Improved CICA Algorithm Used for Single Channel Compound Fault Diagnosis of Rolling Bearings 被引量:13

A Compound fault signal usually contains multiple characteristic signals and strong confusion noise, which makes it difficult to separate week fault signals from them through conventional ways, such as FFT-based envelope detection, wavelet transform or empirical mode decomposition individually. In order to realize single channel compound fault diagnosis of bearings and improve the diagnosis accuracy, an improved CICA algorithm named constrained independent component analysis based on the energy method (E-CICA) is proposed. With the approach, the single channel vibration signal is firstly decomposed into several wavelet coefficients by discrete wavelet transform(DWT) method for the purpose of obtaining multichannel signals. Then the envelope signals of the reconstructed wavelet coefficients are selected as the input of E-CICA algorithm, which fulfills the requirements that the number of sensors is greater than or equal to that of the source signals and makes it more suitable to be processed by CICA strategy. The frequency energy ratio(ER) of each wavelet reconstructed signal to the total energy of the given synchronous signal is calculated, and then the synchronous signal with maximum ER value is set as the reference signal accordingly. By this way, the reference signal contains a priori knowledge of fault source signal and the influence on fault signal extraction accuracy which is caused by the initial phase angle and the duty ratio of the reference signal in the traditional CICA algorithm is avoided. Experimental results show that E-CICA algorithm can effectively separate out the outer-race defect and the rollers defect from the single channel compound fault and fulfill the needs of compound fault diagnosis of rolling bearings, and the running time is 0.12% of that of the traditional CICA algorithm and the extraction accuracy is 1.4 times of that of CICA as well. Logical structure of the fault diagnosis in the ship lift was proposed. The implementation of the expert system for remote fault diagnosis in the ship lift was discussed, and the expert system developed was realized on the VPN virtual network. Many previous standard methods,such as precedent type analysis,rock classification,analytic method stress-based,basic numerical methods (BEM,FEM,DEM,hybrid),and their extended numerical methods (fully coupled) to be developed,can be selected respectively or integrated accordingly. It is alternative to develop basic/fully integrated system,and internet-based approaches. These novel methods can also be selected or integrated each other or with the standard methods to perform rock mechanics analysis. Some key techniques to develop these alternative methods are discussed. It may focus in future on developing fully integrated systems and internet-based approaches. In this paper,a new optical analysis method for plasma characterization is proposed.Plasma characteristics are obtained directly by measuring the plasma luminous color,rather than the complex spectral diagnosis method,which is difficult to obtain at high speed.By using the light transmittance curve of the human cornea,the RGB coordinates are calculated from the measured plasma spectrum data.Plasma characteristics are diagnosed using the Boltzmann plot method and the Stark broadening method.The corresponding relationship of the electron temperature,electron density data points,and luminous color is established and analyzed.Our research results indicate that this optical analysis method is feasible and promising for fast plasma characterization. 展开更多

[目的]分析综合性医院心理科按病种分值付费(DIP)改革前后抑郁症患者住院费用的变化情况,为完善医保支付方式改革提供实证数据支持。[方法]将样本医院DIP实际执行时间收集抑郁症住院患者分为改革前和改革后两组,采用卡方检验对基本信息进行组间差异性分析;采用结构变动分析和灰色关联分析抑郁症患者次均住院总费用和分项费用变化情况。[结果]DIP改革前后,患者年龄、性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);改革后住院天数缩短(P<0.05),次均住院总费用下降(P<0.01);结构变动分析显示2021-2023年抑郁症患者次均住院费用结构变动度(DSV)为33.08%,变动较大;单项次均住院费用结构变动贡献率(CSV)排名前3的是治疗费、医技诊断项目费和药品费,是导致抑郁症患者住院费用变动的主要影响因素。灰色关联分析显示患者次均住院费用中治疗费与总费用的关联系数度为0.930,关联度最高。[结论]DIP改革对优化住院费用结构、缩短平均住院日、降低总费用、提高医务人员合理控费有促进意义,但仍有进一步提升的空间。 展开更多

本文以山东省日照市蓝色经济区为研究区,通过野外地质调查和室内综合分析,选取场地稳定性、工程地质条件、地下水条件,地形排水条件、地质灾害及其他因素6个一级评价因子,构造活动、场地土类型、建筑场地类别等13个二级评价因子,利用专... 本文以山东省日照市蓝色经济区为研究区,通过野外地质调查和室内综合分析,选取场地稳定性、工程地质条件、地下水条件,地形排水条件、地质灾害及其他因素6个一级评价因子,构造活动、场地土类型、建筑场地类别等13个二级评价因子,利用专家-层次分析定权法进行区内工程建设适宜性评价,得到了相应工程建设评价分区图。评价结果表明,日照市场地工程建设适宜性总体较好,大部分地区适宜进行高层建筑工程建设,占84.50%;地下空间开发利用条件优越,全区多数地区属于城市地下空间建设适宜区,适宜性差及不适宜区主要分布在付疃河两岸附近和海岸附近、大型高速公路和铁路沿线一带区域及城区;轨道交通建设适宜性良好,小部分不适宜区主要集中在付疃河下游夹仓和小古镇一带及其沿海地区。评价结果可有效地服务于该地区规划布局、建设发展和工程选址,具有重要的理论和实践指导意义。 展开更多

