The exploration of the way"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(MEI)education influences students'aspirations to become entrepreneurs has grown into an important area of analysis in studies related to h...The exploration of the way"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(MEI)education influences students'aspirations to become entrepreneurs has grown into an important area of analysis in studies related to higher education.This research intends to examine the consequences of MEI education on students'tendency towards entrepreneurship,and to put forward methods for augmenting the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in private higher educational establishments.To achieve this objective,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were employed in the study,which involved a total of 197 students and five education experts.The statistical analysis of the questionnaire data revealed that MEI education was positively related to students'entrepreneurial intentions,and that both entrepreneurial experience and family entrepreneurial background played moderating roles in this relationship.The interview findings indicated that private universities could enhance educational reforms by designing talent training programs,developing diversified curricula,and developing more professional entrepreneurial platforms to encourage students'entrepreneurial intentions.This study offers fresh insights for improving and perfecting the mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private universities.展开更多
Recycling is viewed as a key component in a circular economy and serves as an ideal solution for promoting sustainability.During the global plastic crisis,plastic recycling practices have been adopted worldwide,leadin...Recycling is viewed as a key component in a circular economy and serves as an ideal solution for promoting sustainability.During the global plastic crisis,plastic recycling practices have been adopted worldwide,leading to the production of various products made from recycled plastics(PRP).Nevertheless,a gap persists between consumption and demand for such products,which is primarily attributed to a lack of comprehension from the consumer perspective.Given the pivotal role consumers play in the adoption of these products,this study explores consumers’intentions to purchase PRP.This is particularly significant in Vietnam,which is an emerging economy aspiring to achieve the objectives of a circular economy and sustainable development.Utilizing an integrated cognitive-emotional framework comprising the Valence Theory and the Norm Activation Model,data from 564 Vietnamese students were gathered and analyzed using structural equation modeling.The results show that awareness of consequences is a major driver of consumer purchase intentions,followed by perceived ease of application and monetary incentives.The results also indicate that health concerns have the strongest effect on purchase intention and in the negative side,meaning that the health-related risk is the primary concern for consumers during the decision-making process.This research holds substantial value for academics and managers,as it aids in the theoretical exploration and the formulation of strategies to improve consumer acceptance of PRP.展开更多

Objective:The paper aimed to explore the impact of work support and potential for career advancement on the nurse turnover intention in order to find an effective approach to curb high turnover.Methods:A cross-section...Objective:The paper aimed to explore the impact of work support and potential for career advancement on the nurse turnover intention in order to find an effective approach to curb high turnover.Methods:A cross-sectional survey of 526 nurses from eight teaching hospitals in Tianjin,China,was conducted to test the hypothesized multilevel model.The organizational career growth scale,work support scale,and the nurse turnover intention scale were used to measure the effect of organizational career growth and work support on nurse turnover intention.Finally,SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 software were used to analyse the relationship of these variables.Results:The score of the three scales nurse turnover,organizational career growth,and work support were 1.98±0.60,2.40±0.50,and 4.06±0.98,respectively.The total and direct effects of work support on turnover intention were0.361(p<0.01)and0.147(p<0.01),respectively.The indirect effect was0.169 with a 95%bootstrap confidence interval of0.257 to0.102.Conclusion:The study showed a lack of work support negatively and directly associated with nurse turnover intention.Additional opportunities for career growth within the organization may strengthen the effect of work support and consequently increase the retention of qualified nursing staff.展开更多

Intersections are quite important and complex traffic scenarios,where the future motion of surrounding vehicles is an indispensable reference factor for the decision-making or path planning of autonomous vehicles.Cons...Intersections are quite important and complex traffic scenarios,where the future motion of surrounding vehicles is an indispensable reference factor for the decision-making or path planning of autonomous vehicles.Considering that the motion trajectory of a vehicle at an intersection partly obeys the statistical law of historical data once its driving intention is determined,this paper proposes a long short-term memory based(LSTM-based)framework that combines intention prediction and trajectory prediction together.First,we build an intersection prior trajectories model(IPTM)by clustering and statistically analyzing a large number of prior traffic flow trajectories.The prior trajectories model with fitted probabilistic density is used to approximate the distribution of the predicted trajectory,and also serves as a reference for credibility evaluation.Second,we conduct the intention prediction through another LSTM model and regard it as a crucial cue for a trajectory forecast at the early stage.Furthermore,the predicted intention is also a key that is associated with the prior trajectories model.The proposed framework is validated on two publically released datasets,next generation simulation(NGSIM)and INTERACTION.Compared with other prediction methods,our framework is able to sample a trajectory from the estimated distribution,with its accuracy improved by about 20%.Finally,the credibility evaluation,which is based on the prior trajectories model,makes the framework more practical in the real-world applications.展开更多

