Assessment for Production and Operation Ability of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises Based on Neural Network 被引量:3

In order to improve production and operation ability of medium and small-sized enterprises, an assessment-index system of production and operation ability was proposed, and a corresponding assessment model was established based on BP neural network. The conjunction weights of the neural network were continuously modified from output layer to input layer in the process of neural network training to reduce the errors between the anticipated and actual outputs. The results from an example show that this method is reliable and feasible. The production and operation abilitv of an enterorise with assessed result of 0.833 is fairly oowerful, and that with assessed result of 0.644 is average. 展开更多

Impact of self-directed learning readiness and learning attitude on problem-solving ability among Chinese undergraduate nursing students

Objective: To explore the effects of self-directed learning readiness and learning attitude on problem-solving ability among Chinese undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A convenience sampling of 460 undergraduate nursing students was surveyed in Tianjin, China. Students who participated in the study completed a questionnaire that included social demographic questionnaire, Self-directed Learning Readiness Scale, Attitude to Learning Scale, and Social Problem-Solving Inventory. Pearson’s correlation analysis was performed to test the correlations among problem-solving ability, self-directed learning readiness, and learning attitude. Hierarchical linear regression analyses were performed to explore the mediating role of learning attitude. Results: The results showed that learning attitude (r=0.338, P<0.01) and self-directed learning readiness (r=0.493, P<0.01) were positively correlated with problem-solving ability. Learning attitude played a partial intermediary role between self-directed learning readiness and problem-solving ability (F=74.227, P<0.01). Conclusions: It is concluded that nursing educators should pay attention on students’ individual differences and take proper actions to inspire students’ self-directed learning readiness and learning attitude. 展开更多

For more effective learning, nursing students must understand the relationship between self-directed learning readiness and problem-solving ability. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships among self-directed learning readiness, problemsolving ability, and academic self-efficacy among undergraduate nursing students.Methods: From November to December 2016, research was conducted among 500 nursing undergraduate students in Tianjin, China,using a self-directed learning readiness scale, an academic self-efficacy scale, a questionnaire related to problem-solving, and selfdesigned demographics. The response rate was 85.8%.Results: For Chinese nursing students, self-directed learning readiness and academic self-efficacy reached a medium-to-high level,while problem-solving abilities were at a low level. There were significant positive correlations among the students' self-directed learning readiness, academic self-efficacy, and problem-solving ability. Furthermore, academic self-efficacy demonstrated a mediating effect on the relationship between the students' self-directed learning readiness and problem-solving ability.Conclusions: To enhance students' problem-solving ability, nursing educators should pay more attention to the positive impact of self-directed learning readiness and self-efficacy in nursing students' education. 展开更多

Objective: To explore graduation practical ability assessment mode of graduate students in nursing (Master of Nursing Specialist, MNS). Methods: All 28 MNS 2020th graduate students in a university were selected as subjects by convenient sampling method, using the improved 4-station objective structured examination (Objective Structured Clinical Examination, OSCE) model. The assessment content included nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, basic nursing operation, specialist nursing operation, theoretical written test and oral test and overall evaluation. And self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of the assessment model and the improvement of clinical practice ability of graduate students. Results: The overall satisfaction rate of graduation assessment was 89.51%, the overall satisfaction rate of graduation assessment mode and practical ability improvement evaluation was 84.66%, the pass rate of assessment results was 100%, and the excellent rate was 71.42%. Conclusion: The MNS graduation practical ability assessment model has a high degree of satisfaction, objectively evaluates the knowledge, skills, attitudes and emotions of graduate students, promotes the comprehensive quality and ability of graduate students, which is worthy of promotion. 展开更多

To investigate the impact of dynamic assessment(DA)on the development of speaking skills,a case study was conducted,recruiting a non-English major undergraduate.DA was constructed following the design combining sandwich and cake format with an interactionist approach.To collect data,a profile was designed in accordance with the China’s Standards of English Language Ability(CSE)to record the learner’s changes.A semi-structured interview was conducted to reveal his perspectives on DA.The generated profile with specific mediator-learner’s moves revealed the learner’s microgenetic development in both organizational knowledge and oral expression strategy ability.The thematic analysis of the interview demonstrated the learner’s positive experience with DA,while also unveiling the weak points of DA.Finally,the operational framework for applying interactionist DA in the oral classroom was discussed,and the complementary relationship between DA and traditional teaching and testing practices was highlighted. 展开更多

