% to 2.13%, and the negative-sequence unbalance factor has dropped from 0.61% to 0.36%.展开更多

文摘Transition towards carbon-neutral power systems has necessitated optimization of power dispatch in active distribution networks(ADNs)to facilitate integration of distributed renewable generation.Due to unavailability of network topology and line impedance in many distribution networks, physical model-based methods may not be applicable to their operations. To tackle this challenge, some studies have proposed constraint learning, which replicates physical models by training a neural network to evaluate feasibility of a decision(i.e.,whether a decision satisfies all critical constraints or not).To ensure accuracy of this trained neural network, training set should contain sufficient feasible and infeasible samples. However, since ADNs are mostly operated in a normal status, only very few historical samples are infeasible. Thus, the historical dataset is highly imbalanced, which poses a significant obstacle to neural network training. To address this issue,we propose an enhanced constraint learning method.First,it leverages constraint learning to train a neural network as surrogate of ADN's model. Then,it introduces Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique to generate infeasible samples to mitigate imbalance of historical dataset.By incorporating historical and synthetic samples into the training set,we can significantly improve accuracy of neural network.Furthermore,we establish a trust region to constrain and thereafter enhance reliability of the solution.Simulations confirm the benefits of the proposed method in achieving desirable optimality and feasibility while maintaining low computational complexity.

文摘This paper proposes a new method for service restoration of distribution network with the support of transportable power sources(TPSs)and repair crews(RCs).Firstly,a coupling model of distribution networks and vehicle routing of TPSs and RCs is proposed, where the TPSs serve as emergency power supply sources, and the RCs are used to repair the faulted lines.Considering the uncertainty of traffic congestion, the probability distribution of the travel time spent on each road is derived based on the Nesterov user equilibrium model, and a two-stage stochastic program is formulated to determine the optimal routings of TPSs and RCs.To efficiently solve the proposed stochastic mixed-integer linear program(MILP),a two-phase scenario reduction method is then developed to scale down the problem size, and an adaptive progressive hedging algorithm is used for an efficient solution. The effectiveness of the proposed methods and algorithms has been illustrated in a modified IEEE 33-bus system.

文摘False data injection attack(FDIA)is an attack that affects the stability of grid cyber-physical system(GCPS)by evading the detecting mechanism of bad data.Existing FDIA detection methods usually employ complex neural networkmodels to detect FDIA attacks. However, they overlook the fact that FDIA attack samples at public-private network edges are extremely sparse, making it difficult for neural network models to obtain sufficient samples to construct a robust detection model. To address this problem, this paper designs an efficient sample generative adversarial model of FDIA attack in public-private network edge, which can effectively bypass the detectionmodel to threaten the power grid system.A generative adversarial network(GAN)framework is first constructed by combining residual networks(ResNet)with fully connected networks(FCN).Then,a sparse adversarial learning model is built by integrating the time-aligned data and normal data, which is used to learn the distribution characteristics between normal data and attack data through iterative confrontation.Furthermore,we introduce a Gaussian hybrid distributionmatrix by aggregating the network structure of attack data characteristics and normal data characteristics, which can connect and calculate FDIA data with normal characteristics. Finally, efficient FDIA attack samples can be sequentially generated through interactive adversarial learning.Extensive simulation experiments are conducted with IEEE 14-bus and IEEE 118-bus system data, and the results demonstrate that the generated attack samples of the proposed model can present superior performance compared to state-of-the-art models in terms of attack strength, robustness, and covert capability.

文摘This work presents a fuzzy based methodology for distribution system feeder reconfiguration considering DSTATCOM with an objective of minimizing real power loss and operating cost. Simulation results on IEEE 33-bus and IEEE 69-bus test systems concluded that the combinatorial method using DSTATCOM and reconfiguration is preferable to reduce power losses to 34.44% for 33-bus system and to 45.43% for 69-bus system.
文摘The paper dwells on the unified power quality indexes characterizing the phenomenon of voltage unbalance in three-phase systems. For explored substation the average zero-sequence unbalance factor has dropped from 3.59% to 2.13%, and the negative-sequence unbalance factor has dropped from 0.61% to 0.36%.
