Application of Experiential Teaching in the Reform of College Students' Mental Health Course from the Perspective of Life Education

In recent years,the phenomenon of college students5 indifference to life occurs frequently which seriously damages the healthy growth of college students.Life education should be integrated into mental health education courses in colleges.Experiential teaching is a type of teaching activity that is characterized by students5 personal experiences and initiative,focusing on the participation of practical activities.Compared with traditional lectures,it improves students'interest and enthusiasm.In the mental health course,experiential teaching applies theoretical knowledge to real life and promote the improvement of students9 mental health to shape stable and mature personalities and eventually,promotes the development of life.College students5 mental health course should be integrated with experiential teaching practice in the perspective of life education,so as to better improve the teaching effect and guide students to form a correct outlook of life.

Research on Situational Teaching of Junior Middle English Class from the Perspective of Life-orientation

The regression of instruction to life raises as a developmental tendency of course reform among the world. Emphasis on the connection between instruction and students' lives has become an important aspect of curriculum reform. The student learner's role and the development of students' potentials in their lives also have been emphasized; all these conceptions provide broad space for the implementation of life-orientation of instruction. Situational teaching emphasizes that students should be regarded as the nucleus of the class. Through acquiring knowledge by themselves, they can bear the knowledge in their mind and improve their communicating ability. The teaching activity should always obey the rule of students centered and teacher aided and make sure that the teaching atmosphere can be kept in an authentic situation. And the most important thing that will be talked about is how to apply situational teaching in Junior Middle English Class.

Production-teaching-research of a Commercial Aircraft Corporation in the Chinese Industry Chain

For the future development of a commercial aircraft corporation, this paper focused on the research and technological innovation model in an industrial chain and explored how to promote the sustainable development of technological innovation on the basis of the Chinese aviation industry. Prevalence of Dyspareunia and Its Effect on Sexual Life among Gynaecological Clinic Attendees in Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital Abakaliki, Nigeria

Introduction: Dyspareunia is one of the most common complaints in gynae-cologic practice with tremendous effect on both quality of life and sexual rela-tionship of women. Objectives: To determine the prevalence of dyspareunia and its effect on sexual life among gynaecology clinic attendees in Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on consenting participants between 12th May 2016 and 25th July 2016. Anonymous self-administered questionnaires were used collection information on dyspareunia and its effect on sexual life at the Gynaecology clinic. The data was analyzed using Epiinfo version 7.1.5. Results: One hundred and four (104) women participated in this study. Most of the women studied were Igbos (95.19%), and were mainly between the age ranges of 21 - 30 years (66.35%). Most of them were married (89.42%), and were also mainly of the Pentecostal denomination (40.78%). The mean age at coitarche was 20.6 ± 3.95 years. Prevalence of dyspareunia was 36% and only 16% sought medical help. The various responses to dyspareunia were avoidance of sex 11%, reduced frequency of intercourse 8%, less desire for sex 19%, while majority of women with dyspareunia tolerated it (62%). Conclusion: The prevalence of dyspareunia is high in our society afflicting young women in their reproductive years with associated enormous stress on their sexual life.

Phase Wise Supply Chain Model of EOQ with Normal Life Time for Queued Customers: A Computational Approach

In this paper, we mainly aim to compute the optimal inventory in the phase wise supply chain for queued customers in the interval of lower and upper bounds with particular life of the items. Important performance measures such as total optimal cost of the system and total expected delivery have also been computed by applying the dynamic programming and Drichlet theorem. Finally, numerical demonstration and sensitivity analysis have also been presented to gain the better perspective of the model.

A Study of the Bullwhip Effect for Short Life Cycle Products in Supply Chain Management

Shorter product life cycles present new dressed in supply chain literature. Improving the Performance of Urban Waste Management Systems in the Context of a Closed-Loop Supply Chain

The saving of non-renewable energies, as well as the reduction of emissions into the environment, are two crucial objectives of industrial production. The recovery of post-consumer products associated with the use of end-of-life products is part of a context of optimization of these objectives. This recovery maximizes the use of resources from end-of-life products in a circular logic while recording the environmental footprint. This study considers a recycling strategy adapted to the need and urgency to reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by global warming. The proposed model aims to optimize the profits of the circular manufacturing strategies while minimizing operational costs (collection, sorting, recycling), transport, GHG emissions and recycling. In this paper, a compromise between the gains of CM and the costs associated with it was studied. The robustness of the designed model was tested using a case study based on real-world scenarios. A sensitivity analysis was carried out to study the impact of the emission cost on the overall objective, considering the two options currently offered to industries. The obtained results support companies to take the ecological aspect into account and integrate sustainable development into their strategic axes for their logistics supply chains.

