We study the primary images(PIs)and secondary images(SIs)caused by strong gravitational lensing around a Kerr black hole shadow,which carry some essential signatures related to the black hole space-time.We define a ne...We study the primary images(PIs)and secondary images(SIs)caused by strong gravitational lensing around a Kerr black hole shadow,which carry some essential signatures related to the black hole space-time.We define a new celestial coordinate,whose origin is the center of the black hole shadow,to locate the PIs and SIs of luminous celestial objects.Based on the dragging effect caused by the rotating black hole and the inclination angle of the observer,the relative positions between the PIs and SIs are different for different values of the Kerr spin parameter a and the observer's inclination angle i;hence,it can be used to determine the values of a and i.We propose a specific approach to measure a and i using the PIs and SIs.The time delays between the PIs and SIs are different for different values of a and i.The time delays,in conjunction with the relative positions between the PIs and SIs,can enable us to measure a and i more precisely.These PIs and SIs around the black hole shadow act as unique fingerprints for the black hole space-time,using which we can further determine other parameters of different types of compact objects and verify various theories of gravity.Our results provide a new method to implement parameter estimation in the study of black hole physics and astrophysics.展开更多

The complete amino acid sequence of chicken plasma apolipoprotein(apo)A-I was determined by sequencing overlapping peptide fragments produced by trypsin,S.aureus V8 protease, and cyanogen bromide cleavage respectively...The complete amino acid sequence of chicken plasma apolipoprotein(apo)A-I was determined by sequencing overlapping peptide fragments produced by trypsin,S.aureus V8 protease, and cyanogen bromide cleavage respectively.All of the peptide fragments were purified on a Waters or on a Beckman HPLC system with a Vydae C_(18) column using 0.1% TFA in water as buffer A,and 0.08% TFA in 95% acetomtrile and 5% water as buffer B.Most of the peaks separated by these systems were pure.The partially purified fractions were subjected to rechromatography with a Hypersil ODS column using 0.005M sodium phosphate,pH 6.0,as buffer A,and 90% acetonitrile and 10% water as buffer B.The N-terminus of chicken apo A-I was determined to be aspartic acid by directly sequencing the intact protein up to 30 residues,while the C-terminus was identified as alanine by carboxypeptidase Y cleavage.There are 240 amino acid residues in mature chicken apo A-I.By direct analysis of cyanogen bromide peptide,we also determined the sequence of a 6 amino acid prosegment,which is present at approximately 10% of the molar amount of the mature protein in chicken plasma.展开更多

However, we still don’t have definitive answers. In this paper, we substantiate the idea of the existence of a Primary Parent Particle, constituents of the medium of primary matter before the Big Bang and describe its structure, consisting of three Beginnings united in the form of Borromeo rings. We derived a generalization of the Bohr-Sommerfeld quantization rules on the multidimensional case and considered problems of the embedding spaces into the each other based on the Nash theorems. Assuming that at the distances occupied by the triad we can consider the space Euclidean flat, we introduce quantum mechanical equations describing them. The problems of constructing the theory of quantum gravity and Dark matter radiation are considered separately. As part of our approach, we describe the acceleration of the Universe created by Dark Energy during expansion. We criticize principle of dualism, which can be used only for linear theories, but is not applicable to nonlinear theories. We investigated various distributions of dark matter densities and the gravitational potentials induced by them in galaxies and velocities for rotation curves. The main goal in the article was to show self-deployment of the Universe and its origin before Big Bang.展开更多