Methods: Nurses (N = 180) who...Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to decrease burnout and intention to resign by practicing cognitive behavioral approach to nurses of the 3 years nursing clinical experience. Methods: Nurses (N = 180) who worked at acute-care hospitals and whose clinical experience was 3 years were requested. Nurses (n = 95, male 5, female 90) who were able to do participation at all the sessions were objects. The program was created and carried out for a nurse’s burnout with reference to cognitive behavior therapy. Evaluation of intervention was asked to complete a questionnaire that measured burnout (MBI), job stressors (NJSS), automatic thoughts (the shorter version of Japanese version ATQ-R), Irrational Belief Test for Nurses (IBTN), coping measure and whether or not they had an intention to resign. Measurement was performed 3 times of a baseline, after the end of session and follow-up. Analysis of covariance which adjusted the baseline level was performed. Result: According to the results, “helplessness”, “positive thinking” and “personal accomplishment” were significant (p < 0.01). According to the results of Friedman test, significant difference was observed in “emotional exhaustion” in the group with low degree of irrational belief (p < 0.10 ) and in the group with high degree (p < 0.05). With regard to the intention to leave the job, “wants to continue working as a nurse” was significant in the group in 3 months after intervention (p < 0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that cognitive behavioral approach appears to be effective for reducing nurse’s burnout or intention to resign in nurses of the 3 years nursing clinical experience.展开更多
Objectives:The unrelenting migration trend of Filipino nurses to other countries has threatened the quality of patient care services in the country.This study explored the extent of nurses'organizational commitmen...Objectives:The unrelenting migration trend of Filipino nurses to other countries has threatened the quality of patient care services in the country.This study explored the extent of nurses'organizational commitment and turnover intention in the Philippines.Furthermore,predictors of nurses'organizational commitment and turnover intention were identified.Methods:A cross-sectional research design was adopted for this study.Two hundred nurses from nine rural hospitals in the Central Philippines were asked to participate in the study and 166 nurses responded(an 83%response rate).Two standardized instruments were used:the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and the Six-item Turnover Intention Inventory Scale.Results:Findings revealed that Philippine nurses were moderately committed(3.13±0.24)to and were undecided(2.42±0.67)whether or not to leave their organization.Nurses'age(P=0.006),gender,(t=-2.25,P=0.026),education(t=2.38,P<0.001),rank(t=4.38,P<0.001),and work experience(t=2.18,P=0.031)correlated significantly with organizational commitment,while nurses'age(P=0.028)and education(t=1.99,P=0.048)correlated significantly with turnover intention.An inverse relationship was identified between the organizational commitment and turnover intention(r=-0.22,P=0.005).Conclusion:The findings of this study highlight the need for formulation and implementation of interventions to promote life-long commitment in nurses and to reduce turnover rates.展开更多