股道管理自动化系统能够完成站场内所有信号设备的控制,涵盖整备场股道、联锁信号、道岔控制、车辆监控等内容,倘若其在运行过程中系统联锁出现问题,不能及时进行修复,将会影响铁路工作的运输效率,甚至造成重大的灾难性事故。因此,故障... 股道管理自动化系统能够完成站场内所有信号设备的控制,涵盖整备场股道、联锁信号、道岔控制、车辆监控等内容,倘若其在运行过程中系统联锁出现问题,不能及时进行修复,将会影响铁路工作的运输效率,甚至造成重大的灾难性事故。因此,故障诊断及处理的实时性是该系统运维过程中最重要的一环。为提高该系统长期稳定运行,提出一种基于故障树分析结果研发的股道管理自动化故障诊断系统,首先对系统结构进行分析,了解信号机、轨道电路、道岔的工作流程;然后利用故障树分析法对股道管理自动化系统建立故障树,逐层分析故障原因,列出所有底事件,进一步对故障进行定性定量分析,从中找出系统的薄弱环节,制定故障解决策略方案;最后依据故障树结果开发出故障诊断系统软件。通过测试,股道自动化系统故障诊断软件故障筛查及确认度可达100%,故障处理时间提高75%,故障处理人员减少70%。实践证明,故障诊断系统为股道管理自动化系统的检修、运维、故障诊断提供理论基础及指导,实现该系统在运维中故障的快速识别与诊断分析。 展开更多

目的建立核事故辐射损伤伤员受照剂量快速诊断方法,并编写快速分类诊断程序。方法采用德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法进行2轮咨询,筛选诊断指标,应用层次分析(AHP)法确立指标权重,将其与评价指标的程度分级相结合,建立核事故辐射损伤伤员快... 目的建立核事故辐射损伤伤员受照剂量快速诊断方法,并编写快速分类诊断程序。方法采用德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法进行2轮咨询,筛选诊断指标,应用层次分析(AHP)法确立指标权重,将其与评价指标的程度分级相结合,建立核事故辐射损伤伤员快速分类诊断方法。结果2轮问卷调查的回收率均大于90%,2轮咨询专家的权威系数均大于0.8,专家的积极程度和权威程度均较高。经过2轮专家咨询,筛选出15项指标,并确定各项指标的权重,最终构建了一套简明实用的核事故辐射损伤伤员快速分类诊断方法及程序。结论通过Delphi法和AHP法结合,构建的快速分类诊断方法科学可行,能为核事故辐射损伤伤员快速分类诊断提供客观、可量化的依据。 展开更多

应变计是诊断结构杆件健康状态的重要传感器,不同应变计其测量精度不同,为研究应变计达到更高测量精度所要求的条件,对应变计敏感栅结构参数及所处的环境温度进行了优化分析。首先,采用有限元计算方法分析了敏感栅栅丝长度、栅丝长宽比... 应变计是诊断结构杆件健康状态的重要传感器,不同应变计其测量精度不同,为研究应变计达到更高测量精度所要求的条件,对应变计敏感栅结构参数及所处的环境温度进行了优化分析。首先,采用有限元计算方法分析了敏感栅栅丝长度、栅丝长宽比以及温度对测量精度的影响;然后,利用design-expert建立了测量精度的响应面模型,并利用评价函数法对响应面模型进行了优化,得到了最优的参数组合;最后,通过格构式杆件的拉压试验进行了优化验证。研究结果表明:敏感栅长宽比存在中间最优值;测量精度不随敏感栅长度的增加而提高;25℃是较佳的测量环境温度;利用评价函数法对响应面模型优化得到了最优参数组合,即L=4 mm,H=2 mm,T=25℃,通过试验验证了优化后的参数组合较优化前使应变计的测量精度有了明显的提高,较优化前提高了3.760%。对建立的应变计测量精度响应面进行优化,可明显降低所研究因子的叠加效应对应变计造成的测量误差,该研究方法为应变计的设计与选择提供了有效依据。 展开更多

AHP加权TOPSIS结合聚类分析法综合评价不同产地天麻饮片质量

目的:应用层次分析法(AHP)加权逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)结合聚类分析法综合评价不同产地天麻饮片质量。方法:按照2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》天麻项下方法对不同产地的52批天麻饮片进行质量检验,以水分、总灰分、二氧化硫残留量、... 目的:应用层次分析法(AHP)加权逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)结合聚类分析法综合评价不同产地天麻饮片质量。方法:按照2020年版《中华人民共和国药典》天麻项下方法对不同产地的52批天麻饮片进行质量检验,以水分、总灰分、二氧化硫残留量、醇溶性浸出物、天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇总量的检验结果为评价指标,通过专家评分结合AHP法确定各评价指标权重,5个评价指标的权重分别为0.0441、0.0759、0.1436、0.2681、0.4684。运用TOPSIS法结合聚类分析法对评价指标进行分析。结果:TOPSIS分析显示,52批天麻饮片的相对贴近度(Ci)值在0.0585~0.8242之间,中位值为0.1962,表明天麻饮片质量整体波动较大,总体质量一般。Ci值大于0.5的仅有1批(Y44),表明该批次天麻饮片质量明显优于其他批次。聚类分析显示,当类间距为5时52批天麻饮片被分为3类,Y44单独归为一类,Y11、Y28、Y40、Y42、Y6、Y8、Y12、Y13、Y15、Y17、Y35、Y50、Y51为第二类,剩余38批为第三类。两种方法结果表明市售天麻饮片质量波动较大,总体质量一般。结论:AHP加权TOPSIS结合聚类分析法可用于不同产地天麻饮片质量的综合评价,方法可行且有效。 展开更多
