Empirical Analysis on Continuous Improvement of Mobile Content Services＇ Effects on Continuance Use Intention

With the development of intelligent terminals and mobile applications,the influence of continuous improvement on mobile content services to the continuance use intention is more and more significant.Based on the expectation-confirmation theory and information system continuance use theory,this paper proposes a mobile content continuance use model and puts forward related assumptions under the mobile commerce environment by introducing the continuous improvement variables.Questionnaire data are collected from 219 mobile content service users for research,and the hypothetical model is validated by the structural equation modeling.Results show that the information system continuance use model is still valid under the mobile commerce environment,and the continuous improvement on mobile content services have positive impacts on user's expectations after they have experienced certain mobile content services.

Composition of Web Services of Multi-Population Adaptive Genetic Algorithm Based on Cosine Improvement

Web quality of service (QoS) awareness requires not only the selection of specific services to complete specific tasks, but also the comprehensive quality of service of the whole web service composition. How to select the web service composition with the highest comprehensive QoS is a NP hard problem. In this paper, an improved multi population genetic algorithm is proposed. Cosine adaptive operator is added to the algorithm to avoid premature algorithm caused by improper genetic operator and the disadvantage of destroying excellent individuals in later period. Experimental results show that compared with the common genetic algorithm and multi population genetic algorithm, this algorithm has the advantages of shorter time consumption and higher accuracy, and effectively avoids the loss of effective genes in the population.

An Investigation Into the Needs and Challenges of County-Level Family Education Guidance Services and Corresponding Improvement Measures

The delivery of targeted family education guidance services is essential for establishing a three-in-one education model that encompasses families,schools,and communities.It is also the key to creating a favorable educational environment that promotes the comprehensive and healthy development of individual students.To gain a comprehensive understanding of family education characteristics and trends in Chinese counties,accurately tap into the educational needs of parents,and effectively identify strengths and weaknesses in family education guidance services,this paper employed a quantitative research method based on a questionnaire survey and interview data from J district of C city after years of continuous monitoring of the quality of family education in the area,aiming to explore these issues and put forward several suggestions for improvement.The results indicate that the family learning environment and atmosphere in the district are generally favorable,while parental educational competence requires further improvement.Parents express a strong desire for interactive,systematic,and fragmented family education guidance from schools.Most parents acknowledge the significance of receiving guidance on family education,yet they are disinclined to actively engage in learning-related activities.While the operational mechanisms of county-level family education guidance services have been continuously improved,there is a need for greater overall coordination.Furthermore,the potential of school-led family education guidance services has yet to be fully tapped,and the scientific and professional standards of such guidance need to be further enhanced.Based on the aforementioned findings,we propose recommendations for improvement.Using J district’s effective improvement practices in management,curriculum,and teams as an example,we intend to explore practical ways to promote county-level family education guidance services and provide a valuable reference for the establishment of a comprehensive and effective system to improve such services.

The Impact of Total Quality Management on Health Services Improvement, Sana’a Hospitals, Yemen (2017-2020)

Background: Total quality management (TQM) plays a major role in quality health services improvement. The aims of the study are to identify the concepts of total quality management in health institutions to know the nature of the relationship between the application of TQM and improving the quality of health services in Sana’a Governorate. Method: This applied research is a descriptive cross-sectional study in which the TQM of 13 affiliated Sana’a Governorate hospitals during “2017-2020”, were evaluated based on self-administered questionnaires. Data were collected by questionnaires including demographical variables, TQM dimensions variables. Data were analyzed by using SPSS version 16. Results: A total of 281 users 98.6% had responded. The employee’s responses for sixth study dimensions were the top manager’s commitment (TMC) 80.46%, customers focusing CF 81.55%, continuous improvement (CI) 82.32%, training (T) 71.51%, and strategic planning of the quality (SPQ) 74.76%, health services quality improvement (HSQI) 74.25%. There is a strong relationship between TQM and HSQI. There is no relationship between demographic factors gender, profession, years of experience, except age with TMC, T, HSQI, qualification with the TMC, CI, T, HSQI and job with all study variables. Conclusion: The application of TQM at hospitals in quality of health services improvement has several challenges, lacking staff experience and lacking leadership support, weakness of the training, customers focusing, continuous improvement, and strategic planning of the quality. Therefore, benefiting from the experiences of leading hospitals in implementing total quality management programs by sending some cadres to these hospitals for training and gaining experience or by hosting experienced cadres to conduct training courses is recommended.