The present study aims at providing insight into the factors influencing critical care and intensive care nurses’ ITL the unit, the hospital, and the nursing profession. The study was conducted in two hospitals, by a questionnaire administered to all nurses employed in critical and intensive care units. 512 questionnaires (89.4%) were returned. Results revealed that a low job satisfaction (JS) for interaction with physicians and nurses, seniority ≥20 years, and working in Emergency are related to higher ITL the unit. Low JS for work organization policies, seniority ≥11 years, working in a private hospital, and higher educational level are related to higher levels of ITL the hospital. Low JS for professional status, for pay, and for work organization policies, age ≥40 years, part-time schedule are related to higher ITL the nursing profession. The research permitted detection of various predictors of different kinds of ITL, enhancing the importance of regular monitoring of ITL. In order to limit ITL, it would be important to work on the relationship with physicians and colleagues, work demands, organizational policies, and acknowledgement of competence.展开更多
BACKGROUND A radicular groove is an anatomic malformation that usually initiates at the central fossa,extending along the root at varying lengths and depths and predisposes the involved tooth to a severe periodontal d...BACKGROUND A radicular groove is an anatomic malformation that usually initiates at the central fossa,extending along the root at varying lengths and depths and predisposes the involved tooth to a severe periodontal defect.Severe grooves that extend to the root apex often lead to complex combined periodontal-endodontic lesions.They are a serious challenge for doctors to diagnose and treat.CASE SUMMARY In this report,we described a patient with a maxillary lateral incisor with a deep palatogingival groove with two roots,which led to complex combined periodontal-endodontic lesions.Suggested treatment modalities included curettage of the affected tissues,elimination of the groove by grinding and/or sealing with a variety of filling materials,and surgical procedures.In this case,a combination of endodontic therapy,intentional replantation,and root resection were used,which resulted in periodontal/periradicular healing after 12 mo.CONCLUSION Intentional replantation and root resection offer a predictable procedure and should be considered a viable treatment modality for the management of palatogingival grooves,especially for two-rooted teeth.展开更多

Knowledge).By using the partial least squares(PLS) technique,research hypotheses derived from the proposed model were empirically validated.Findings:Except enjoyment in helping others and knowledge self-efficacy,all other factors including extrinsic reward,reputation enhancement,realization of self-worth,perceived usefulness,attitude towards knowledge contribution,and satisfaction exert significant impacts on users' continuance intentions in an SQA community.Research limitations:First,important factors such as the ease of use of information systems which may influence users' continuance intentions were not investigated in the study.Second,the study sample needs to be enlarged,and users of smaller SQA communities should also be included,to make the results more representative.Practical implications:This study will help SQA community designers and managers develop or improve incentive mechanisms to attract more people to contribute their knowledge and promote the development of the SQA community.Originality/value:This study improves the previous research models and puts forward a model of user continuance intention to contribute knowledge in an SQA community.It will extend the understanding of SQA community users' intention to continue contributing knowledge by distinguishing these users' different roles and focusing only on knowledge contributors.展开更多
BACKGROUND TypeⅢb dens invaginatus(DI)with a lateral canal located at the mid-third of the root is rarely reported.Here,we report a rare case of typeⅢb DI in the left upper anterior tooth with a lateral canal that l...BACKGROUND TypeⅢb dens invaginatus(DI)with a lateral canal located at the mid-third of the root is rarely reported.Here,we report a rare case of typeⅢb DI in the left upper anterior tooth with a lateral canal that led to persistent periodontitis.CASE SUMMARY A 15-year-old female patient presented with a chief complaint of pain associated with recurrent labial swelling in the area of the left anterior tooth.A diagnosis of typeⅢb DI and chronic periodontitis was made.Intentional replantation was performed after conventional endodontic treatment failed.After 6 mo,the patient was asymptomatic,but a sinus tract was observed.Cone-beam computed tomography images showed bone loss in the mesial of the mid-root.Based on methylene blue staining and microscopy images,the lateral foramen located at the middle third of the root was surgically treated.After 3 years of follow-up,the clinical findings and radiographic assessment presented a favorable prognosis of bone healing without root absorption or ankylosis.CONCLUSION TypeⅢb DI with a lateral canal can be successfully treated by root canal treatment,intentional replantation,and surgical therapy.展开更多

