Towards a blank design method for manufacturing big-tapered profiled ring disk by spinning-rolling process

The big-tapered profiled ring disk is a key component of engines for rockets and missiles.A new forming technology,as called spinning-rolling process,has been proposed previously for the high performance,high efficiency and low-cost manufacturing of the component.Blank design is the key part of plastic forming process design.For spinning-rolling process,the shape and size of the blank play a crucial role in process stability,deformation behavior and dimensional accuracy.So this work proposes a blank design method to determine the geometry structure and sizes of the blank.The mathematical model for calculating the blank size has been deduced based on volume conservation and neutral layer length invariance principle.The FE simulation and corresponding trial production of an actual big-tapered profiled ring disk show that the proposed blank design method is applicative.In order to obtain a preferred blank,the influence rules of blank size determined by different deformation degrees(rolling ratio k)on the spinning-rolling process are revealed by comprehensive FE simulations.Overall considering the process stability,circularity of the deformed ring disk and forming forces,a reasonable range of deformation degree(rolling ratio k)is recommended for the blank design of the new spinning-rolling process. 展开更多

In order to improve leaching efficiency of vanadium from stone coal,the combination of blank roasting and bioleaching using Bacillus mucilaginosus(B.mucilaginosus)mutants was evaluated.The atmospheric and room temperature plasma(ARTP)technique was used to generate B.mucilaginosus mutants.The results showed that a mutant B.mucilaginosus BM-50,after ARTP irradiation for 50 s,had the highest acid production.The total content of the organic acid produced by B.mucilaginosus BM-50 was nearly doubled compared with the wild strain after 2 days.After 20 days,vanadium leaching rate with B.mucilaginosus BM-50 reached 18.2%,which was improved compared with the original bacteria(15.3%).A pretreatment via blank roasting for stone coal further improved the vanadium dissolution by bioleaching,namely,68.3%vanadium was extracted,which was much higher than that without blank roasting.It is shown that bioleaching by bacterial mutants by ARTP irradiation combined with blank roasting has great potential for improving vanadium recovery from low-grade vanadium bearing stone coal. 展开更多

探究接受高效抗反转录病毒治疗确诊HIV/AIDS患者接受医护-社会组织一体化模式干预价值。方法 从2022年1月至2022年12月南昌市某定点医院接受抗病毒治疗及随访管理的新确诊HIV/AIDS患者100例,50例接受传统医护合作模式对照组、50例接受医... 探究接受高效抗反转录病毒治疗确诊HIV/AIDS患者接受医护-社会组织一体化模式干预价值。方法 从2022年1月至2022年12月南昌市某定点医院接受抗病毒治疗及随访管理的新确诊HIV/AIDS患者100例,50例接受传统医护合作模式对照组、50例接受医护-社会组织一体化模式观察组,两组各项临床指标差异进行分析对比(从HIV抗体初筛阳性到启动ART治疗时间、抗病毒治疗一年后HIV病毒载量的指标及病毒抑制率、抗病毒治疗一年后自我管理能力)。结果 干预后与对照组比较,观察组HIV抗体初筛阳性到启动ART治疗时间显著偏低,HIV病毒载量指标水平显著偏低,病毒抑制率显著偏高,一年后自我管理能力评分显著偏高,用药依从性显著偏高(P<0.05)。结论 接受抗病毒治疗及随访管理的确诊HIV/AIDS患者接受医护-社会组织一体化模式干预后,可显著提高患者自我管理能力。此外,还能保障高病毒抑制率,缩短患者治疗时间,提升患者用药依从性。 展开更多

A fully automated solution is required to inspect the quality of the blanks. This paper presents a vision inspection system with a CMOS camera which uses ART2 network to inspect the defects on-line to obtain the geometry and the quality of the weld seam. The neural network ART2 has the capability of self-learning fiom the environment. It can distinguish the defects that have been learned before and give new outputs for new defects. So ART2 network is suitable for weld quality inspection in laser blank welding. Additionally, a CO2 laser is used for the blank butt-welding. 展开更多

