Recovery of the coal buried under buildings,railways and water bodies and the residual coal in irregularly arranged fully mechanized mining faces is a common engineering problem facing underground coal mining.In this ...Recovery of the coal buried under buildings,railways and water bodies and the residual coal in irregularly arranged fully mechanized mining faces is a common engineering problem facing underground coal mining.In this study,a mining technology of continuous driving and gangue backfilling(CDGB)was proposed.The technology,which can not only alleviate ground subsidence and gangue discharge,but also release the above-mentioned coals,contributes to green and efficient sustainable development of mining.The stability of the system of the solidified body-reserved coal pillar combination(S-C combination)is crucial to the CDGB technology.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the mechanical and damage characteristics of S-C combination in the synergistic bearing process.First,four sets of differentshaped S-C combination specimens were fabricated and a S-C combination bearing structure in CDGB was constructed to explore the differences in mechanical characteristics and damage modes of different-shaped S-C combination specimens during CDGB.Subsequently,their surface strain field evolutions and acoustic emission(AE)response characteristics in the load-bearing process were obtained with the aid of the digital image correlation technique and the AE signal monitoring system.Furthermore,a damage evolution model based on AE parameters and mechanical parameters was established to clarify the damage evolution law.The following results were obtained:(1)The free area of S-C combination can serve as a quantitative index to evaluate the stability of the overburden control system;(2)The concept of critical value k of the free area was first proposed.When the free area exceeds the critical value k(free area ratio greater than 1.13),the deformation resistance and the free area changes becomes negatively correlated;(3)As the free area expands,the failure of the S-C combination specimen evolves from tensile failure to shear failure.The distribution characteristics of the axial strain field also verified such a change in the failure mode;(4)When the free area expands,the peak AE count gradually changes from“double peaks”to“a single peak”.In this process,the expansion of free area shortens the time for accumulating and releasing energy during loading.Micro cracks generated in the specimen change from a phased steep growth to a continuous increase,and the process in which micro cracks develop,converge,intersect and connect to form macro cracks accelerates.The damage evolution law concluded based on AE parameters and mechanical parameters can well characterize the damage evolution process of S-C combination,providing certain reference for the study on the synergistic bearing of S-C combination during CDGB.展开更多
Understanding the trajectories and driving mechanisms behind land use/land cover(LULC)changes is essential for effective watershed planning and management.This study quantified the net change,exchange,total change,and...Understanding the trajectories and driving mechanisms behind land use/land cover(LULC)changes is essential for effective watershed planning and management.This study quantified the net change,exchange,total change,and transfer rate of LULC in the Jinghe River Basin(JRB),China using LULC data from 2000 to 2020.Through trajectory analysis,knowledge maps,chord diagrams,and standard deviation ellipse method,we examined the spatiotemporal characteristics of LULC changes.We further established an index system encompassing natural factors(digital elevation model(DEM),slope,aspect,and curvature),socio-economic factors(gross domestic product(GDP)and population),and accessibility factors(distance from railways,distance from highways,distance from water,and distance from residents)to investigate the driving mechanisms of LULC changes using factor detector and interaction detector in the geographical detector(Geodetector).The key findings indicate that from 2000 to 2020,the JRB experienced significant LULC changes,particularly for farmland,forest,and grassland.During the study period,LULC change trajectories were categorized into stable,early-stage,late-stage,repeated,and continuous change types.Besides the stable change type,the late-stage change type predominated the LULC change trajectories,comprising 83.31% of the total change area.The period 2010-2020 witnessed more active LULC changes compared to the period 2000-2010.The LULC changes exhibited a discrete spatial expansion trend during 2000-2020,predominantly extending from southeast to northwest of the JRB.Influential driving factors on LULC changes included slope,GDP,and distance from highways.The interaction detection results imply either bilinear or nonlinear enhancement for any two driving factors impacting the LULC changes from 2000 to 2020.This comprehensive understanding of the spatiotemporal characteristics and driving mechanisms of LULC changes offers valuable insights for the planning and sustainable management of LULC in the JRB.展开更多

