A Study on the Pedagogical Application of Chinese New Year Culture in International Chinese Language Education

Culture teaching is an inseparable part of International Chinese Language Education,and it has great significance in international Chinese language teaching.Students can enhance their interest in Chinese language learning and improve their learning effect through understanding the excellent traditional Chinese culture,at the same time,culture teaching can help to disseminate the Chinese culture and promote the development of a multicultural world.Taking the teaching of Chinese New Year culture as an example,we analyze the current teaching materials involving Chinese New Year culture with high popularity and acceptance,put forward effective teaching methods matching the feasibility of teaching Chinese New Year culture,and then present the specific teaching design of Chinese New Year culture,in order to provide references for the teaching of culture in International Chinese Language Education.

The Application Value and Strategy of Red Music Culture in Ideological and Political Education in Primary and Secondary Schools

As an important carrier of red culture,red music culture carries the glorious history of revolution,construction,and reform led by the Communist Party of China(CPC),and has significant functional value in cultivating students’ideals,values,and cultural identity,as well as patriotic consciousness and national pride.However,the integration of red music culture into the ideological and political education of primary and secondary schools faces the dilemmas of low cultivation awareness,insufficient excavation of resources,and lack of optimization of atmosphere and field.In view of these problems,the strategies of enhancing cultivation awareness,excavating the resources in-depth,and creating a positive atmosphere and field provide new ideas and methods for ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools.

Plant Tissue Culture: A Recent Progress and Potential Applications

Plant tissue culture systems have enormous potential in fundamental re- search and for commercial applications such as horticultural industry. The process of tissue culture is companied with a series of changes in respect to morphology, physiology, biochemistry, molecule and epigenetics. The changes at molecule levels mainly include genetic variation, DNA sequence variation, chromosomal variation and epigenetic regulation （DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin remodeling, small RNA regulation）. These changes are believed to facilitate explant adaptation to culture conditions and to help subsequent morphogenesis processes. Nowadays, it has played a crucial part in commercial applications and in basic research into cell biology, genetics and biochemistry, etc. In present review, we shed light on the fun- damental of plant tissue culture, culture medium preparation, explant selection, mechanism of action of various hormones, the three major problems （explant pollu- tion, browning, plantlets vitrification） and the prevention measures in tissue culture, and elaborated on in vitro propagation of plants, virus-free seedling cultivation, cry- opreservation, artificial seeds and molecule levels changes during in vitro culture further.

Metaverse application,flow experience,and Gen-Zers’participation intention of intangible cultural heritage communication

With outstanding advantages in virtuality, immersion, connectivity, and openness, the application of the metaverse in the development of intangible cultural heritage has demonstrated great potential to enhance Gen-Zers’ participation intention, but the effect and its mechanism remain unclear. This study constructs a theoretical model based on the stimuli-organism-response (SOR) theory, the DeLone and McLean model of information system (IS) success (D&M) model, and flow theory, and conducts an empirical study using a structural equation model and regression analysis based on questionnaire survey data in China to uncover whether and how metaverse application exerts its impact. Results show that metaverse application can enhance Gen-Zers’ participation intention in the communication of intangible cultural heritage, and their mechanism follows a chain path of “stimulus-state-response” under the joint action of “technology-individual-environment” in which metaverse application is the key stimulus factor, flow experience is the mediator, and self-efficacy and subjective norm are moderators. The findings can offer new insights for research on metaverse application from the perspectives of consequences and effects and can also provide practical implications for metaverse application as well as the development and communication of intangible cultural heritage.

Application of Bioreactor in Stem Cell Culture

Stem cells (SCs), the undifferentiated biological cells, have the infinite capacity to self-renew and the pluripotent ability to differentiate. SCs and their derived products offer great promise for biomedical applications such as cell therapy, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine and drug screening. However, the clinical applications of SCs require a large amount of SCs with high quality and the number of SCs from their tissue resources is very limited. Large-scale expansion is needed to generate homogeneous SCs with good biological characteristics for clinical application. This necessitates a bioreactor system to provide controllable and stable conditions for stem cell (SC) culture. Traditional methods of bioreactor for maintenance and expansion of cells rely on two-dimensional (2-D) culture techniques, leading to loss self-renewal ability and differentiation capacity upon long-term culture. New approaches for SC expansion with bioreactor employ three-dimensional (3-D) cell growth to mimic their environment in vivo. In this review, we summarize the application of bioreactors in SC culture.