目的:尽管多种非手术疗法改善慢性踝关节不稳患者足踝功能和动态平衡能力的效果已得到证实,但由于治疗方法的不断更新,目前最佳的慢性踝关节不稳非手术疗法尚不明确。文章通过网状Meta分析的方法,探讨不同非手术疗法对慢性踝关节不稳患... 目的:尽管多种非手术疗法改善慢性踝关节不稳患者足踝功能和动态平衡能力的效果已得到证实,但由于治疗方法的不断更新,目前最佳的慢性踝关节不稳非手术疗法尚不明确。文章通过网状Meta分析的方法,探讨不同非手术疗法对慢性踝关节不稳患者足踝功能和动态平衡能力的疗效,以期寻找最佳治疗措施。方法:以“CAI,Exercise,Randomized controlled trial”等为检索词,通过计算机网络对PubMed,Embase,Cochrane图书馆和Web of Science数据库进行文献检索,收集各数据库建库至2024年3月关于非手术疗法治疗慢性踝关节不稳患者足踝功能或动态平衡能力的随机对照试验。运用EndNote软件进行文献管理,采用RevMan 5.4软件和Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具对纳入文献进行风险偏倚评价。使用Stata 14.0软件的network命令对足踝能力评估日常活动子量评分、足踝能力评估体育活动子量表评分、前侧星形偏移平衡测试评分、后内侧星形偏移平衡测试评分、后外侧星形偏移平衡测试评分和坎伯兰踝关节不稳问卷评分结局指标进行传统Meta分析和网状Meta分析。根据GRADE证据等级及推荐强度分级标准对结局指标进行证据强度等级评价。结果:在符合纳入标准的22项随机对照试验中,1项研究被评为低风险,8项研究被评为中风险,13项研究被评为高度风险,共计纳入952例患者,25种治疗措施。①网状Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比,等速力量训练、平衡训练、平衡+频闪眼镜训练、力量训练、关节活动度训练、CrossFit训练、CrossFit+自我动员训练、震动板训练、美国国家运动医学学会矫正锻炼计划、触发点干针法和神经肌肉训练在改善慢性踝关节不稳患者足踝功能和动态平衡能力方面具有不同程度的显著提升效果(P<0.05)。②累积概率排序结果显示,坎伯兰踝关节不稳问卷评分排名最靠前的3种治疗措施为:关节活动度训练(88.6%)>视觉反馈平衡训练(83.1%)>CrossFit+自我动员训练(74.8%);前侧星形偏移平衡测试评分排名最靠前的3种治疗措施为:关节活动度训练(88.4%)>等速力量训练(86.9%)>美国国家运动医学学会矫正锻炼(65.0%);后内侧星形偏移平衡测试评分排名最靠前的3种治疗措施为:平衡+频闪眼镜训练(87.4%)>神经肌肉训练(74.6%)>力量训练(68.9%);后外侧星形偏移平衡测试评分排名最靠前的3种治疗措施为:CrossFit+自我动员训练(74.6%)>平衡+频闪眼镜训练(70.0%)>神经肌肉训练(63.7%);足踝能力评估日常活动子量评分排名最靠前的3种治疗措施为:美国国家运动医学学会矫正锻炼(91.9%)>平衡+频闪眼镜训练(85.6%)>震动板训练(82.2%);足踝能力评估体育活动子量表评分排名最靠前的3种治疗措施为:平衡+频闪眼镜训练(93.5%)>平衡训练(86.7%)>美国国家运动医学学会矫正锻炼(86.4%)。结论:非手术疗法可以显著改善慢性踝关节不稳患者的足踝功能和动态平衡能力,美国国家运动医学学会矫正锻炼计划在改善慢性踝关节不稳患者足踝日常活动功能方面疗效最佳;平衡+频闪眼镜训练在改善足踝体育运动功能和后内侧动态平衡能力方面疗效最佳;关节活动度训练改善前侧动态平衡能力和踝关节不稳病情方面疗效最佳;CrossFit+自我动员训练改善后外侧动态平衡能力方面疗效最佳。受纳入研究方法学偏倚和发表偏倚风险影响,各项结局指标证据强度均为低强度。因此,未来尚需更多高质量试验研究验证此结论。 展开更多

