Acting as an important driving force for the change of the regional land use,the change of industrial structure also has some influences on the ecological environment.The assessment and mechanism analysis of these influences will be beneficial to the sustainable development of regional economy and the im- provement of relationships between man and earth.Taking Chuzhou City in Anhui Province as an example,on the basis of a qualitative analysis of the influence of the development of differ- ent industry on the regional ecological environment,this paper builds the influence factor of industrial structure on natural envi- ronment and the influence index of industrial structure on natural environment,makes a quantitative assessment of the change of the industrial structure and its comprehensive influences on the eco- logical environment in the Chuzhou City from 1974 to 1995. Studies show that,during the analysed period,Chuzhou City's industrial structure has changed markedly,having undergone two transformations.The influence of industrial structure on natural environment from 1974 to 1995 increased as a whole,while from 1996 to 2004,the influence of industrial structure on natural en- vironment decreased year-on-year.These changes indicate that the regional change of industrial structure results in better ecological effects.Finally,we propose appropriate regulatory measures ac- cording to our research results. 展开更多

The intensive growth effect of industrial structure change has the meaning of sustainable development. This paper reviews and explains the theory on the contribution of industrial structure change to sustainable development, builds the calculation model through introducing the coeff icient of industrial structure change, makes an empirical study on the contribution of industrial structure change to sustainable development in Fujian, and puts forward ways and policies of optimizing industrial structure both among industries and inside the industry in the process of industrial structure change. 展开更多

[Result]The impact of changes in industrial structure on ecological environment in Shaanxi Province was moderate,but later changes in industrial structure had greater influences on ecological environment than before. The microscopic structure change rule in high speed steel (HSS) after an additional cryogenic treatment was studied in this paper. Highly dispersed nano-carbide (η-Fe2 C) separated from tempering martensite was found distributed on twin planes of marten-site and dislocation places. Retained austenite was found sheared into martensite and nano-carbide separated at the same time. In addition, the tempering martensite was fine-grained. The stated changes of HSS evidently improve the lifespan of HSS cutter and fully show the advantages of nano-structure. The cryogenic treatment of HSS also improves the roughness of HSS cutter (decrease Ra number by about 50%) and greatly increases the wear resistance of HSS cutter. Further experiments on the wear characteristic of HSS cutter supported the findings mentioned above. The stated HSS treatment technology would implement nano-structure of traditional tool steel through phase change. It could be a new method to improve the performance of HSS cutter. 展开更多

Reduction of carbon dioxide(CO2)emissions is one of the biggest challenges for global sustainable development,in which economic growth characterized by industrialization plays a formidable role.We innovatively adopted the input and output(I-O)table of 41 countries released by World I-O Database to determine the industrial structure change and analyze its impact on CO2 emission evolution by developing a cross-country panel model.The empirical results show that industrial structure change has a significantly negative effect on CO2 emissions;to be specific,0.1 unit increase in the linkage of manufacturing sector and service sector will lead to a decrease of 0.94 metric tons per capita CO2 emissions,indicating that upgrading industrial structure contributes to carbon mitigation and sustainable development.Further,urbanization,technology and trade openness have significantly negative impact on CO2 emissions,while economy growth and energy use take positive impacts.In particular,a 1%increase in per capita income will contribute to an increase of 8.6 metric tons per capita CO2 emissions.However,the effect of industrial structure on environment degradation is moderated by technology level.These findings fill the gaps of previous literature and provide valuable references for effective policies to mitigate CO2 emissions and achieve sustainable development. 展开更多

Greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions in China have aroused much interest, and not least in recent evidence of their reduction. Our intent is to place that reduction in a larger context, that of the process of industrialization. A lengthy time perspective is combined with a cross-sectional approach-China plus five other countries-and addressed through two general models. The findings are salutary. First, they suggest that a diversified economic structure is consistent with diminished intensity in energy use. Secondly, and the obverse of the first, they imply that a diversified energy structure promotes reductions in CO2 emissions. Finally, one is led inevitably to the conclusion that, together, the findings point to a path for countries to transform their economies while at the same time undertaking to drastically moderate their energy use, switching from a pattern of heavy carbon emissions to one in which lighter carbon emissions prevail. The implications of such findings for environmental management are enormous. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the impacts and effects of China’s growth of the three industries and price structural change on the real GDP growth rate.First of all,it presents a new accounting method for decomposing growth rates on the basis of existing accounting method for decomposing growth rates.By using this method,we can identify the impacts and effects of structural changes on the growth rate.The paper uses a new decomposition method to recalculate China’s industry-based real GDP growth rates between 1952 and 2019,focuses on the driving effect of growth of the three industries on the real GDP growth,and the impacts of price structural change on GDP growth rate and the contributin of the growth of the three industries on GDP growth rate.By analysis,this paper shows that between 1952 and 2019 China’s economic growth was mainly driven by the secondary industry,which had contributed to the economic growth by over 50%,the role of the tertiary industry in driving economic growth rose,but that of the secondary industry declined over the time;in the short run,the overall effect of the price structural changes of the three industries has a little impact on the economic growth,but the price change of each industry has strong effects,and the price structural change has signifi cantly changed the effect of the growth of the three industries on the real economic growth;in the long term,the price structural change plays a relatively big hindering effect on economic growth due to the Baumol’s cost disease. 展开更多