The prevalence of mental health problems in both Malaysian and global workplaces has significantly increased due to the presence of the coronavirus disease(COVID-19)pandemic,globalization,technology advancement in Indu...The prevalence of mental health problems in both Malaysian and global workplaces has significantly increased due to the presence of the coronavirus disease(COVID-19)pandemic,globalization,technology advancement in Industry 4.0,and other contributing factors.The pervasiveness of the issue poses a huge challenge to improving the occupational safety and health(OSH)of workers in various industries,especially in the digital industry.The emergence of the innovative industry is evident mainly due to the rapid development of Industry 4.0 and the rele-vant demands of multiple businesses in the digital transformation.Nonetheless,limited studies and academic dis-cussions were conducted on the OSH topic of digital employees.Hence,the current study serves tofill the existing gap and provide academic contributions by scrutinising the perceptions of digital workers regarding their work-place well-being,mental health literacy,and the impression of employing e-mental health.The objectives of this study are:1)To examine the mental health literacy and workplace wellness of digital workers,2)to explore the e-mental health usage intention and actual e-mental health utilization,and 3)to identify digital workers’feedback on e-mental health.In the current context,e-mental health focuses on three dimensions,namely,1)“health in our hand(HIOH)”,2)“interacting for health(IFH)”,and 3)“data enabling health(DEH)”.The present study employed an online cross-sectional survey and received 326 digital workers’completed responses.Variables,such as“mental health literacy(MHL)”,“workplace wellness(WW)”,and e-mental health intention and usage were explicated by analysing the data through descriptive statistics.The study results indicated a moderate to a high level of the MHL and the WW.More than half of the workers possessed a high intention level to employ e-mental health,with the HIOH dimension being the most prevalent domain.Nevertheless,the actual e-mental health usage was very low,owing to the online resources being a new concept amongst digital employees.Numerous confounding factors also existed in affecting the low usage,such as privacy concerns,data security levels,and health verification issues.In addition,the mental health issue has not been openly and widely discussed in Malay-sian workplaces due to stigmatisation.As such,the currentfindings could provide additional insights into the OSH literature;it could serve as a guideline for the OSH decision-makers,employers,and eHealth developers when establishing a feasible framework for the practical adoption of e-mental health services by digital workers.展开更多

文摘Objective:The paper aimed to explore the impact of work support and potential for career advancement on the nurse turnover intention in order to find an effective approach to curb high turnover.Methods:A cross-sectional survey of 526 nurses from eight teaching hospitals in Tianjin,China,was conducted to test the hypothesized multilevel model.The organizational career growth scale,work support scale,and the nurse turnover intention scale were used to measure the effect of organizational career growth and work support on nurse turnover intention.Finally,SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 software were used to analyse the relationship of these variables.Results:The score of the three scales nurse turnover,organizational career growth,and work support were 1.98±0.60,2.40±0.50,and 4.06±0.98,respectively.The total and direct effects of work support on turnover intention were0.361(p<0.01)and0.147(p<0.01),respectively.The indirect effect was0.169 with a 95%bootstrap confidence interval of0.257 to0.102.Conclusion:The study showed a lack of work support negatively and directly associated with nurse turnover intention.Additional opportunities for career growth within the organization may strengthen the effect of work support and consequently increase the retention of qualified nursing staff.

文摘Aim:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among perceived organizational support,intention to remain,career success and self-esteem in male nurses in China.Background:Recently,turnover is considered increasingly more normal.Male nurses could be stabilized by improving their perceived organizational support,career success and selfesteem.Design:A cross-sectional design was used in the present study.Method:405 full-time male Registered Nurses,from Grade A hospitals in Tianjin,were surveyed.Pearson correlation,Cronbach's alpha coefficient and structural equation modelling were conducted in the study.Results:The results illustrated that self-esteem mediated the relationship between perceived organizational support and career success.Career success mediated the relationship between self-esteem and intention to remain.Conclusion:Hospitals should pay more attention to the benefits of positive personality trait on working motivation.It is meaningful to enhance perceived organizational support,career success and self-esteem in the working process so that nurses are willing to stay in the current employment.

文摘Intersections are quite important and complex traffic scenarios,where the future motion of surrounding vehicles is an indispensable reference factor for the decision-making or path planning of autonomous vehicles.Considering that the motion trajectory of a vehicle at an intersection partly obeys the statistical law of historical data once its driving intention is determined,this paper proposes a long short-term memory based(LSTM-based)framework that combines intention prediction and trajectory prediction together.First,we build an intersection prior trajectories model(IPTM)by clustering and statistically analyzing a large number of prior traffic flow trajectories.The prior trajectories model with fitted probabilistic density is used to approximate the distribution of the predicted trajectory,and also serves as a reference for credibility evaluation.Second,we conduct the intention prediction through another LSTM model and regard it as a crucial cue for a trajectory forecast at the early stage.Furthermore,the predicted intention is also a key that is associated with the prior trajectories model.The proposed framework is validated on two publically released datasets,next generation simulation(NGSIM)and INTERACTION.Compared with other prediction methods,our framework is able to sample a trajectory from the estimated distribution,with its accuracy improved by about 20%.Finally,the credibility evaluation,which is based on the prior trajectories model,makes the framework more practical in the real-world applications.
文摘Based on perceived risk,the impacts of different kinds of risks on consumer's purchase intention are tested by using the investigation data of 2016,and perceived risks of consumers from different groups have different impacts on purchase intention. Via interviews and online questionnaires,425 copies of effective samples were obtained. The structural equation modeling is used for research. Results display that product risk significantly affects purchase intention,and perceived risk among different groups has significant difference. According to research conclusion,the authors think that consumer should actively collect all kinds of information and take effective risk avoidance measures; Taobao platform should continuously perfect purchase rule,punish the behavior of leaking buyers' information,and continuously update Alipay software to prevent hacker intrusion; business should guarantee product quality,open information and make scientific marketing strategy.

