The impact of environmental regulations on international competitiveness of textile industry in China

A greater focus of environmental protection is directed toward environmental regulations in China. This paper focuses on environmental regulations and their impact on textile industry. The academic circle does not reach a consensus on the relationship between environmental regulations and international competitiveness. Some hold the view that environmental regulations lower international competitiveness while others think that environmental regulations improve both environment and economic performance. This paper aims to analyze the impact of the environmental regulations on the international competitiveness of textile industry in China. This study starts with theories relative to this subject; the second part, based on the impact mechanism of environmental regulations on competitiveness, analyzes the environmental impact on textile from the perspective of cost and market. The conceptual exploration comes to the conclusion that environmental regulations make a negative impact on the international competitiveness on the cost side and improve it by means ofinnovation and product differentiation on market side; the third part gives time series evidence to examine the impact. In this part the Pearson Correlation Analysis is conducted based on the data of China's textile industry of the period from 1991 to 2005. It turns out to prove that the negative environmental impact on cost side exceeds the positive environmental impact on market side, namely, environmental regulations deteriorate the international competitiveness in textile industry as a whole during the inspected period.

The study of relationship between textile and garment market,industry cluster and regional economy development

China＇s textile and garment markets grown up with the development of reform and opening-up, they＇re well adapted to the national policy and economic environment in each period, and formed a large-scale development, played a positive role in promoting China＇s economy development. This paper has a research on the textile and garment market, industry cluster and regional economy, recognize textile professional market and regional economy as the main research object, industrial cluster as the intermediary variable. Establish textile and garment market, industrial cluster, regional economy as the main trunk of structural equation model and carry on the empirical analysis. From the empirical analysis, this paper find that the coefficient of textile and garment market effecting on industrial cluster is 0.91, and industrial cluster on regional economy is 0.93, that means results verify hypothesis relationships between the three of them Finally, according to each path coefficients, providing relevant suggestions for the Shanghai area development of textile and garment market, related industries cluster and regional economy development.

An Overview of Pakistan’s Textile Sector from Operational Competitive Perspective—A Suggestive Analysis!

The basic aim of this paper is to study and analyze the current level of operational competitiveness of Pakistani Private Sector—Textile Manufacturing Enterprises. The subject research area will be probed on the basis of making cross reference comparison between the Pakistani Private Sector (PPS)—Textile Manufacturing Enterprises (TME) with the global Textile Manufacturing players in global manufacturing strategies databases. The results revealed that the “quality” is the most important competitive priority of the case PPS-TME and it also pointed towards having some competitive advantages in prospector group. However, it will take considerable amount of time for Pakistani Private Sector—Textile Manufacturing Enterprises to regain their previous global recognition and then further improve their operational competitiveness due to the weak and faulty organizational management structure and practices, currently being affected by nation’s political, economic, energy and security situation.

Competitiveness Analysis of Processing Industry Cluster of Livestock Products in Inner Mongolia Based on "Diamond Model"

Using Michael Porter's "diamond model", based on regional development characteristics, we conduct analysis of the competitiveness of processing industry cluster of livestock products in Inner Mongolia from six aspects (the factor conditions, demand conditions, corporate strategy, structure and competition, related and supporting industries, government and opportunities). And we put forward the following rational recommendations for improving the competitiveness of processing industry cluster of livestock products in Inner Mongolia: (i) The government should increase capital input, focus on supporting processing industry of livestock products, and give play to the guidance and aggregation effect of financial funds; (ii) In terms of enterprises, it is necessary to vigorously develop leading enterprises, to give full play to the cluster effect of the leading enterprises.

面向国家战略的产业竞争情报场景化智慧服务模式研究

通过对面向国家战略的产业竞争情报智慧服务进行场景化、细粒度描述,构建产业竞争情报场景化智慧服务模式,以赋能复杂环境下产业高质量发展。首先,梳理国内外关于“场景化服务、产业竞争情报服务模式、智慧情报与情报智能服务”等相关研究,提出“产业竞争情报场景化智慧服务”的概念内涵;其次,沿着“战略引领与需求牵引—场景解构与细粒度刻画—平行系统与虚实交互—范式转变与服务升维”的研究逻辑,融合场景理论、平行智能思想,构建产业竞争情报场景化智慧服务模式;最后,以新能源汽车产业进行实证研究,为该行业竞争情报服务融慧进阶提出有效路径。本文提出了产业数字化升级、产业核心技术攻关、产业应急协同处突、新产业新业态培育四大情报服务场景,基于产业情报场景描述五元组,从服务内容、服务主体、服务客体、服务工具/手段、服务能力维度对其进行全景式描绘,构建了面向国家战略的产业竞争情报场景化智慧服务模式,并以新能源汽车产业为例,验证了本文模式的可行性与有效性。

