Preliminary Identification of a Prime Number Other Than 2 and 3, the Origin of Twin Prime Numbers, the Structure of the Chain of Prime Numbers and the Set of Prime Numbers Less Than a Given Integer

The application of the Euclidean division theorem for the positive integers allowed us to establish a set which contains all the prime numbers and this set we called it set of supposedly prime numbers and we noted it Esp. We subsequently established from the previous set the set of non-prime numbers (the set of numbers belonging to this set and which are not prime) denoted Enp. We then extracted from the set of supposedly prime numbers the numbers which are not prime and the set of remaining number constitutes the set of prime numbers denoted Ep. We have deduced from the previous set, the set of prime numbers between two natural numbers. We have explained during our demonstrations the origin of the twin prime numbers and the structure of the chain of prime numbers.

THE BEST LIPSCHITZ CONSTANTS OF BERNSTEIN POLYNOMIALS AND BEZIER NETS OVER A GIVEN TRIANGLE

This paper proved the following three facts about the Lipschitz continuous property of Bernstein polynomials and Bezier nets defined on a triangle: suppose f(P) is a real valued function defined on a triangle T, (1) If f(P) satisfies Lipschitz continuous condition, i. e. f(P)∈Lip4α, then the corresponding Bernstein Bezier net fn∈LipAsecαψα, here ψ is the half of the largest angle of triangle T; (2) If Bernstein Bezier net fn∈ LipBα, then its elevation Bezier net Efn∈LipBα; and (3) If f(P)∈Lipαa, then the corresponding Bernstein polynomials Bn(f;P)∈LipAsecαψα, and the constant Asecαψ best in some sense.

Limit cycles and homoclinic orbits and their bifurcation of Bogdanov-Takens system

A quantitative analysis of limit cycles and homoclinic orbits, and the bifurcation curve for the Bogdanov-Takens system are discussed. The parameter incremental method for approximate analytical-expressions of these problems is given. These analytical-expressions of the limit cycle and homoclinic orbit are shown as the generalized harmonic functions by employing a time transformation. Curves of the parameters and the stability characteristic exponent of the limit cycle versus amplitude are drawn. Some of the limit cycles and homoclinic orbits phase portraits are plotted. The relationship curves of parameters μ and A with amplitude a and the bifurcation diagrams about the parameter are also given. The numerical accuracy of the calculation results is good.

Econometric Model to Estimate the Probability of Default and Loss Given Default in the EBA Stress Test in 2016

In this research,an econometric with panel data using Ordinary least squares OLS model is constructed following the guidelines recommended by the EBA stress test methodology for 2016.The findings indicate that macroeconomic factors affecting defaults are the expected ones in the Spanish credit institutions.However,loan impairments do not follow the patterns that a priori would be normal.Divergent is outcomes in defaults and impairments:the Non-Performing Loans(NPL)is pro-cyclical and impairment losses are counter-cyclical.

Control of In Vitro Regeneration of Individual Reproductive and Vegetative Organs in Dracaena fragrans cv. massangeana Hort. Regularities of the Direct Regenerationof Individual Organs In Vitro

Various individual organs (tepal, flower bud, inflorescence branch, inflorescence, adult vegetative bud and juvenile vegetative bud) were directly regenerated respectively by callus in Dracaena fragrans cv. massangeana Hort. During the regeneration of these individual organs some regularity phenomena were observed. Firstly, the kind range of the individual organs, which are directly regenerated in vitro, is in close relationship to the differentiated stages of the organs used for explant excision during plant ontogeny. The explants excised from the epigeous organ that is differentiated at some stage (stage A) during plant ontogeny must be able to separately regenerate all of those individual epigeous organs: ones differentiated slightly later than the stage A, ones differentiated at the stage A and all ones differentiated earlier than the stage A. Secondly, within this range which kind of organ is regenerated depends on the exogenous auxin concentrations in medium. With the gradual increase of 2,4-D concentration from 0.005 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L, the kinds of regenerated organs will change by the order as follows: vegetative bud, inflorescence, inflorescence branch, flower bud, tepal. These regularities will be able to be used for inducing the direct regeneration of a given epigeous organ in angiosperms.

Meta-analysis of neostigmine injections given at the Zusanli （ST 36） acupoint in thetreatment of postpartum urinary retention

Objective： We aimed to determine the effect of neostigmine injections given at the Zusanli （ST 36） acupoint whentreating postpartum urinary retention. Methods： We conducted a systematic review to identify randomized controlledtrials （RCTs） involving neostigmine injections given at the Zusanli （ST 36） acupoint for treating postpartum urinaryretention. We searched the Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Web of Science, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, VipDatabase, and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database from the creation of the database to December 30, 2016. Bias riskassessment was performed using Revman 5.3 software from Cochrane based on the criteria set out in the CochraneHandbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions, version 5.1.0. Results： Thirteen studies were included with 627participants in the treatment group and 584 participants in the control group. （1） Overall response rate： neostigmineinjections given at the Zusanli （ST 36） acupoint have a better curative effect than injections given in muscle, odds ratio（OR） = 8.74, 95% confidence interval （CI） [5.83, 13.10], Z = 10.49 （P 〈 0.001）; （2） Comparison of effects at differentdosages： （i） 0.5 mg of neostigmine Zusanli （ST 36） acupoint injection group has better effect than 1 mg of neostigmineintramuscular injection group, OR = 15.84, 95% CI [5.74, 43.72],Z = 5.34 （P 〈 0.001）, （ii） 0.5 mg of neostigmineinjection given at the Zusanli acupoint has a better curative effect than 0.5 mg of neostigmine injection given in muscle ,OR = 7.30, 95% CI [3.47, 15.34], Z = 5.24 （P 〈 0.001）; （iii） 1 mg of neostigmine injection at the Zusanli （ST 36）acupoint has better efficacy than 1 mg of neostigmine injection in muscle, OR = 7.76, 95% CI [4.46, 13.52], Z = 7.25 （P〈 0.001）. Conclusion： Neostigmine injections at the Zusanli （ST 36） acupoint have beneficial effects in treatingpostpartum urinary retention. However, the low quality of the studies included in the meta-analysis raises questions overthe reliability of the results. Further studies are still needed.