Through comparing the greatness that each factor influences the economic growth of Sichuan, the paper takes system changes as leading factor to influence the economic growth during 1984-2003 of Sichuan. The voluminous stratospheric non-rigid airship is very sensitive to the external thermal environment.The temperature change of internal gas caused by the variation in the external ther-mal environment and wind speed will lead to a change in the shape and buoyancy of the airship,thereby affecting its flight control.The traditional static analysis method is difficult to accurately reflect this fuid-thermal-structural coupling process.In this paper,the iterative analysis method was established for the fluid-thermal-structural coupling effect of stratospheric non-rigid airship based on the models of fluid,thermal,and structural deformation.Considering the load such as the internal thermal effect and external flow field of the airship,the simulation of the thermo-induced structural deformation effect was conducted using Fluent and Abaqus software.The influ-ence of local time and external wind speed on the structural deformation,volume,and equilibrium altitude of the airship was analyzed.The results demonstrate that,at low wind speed,the influence of aerodynamic pressure on the deformation of the airship is negligible.However,a great amount of heat is carried away by the wind,then the structural deformation caused by internal and external pressure difference is alleviated and the equilibrium altitude of the airship change obviously.This can serve as a guideline for the design and flight test of the long-endurance stratospheric non-rigid airship. 展开更多

在150℃烘箱中对3种不同纺丝工艺即常规工艺(A)、提高喷丝头拉伸倍数(B)、提高喷丝头拉伸倍数并降低第二级拉伸倍数(C)制备的涤纶工业丝试样F-A、F-B、F-C进行30~120 d热处理,研究纺丝工艺及热处理时间对涤纶工业丝乙二醇链段构象的影响... 在150℃烘箱中对3种不同纺丝工艺即常规工艺(A)、提高喷丝头拉伸倍数(B)、提高喷丝头拉伸倍数并降低第二级拉伸倍数(C)制备的涤纶工业丝试样F-A、F-B、F-C进行30~120 d热处理,研究纺丝工艺及热处理时间对涤纶工业丝乙二醇链段构象的影响,以此考察涤纶工业丝的聚集态结构变化。结果表明:提高喷丝头拉伸倍数促使纤维中乙二醇链段的旁式构象向反式构象转变,降低第二级拉伸倍数不足以破坏纤维的原有结构;喷丝头拉伸倍数从109.62提高到120.00,试样的乙二醇链段反式构象相对含量(X_(t))从23.37%增加至29.00%,结晶度(X_(c))从43.04%降至42.57%;第二级拉伸倍数从3.389降至3.200,试样的X_(t)从29.00%增加至41.73%,X_(c)从42.57%提高至45.44%;对于F-A与F-C试样,随着热处理时间的延长,试样的X_(t)及X_(c)均先增加后下降,均在热处理90 d时出现最大值;而对于F-B试样,随着热处理时间的延长,试样的X_(t)及X_(c)均逐渐增大,在热处理120 d时分别达到64.90%与63.36%。 展开更多

在全面建设现代化产业体系过程中,充分挖掘人口资源优势对中国经济转型的影响作用至关重要。文章利用中国30个省份的面板数据,实证分析了2000—2021年劳动要素在中国经济中的贡献作用与门槛特征。结果表明:在中国经济增长过程中,人口红... 在全面建设现代化产业体系过程中,充分挖掘人口资源优势对中国经济转型的影响作用至关重要。文章利用中国30个省份的面板数据,实证分析了2000—2021年劳动要素在中国经济中的贡献作用与门槛特征。结果表明:在中国经济增长过程中,人口红利与教育红利长期存在,教育红利一直是促进中国经济增长的主要动力因素;而在产业结构变迁过程中,人口红利的波动特征更为明显,人口红利与教育红利随着产业合理化水平的提升而减弱,随着产业高级化的推进而增强。由此提出,要在优化产业结构的同时稳定人口增长速度,促进教育人力资本的持续提升以及农村劳动力的合理流动。 展开更多