文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to explore whether positive emotion mediates the relationship between job burnout and turnover intentions among Chinese nurses.Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in the present study. Full-time registered nurses(n = 150) from Grade A hospitals in Tianjin were surveyed. Pearson correlation, hierarchical regression analyses, and the Sobel test were used in the study.Results: The results illustrated that positive emotion mediated the relationship between burnout and nurses' turnover intention.Conclusions: Nursing administrators should pay more attention to the benefits of positive emotions on working motivation.It is helpful to relieve burnout in the working process so that nurses are willing to remain in their current employment.
文摘Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to decrease burnout and intention to resign by practicing cognitive behavioral approach to nurses of the 3 years nursing clinical experience. Methods: Nurses (N = 180) who worked at acute-care hospitals and whose clinical experience was 3 years were requested. Nurses (n = 95, male 5, female 90) who were able to do participation at all the sessions were objects. The program was created and carried out for a nurse’s burnout with reference to cognitive behavior therapy. Evaluation of intervention was asked to complete a questionnaire that measured burnout (MBI), job stressors (NJSS), automatic thoughts (the shorter version of Japanese version ATQ-R), Irrational Belief Test for Nurses (IBTN), coping measure and whether or not they had an intention to resign. Measurement was performed 3 times of a baseline, after the end of session and follow-up. Analysis of covariance which adjusted the baseline level was performed. Result: According to the results, “helplessness”, “positive thinking” and “personal accomplishment” were significant (p < 0.01). According to the results of Friedman test, significant difference was observed in “emotional exhaustion” in the group with low degree of irrational belief (p < 0.10 ) and in the group with high degree (p < 0.05). With regard to the intention to leave the job, “wants to continue working as a nurse” was significant in the group in 3 months after intervention (p < 0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that cognitive behavioral approach appears to be effective for reducing nurse’s burnout or intention to resign in nurses of the 3 years nursing clinical experience.
文摘Objectives:The unrelenting migration trend of Filipino nurses to other countries has threatened the quality of patient care services in the country.This study explored the extent of nurses'organizational commitment and turnover intention in the Philippines.Furthermore,predictors of nurses'organizational commitment and turnover intention were identified.Methods:A cross-sectional research design was adopted for this study.Two hundred nurses from nine rural hospitals in the Central Philippines were asked to participate in the study and 166 nurses responded(an 83%response rate).Two standardized instruments were used:the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and the Six-item Turnover Intention Inventory Scale.Results:Findings revealed that Philippine nurses were moderately committed(3.13±0.24)to and were undecided(2.42±0.67)whether or not to leave their organization.Nurses'age(P=0.006),gender,(t=-2.25,P=0.026),education(t=2.38,P<0.001),rank(t=4.38,P<0.001),and work experience(t=2.18,P=0.031)correlated significantly with organizational commitment,while nurses'age(P=0.028)and education(t=1.99,P=0.048)correlated significantly with turnover intention.An inverse relationship was identified between the organizational commitment and turnover intention(r=-0.22,P=0.005).Conclusion:The findings of this study highlight the need for formulation and implementation of interventions to promote life-long commitment in nurses and to reduce turnover rates.
文摘Nursing turnover and shortage are acknowledged as worldwide issues: understanding the factors that foster nurses’ intention to leave (ITL) is essential in retaining them. The present study aims at providing insight into the factors influencing critical care and intensive care nurses’ ITL the unit, the hospital, and the nursing profession. The study was conducted in two hospitals, by a questionnaire administered to all nurses employed in critical and intensive care units. 512 questionnaires (89.4%) were returned. Results revealed that a low job satisfaction (JS) for interaction with physicians and nurses, seniority ≥20 years, and working in Emergency are related to higher ITL the unit. Low JS for work organization policies, seniority ≥11 years, working in a private hospital, and higher educational level are related to higher levels of ITL the hospital. Low JS for professional status, for pay, and for work organization policies, age ≥40 years, part-time schedule are related to higher ITL the nursing profession. The research permitted detection of various predictors of different kinds of ITL, enhancing the importance of regular monitoring of ITL. In order to limit ITL, it would be important to work on the relationship with physicians and colleagues, work demands, organizational policies, and acknowledgement of competence.
文摘BACKGROUND A radicular groove is an anatomic malformation that usually initiates at the central fossa,extending along the root at varying lengths and depths and predisposes the involved tooth to a severe periodontal defect.Severe grooves that extend to the root apex often lead to complex combined periodontal-endodontic lesions.They are a serious challenge for doctors to diagnose and treat.CASE SUMMARY In this report,we described a patient with a maxillary lateral incisor with a deep palatogingival groove with two roots,which led to complex combined periodontal-endodontic lesions.Suggested treatment modalities included curettage of the affected tissues,elimination of the groove by grinding and/or sealing with a variety of filling materials,and surgical procedures.In this case,a combination of endodontic therapy,intentional replantation,and root resection were used,which resulted in periodontal/periradicular healing after 12 mo.CONCLUSION Intentional replantation and root resection offer a predictable procedure and should be considered a viable treatment modality for the management of palatogingival grooves,especially for two-rooted teeth.
文摘The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of tourists’ perception of destination image and service quality on their behavioral intention. A total of 1020 valid questionnaires were collected from tourists in Lukang Town, Taiwan, by means of convenient sampling. After descriptive statistics and PLS statistical analysis, the results show that: 1) Tourists’ image of Lukang town has a positive effect on their perceived service quality. In addition, it also has a positive effect on future travel behavior intention;2) The service quality of tourists in Lukang has a positive effect on their future travel behavior intention. 3) This study also finds that service quality has a mediating effect on tourism behavior intention. Finally, based on the results of the study, suggestions for future research and tourism planning are put forward.
文摘This is a research on the mechanism of retail strategy mix and consumer behavior intention,and psychological impact on consumer attitude, consumer purchase decision-making model and its components are conducted firstly. Next, retail strategy, merchandise strategy, and store strategy, contained in the retail management theory, are adopted as other important variables to measure the impact on consumer attitudes. And then, the key factors of retail strategy mix are identified by means of Focus Group (FG). In addition, the hypothetical model of retail strategy mix and consumer behavior intention for domestic luxury cosmetic brands is established to understand the relationship between the two factors. Finally, empirical researches are conducted on consumers and retailers of luxury cosmetics brands. And some advice are given on retail strategy mix's influence on the consumer behavior intentions, aiming to enlighten domestic luxury cosmetic enterprises to improve performance by the integrated use of retail strategy mix.

