Human beings are the mainstay and the ultimate goal of civilization.The history of human civilization is a continuous struggle to realize the respect,liberation,protection,and development of humanity.Human rights are an achievement of humanity and a symbol of progress,and the human rights civilization is an important component of human civilization.Understanding and interpreting human rights from the perspective of human rights civilization means that human rights are not only a concept or an idea but also a grand historical and long-term social practice.Up to now,the development of human rights civilization has roughly experienced four awakening eras:initialization,revolution,popularization,and globalization.In terms of its value dimensions,it has the characteristics of progressiveness,diversity,commonality,inclusiveness,indivisibility,openness,and so on.The historical position of human rights civilization and the development of its value dimensions have shown to the world that human rights are the common wealth of humanity,and human rights belong to all mankind;human rights are historical,concrete,and developmental;the concept of human rights is constantly evolving,and its connotations and categories are constantly expanding;achieving the free and well-rounded development of every person is the highest value realm of human rights civilization.The Chinese modernization endows Chinese civilization with modern strength and opens up new horizons for human rights civilization.The new pattern of human rights civilization to be created by Chinese modernization not only possesses the common characteristics of human rights civilization but also enjoys Chinese characteristics based on its own national conditions,enriching and developing the diversity of human rights civilization for all mankind.

中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化,促进共同富裕,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村。完成这项任务的关键环节是实现劳动生产率在不同农业门类之间以及农业与非农部门之间的趋同。独特的制度优势允许中国为实现上述趋同提前做好宏观战略规划并不断推动微观布局向着上述趋同逼近,但是需要提前明确未来的均衡状态。从中国自身的特征出发,定量测算中国式现代化进程中土地和劳动力两大要素在不同农业门类之间以及农业与非农部门之间的流动潜能,量化估算未来农业发展的均衡状态。研究结果表明,为实现中国式现代化,必须推动高质量城镇化与经济结构转型双轮同步,同时合理引导资本和技术要素进入农业以补缺劳动力要素流出后的生产力水平下降。

农用车辆导航系统语音控制功能的实现——基于汉语言声学特征

随着先进技术的应用,农用车辆在农业生产中发挥着重要作用。为此,将汉语言声学特征的语音控制应用在农用车辆导航系统中,通过集成讯飞语音云实现安静和嘈杂两种环境下对导航系统的实时控制。实验结果表明:语音识别正确率很高,平均达到了93.17%,具有较高的实用价值和推广价值。

Advances in Research on Modern Agricultural Development in Grain Production Core Area of China

Grain production core area is key region of modern agricultural development in China. Through summarizing related literature about grain production area and modern agricultural development researches both at home and abroad,it obtained characteristics and existing problems in the modern agricultural development of the grain production core area. It is found that there are many research perspectives in modern agricultural development of the grain production core area. On the basis of analyzing the grain production core area and connotation,mode and evaluation of the modern agricultural development,it is concluded that further study should be carried out for adopting which development mode and how to make evaluation,so as to provide theoretical guidance for balanced development of modern agriculture in grain production core area of different regions.

International Comparison and Implications of Agricultural Development in Foreign Low Latitude Plateau Regions for Yunnan Province

Climatic characteristics of foreign low latitude plateau regions are firstly introduced.Then,experience and lessons of major foreign low latitude plateau countries in developing modern agriculture are analyzed,including Indian three agricultural revolutions and agricultural informationization development,application of agricultural biotechnology in Brazil,trade liberalization and economic de-agriculture of Mexico,and Argentina,Saudi Arabia and South Africa attaching great importance to developing modern agriculture relying on science and technology and paying close attention to resource conservation and environmental protection.Combining natural and social resource characteristics of Yunnan plateau agriculture,pertinent implications and recommendations for modern agricultural development in Yunnan are put forward.Specifically,these include strengthening agricultural sci-tech research and development,and extension and application;transforming agricultural development model;enhancing agricultural resource conservation and environmental protection;accelerating developing mountain organic ecological agriculture and autumn agriculture;reinforcing urban and rural integration to develop plateau characteristic agriculture on the basis of local actual conditions.

Evolution and Review of Modern Chinese Vernacular Buildings

This paper divided the evolution of modern Chinese vernacular architecture(1949–2010) into 3 stages: early exploration,confine and confusion,and modern development,by taking time line as the clue,vernacular characteristics of modern architecture in Xi'an during different phases as the support,and combining literature research and field investigation. On this basis,it reviewed historical background,relevant context and typical features of modern vernacular architecture in Xi'an during different phases,and further concluded the evolution laws and research level of modern Chinese vernacular architecture.