Application of Leizu Culture to Interior Design

The emphasis in design circles has been gradually shifted to ecological environment, sustainable development and regional culture after the introspection of the persistent similarities and duplications in urban landscapes caused by the prevailing modernism and accelerating urbanization. This paper, based on the regional environment and historical heritage of Yichang in Hubei Province, digs into the local culture and attempts to combine it with the specific design, with a view to offering its valuable experiences for the current application of regional culture to the interior design.

The Application of Traditional Culture in Urban Public Landscapes

China is one of the most culturally rich countries in the world, and traditional culture has exerted far-reaching influence as a national culture that reflects China's national characteristics and style. This study disclosed the problems with the application of traditional culture in urban public landscapes by introducing the contents of urban public landscapes and traditional culture, and specifically explored the application of traditional culture in urban public landscapes. It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for relevant designers, in order to improve the quality of urban public landscapes design and achieve the purpose of inheriting and developing traditional culture.

Application of Guizhou National Culture in Gardening Landscape in China——A Case Study of Landscape Design of Xiaohe Aerospace Park in China

Guizhou is a settlement of minorities and its colorful national cultures can provide materials for creation of characteristic landscape.Through the analysis of landscape design scheme of Xiaohe Aerospace Park,the paper has discussed the absorption of Guizhou national culture and its application in gardening landscape.With plants landscaping as the dominance,based on the actual situation of the site,bronze drum as a featured instrument of Buyi Nationality has been selected as the design factor,and plants landscaping has been conducted according to the shapes of symbols of twelve drum spectrums.Then,the pavement with the pattern of minority girls has been designed and made of green materials,forming the landscape effect of minority girls dancing on bronze drum.It shows that absorbing characteristic factors of Guizhou national culture and applying them in gardening landscape can improve the cultural connotation of landscape and help to inherit Guizhou national culture.

Cultural analysis of the management accounting application in China

Management accounting is an applied subject. As YU Xu-ying said, it not only embodies the concept of technology, also reflects the fixed concept of social culture. Viewing from the cultural point, this paper analyses the applying status quo of management accounting in China. Its main viewpoints are as follows： management accounting is originated from the West, and its appearance is built on the basis of the West thought of management, so, to a certain degree, it is influenced by the West culture. In fact, its application in China is in a new cultural circumstance so that it is certainly influenced by the Chinese culture, especially the Chinese traditional culture; thus one of the important reasons for the undesirable application of management accounting in China is the difference between the East culture and the West culture. Therefore, the special cultural factor of China should be considered in order to promote what is beneficial and to abolish what is harmful if management accounting is widely applied in China.

Application and Research of Huashan Rock Paintings in Cultural and Creative Products

Huashan rock painting is a representative of the rock art complex in Zuojiang River in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and it is the largest and the most well preserved rock painting found in China,with a wide distribution of locations and the richest content of images.Due to its grand scale,spectacular scenes,and numerous images,it has become a typical representative of rock painting in Zuojiang River basin of Guangxi and is famous all over the world.In 1988,it was announced as a key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council,and in 2016,“Zuojiang River Huashan Rock Art Cultural Landscape”was successfully applied for the List of World Heritage,which makes it important to the inheritance and protection of Huashan rock paintings.In the past 10 years,with the successful holding of China-ASEAN Expo,the distinctive tourist products of Guangxi Zhuang nationality and the culture creative product industry have been vigorously developed and recognized by domestic and foreign markets.The culture of Guangxi Zuojiang Huashan rock painting can be presented in the form of cultural and creative products,so that Guangxi Zuojiang River Huashan rock art can be known by more people.