Based on the dynamic analysis of vehicle starting process and requirements of crawl driv- ing for the vehicle, a control strategy of the clutch was designed. The strategy increased the.slipping friction torque first and then decreased it, in order to realize the crawl driving. The speed increased by the engagement of the clutch, and then the clutch turned to disengage to the half disengage point, when the speed met the requirements. Based on the control strategy, a control software was de- signed. In the end, the software was tested on a vehicle with AMT. And the roadway floor heave come mainly from three aspects. Firstly, the roadway floor strata is easily fractured by the stretch stress. Secondly, because the high abutment pressure is greater than the uniaxial compressive strength of floor strata, when the roadway floor strata are fractured, the coal mass floor strata at the same depth will be fractured, and broken rock will fluid into the open roadway. To improve these performance indexes of PHEV, a coordinated control system is proposed through the analyzing of HEV powertrain dynamic characteristics. Using the method of minimum principle, the input torque of transmission is optimized to improve the driving smoothness of vehicle. Using the methods of fuzzy logic and fuzzy-PID, the engaging speed of clutch and the throttle opening of engine are manipulated to ensure the smoothness of clutch engagement and reduce the abrasion of clutch friction plates. The motor provides the difference between the required input torque of transmission and the torque transmitted through clutch plates. Results of simulation and experiments show that the proposed control strategy performs better than the contrastive control system, the smoothness of driving and the abrasion of clutch can be improved simultaneously.展开更多

The principle and requirement of slowdriving function were analyzed. Based on analysis of slow driving characteristic,identification of slowdriving condition and fuzzy control algorithm,a control strategy of the clutch was designed. In order to realize slowdriving,the clutch was controlled in a slipping mode as manual driving. The vehicle speed was increased to a required speed and kept in a small range by engaging or disengaging the clutch to the approximate half engagement point. Based on the control strategy,a control software was designed and tested on a tracked vehicle with AMT. The test results showthat the control of the clutch with the slowdriving function was smoother than that with original systemand the vehicle speed was slower and steadier.展开更多
The purpose of carrying out present work is to design, build and test a rhombic drive Stirling engine with a β-type configuration consisting of two dynamic pistons (displacer and power) reciprocates in the in-line co...The purpose of carrying out present work is to design, build and test a rhombic drive Stirling engine with a β-type configuration consisting of two dynamic pistons (displacer and power) reciprocates in the in-line concentric cylinder arrangement. The displacement rod is assembled concentrically inside the power piston rod. The rhombic drive mechanism is proposed in such a way that, by using a pair of gear wheels the sliding motion of both piston rods is controlled and thus, an engine is balanced. The developed prototype has a swept volume of 75 cm<sup>3</sup> with the displacer piston and power piston cylinder hot ends heated by liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) burner and cooled water, respectively. It uses air as the working gas at atmospheric pressure for initial charging of the engine. Several designs were studied before settling on a β-type configuration. The LPG gas burner was considered as a potential heat source. The various elements of an engine (heater, cooler, re-generator, flywheel and piping systems) were designed, constructed and analyzed. The testing results revealed that the engine at initial atmospheric air filling started working in only about 120 seconds at an LPG heater temperature of 400℃ (824<sup>°</sup>F) with 280 rpm. At a heater temperature of 550℃ (1022<sup>°</sup>F), the engine speed was 630 rpm. At the engine speed of 245 rpm, the maximum torque was 0.215 Nm, while the maximum power was 8 Watts at 355 rpm. Engine speed increased with the increase of flame temperature. Several tests were performed on the engine to improve its running efficiency and critical problem areas were isolated and addressed. Moreover, results revealed that Stirling engines working with relatively low-temperature air are potentially attractive engines of the future, especially LPG powered low temperature differential Stirling engines. The Stirling engine was capable of generating between 50 to 100 Watts of electricity.展开更多