Viscous pressure forming (VPF), is suitable for forming difficult to form sheet metal parts. An investigation in the effect of blank holder pressure (BHP) on VPF aluminum alloy ladder parts was conducted. Based on experimental and numerical simulation results of the effect of BHP on dimensional accuracy, wall thickness reduction, forming pressure, material flow and defects (such as wrinkling and fracture) of specimens, the effect patterns of BHP load path on VPF ladder parts were explained. The limits of BHP corresponding to specimens with no defect and with wrinkling or fracture defect were determined. In the limits of formable BHP, the variable load path of BHP was beneficial to drawing blank into the die and decreasing wall thickness reduction of specimens. The experimental results show that the ladder parts of good surface fineness and high dimensional accuracy can be obtained by variable load paths of BHP. 展开更多

利用ART和ERA5不同背景场研制的福建省地面实况分析产品(分别简记为“FJ_ART”,“FJ_ERA5”),并在沿海、海岛、浮标三种不同测站环境下开展气温、风速、降水等气象要素的评估检验。结果表明,(1)相比FJ_ERA5,FJ_ART各要素的相关系数≥0.... 利用ART和ERA5不同背景场研制的福建省地面实况分析产品(分别简记为“FJ_ART”,“FJ_ERA5”),并在沿海、海岛、浮标三种不同测站环境下开展气温、风速、降水等气象要素的评估检验。结果表明,(1)相比FJ_ERA5,FJ_ART各要素的相关系数≥0.98,提升至少0.01,且相关系数≥0.99的站数平均多出16%;其中气温、气压、湿度、降水平均绝对误差分别为0.18℃、1.26 hPa、1.66%、0.04 mm,下降0.05℃、0.17 hPa、0.3%、0.01 mm,表明FJ_ART整体优于FJ_ERA5。(2)利用FJ_ART研究沿海风速的陆海变化:日最大风速横向、纵向小时累积概率分别≥0.76、≥0.73,正偏离分别为0.3 m∙s^(-1)、0.6 m∙s^(-1),表明FJ_ART与原始观测在海陆横向风速方面具有较强的一致性,部分结果优于国内其他相关研究。 展开更多

In this paper,a fine blanking part with sharp corners was taken as an example to analyze the forming mechanism of the collapse angles by DEFORM 3 D,then studying the influence of the position of the V-ring indenter of die on the collapse angle. It was concluded that the material’s metal flow line was intensive near the blanking clearance;The equivalent stress area of the material was mainly concentrated around the blanking clearance,and then gradually shrinked to joint of part and scrap;the closer the distance L was,and the smaller equivalent stress area was mainly concentrated around the blanking clearance was,and the smaller collapse angle was. 展开更多

This study was aimed to explore the feasibility of introducing two mainstream AI drawing applications,Midjournal and Stable Diffusion,into the environmental art and design courses in higher education institutions.On the basis of introducing the development history of AI drawing technology,the characteristics of Midjournal and Stable Diffusion and their applications in teaching were described in detail.The analysis on its practical application in public space design courses showed that AI drawing technology could significantly improve students’creative efficiency and the possibility of artistic creation,while also enriching the expressive power of design.In spite of the challenges such as technical accuracy,response to complex design requirements,hardware dependencies,and student dependencies,the application of AI drawing technology had an overall positive prospects in the field of education.Finally,the value of AI drawing technology in teaching was emphasized,and the challenges it brought were discussed,as well as how to fully utilize this technology while maintaining teaching objectives and educational principles. 展开更多

It discusses current practices and emerging trends in how design thinking principles bridge the gap between artistic expression and educational pedagogy. The results highlight the importance of a collaborative learning environment, an iterative process, and project-based approaches that allow the development of skills related to creativity besides the analytical ones. This study addresses a significant gap in the existing literature by conducting a comprehensive systematic review of the art market over the past 50 years,utilizing big data analysis and bibliometric methods.Through descriptive statistical analysis,we gained insights into research trends,influential literature,authors,academic disciplines,journals,institutions,and countries.By utilizing various bibliometric analyses,including co-citation,co-word,burstiness,time-zone,and co-cited author analyses,we unraveled the inherent logic within the literature.One significant discovery was the consistent annual increase in research interest in the art market.Notably,the focus of art market research has shifted from hedonic art prices to areas such as artist brand management,electronic art platforms,anti-money-laundering supervision,and art market efficiency.Moreover,this study highlights the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,expediting an electronic revolution in the art market in recent years.Notably,our study is the first to comprehensively employ bibliometric methods to analyze the art market,thereby laying the groundwork for researchers interested in this field. 展开更多
