The results show that, under conditions that the total noise power is always the same, regardless of point source, surface noise source, or body noise source, the corresponding noise attenuation trend along the mine laneway and attenuation curve shape are basically the same. However, the attenuation velocity corresponding to complex stereo noise source is slower than single point source and the noise pressure value is higher than the single point source. The actual noise of measured values is close to the theoretical value or, say, there is little error for complex stereo noise source, whereas the error to single point source and surface noise is higher, respectively.展开更多

Methods: Patients with T1-T2 oral and orophar...Introduction: To investigate the possible role of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) to upstage the N0 neck in patients with oral and oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Patients with T1-T2 oral and oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma accessible to injection and staged N0 into the neck by palaption and CTscan were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent regular follow-up to identify possible recurrence. Results: A sentine lymph node biopsy was performed by 21 consecutive patients. 4 of the 21 patients were upstaged by SNLB. There was a mean follow-up of 31 months. Two patients developed subsequent disease after having been staging by SLNB, respectively negative in one case and positive in the other case. Tumor site, the staging of the primary tumor, presence of ulceration, tumor thickness were the same in the upstaged initially N0 patients. Conclusions: Sentinel lymph node biopsy can be used to upstage the N0 neck patients in perhaps well defined patients.展开更多

Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) was used to examine the diversity and temporal-spatial characteristics of eukaryotic microorganisms with different altitudes and depths. Results show that the eukaryotic microorganisms belong to four kingdoms--Viridiplantae, Fungi, Amoebozoa, and Alveolata. Among them, algae (especially Chlamydomonadales) were the dominant group. The diversity of eukaryotic microorganisms was negatively correlated with altitude and accumulation time, but positively correlated with 8180 values. These results indicate that temperature is the main factor for the temporal-spatial change of eukaryotic microorganisms, and the diversity of eukaryotic microorganisms could be an index for climate and environmental change.展开更多

The research's results show that the top coal displacement on the top of FMTC face is apparently larger than those of the middle and the bottom, the top coal begins to move in the front of the face's wall, and the sub-level top coal-rock moves ahead of the low-level top coal-rock, the vertical displacement of top coal-rock increases gradually as the decreasing of distance to face Top coal and overlying strata in vertical direction are always in compressed state in the front of face, then the top coal begins to separate from the overlying strata at the upside of face. The support loading at face is mainly the deformation pressure due to top coal and main roof's movement, and it is not suitable for the FMTC face with traditional support design. Surrounding rock movement of the face is of near-field effect, the surrounding rock deformation is acute greatly near to the face, the ideas of supporting design for the tailentry and headentry should be changed from loading control to deformation control.展开更多

In this study, the theoretical models of the lubricant flow and depletion are deduced based on Navier-Stokes (NS) and continuity equations. The air bearing pressure on the surface of the lubrication film is solved by the modified Reynolds equation based on Fukui and Kaneko (FK) model. Then the lubricant film deformations for a plane slider and double-track slider are obtained. The equation of lubricant film thickness is deduced with the consideration of van der Waals force, the air bearing pressure, the surface tension, and the external stresses. The lubricant depletion under heat source is simulated and the effects of different working conditions including initial thickness, flying height and the speed of the disk on lubricant depletion are discussed. The main factors that cause the lubricant flow and depletion are analyzed and the ways to reduce the film thickness deformation are proposed. The simulation results indicate that the shearing stress is the most important factor that causes the thickness deformation and other terms listed in the equation have little influence. The thickness deformation is dependent on the working parameter, and the thermal condition evaporation is the most important factor.展开更多

Different factors, including the three different types, contact...A novel specific type of worm drive, so-called end face engagement worm gear(EFEWD), is originally presented to minimize or overcome the gear backlash. Different factors, including the three different types, contact curves, tooth profile, lubrication angle and the induced normal curvature are taken into account to investigate the meshing characteristics and create the profile of a novel specific type of worm drive through mathematical models and theoretical analysis. The tooth of the worm wheel is very specific with the sine-shaped tooth which is located at the alveolus of the worm and the tooth profile of a worm is generated by the meshing movement of the worm wheel with the sine-shaped tooth, but just the end face of the worm(with three different typical meshing types) is adapted to meshing, and therefore an extraordinary manufacturing methods is used to generate the profile of the end face engagement worm. The research results indicates that the bearing contacts of the generated conjugate hourglass worm gear set are in line contacts, with certain advantages of no-backlash, high precision and high operating efficiency over other gears and gear systems besides the end face engagement worm gear drive may improve bearing contact, reduce the level of transmission errors and lessen the sensitivity to errors of alignment. Also, the end face engagement worm can be easily made with superior meshing and lubrication performance compared with the conventional techniques. In particular, the meshing and lubrication performance of the end face engagement worm gear by using the end face to meshing can be increased over 10% and 7%, respectively. This investigate is expect to provide a new insight on the design of the future no-backlash worm drive for industry.展开更多

