Based on international engineering contracting mode of Vietnam highway BOT construction projects, we discussed the drive financial factors of schedule delays, using the methods of exploratory factor analysis and questionnaire survey, and evaluated the effects of various factors which are through regression analysis. The empirical results show that the five categories of financial factors, including the policy change, slow payment, financial mismanagement, financial market changes and lack of fiscal, have significant effects on schedule delay. Furtherly, we suggested that strengthening policy research and improving financial management ability should be used to reduce the influence of relevant financial factors on schedule delay, to improve the profitability of international businesses and the motivation of foreign enterprises to participate in Vietnam highway project.展开更多

This study is aimed to explore nutritional risk screening and its influencing factors of hospitalized patients in central urban area. It is helpful for the early detection of problems in nutritional supports, nutrition management and the implementation of intervention measures, which will contribute a lot to improving the patient's poor clinical outcome. A total of three tertiary medical institutions were enrolled in this study. From October 2015 to June 2016, 1202 hospitalized patients aged ≥18 years were enrolled in Nutrition Risk Screening 2002(NRS2002) for nutritional risk screening, including 8 cases who refused to participate, 5 cases of same-day surgery and 5 cases of coma. A single-factor chi-square test was performed on 312 patients with nutritional risk and 872 hospitalized patients without nutritional risk. Logistic regression analysis was performed with univariate analysis(P〈0.05), to investigate the incidence of nutritional risk and influencing factors. The incidence of nutritional risk was 26.35% in the inpatients, 25.90% in male and 26.84% in female, respectively. The single-factor analysis showed that the age ≥60, sleeping disorder, fasting, intraoperative bleeding, the surgery in recent month, digestive diseases, metabolic diseases and endocrine system diseases had significant effects on nutritional risk(P〈0.05). Having considered the above-mentioned factors as independent variables and nutritional risk(Y=1, N=0) as dependent variable, logistic regression analysis revealed that the age ≥60, fasting, sleeping disorders, the surgery in recent month and digestive diseases are hazardous factors for nutritional risk. Nutritional risk exists in hospitalized patients in central urban areas. Nutritional risk screening should be conducted for inpatients. Nutritional intervention programs should be formulated in consideration of those influencing factors, which enable to reduce the nutritional risk and to promote the rehabilitation of inpatients.展开更多

Enterprise knowledge management is a new subject with great theoretical meaning and actual meaning. From a new angle, guided by systematic viewpoint, this paper analyses deeply and explores synthetically enterprise knowledge management as a complicated system problem by doing the following:Defining the implication of enterprise knowledge management;Analyzing three kinds of the key elements in enterprise knowledge management and the interaction relations among the elements;Proposing and probing into the structure of enterprise knowledge management. Considers the structure as the open dynamic network structure with multidimensional space. Through drawing the state chart of key elements, analyzes the functions of enterprise knowledge management; Proposing and studying the interaction mechanisms between three kinds of the key elements and enterprise knowledge management. On the basis of all above analyses, aiming at the conditions and problems of enterprise knowledge management in our country, this paper probes into the main countermeasures of knowledge management that should be adopted by the enterprises of our country.展开更多

This research addresses a critical gap, exploring dynamics in the successful implementation andperformance monitoring of disaster management. Focusing on eleven key elements like Vulnerability and RiskAssessment, Training, Disaster Preparedness, Communication, and Community Resilience, the study utilizesScopus Database for secondary data, employing Text Mining and MS-Excel for analysis and data management.IBM SPSS (26) and IBM AMOS (20) facilitate Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) for model evaluation. The research raises questions about crafting a comprehensive, adaptable model, understanding the interplaybetween vulnerability assessment, training, and disaster preparedness, and integrating effective communicationand collaboration. Findings offer actionable insights for policy, practice, and community resilience against disasters. By scrutinizing each factor's role and interactions, the research lays the groundwork for a flexible model.Ultimately, the study aspires to cultivate more resilient communities amid the escalating threats of an unpredictable world, fostering effective navigation and thriving.展开更多

Correlation analysis and structural equation model are used to systematically analyze the influencing factors on the growth of economic and management talents. The experimental results show that work experience, research experience, and award experience have a direct positive significant influence on talent growth;research experience and award experience play mediating roles in the influence of talent growth. This paper enriches the theoretical dimensions of this research field and explores the interactions among these factors. It also helps to improve the cultivation and development mode of economic and management talents in the western region. Furthermore, it provides guidance and reference for the role of talents in promoting economic growth, industrial upgrading, and sustainable development.展开更多

Furthermore, it provides guidance and reference for the role of talents in promoting economic growth, industrial upgrading, and sustainable development.