According to analysis of influence factors of transmission accuracy for harmonic drive mechanism, it was obtained that the transmission errors of harmonic drive mechanism include processing errors and installation errors. The transmission error is produced by eccentric vector, it directly affects the rotation angle of output shaft and it makes harmonic drive mechanism produce backlash. Then analyze the movement error caused by the rigid wheel machining error, the flexible wheel machining error, the assembly error of the rigid wheel and the flexible wheel, the wave generator component, and the comprehensive expression method of motion error generated by each error source was obtained. The performance test device of space drive mechanism was used to test, and the law of the transmission accuracy of harmonic drive mechanism with temperature, speed and assembly clearance was obtained. The test results show that the transmission accuracy of harmonic drive mechanism decreases with increasing temperature, and the speed has little effect on the transmission accuracy of harmonic drive mechanism;the assembly quality has a significant impact on harmonic drive accuracy.展开更多
Ti_(2)AlNb-based alloy was joined in a continuous drive friction welding machine under different rotational rates(500,1000 and 1500 r/min).The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were investigated.I...Ti_(2)AlNb-based alloy was joined in a continuous drive friction welding machine under different rotational rates(500,1000 and 1500 r/min).The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were investigated.It is shown that the weld zone(WZ) is fully composed of recrystallized B2 phase,and the grain size decreases with increasing rotational rate.The thermo-mechanically affected zone(TMAZ) suffers severe deformation during welding,due to which most of original precipitation phase is dissolved and streamlines are present.In the heat affected zone(HAZ),only the fine O phase is dissolved.The as-welded joint produced using 1000 r/min has the best mechanical properties,whose strength and elongation are both close to those of the base metal,while the as-welded joint obtained using 500 r/min exhibits the worst mechanical properties.Post-weld annealing treatment annihilates the deformation microstructure and fine O phase precipitates in the joints,consequently improving the mechanical properties significantly.Decomposed α_(2) phase is a weakness for the mechanical performance of the joint since microcracks are apt to form in it in the tensile test.展开更多

文摘We propose a scheme that can generate tunable double optomechanically induced transparency in a hybrid optomechanical cavity system.In this system, the mechanical resonator of the optomechanical cavity is coupled with an additional mechanical resonator and the additional mechanical resonator can be driven by a weak external coherently mechanical driving field.We show that both the intensity and the phase of the external mechanical driving field can control the propagation of the probe field, including changing the transmission spectrum from double windows to a single-window.Our study also provides an effective way to generate intensity-controllable, narrow-bandwidth transmission spectra, with the probe field modulated from excessive opacity to remarkable amplification.
文摘The coupling of the local contact problems between the components and the deformation of the components in the mechanical system were discovered.A series of coordinate systems have been founded to describe the mechanical system with the contact problems.The method of isolating the boundary of contact body from others has been used to describe the constraint between the contacting points.A more generalized static mechanics model of the mechanical system with the contact problems has been founded through the principle of virtual work.As an application,the model was used to study the multi_teeth engagement problems in the inner meshed planet gear systems.The stress distribution of contact gears was got.A test has verified that the static contact model and the computational method are right.
文摘The looper drive mechanism is a main moving part in the blind stitching machine, which is aspatial 5 bar RRRSR linkage. In this paper, a dynamic analysis of the looper drive mechanism is made by means of the ma-trix method. Two methods are adopted in the calculation of the shaking force and shaking moment, one isdone by the constraint reaction of the flame-connected kinematic parts; the other is the inertialforces of all moving links.
文摘By rigidizing the input joints, all possible combinations of drive selecting for the 4-PPPS parallel mechanism are analyzed based on the screw theory in this paper, and the five of them are proved to be reasonable. Then choosing the one as mechanical actuators, the workspace of the 4-PPPS parallel mechanism is deduced according to the rational input scheme. Finally the rationality of input scheme for this mechanism is identified on the basis of the continuity of the workspace.