The effects of strata movement,advancing velocity of working face,production capacity of working face and gas extraction capability of strike high-level entry on gas emission at K8206 working face were analyzed. A regression equation,reflecting the relationship between relative gas emission rate and the production capacity of work-ing faces,was established. Another regression equation showing the relationship between the gas emission rate from adjacent layers when the working face was advancing for one metre and advancing velocity was derived. It can be con-cluded that,1) the amount of gas emitted at the K8206 working face is far greater than that of ordinary top coal caving faces with a dip length of 180-190 m; 2) the dynamic process of gas emission from adjacent layers during the initial mining stage is controlled by the movement of key strata; 3) the amount of gas emitted that needs to be forced out by air is greatly affected by the capability of gas extraction; 4) when the advancing velocity is between 3.5-5.5 m/d or when the output is up to 8-12 kt/d,the gas emission from adjacent layers is almost constant.展开更多

Moreover, the human thermal comfort and the air quality of the heading face were analyzed with PMV-PPD and mean age of air indices, which received an intuitive visualization and accurate evaluation results. In order to create a safe, comfortable, and economical underground operating environment, a scientific, rational, and comprehensive prediction and evaluation needed to provide a theoretical and technical basis for coal mine ventilation, cooling, heat harm treatment, and prevention. Meanwhile, from the human thermal comfort and air quality to research the underground environment, it embodied the concept of being human oriented.展开更多
Full face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM) has been widely used in hard rock tunnels, however, there are few published theory about cutter-head design, and the design criteria of cutter-head under complex geological ...Full face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM) has been widely used in hard rock tunnels, however, there are few published theory about cutter-head design, and the design criteria of cutter-head under complex geological is not clear yet. To deal with the complex relationship among geological parameters, cutter parameters, and operating parameters during tunneling processes, a cutter-head load model is established by using CSM(Colorado school of mines) prediction model. Force distribution on cutter-head under a certain geology is calculated with the new established load model, and result shows that inner cutters bear more force than outer cutters, combining with disc cutters abrasion; a general principle of disc cutters' layout design is proposed. Within the model, the relationship among rock uniaxial compressive strength(UCS), penetration and thrust on cutter-head are analyzed, and the results shows that with increasing penetration, cutter thrust increases, but the growth rate slows and higher penetration makes lower special energy(SE). Finally, a fitting mathematical model of ZT(ratio of cutter-head torque and thrust) and penetration is established, and verified by TB880 E, which can be used to direct how to set thrust and torque on cutter-head. When penetration is small, the cutter-head thrust is the main limiting factor in tunneling; when the penetration is large, cutter-head torque is the major limiting factor in tunneling. Based on the new cutter-head load model, thrust and torque characteristics of TBM further are researched and a new way for cutter-head layout design and TBM tunneling operations is proposed.展开更多
The multistage face gears are the core component of the planetary gear train,which is symmetrically meshed by multiple single-stage face gear and multiple cylindrical gears.However,it is difficult to synchronize the c...The multistage face gears are the core component of the planetary gear train,which is symmetrically meshed by multiple single-stage face gear and multiple cylindrical gears.However,it is difficult to synchronize the contact between face gears and cylindrical gear due to the tooth number differences.Thus,the interference problems between two stages and big stress concentration are obvious.The crown surface configuration technology and structure design were introduced to optimize the meshing condition.To improve the double crown design feasibility and meshing stability,it is necessary to establish a reasonable multistage face gears pair simulation model to evaluate various influence factors on the contact condition and quasi-static characteristics of multistage face gears structure.The relevant scatter plots are fitted by comparing the contact results with different crown quantities and friction coefficients to intuitively obtain the variation regularity of maximum deformation,maximum strain,maximum stress and maximum strain energy.The natural frequency and mode coefficient are also determined by modal analysis under these two conditions.All the above mentioned studies verified the contact conjugate properties of double crown surface configuration were suitable.The results can provide a foundation for structure optimization and transmission reliability of multistage face gears.展开更多