创新驱动政策对数字贸易国际竞争力的影响——以国家自主创新示范区试点为准自然实验

将多时点双重差分法和中介效应分析法相结合,系统研究国家自主创新示范区建设如何影响数字贸易国际竞争力。研究发现,国家自主创新示范区试点政策对我国数字贸易国际竞争力具有正向影响;国家自主创新示范区试点政策对数字贸易国际竞争力的促进作用在副省级城市、省会城市、直辖市相对更大;国家自主创新示范区试点政策对东部地区数字贸易国际竞争力的促进作用大于其他地区;科研水平在国家自主创新示范区试点政策对数字贸易国际竞争力的影响中发挥了正向中介作用;数字经济发展水平在国家自主创新示范区建设与数字贸易国际竞争力之间起到正向调节作用。应充分发挥产业结构升级对我国数字贸易国际竞争力的促进作用,大力培养数字贸易领域技能型人才和创新型人才,推动数字技术和实体经济深度融合。

“科产竞教”融合的差异化研究生培养模式探索

针对印刷包装行业研究生分类培养存在的同质化问题,本文探讨了“科产竞教”多协同融合的差异化研究生培养模式。首先分析了研究生分类培养中存在的问题,明确了差异化的“科产竞教”融合目标,并建立了专业型和学术型研究生培养机制。其次,通过设计多维度加权考核评价体系,实现了专业型和学术型研究生的差异化考核要求。这种差异化培养模式为印刷包装行业培养更加适应市场需求、具备丰富实践经验和创新能力的高端人才提供了一种新途径。

平台经济驱动我国数字产业国际竞争力提升路径

选取2009—2021年中国31个省级面板数据,运用固定效应模型与中介效应模型实证分析平台经济对我国数字产业国际竞争力的影响与作用机制。研究发现,平台经济快速发展有利于提升我国数字产业国际竞争力,在经过内生性问题处理与一系列稳健性检验后该结论仍成立。作用机制检验发现,平台经济通过增加研发投入与促进产业结构转型两大路径,提升数字产业国际竞争力。异质性分析表明,2018年以后平台经济对东部、中部、西部地区的数字产业国际竞争力赋能作用更强。据此,应全方位推进平台经济建设,增强研发投入成果转化力,打造产业结构转型推动力,实施差异化平台经济发展战略。

邻近木多样性与竞争对天然云冷杉林树木生长的影响

【目的】探究天然云冷杉林邻近木多样性、竞争强度对林木生长的影响,为云冷杉林结构化经营和管理提供科学依据。【方法】选取长白山天然云冷杉林2015、2018年两期固定样地调查数据,基于结构方程模型分析邻近木多样性、竞争与树木生长的关系。【结果】(1)研究区内天然云冷杉林的邻近木树种、径阶、树高多样性指数均集中在1.04处,3个多样性指数整体上分布均匀,树种混交度高,林分结构复杂。(2)结构方程模型中,树种、径阶、树高3个邻近木多样性指数和竞争指数对材积生长量的总影响系数分别为-0.001、0.166、0.073和-0.489,结果表明竞争是影响林木生长的关键因素。(3)径阶和树高多样性的增加对生长量均为正面影响,其中径阶多样性为直接影响,树高多样性为间接影响;树种多样性表现为直接的负面影响与间接的正面影响,总体为负面影响;此外,树种多样性的提高可以减少林木间的竞争强度,树高多样性的提高可能会导致林分结构的分化,进而促进林分中林木个体的生长。(4)研究区内林木的生长压力可能多来自于同径级林木,小径级林木生长状况较差且竞争压力较大,大中径级林木与之相反。【结论】择伐同径级或相近径级林木,同时提高林分内的径阶、树高多样性水平,可以降低林木竞争水平,促进林木个体生长,进而提高云冷杉林林分生产力。

市场竞争结构对产学研协同创新意愿的影响机制

产学研协同创新意愿是开展创新协同合作及提升创新效率的前提和基础,其中企业参与协同创新的根本动力在于经济利益获取,然而关于市场竞争结构对协同创新意愿的影响机制,尤其是不同结构下不同因素的叠加效应还鲜有研究。据此,以协同创新市场收益作为因变量(意愿的替代变量),以市场竞争结构(垄断/竞争)、市场初始需求量、市场增长潜力、企业技术吸收能力、研发投入为自变量,构建一个数理优化模型进行分析。结果表明市场增长潜力、企业技术吸收能力、研发投入对协同意愿的影响效应受到市场需求的叠加作用,这些作用方向在竞争和垄断不同结构下是相反的:在竞争结构下,企业研发投入与协同创新意愿呈反向关系;而在垄断结构下,两者之间的影响关系随着不同的初始市场需求情况而表现出不同的效应。此外,处于不同市场结构下的企业参与协同创新的意愿是不一样的,且受到其技术吸收能力的调节影响。因此,学研机构与企业合作时,需要综合考虑企业的市场竞争地位、协同创新技术市场前景等因素,以实现利益均衡。