Bilateral Cochlear implants (CIs) improved speech intelligibility, speech perception in background noise, and sound localization in quiet and noisy situations. However, it is unclear whether these advantages essentially result in binaural integration of acoustic stimuli from each ear. In this study, we investigated the effectiveness of binaural integration by bilateral CIs placement using binaural hearing tests and subjective auditory perceptual assessment. A 61-year-old bilateral CIs subject underwent the following four tests:the Japanese Hearing in Noise Test (HINT-J), the dichotic listening test (DLT), the Rapidly Alternating Speech Perception (RASP) test, and subjective auditory perceptual assessment. The HINT-J score was significantly higher for bilateral CIs than for a unilateral CI. However, DLT and the RASP test revealed contradictory results. Subjective auditory perceptual assessment revealed active and bright impressions for bilateral hearing, which were also noisy and strong compared with those for unilateral hearing. The results of this study revealed that bilateral CIs improved speech perception in background noise and an improved auditory impression, although the bilateral integration abilities were not improved. This was probably because the patient was required to combine information from the two ears into a single perception in DLT and the RASP test. More longitudinal data should be collected and analyzed in future studies to evaluate the long-term effects of bilateral CIs. Purpose: To investigate associations between functional limitations experienced by rehabilitants and multidisciplinary team’s recommendations during vocational rehabilitation evaluation. Methods: The descriptions of functional limitations were retrospectively identified for 32 patients with chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Vocational rehabilitation evaluation was conducted by a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient clinic of a university hospital. The descriptions were converted to ICF second-level categories. Square contingency coefficient Phi (φ) was calculated to describe the associations between ICF-categories appearing ≥10 times in the study sample and the recommendations given by a professional team. Results: In the study sample, 84 different ICF second-level categories were identified (average 18 codes/subject, range 9 - 25). Of them, 18 categories were observed for at least in 10 rehabilitants. Three statistically significant correlations were observed between these 18 categories and recommendations given by a rehabilitation team. Of them, positive association of moderate strength was found between joint mobility and muscle power functions and recommendation for retirement. Difficulties in walking showed weak negative correlation with recommendation for vocational rehabilitation. Conclusions: During vocational rehabilitation evaluation, the final recommendations given by rehabilitation professionals were only weakly correlated with functional limitations experienced by rehabilitants. 展开更多

目的:开发并应用家庭医生服务能力自我评估调查问卷。方法:选取我国8469名已经或即将从事家庭医生工作的基层卫生机构医生为研究对象,采用自行开发的家庭医生服务能力自我评估调查问卷对其进行调查。结果:基本医疗服务能力7项职责中,家... 目的:开发并应用家庭医生服务能力自我评估调查问卷。方法:选取我国8469名已经或即将从事家庭医生工作的基层卫生机构医生为研究对象,采用自行开发的家庭医生服务能力自我评估调查问卷对其进行调查。结果:基本医疗服务能力7项职责中,家庭医生具备承担常见病、多发病诊治职责能力的比例最高,为94.69%,社区康复服务和合理用药、用械职责能力的比例相对较高,分别为90.94%和90.75%。基层医生具备承担危急重症应急处置、医疗服务协同等职责能力的比例较低,分别为53.74%和56.68%。73.27%的家庭医生基本医疗服务能力得分≥4分,东、中、西部地区的家庭医生基本医疗服务能力得分≥4分者分别占73.72%、77.03%、67.49%。农村地区的家庭医生基本医疗服务能力得分≥4分者占74.62%,高于城市地区(70.63%)。全科医生基本医疗服务能力得分为7分者占比最高(27.48%),执业医师占比为19.99%。结论:本研究构建的家庭医生服务能力自我评估调查问卷可行性和可靠性较高,家庭医生服务能力自我评估调查问卷的应用有利于识别基层医生服务能力短板,能够反映家庭医生实际能力水平,符合基层工作实际情况,城乡家庭医生和不同类别的家庭医生基本医疗服务能力存在差别。 展开更多