文摘In order to move tracked vehicles at an extremely slowspeed with automated mechanical transmission( AMT),slowdriving function was added in the original system. The principle and requirement of slowdriving function were analyzed. Based on analysis of slow driving characteristic,identification of slowdriving condition and fuzzy control algorithm,a control strategy of the clutch was designed. In order to realize slowdriving,the clutch was controlled in a slipping mode as manual driving. The vehicle speed was increased to a required speed and kept in a small range by engaging or disengaging the clutch to the approximate half engagement point. Based on the control strategy,a control software was designed and tested on a tracked vehicle with AMT. The test results showthat the control of the clutch with the slowdriving function was smoother than that with original systemand the vehicle speed was slower and steadier.
文摘The purpose of carrying out present work is to design, build and test a rhombic drive Stirling engine with a β-type configuration consisting of two dynamic pistons (displacer and power) reciprocates in the in-line concentric cylinder arrangement. The displacement rod is assembled concentrically inside the power piston rod. The rhombic drive mechanism is proposed in such a way that, by using a pair of gear wheels the sliding motion of both piston rods is controlled and thus, an engine is balanced. The developed prototype has a swept volume of 75 cm<sup>3</sup> with the displacer piston and power piston cylinder hot ends heated by liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) burner and cooled water, respectively. It uses air as the working gas at atmospheric pressure for initial charging of the engine. Several designs were studied before settling on a β-type configuration. The LPG gas burner was considered as a potential heat source. The various elements of an engine (heater, cooler, re-generator, flywheel and piping systems) were designed, constructed and analyzed. The testing results revealed that the engine at initial atmospheric air filling started working in only about 120 seconds at an LPG heater temperature of 400℃ (824<sup>°</sup>F) with 280 rpm. At a heater temperature of 550℃ (1022<sup>°</sup>F), the engine speed was 630 rpm. At the engine speed of 245 rpm, the maximum torque was 0.215 Nm, while the maximum power was 8 Watts at 355 rpm. Engine speed increased with the increase of flame temperature. Several tests were performed on the engine to improve its running efficiency and critical problem areas were isolated and addressed. Moreover, results revealed that Stirling engines working with relatively low-temperature air are potentially attractive engines of the future, especially LPG powered low temperature differential Stirling engines. The Stirling engine was capable of generating between 50 to 100 Watts of electricity.
文摘The influence mechanism of transmission accuracy for harmonic drive mechanism considering multi-factor coupling was studied. According to analysis of influence factors of transmission accuracy for harmonic drive mechanism, it was obtained that the transmission errors of harmonic drive mechanism include processing errors and installation errors. The transmission error is produced by eccentric vector, it directly affects the rotation angle of output shaft and it makes harmonic drive mechanism produce backlash. Then analyze the movement error caused by the rigid wheel machining error, the flexible wheel machining error, the assembly error of the rigid wheel and the flexible wheel, the wave generator component, and the comprehensive expression method of motion error generated by each error source was obtained. The performance test device of space drive mechanism was used to test, and the law of the transmission accuracy of harmonic drive mechanism with temperature, speed and assembly clearance was obtained. The test results show that the transmission accuracy of harmonic drive mechanism decreases with increasing temperature, and the speed has little effect on the transmission accuracy of harmonic drive mechanism;the assembly quality has a significant impact on harmonic drive accuracy.

文摘Ti_(2)AlNb-based alloy was joined in a continuous drive friction welding machine under different rotational rates(500,1000 and 1500 r/min).The microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were investigated.It is shown that the weld zone(WZ) is fully composed of recrystallized B2 phase,and the grain size decreases with increasing rotational rate.The thermo-mechanically affected zone(TMAZ) suffers severe deformation during welding,due to which most of original precipitation phase is dissolved and streamlines are present.In the heat affected zone(HAZ),only the fine O phase is dissolved.The as-welded joint produced using 1000 r/min has the best mechanical properties,whose strength and elongation are both close to those of the base metal,while the as-welded joint obtained using 500 r/min exhibits the worst mechanical properties.Post-weld annealing treatment annihilates the deformation microstructure and fine O phase precipitates in the joints,consequently improving the mechanical properties significantly.Decomposed α_(2) phase is a weakness for the mechanical performance of the joint since microcracks are apt to form in it in the tensile test.