Improved Ant Colony Algorithm for Vehicle Scheduling Problem in Airport Ground Service Support

Support vehicles are part of the main body of airport ground operations,and their scheduling efficiency directly impacts flight delays.A mathematical model is constructed and the responsiveness of support vehicles for current operational demands is proposed to study optimization algorithms for vehicle scheduling.The model is based on the constraint relationship of the initial operation time,time window,and gate position distribution,which gives an improvement to the ant colony algorithm(ACO).The impacts of the improved ACO as used for support vehicle optimization are compared and analyzed.The results show that the scheduling scheme of refueling trucks based on the improved ACO can reduce flight delays caused by refueling operations by 56.87%,indicating the improved ACO can improve support vehicle scheduling.Besides,the improved ACO can jump out of local optima,which can balance the working time of refueling trucks.This research optimizes the scheduling scheme of support vehicles under the existing conditions of airports,which has practical significance to fully utilize ground service resources,improve the efficiency of airport ground operations,and effectively reduce flight delays caused by ground service support.

Internet of Things(IoT)technology is widely used in various fields,and its application in elderly care services has been highlighted in recent years.This study aims to explore how IoT technology can improve the efficiency of group-based elderly care services.The concept,characteristics,and current application status of IoT technology in elderly care services were introduced.Secondly,the characteristics and needs of group elderly care services were analyzed,including advantages and challenges,as well as the expectations and needs of the elderly for elderly care services.The evaluation methods and future development directions of IoT technology in improving the efficiency of group elderly care services were discussed,including data collection and analysis methods,selection and measurement of efficiency evaluation indicators,challenges,and development directions.

Coupling Path of China's Modern Service Industry and Agriculture Based on Improved Entropy Method

The economic development of China has transformed from factor-driven type to innovation-driven type,and the upgrading of industrial structure is very important. In this paper,in order to explore the path of the coupling effect of modern service industry and agriculture,based on previous research and practical experience,we select 14 indicators,and then use the theory of dissipative structure,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree to measure the coupling phase of modern service industry and agriculture. On this basis,we use the spillover effect for the empirical testing of influence of modern service industry on agricultural development. The study shows that modern service industry and agriculture in our country are at the medium coupling,and in the early stage of development. The spillover effects of China's modern service industry on China's economic development and agricultural progress are significant. Finally,the policy recommendations are put forward from tourism,logistics and so on to promote the coupling of modern service industry and agriculture and provide a reference for promoting the coupling level of China's modern service industry and agriculture.

Exploring the Commuters’ Willingness-to-Pay and Its Influencing Factors for an Improved Public Bus Service in Dhaka City

Improved transportation services are a crucial component of urban growth, particularly in emerging cities like Dhaka. Ensuring an improved public bus service quality is a challenge for the city’s transport planners and policy makers. Nevertheless, this challenge can’t be met without the support of the residents of this city. This study intends to evaluate the commuters’ willingness to pay (WTP) for an improved and better public bus service quality in Dhaka city. It also attempts to explore the factors affecting the commuters’ WTP amounts. In order to accomplish the study’s goals, a stated preference survey was designed to enquire into the whys and wherefores of female passengers’ harassment on public buses and also to prefer some influential service quality features. WTP values of respondents were calibrated using binary and ordinal logistic models, and these models were developed using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that the majority of respondents were willing to pay more for better service facilities, and they point to security as the most important factor in determining how much extra fare commuters are willing to pay. The results also demonstrate that commuters’ WTP amounts are highly influenced by the respondents’ monthly income. Results from this study have important policy implications, such as protecting women’s safety on public transportation and taking commuters’ socio-demographic characteristics into account before enacting any legislation or increasing fares.

Dynamic services selection algorithm in Web services composition supporting cross-enterprises collaboration

Based on the deficiency of time convergence and variability of Web services selection for services composition supporting cross-enterprises collaboration,an algorithm QCDSS(QoS constraints of dynamic Web services selection)to resolve dynamic Web services selection with QoS global optimal path,was proposed.The essence of the algorithm was that the problem of dynamic Web services selection with QoS global optimal path was transformed into a multi-objective services composition optimization problem with QoS constraints.The operations of the cross and mutation in genetic algorithm were brought into PSOA(particle swarm optimization algorithm),forming an improved algorithm(IPSOA)to solve the QoS global optimal problem.Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the algorithm can better satisfy the time convergence requirement for Web services composition supporting cross-enterprises collaboration than the traditional algorithms.

Ensemble Learning Models for Classification and Selection of Web Services: A Review

This paper presents a review of the ensemble learning models proposed for web services classification,selection,and composition.Web service is an evo-lutionary research area,and ensemble learning has become a hot spot to assess web services’earlier mentioned aspects.The proposed research aims to review the state of art approaches performed on the interesting web services area.The literature on the research topic is examined using the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses(PRISMA)as a research method.The study reveals an increasing trend of using ensemble learning in the chosen papers within the last ten years.Naïve Bayes(NB),Support Vector Machine’(SVM),and other classifiers were identified as widely explored in selected studies.Core analysis of web services classification suggests that web services’performance aspects can be investigated in future works.This paper also identified performance measuring metrics,including accuracy,precision,recall,and f-measure,widely used in the literature.

