This study investigates the vibration and acoustic properties of porous foam functionally graded(FG)plates under the influence of the temperature field.The dynamics equations of the system are established based on Ham...This study investigates the vibration and acoustic properties of porous foam functionally graded(FG)plates under the influence of the temperature field.The dynamics equations of the system are established based on Hamilton's principle by using the higher-order shear deformation theory under the linear displacement-strain assumption.The displacement shape function is assumed according to the four-sided simply-supported(SSSS)boundary condition,and the characteristic equations of the system are derived by combining the motion control equations.The theoretical model of vibro-acoustic coupling is established by using the acoustic theory and fluid-structure coupling solution method under the simple harmonic acoustic wave.The system's natural frequency and sound transmission loss(STL)are obtained through programming calculations and compared with the literature and COMSOL simulation to verify the validity and reliability of the theoretical model.The effects of various factors,such as temperature,porosity coefficients,gradient index,core thickness,width-to-thickness ratio on the vibration,and STL characteristics of the system,are discussed.The results provide a theoretical basis for the application of porous foam FG plates in engineering to optimize vibration and sound transmission properties.展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of ultrasonic on the dehydration function of sludge and internal mechanism.[Method] Taking the residual sludge from a municipal domestic sewage treatment plant as an object...[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of ultrasonic on the dehydration function of sludge and internal mechanism.[Method] Taking the residual sludge from a municipal domestic sewage treatment plant as an object,the effects of ultrasonic time and sound energy density on the dehydration function of sludge were studied firstly,then the internal mechanism of improvement of sludge dehydration function by ultrasonic was discussed.[Result] As the increase of ultrasonic time,sludge particles became smaller,and COD of sludge filtrate went up obviously;meanwhile,the capillary suction time (CST) of sludge increased firstly and then decreased,and the minimum value (75.7 s) appeared when ultrasonic time was 8 s.With the raising of sound energy density,the size of sludge particles went down gradually.However,long ultrasonic time and high sound energy density could decrease the dehydration function of sludge.For the possible mechanism of improvement of sludge dehydration function by ultrasonic,ultrasonic adjusted and regrouped sludge,and hydration water in the sludge was released.[Conclusion] The study could provide certain theoretical foundation for the industrial application of ultrasonic.展开更多

The functionally graded (FG) plate exhibits a different material properties in-plane, and the power-law rule is adopted as the governing principle for material mixing. To validate the harmonic response and demonstrate the accuracy and convergence of the isogeometric modeling, ANASYS is utilized to compare with numerical examples. A plane wave serves as the acoustic excitation, and the Rayleigh integral is applied to discretize the radiated plate. The STL results are compared with the literature, confirming the reliability of the coupling system. Finally, the investigation is conducted to study impact of cavity depth and power-law parameter on the STL.展开更多
Various time-frequency(T-F)masks are being applied to sound source localization tasks.Moreover,deep learning has dramatically advanced T-F mask estimation.However,existing masks are usually designed for speech separat...Various time-frequency(T-F)masks are being applied to sound source localization tasks.Moreover,deep learning has dramatically advanced T-F mask estimation.However,existing masks are usually designed for speech separation tasks and are suitable only for single-channel signals.A novel complex-valued T-F mask is proposed that reserves the head-related transfer function(HRTF),customized for binaural sound source localization.In addition,because the convolutional neural network that is exploited to estimate the proposed mask takes binaural spectral information as the input and output,accurate binaural cues can be preserved.Compared with conventional T-F masks that emphasize single speech source–dominated T-F units,HRTFreserved masks eliminate the speech component while keeping the direct propagation path.Thus,the estimated HRTF is capable of extracting more reliable localization features for the final direction of arrival estimation.Hence,binaural sound source localization guided by the proposed T-F mask is robust under noisy and reverberant acoustic environments.The experimental results demonstrate that the new T-F mask is superior to conventional T-F masks and lead to the better performance of sound source localization in adverse environments.展开更多