运动能力是体能、技能和心智能力的综合表现,运动能力标准是衡量运动能力发展水平的质量要求,运动能力标准能够对学生学完某项运动以后在具体运用过程中的综合表现做出准确的判断。运动能力标准的研制具有划时代意义,能更有利于贯彻落... 运动能力是体能、技能和心智能力的综合表现,运动能力标准是衡量运动能力发展水平的质量要求,运动能力标准能够对学生学完某项运动以后在具体运用过程中的综合表现做出准确的判断。运动能力标准的研制具有划时代意义,能更有利于贯彻落实让学生掌握1至2项运动技能的政策要求,能更好地促进学生核心素养的培育,能更精准地把握学生学业质量发展水平,能更全面地为体育教育质量监测提供直接依据。运动能力标准具有课程学习与能力评价的一致性、难度与等级同步的进阶性、服务学生发展的人本性、适宜于大中小学与城乡学生的普适性、系统评价与一标多用的综合性等特征。运动能力标准均划分为逐级进阶的6个等级,基本运动能力的等级划分与学段年级对应,小学每两个年级一个等级,初中每一个年级一个等级,专项运动的6个等级与课程内容难度对应,划分为三期六级,夯实基础期对应一级二级、提高能力期对应三级四级、发展特长期对应五级六级。专项运动能力评价主要采取“定级不定项”的方式,充分考虑学生兴趣爱好和运动需求,又有对相应学段应达到的运动水平的规定性。运动能力各等级测评内容,基于项目不同各有侧重,达标要求注重定量测评,定性评价也力求按观测点达到的要求定量化评价。学生运动能力标准有着广泛的应用场景,诸如教学改革、学业评价、体育中考、质量监测、督导评估等,但都需要有一个“确定—知晓—行测—评价”的推进程序。 展开更多

目的 探讨翻转课堂联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)在口腔医学教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年1月—2022年12月2018、2019级本科学生共94名作为教学研究对象,将本科学生根据教学设计分为对照组与观察组,各47... 目的 探讨翻转课堂联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)在口腔医学教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年1月—2022年12月2018、2019级本科学生共94名作为教学研究对象,将本科学生根据教学设计分为对照组与观察组,各47名。对照组采用传统教学模式教学,观察组则采用翻转课堂联合PBL教学法,2组均进行连续3个月的教学。比较2组教学考核成绩、教学效果、学生综合能力及教学满意度。结果 观察组带教3个月后理论考核为(92.52±5.41)分、技能考核中病史采集为(91.15±5.24)分、病例分析为(90.69±5.16)分及体格检查为(93.27±6.42)分,高于对照组的(85.15±4.39)分、(83.27±4.12)分、(84.12±4.52)分、(85.24±6.11)分(P <0.05);观察组教学3个月后学生积极性及兴趣为(91.15±4.69)分、知识理解能力为(89.83±4.51)分、自主学习能力提高为(92.32±5.34)分、团队协作能力为(94.57±5.41)分及临床思维模式建立评分为(93.23±6.26)分,高于对照组的(85.41±3.25)分(、82.17±3.13)分(、84.43±4.39)分、(85.53±4.34)分、(88.21±5.42)分(P <0.05);观察组教学3个月后科研能力、创新能力、思维能力、沟通能力、设计分析能力、独立解决问题能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学3个月后教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 翻转课堂联合PBL教学法用于口腔医学教学中有助于提高学生考核成绩,提升学生综合分析能力及团队协作能力,可获得较高的教学满意度。 展开更多