文摘Purpose:A social question & answer(SQA) community's long-term sustainability depends on its members' willingness to stay and contribute their knowledge continuously in the community.This research aims to investigate the critical factors which influence users' intention to continue contributing knowledge in the SQA community.Design/methodology/approach:Grounded on information systems(IS) continuance theory,this study put forward a model of the factors that influence SQA community members' intention to continue contributing knowledge.Survey was conducted to gather data from knowledge contributors of four major Chinese SQA communities(Baidu Knows,Sina iAsk,Soso Ask and Yahoo! Knowledge).By using the partial least squares(PLS) technique,research hypotheses derived from the proposed model were empirically validated.Findings:Except enjoyment in helping others and knowledge self-efficacy,all other factors including extrinsic reward,reputation enhancement,realization of self-worth,perceived usefulness,attitude towards knowledge contribution,and satisfaction exert significant impacts on users' continuance intentions in an SQA community.Research limitations:First,important factors such as the ease of use of information systems which may influence users' continuance intentions were not investigated in the study.Second,the study sample needs to be enlarged,and users of smaller SQA communities should also be included,to make the results more representative.Practical implications:This study will help SQA community designers and managers develop or improve incentive mechanisms to attract more people to contribute their knowledge and promote the development of the SQA community.Originality/value:This study improves the previous research models and puts forward a model of user continuance intention to contribute knowledge in an SQA community.It will extend the understanding of SQA community users' intention to continue contributing knowledge by distinguishing these users' different roles and focusing only on knowledge contributors.