Progress in applying patient experience in nursing quality improvement

Background： Improving and sustaining the quality of nursing care is an intractable and persistent challenge. The patient experience of nursing care can give a different perspective on nursing quality and help clinical nursing staff to direct quality improvement. Attempts to identify what is patient experience,the relationship with nursing care, and the application of patient experience in nursing quality improvement practice, in order to provide advices for constructing the quality standards and quality improvement strategies of nursing care.Methods： We conducted a literature review of original research publications. The database platforms Pubmed, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI） and Wanfang were searched from inception until end of August 2015. After screening retrieved articles, 40 sources（articles and organizational websites） were selected for analysis for the connotation, development and application of patient experience in nursing quality researches.Results： Our study identified several concepts about patient experience, roughly sorted out the development path of patient experience in worldwide and the application of patient experience in nursing quality improvement. It points out four precautions when applying patient experience in nursing quality improvement, which are differentiating patient satisfaction and patient experience, choosing appropriate data collection method and appropriate feedback time, and the last but the most important, applying theories to actual clinical practice.Conclusions： Professional indexes are important to maintain the care quality, but it cannot fully reflect quality of nursing care, which needs patient experience as the supplement. Nursing staffs need to make more efforts to enhance patient＇s nursing care experience, and apply the research results to clinical practice, and finally make patient-centered care come true. For future study, the evaluation system and management strategies about patient experience need to be developed to guide nursing quality improvement.

The Impact of Information Technology on Service Quality,Satisfaction,and Customer Relationship Management(Case Study:IT Organization Individuals)

Recent research and studies have shown that Information Technology(IT)has a significant impact on service quality,customer satisfaction,and customer relationship development.With the proliferation and penetration of technology in all aspects of life,organizations are responding to the implications and opportunities that IT creates in relation to customer services.The main objective of using information technology in organizations is to increase customer satisfaction,service quality,and customer relationship management,which the authors will focus on here.Enhancing service quality,improving customer satisfaction,and establishing close and sustainable customer relationships are key advantages of leveraging information technology in this field.This article examines the impact of information technology on service quality,customer satisfaction,and customer relationship development and provides strategies and models for organizations to improve customer satisfaction and establish closer connections with them through the use of information technology.Seventy individuals from the IT field were used to evaluate the proposed model.The proposed model was compared with three models:SEM,regression,and decision tree,and the results demonstrated better performance of this approach.

Improved ant colony optimization for multi-depot heterogeneous vehicle routing problem with soft time windows

Considering that the vehicle routing problem （VRP） with many extended features is widely used in actual life, such as multi-depot, heterogeneous types of vehicles, customer service priority and time windows etc., a mathematical model for multi-depot heterogeneous vehicle routing problem with soft time windows （MDHVRPSTW） is established. An improved ant colony optimization （IACO） is proposed for solving this model. First, MDHVRPSTW is transferred into different groups according to the nearest principle, and then the initial route is constructed by the scanning algorithm （SA）. Secondly, genetic operators are introduced, and crossover probability and mutation probability are adaptively adjusted in order to improve the global search ability of the algorithm. Moreover, the smooth mechanism is used to improve the performance of the ant colony optimization （ACO）. Finally, the 3-opt strategy is used to improve the local search ability. The proposed IACO was tested on three new instances that were generated randomly. The experimental results show that IACO is superior to the other three existing algorithms in terms of convergence speed and solution quality. Thus, the proposed method is effective and feasible, and the proposed model is meaningful.

Research on electronic word-ofmouth for product and service quality improvement:bibliometric analysis and future directions

Purpose-This paper aims to analyze high-quality papers on the research of electronic word-of-mouth(eWOM)for product and service quality improvement from 2009 to 2022,in order to fully understand theirhistorical progress,current situation and future development trend.Design/Methodology/Approach-This paper adopts the bibliometrics method to analyze the relevantliterature,including publishing trend and citation status,regional and discipline area distribution,andinfluential publications.Secondly,the VOSviewer is used for literature co-citation analysis and keywordco-occurrence analysis to obtain the basic literature and research hotspots in this research field.Findings-Firstly,the study finds that the number of publications basically shows an increasing trend,and thosepublications are mainly published in tourism journals.In addition,among these papers,China has the largestnumber of publications,followed by the USA and South Korea.Through co-citation analysis of literature andkeyword co-occurrence analysis,22 foundational papers and six main research topics are obtained in this paper.Finally,this paper elaborates on the development trend of the research topic and future research directions in detail.Originality/value-This is the first paper that uses bibliometrics to analyze and review relevant researcheson eWOM for product and service quality improvement,which is helpful for researchers to quickly understandits development status and trend.This review also provides some future research directions and provides areference for further research.