The experiments onhuman subjects have showed that this method is valuable and practicable.INTRODUCTIONEvoked potentials(EP' s) are electrical responses of the central nervous system to stimulusapplied in a controlled manner. They can not only be used to diagnose the diseases on the sensorypathway and brain but also be frequently monitored intraoperatively to assess the effects ofsurgery or to detect unexpected neurological injury [1][2]. But the Signal-to-Noise ratios (SNRIs) of EP' s are vary low. The: are many methods in order to improve the SNR' S and identify theEP' s signal perfectly with less stimuli such as ensembl averaging,post-wiener filtering,adaptedfiltering and parametric modeling and even single stimulus. The purpose of this paper is to applyrnultiresolution wavelet analysis method for identification of short-latency somatosensory evokedpotentials and long-latency evoked--related potentials.METHODMultiresolution Wavelet analysis and pyramid algorithm was constructed by Mallat [3] andwidely used in signal processing pattern recognition and image processing. Here,we applyed thisto decompose EP' S signal into different frequency bands and reconstructed them with time-varying weight method.Based on 3-order splines functions,we constructed orthogonal wavelet and scale function. According to the dual-scale function,we could get transform function h and its mirror filter g,theyare related by gn(- l)nhn+1. More detail could see Mallat' theory[3]. Through fast pyramid algorithm,the EP' S signal can be decomposed into detail and coarse parts on a dyadic scales by scalefunction like this Here Cj is coarse signal and Dj is detail signal. C, is signal on scale 0 and is the same as originalsignal. With j increasing,the EP' S signal were projected to different frequency bands. Objective To compare the efficacy difference between the acupuncture-moxibustion therapy for tonifying the primary and strengthening the shoulder and the rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of posthemiplegic omalg...Objective To compare the efficacy difference between the acupuncture-moxibustion therapy for tonifying the primary and strengthening the shoulder and the rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of posthemiplegic omalgia (PO). Methods Fifty-six cases of PO were randomized into an acupuncture-moxibustion group (30 cases) and a rehabilitation group (26 cases). In the acupuncture-moxibustion group, the mild moxibustion with moxa stick was applied to Guānyuán (关元 CV 4), Qìhǎi (气海 CV 6) and Zúsānlǐ (足三里 ST 36) and acupuncture was applied to Jiānzhēn (肩贞 SI 9), Nàoshū (臑俞 SI 10), Qūchí (曲池 LI 11), etc. In the rehabilitation group, the conventional rehabilitation therapy was provided, including massaging local tissues, anti-cramping activity, etc. In both groups, the treatment was given once per day, 15 treatments made one session and two sessions were required totally. The visual analogue scale (VAS), Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) and clinical neurologic impairment scale were adopted as the observation indicators for the evaluation of the analgesic effect and functional effect before and 30 days after treatment separately. Results The total analgesic effective rate was 100.0% (30/30) in the acupuncture-moxibustion group and was 96.2% (25/26) in the rehabilitation group, without presenting the statistical significant difference between two groups (P0.05). VAS scores were all reduced significantly after treatment in both groups as compared with those before treatment (all P0.01), but the comparison of the D-values before and after treatment did not reach the statistical significance between two groups (P0.05). The scores of FMA and the clinical neurologic impairment scale were all improved significantly after treatment in both groups (all P0.01). The improvements in the acupuncture-moxibustion group were superior to the rehabilitation group (all P0.01). Conclusion Both therapies can achieve the analgesic effect on PO. The recovery of the motor and neurological functions after the impairment of the affected upper limb is superior in the treatment with the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for tonifying the primary and strengthening the shoulder as compared with the rehabilitation therapy.展开更多

Through the establishment of cognitive radio network, evaluating the number of secondary users,sampling and the environmental factors to the results in CR-RSS approach. 文摘The fuel manifold is an import accessory through which the fuel enters in combustor,after measuring in fuel control system.The component test results of fuel manifolds show that,when the starting fuel supply is given and the primary fuel manifold relative unfold pressure is at constant,the adjustment of the secondary fuel manifold turn-on pressure has effects on fuel flow through the secondary fuel manifold and the time of fuel into the combustion chamber.The verification test of the secondary fuel manifold unfold pressure influence on engine starting performance has been conducted,showing that the unfold pressure variation of the secondary fuel manifold has great influence on the engine start performance.The test research results have important guidance and reference meaning for confirming the secondary fuel manifold unfolds pressure.