文摘BACKGROUND TypeⅢb dens invaginatus(DI)with a lateral canal located at the mid-third of the root is rarely reported.Here,we report a rare case of typeⅢb DI in the left upper anterior tooth with a lateral canal that led to persistent periodontitis.CASE SUMMARY A 15-year-old female patient presented with a chief complaint of pain associated with recurrent labial swelling in the area of the left anterior tooth.A diagnosis of typeⅢb DI and chronic periodontitis was made.Intentional replantation was performed after conventional endodontic treatment failed.After 6 mo,the patient was asymptomatic,but a sinus tract was observed.Cone-beam computed tomography images showed bone loss in the mesial of the mid-root.Based on methylene blue staining and microscopy images,the lateral foramen located at the middle third of the root was surgically treated.After 3 years of follow-up,the clinical findings and radiographic assessment presented a favorable prognosis of bone healing without root absorption or ankylosis.CONCLUSION TypeⅢb DI with a lateral canal can be successfully treated by root canal treatment,intentional replantation,and surgical therapy.

Using path integrals, these transformations are decoded and their quantum principles are shown.

文摘The prevalence of mental health problems in both Malaysian and global workplaces has significantly increased due to the presence of the coronavirus disease(COVID-19)pandemic,globalization,technology advancement in Industry 4.0,and other contributing factors.The pervasiveness of the issue poses a huge challenge to improving the occupational safety and health(OSH)of workers in various industries,especially in the digital industry.The emergence of the innovative industry is evident mainly due to the rapid development of Industry 4.0 and the rele-vant demands of multiple businesses in the digital transformation.Nonetheless,limited studies and academic dis-cussions were conducted on the OSH topic of digital employees.Hence,the current study serves tofill the existing gap and provide academic contributions by scrutinising the perceptions of digital workers regarding their work-place well-being,mental health literacy,and the impression of employing e-mental health.The objectives of this study are:1)To examine the mental health literacy and workplace wellness of digital workers,2)to explore the e-mental health usage intention and actual e-mental health utilization,and 3)to identify digital workers’feedback on e-mental health.In the current context,e-mental health focuses on three dimensions,namely,1)“health in our hand(HIOH)”,2)“interacting for health(IFH)”,and 3)“data enabling health(DEH)”.The present study employed an online cross-sectional survey and received 326 digital workers’completed responses.Variables,such as“mental health literacy(MHL)”,“workplace wellness(WW)”,and e-mental health intention and usage were explicated by analysing the data through descriptive statistics.The study results indicated a moderate to a high level of the MHL and the WW.More than half of the workers possessed a high intention level to employ e-mental health,with the HIOH dimension being the most prevalent domain.Nevertheless,the actual e-mental health usage was very low,owing to the online resources being a new concept amongst digital employees.Numerous confounding factors also existed in affecting the low usage,such as privacy concerns,data security levels,and health verification issues.In addition,the mental health issue has not been openly and widely discussed in Malay-sian workplaces due to stigmatisation.As such,the currentfindings could provide additional insights into the OSH literature;it could serve as a guideline for the OSH decision-makers,employers,and eHealth developers when establishing a feasible framework for the practical adoption of e-mental health services by digital workers.

文摘Drawing on a valence framework and innovation diffusion theory,this study examines Yuebao deployment to model consumers’intention to use financial products offered online.We collect data via an online survey among a young age bracket and use a VisualPLS graphic interface to test our model.The results indicate that first,compatibility and advantages in relative utility significantly enhance consumers’use intentions and that ease of use has an indirect influence.Second,the negative utility of perceived risk no longer significantly affects intention to use.This mainly lies in consumers’perceived risk focused on the security of online financial products,which has become a part of all online transactions.Third,trust indirectly affects intention to use by influencing utility.