The Optimal Steam Pressure of Thermal Power Plant in a Given Load

As the large change of the grid load, many large capacity units of our country had to change the load in order to meet the gird need. When a thermal power plant receives a given load instruction from the grid, it is necessary to set an optimal steam pressure to maintain the high efficiency of the plant. In the past optimization methods, during the process of calculation, the output of the turbine often changed, it was hard to maintain the output constant. Therefore, in combination with the theory of variable condition of turbine, calculation of governing stage and the matrix equation of thermal power system, an optimization method were put forward and an optimal solution was got in a given load.

Can first or last name uniqueness help to identify diaspora researchers from any country?

Purpose:Diaspora researchers work in one country but have ancestral origins in another,either through moves during a research career(mobile diaspora researchers)or by starting research in the target country(embedded diaspora researchers).Whilst mobile researchers might be tracked through affiliation changes in bibliometric databases,embedded researchers cannot.This article reports an evidence-based discussion of which countries’diaspora researchers can be partially tracked using first or last names,addressing this limitation.Design/methodology/approach:A frequency analysis of first and last names of authors of all Scopus journal articles 2001-2021 for 200 countries or regions.Findings:There are great variations in the extent to which first or last names are uniquely national,from Monserrat(no unique first names)to Thailand(81%unique last names).Nevertheless,most countries have a subset of first or last names that are relatively unique.For the 50 countries with the most researchers,authors with relatively national names are always more likely to research their name-associated country,suggesting a continued national association.Lists of researchers’first and last name frequencies and proportions are provided for 200 countries/regions.Research limitations:Only one period is tracked(2001-2021)and no attempt was made to validate the ancestral origins of any researcher.Practical implications:Simple name heuristics can be used to identify the international spread of a sample of most countries’diaspora researchers,but some manual checks of individual names are needed to weed out false matches.This can supplement mobile researcher data from bibliometric databases.Originality/value:This is the first attempt to list name associations for the authors of all countries and large regions,and to identify the countries for which diaspora researchers could be tracked by name.

Effects of second diffusing component and cross diffusion on primary and secondary thermoconvective instabilities in couple stress liquids

Linear and weakly nonlinear analyses are made for the Rayleigh-Benard convection in two-component couple-stress liquids with the Soret effect. Conditions for pitchfork, Hopf, Takens-Bogdanov, and codimension-two bifurcations are presented. The Lorenz model is used to study the inverted bifurcation. Positive values of the Soret coefficient favor a pitchfork bifurcation, whereas negative values favor a Hopf bifurcation. Takens-Bogdanov and codimension-two bifurcations are not as much influenced by the Soret coefficient as pitchfork and Hopf bifurcations. The influence of the Soret coefficient on the inverted bifurcation is similar to the influence on the pitchfork bifurcation. The in- fluence of other parameters on the aforementioned bifurcations is also similar as reported earlier in the literature. Using the Newell-Whitehead-Segel equation, the condition for occurrence of Eckhaus and zigzag secondary instabilities is obtained. The domain of ap- pearance of Eckhaus and zigzag instabilities expands due to the presence of the Soret coefficient for positive values. The Soret coefficient with negative values enhances heat transport, while positive values diminish it in comparison with heat transport for the case without the Soret effect. The dual nature of other parameters in influencing heat and mass transport is shown by considering positive and negative values of the Soret coefficient.

BIFURCATION ANALYSIS AND COMPUTATION OF DOUBLE TAKENS-BOGDANOV POINT IN Z_2-EQUIVARIABLE NONLINEAR EQUATIONS

The paper deals with the computation and bifurcation analysis of double Takens-Bogdanov point (u0, ∧0) (in short, DTB point) in the Z2-equivariable nonlinear equation f(u, ∧) = 0, f: U × R4 → V , where U and V are Banach spaces, parameters ∧∈ R4. At (u0,∧0) , the null spaceof fu0 has geometric multiplicity 2 and algebraic multiplicity 4. Firstly a regular extended system for computing DTB point is proposed. Secondly, it is proved that there are four branches of singular points bifurcated from DTB point: two paths of STB points, two paths of TB-Hopfpoints. Finally,the numerical results of one dimensional Brusselator equations are given to show the effectiveness of our theory and method.

This paper aims at demonstrating the profound intention of literary works from the perspective of appraisal theory. Meanwhile, the system of appraisal theory can be enhanced and developed through the analysis of literary works.