新质生产力发展对制造业出口技术复杂度的影响

新质生产力为提升中国制造业附加值和竞争力提供了重要机遇与动力,其中对出口技术复杂度的影响对中国制造业发展具有重要意义。基于2012—2021年中国30个省份的面板数据,通过中介效应检验深入探究了中国新质生产力发展对制造业出口技术复杂度的影响。结果表明,新质生产力发展对制造业出口技术复杂度具有正向影响,新质生产力发展水平越高,制造业出口技术复杂度水平就越高,这种正向作用在东部、中部地区及高收入经济水平地区尤为显著;优化产业结构、提高贸易竞争力在新质生产力发展对制造业出口技术复杂度的影响过程中存在中介效应。中国应善用新质生产力发展对制造业出口技术复杂度的正向影响,通过优化产业结构和提高国际贸易竞争力来不断提升制造业出口技术复杂度。

中国产业部门隐含碳生产率的驱动因素分解——基于LMDI-PDA模型的实证分析

提升隐含碳生产率是产业部门碳减排的关键。基于2002—2020投入产出数据与能源碳排放数据建立隐含碳生产率指标,利用LMDI-PDA综合分解法,系统梳理各效应、各细分产业部门对产业部门整体隐含碳生产率变动的影响。研究结论为:直接排放率效应对28个产业部门中的大部分产业部门的隐含碳生产率提升起到阻碍作用,排放能效效应以及能源资本替代效应则主要起积极作用;隐含碳生产率效应普遍推动三次产业隐含碳生产率上升,排放结构效应则阻碍第二产业与第三产业隐含碳生产率的增长,负向效应分别为-0.0166万元/吨、-0.0190万元/吨;对产业部门整体隐含碳生产率增长贡献最大的两个产业部门是其他服务业和建筑业。研究结论为加速推进产业低碳变革提供了理论与数据支撑。

粤港澳大湾区真的产业结构趋同了吗?——基于制造业产业结构趋同与竞合关系视角

制造业高质量发展是粤港澳大湾区经济发展迈向高端化的重要支撑与主攻方向。粤港澳大湾区内地城市制造业规模优势突出,调整区域产业结构,促进城市产业分工和协作对于提升粤港澳大湾区制造业核心竞争力意义重大。对粤港澳大湾区内地城市制造业2011年、2016年和2021年三个时间点的结构趋同程度、产业竞争和合作网络、行业专业化分工程度以及主导产业特征及其演变研究的结果表明:(1)粤港澳大湾区内地城市之间存在不同程度的制造业结构趋同,其中广州都市圈、深圳都市圈总体表现出合意的趋同,主要是都市圈核心城市与协作城市产业内和产业链分工协作所致。(2)粤港澳大湾区内地城市制造业的产业竞争表现为能级接近城市之间的横向竞争,这种横向竞争无论是否在相同城市圈都存在。产业合作则表现为核心城市与协作城市的纵向合作,主要存在于都市圈内部,且横向竞争在减弱,纵向合作得到加强。(3)核心城市部分行业专业化、集聚现象得到强化,外围城市正经历差异化、专业化发展阶段,这是制造业升级过程中产业在区域范围再次分工、协作的结果。(4)都市圈联系网络的加强、核心城市的辐射带动作用、地理邻近性、港澳地区的积极作用等是促进粤港澳大湾区内地城市制造业结构趋同和产业趋向分工合作的主要原因。

当前,我国的饲料产业发展面临着国际、国内的双重挑战,推动“双循环”新发展格局,调整饲料产业经济结构,提高现代化发展水平,已成为我国重新塑造饲料产业优势,推动经济实现高质量发展的关键战略方向。本文主要分析了“双循环”新格局下对饲料产业的发展要求,明确了饲料产业经济的结构调整要素,并提出了饲料产业经济结构调整的具体策略,以期提高饲料产业在新时期的发展水平,为提高我国饲料产业的国际竞争力奠定了坚实的基础。

数字经济对综合产业竞争力的影响研究

我国正面临着新一轮的科技革命和产业变革,加快数字经济与产业发展相融合是提升我国产业竞争力的关键途径,对于实现产业数字化有着重要意义。本文选取我国2011—2021年30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,探讨数字经济发展水平对于我国产业竞争力的影响作用。结果表明:数字经济对总体产业竞争力呈显著促进作用,但对第一产业竞争力影响不显著,对第二、第三产业呈正向影响。同时,数字经济通过促进数字技术创新水平可以提高产业竞争力,但对东中西部和东北地区产业竞争力的促进作用存在区域差异性。本文从数字经济如何提高产业竞争力方面提出相关政策建议,以供参考。