Study on Teaching Method of BIM Technology in Universities

With the extensive rise of BIM technology, universities at home and abroad have carried out BIM teaching. There is no effective teaching model in China, because the curriculum is independent or requires higher teaching conditions. Foreign teaching carried out a long time, has more experienced experience. The main teaching models are: BIM teaching in a single course, BIM teaching in a series of courses, and BIM teaching in integrated design studio. We draw lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries, and put forward three suggestions for the teaching method of BIM course to universities in our country: design course teaching Integrating BIM information flow, multi-professional integrated teaching and life cycle simulation teaching.

Ecological Classroom Model for Vocabulary Teaching Based on Markov Chain

This paper explores the current English vocabulary teaching classroom based on an eco-linguistic perspective and the Markov chain,points out the ecological imbalance in the English vocabulary classroom,and proposes measures to solve the problem and strategies to build an ecological English vocabulary learning classroom,in order to provide some reference for future English vocabulary curriculum reform and curriculum design.In this paper,a random sample of 20 students from each class was taken from an advanced arts class and an advanced science class.The results show that after a semester of teaching process,the overall English scores of the arts and science classes improved,and since,the arts classes improved more and the teachers’teaching quality was better.

Second Life教育应用的现状、问题与趋势

当前,以Second Life为代表的三维虚拟世界在教育领域的应用尝试愈来愈广泛,显示出重要的特定价值。本文采用文献调研的方法对Second Life教育应用的现状进行了归纳与梳理,分析了Second Life应用于教育实践所面临的问题,指出其教育应用的未来发展趋向。Second life的教育应用实践表现出如下特点:学科教学种类呈现多样性,广泛应用于语言、天文、医学、商业、艺术设计、历史等学科的教学;教学实践形式呈现多元化,包括虚拟课堂、远程教学、教学实验、技能训练、虚拟图书馆等;教学对象年龄呈现层次性,针对成年人和青少年设置了不同的系统版本;教学活动设计呈现创造性,提供创造工具,并且以创造物的所有权保护政策激励参与者创作。然而Second Life教育应用面临的问题包括:支持系统流畅运行的硬件配置要求高;教学应用的土地需要支付一定的费用;用户的技术认知负荷高,对掌握Second Life操作技术的需求强烈;用户的创造力不足,支持教育教学活动的资源匮乏;道德缺失与法律监管不力等。未来,Second Life教育应用的发展需要在技术方面,突破技术瓶颈,为用户构建流畅的应用体验;在用户方面,提升师生的应用技能,培养师生的创新意识,为教学提供更多的优质资源;在教学方面,关注主体的差异,为学生提供个性化的教学。

Carbon Footprint in Meat Production and Supply Chains

All human activities, including food production, are potentially sources of greenhouse gases （GHG） emissions. In order to provide a better understanding of how to mitigate the GHG emissions, an inventory based on different beef supply chains in the United Kingdom and in Brazil was carried out. The carbon footprint of the beef systems was calculated based on the life cycle assessment methodology. Total emissions per kg of bone-free meat were calculated at being 33.85, 33.99 and 45.17 kg of CO2e-100/kg for UK1, UK2 and Brazil farm units, respectively. Based on an average potential for carbon sequestration rate at the proportion of 12：44 for C：CO2 conversion for well managed grasslands, there is a potential sequestration of 1,980 kg of CO2/ha/year. Improved Attribute Chain Sampling Plan for Darna Distribution

Recently,the Darna distribution has been introduced as a new lifetime distribution.The two-parameter Darna distribution represents is a mixture of two well-known gamma and exponential distributions.A manufacturer or an engineer of products conducts life testing to examine whether the quality level of products meets the customer’s requirements,such as reliability or the minimum lifetime.In this article,an attribute modified chain sampling inspection plan based on the time truncated life test is proposed for items whose lifetime follows the Darna distribution.The plan parameters,including the sample size,the acceptance number,and the past lot result of the proposed sampling plan,are determined with the help of the two-point approach considering the acceptable quality level(AQL)and the limiting quality level(LQL).The plan parameters and the corresponding operating characteristic functions of a new plan are provided in tabular form for various Darna distribution parameters.Also,a few illustrated examples are presented for various distribution parameters.The usefulness of the proposed attribute modified chain sampling plan is investigated using two real failure time datasets.The results indicate that the proposed sampling plan can reduce the sample size when the termination ratio increases for fixed values of the producer’s risk and acceptance number.Hence,the proposed attribute modified chain sampling inspection plan is recommended to practitioners in the field.