This model takes into account the exterior fluid loading due to the sound press radiated by the FGM shell. The FGM cylindrical shell was excited by a harmonic line radial force uniformly distributing along the generator. The FGM shell equations of motion, the Helmholtz equation in the exterior fluid medium and the continuity equation at fluid-shell interface are used in this vibroacoustic problem. The expressions of sound radiation efficiency and sound field of the FGM shell have been derived by mobility method. Radiation efficiency, modal mobility and the directivity pattern of the sound field are solved numerically. The subjects were divided into two groups, with the STF maxima at 2 kHz and 4 kHz respectively Pre- and post- exposure sweep Bekesy audiograms were recorded and the temporary thresh old shift calctilated as the difference between the two. Frequency of the maximum TTS was correlated to that of the maximum STF. The average TTS was very small or zero at frequen cies below the band noise exposure , but was noticeable even at the highest measured frequency (8 kHz) for beyond the noise band. Also individual differences in STF were found at frequencies between 2 kHz and 4 kHz展开更多

A head-related impulse response (HRIR, time- domain version of HRTF) is first decompose...A head-related transfer function (HRTF) model for fast and real-time synthesizing multiple virtual sound sources is proposed. A head-related impulse response (HRIR, time- domain version of HRTF) is first decomposed by a two-level wavelet packet and then represented by a model composed of subband filters and reconstruction filters. The coefficients of the subband filters are the zero interpolation of the wavelet coefficients of the HRIR. The coefficients of the reconstruction filters can be calculated from the wavelet function. The model is simplified by applying a threshold method to reduce the wavelet coefficients. The calculated results indicate that for a model with 30 wavelet coefficients, the error of reconstructed HRIR is about 1%. And the result of a psychoacoustic test shows that a model with 35 wavelet coefficients is perceptually indistinguishable from the original HRIR. When multiple virtual sound sources are synthesized simultaneously, the computational cost of the proposed model is much less than the traditional HRTF filters.展开更多

Frequency of the maximum TTS was correlated to that of the maximum STF. The average TTS was very small or zero at frequen cies below the band noise exposure , but was noticeable even at the highest measured frequency (8 kHz) for beyond the noise band. Also individual differences in STF were found at frequencies between 2 kHz and 4 kHz

文摘In order to evaluate the reliability and applicability of the Empirical Orthogonal Functions(EOFs)in the acoustic inversion of sound speed profile(SSP)and reduce EOF's dependence on the sample data,a methodology is proposed for the achievement of the basis functions for SSP's expansion.By analyzing the oceanographic dynamics which is the main cause of the SSP's variation,the basis functions are obtained naming the Hydrodynamic Normal Modes(HNMs).The HNM basis functions are almost the same as those derived from the EOF method,while HNMs has less dependence on the amount of the sample data.HNMs method has a physically meaningful interpretation,and it could give out the physical parameters which determine the basis functions for the expansion of SSP,and this makes it possible to analyze and evaluate the trustiness and applicability of EOFs.

文摘A head-related transfer function (HRTF) model for fast and real-time synthesizing multiple virtual sound sources is proposed. A head-related impulse response (HRIR, time- domain version of HRTF) is first decomposed by a two-level wavelet packet and then represented by a model composed of subband filters and reconstruction filters. The coefficients of the subband filters are the zero interpolation of the wavelet coefficients of the HRIR. The coefficients of the reconstruction filters can be calculated from the wavelet function. The model is simplified by applying a threshold method to reduce the wavelet coefficients. The calculated results indicate that for a model with 30 wavelet coefficients, the error of reconstructed HRIR is about 1%. And the result of a psychoacoustic test shows that a model with 35 wavelet coefficients is perceptually indistinguishable from the original HRIR. When multiple virtual sound sources are synthesized simultaneously, the computational cost of the proposed model is much less than the traditional HRTF filters.
文摘In this paper, a new method is applied to get the computation formula of partial coherence function. The main attention is paid to the computation formula of the partial coherence function with three and four signals. The advantages of the method discussed in the paper are clear in physical meaning and easy to compute at the end of the paper,the application of the method to the identification of an air compressor noise source is presented and the results are satisfactory.