面向多地区多种群的大型教育监测可对各地教育情况进行有效比较。基于对参与学生能力国际评估项目(PISA)中各经济体测评与调查结果的分析,探讨东西方教育几个颇具启发意义的问题,结果发现:1)一些亚洲经济体靠“背诵”学习的学生的百分... 面向多地区多种群的大型教育监测可对各地教育情况进行有效比较。基于对参与学生能力国际评估项目(PISA)中各经济体测评与调查结果的分析,探讨东西方教育几个颇具启发意义的问题,结果发现:1)一些亚洲经济体靠“背诵”学习的学生的百分比较西方经济体要低,亚洲学生偏离好的学习原则、只懂背诵的传统看法并不符合事实;2)学生的科学成绩高低并不能决定其对未来从事科技类工作的兴趣程度,中国学生虽然PISA科学成绩卓越,但其对未来从事科技类工作兴趣不大;3)内在动机高有利于提高学生的学习成绩,外在工具性动机对西方学生的学习成绩并无帮助,但是可以帮助缺乏内在动机的亚洲学生提高其学习成绩;4)相较于西方学校之间的成绩差异较小、学校内部不同社会经济地位学生之间水平差距较大的现象,亚洲很多地区的学校则反之,为反映某一地区教育系统的学生差异,计算校内差异+学校间差异的总和更为科学;5)从参测地区学生10余年来的PISA成绩看,整体上使用信息科技工具较多地区的学生成绩不升反降,使用信息科技工具较少地区的学生成绩反而上升更多,为此需要探索如何善用科技以赋能教学和学习。除关注监测内容及结果外,也要对监测时采用的问卷调查工具进一步反思和改进,以便更好地用实证数据推动未来教育的发展。 展开更多

目的探究在开展肾病内科实习教学的过程中按照医学图像存储与传输系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)联合网络多媒体教学法进行教学的价值。方法选取2020年2月—2022年8月苏州大学附属第二医院肾病内科60名实习医... 目的探究在开展肾病内科实习教学的过程中按照医学图像存储与传输系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)联合网络多媒体教学法进行教学的价值。方法选取2020年2月—2022年8月苏州大学附属第二医院肾病内科60名实习医生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(30名,按照常规方式进行教学)和观察组(30名,按照PACS联合网络多媒体教学法进行教学)。针对2组教学效果进行评估。结果对比2组实习医生考核成绩,在教学前2组理论知识水平、实践操作能力、病例书写、体格检查考核差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教学后,观察组理论知识水平、实践操作能力、病例书写、体格检查考核考核成绩[(93.53±2.05)分;(93.63±2.11)分;(94.45±2.05)分;(94.36±2.32)分]高于对照组[(88.45±2.15)分;(88.64±1.78)分;(89.45±1.68)分;(86.14±1.48)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比2组实习医生对教学方式评价,在提升临床思维、提升学习兴趣、提升自学能力、降低理论知识理解难度方面评分,观察组均高于对照组,(P<0.05)。对比2组教学满意度,观察组高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论在进行肾病内科实习教学的过程中开展PACS联合网络多媒体教学法,可以有效提升该方面教学质量,有助于实习医生对各方面专业知识进行掌握和运用,并增加教学满意度。 展开更多

目的研究将创新创业教育融入本科神经病学课程的应用价值。方法选取2022年9月—2023年4月佳木斯大学附属第一医院神经内科接收的神经病学专业本科实习生92名作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组46名。对照组采取传统神... 目的研究将创新创业教育融入本科神经病学课程的应用价值。方法选取2022年9月—2023年4月佳木斯大学附属第一医院神经内科接收的神经病学专业本科实习生92名作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组46名。对照组采取传统神经病学课程教育方式,研究组在对照组基础上加用创新创业教育方式。比较各组过程性考核、终末考核评分及自我创新能力。结果研究组过程考核评分、终末考核评分[(94.75±4.14)分、(115.26±5.35)分]均高于对照组[(81.23±5.61)分、(95.17±6.88)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实训带教前,2组自我创新能力测试问卷评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实训带教后,研究组评分[(84.97±3.31)分]高于对照组[(79.25±3.74)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论将创新创业教育融入本科神经病学课程,有助于提高学生过程性考核、终末考核评分,进而增强其创新创业能力及自我创新能力。 展开更多