Methods: We searched PubMed, MEDLINE, BioMed, and EMbase databases for studies that assessed the association between clinicopathological and prognostic significance and CTCs in patients with head and neck cancer. Studies obtained from search strategy were screened using pre-specified criteria, and necessary data were retrieved for meta-analysis. Results: Seventeen studies with 816 patients were eligible for combined analysis. Presence of CTCs in peripheral blood was significantly associated with N stage (OR 0.50, 95%CI [0.30, 0.81], n = 10, P = 0.005). Patients in the high-CTC group were significantly associated with poorer disease-free survival (DFS;HR = 1.73, 95%CI [1.01 - 2.96], P = 0.050) and poorer overall survival (OS;HR = 2.53, 95%CI [1.37 - 4.69] P = 0.003). Further analyses indicated strong prognostic powers of CTCs in non-RT-PCR group and pre-treatment group. The head has two milling cutters, which are connected by a pair of gears and rotate in opposite direction respectively. Both up-cut and down-cut can be carried out simultaneously by t hese milling cutters. The each depth of cut, the ratio of up/down cutting depth , by these cutters can be also selected. The cutting force characteristics were experimentally discussed by changing the ratio. The cutting force and its locus can be also changed by the selection of the ratio of up/down cutting depth. For practical usage of the head the analytical prediction method of the cutting forc e characteristics under selected cutting condition was proposed based on the ene rgy approach method proposed, in which both of cutting force characteristics of a single milling cutter and the combined milling cutter under a selected up/dow n cutting depth ratio were analytically estimated based on the two dimensional c utting data. It was experimentally shown that in NC milling machine the cutting force locus was controlled in pre-determined direction under various tool paths .展开更多

The research's results show that the top coal displacement on the top of FMTC face is apparently larger than those of the middle and the bottom, the top coal begins to move in the front of the face's wall, and the sub-level top coal-rock moves ahead of the low-level top coal-rock, the vertical displacement of top coal-rock increases gradually as the decreasing of distance to face Top coal and overlying strata in vertical direction are always in compressed state in the front of face, then the top coal begins to separate from the overlying strata at the upside of face. The support loading at face is mainly the deformation pressure due to top coal and main roof's movement, and it is not suitable for the FMTC face with traditional support design. Surrounding rock movement of the face is of near-field effect, the surrounding rock deformation is acute greatly near to the face, the ideas of supporting design for the tailentry and headentry should be changed from loading control to deformation control.
文摘This paper investigates experimentally the deformation characteristics of the mono strand anchor head used in prestressed concrete bridge. Since the strains measurable in the anchor head are the axial and hoop strains, the deformation characteristics of the anchor head are examined by measuring these strains at various positions and according to the jacking force exerted on the pre-stressing strand. Moreover, the possibility to estimate the jacking force acting in the tendon based upon the measured strains and the corresponding error are evaluated.
文摘The results of water sample analyses and investigation in the head area of the Changjiang River reveal that the characteristics of hydrochemistry of the river vary with drainage basins. In the drainage basin of the Tuotuo River, the mineral concentration of water is generally high, ions of Cl and Na+ are obviously dominant. The water tends to be salty, and the type of hydrochemistry is rather complex. In the drainage basin of the Dam River, the mineral concentration is mainly in a low and middle level, ions of HCO3- and Ca2+ are higher than others, and the type of hydrochemistry is relatively simple. The ground water in deep layers plays an important role in recharging surface water, and the stable recharging results in little change in chemical composition of surface water.

文摘The characteristics of lubricant film at head/disk interface (HDI) are essential to the stability of hard disk drives. In this study, the theoretical models of the lubricant flow and depletion are deduced based on Navier-Stokes (NS) and continuity equations. The air bearing pressure on the surface of the lubrication film is solved by the modified Reynolds equation based on Fukui and Kaneko (FK) model. Then the lubricant film deformations for a plane slider and double-track slider are obtained. The equation of lubricant film thickness is deduced with the consideration of van der Waals force, the air bearing pressure, the surface tension, and the external stresses. The lubricant depletion under heat source is simulated and the effects of different working conditions including initial thickness, flying height and the speed of the disk on lubricant depletion are discussed. The main factors that cause the lubricant flow and depletion are analyzed and the ways to reduce the film thickness deformation are proposed. The simulation results indicate that the shearing stress is the most important factor that causes the thickness deformation and other terms listed in the equation have little influence. The thickness deformation is dependent on the working parameter, and the thermal condition evaporation is the most important factor.
文摘Maize head smut is a worldwide disease, widely occurred in most maize fields. The disease had occurred in large area in the late 1970s, and became a limiting factor restricting the improvement of maize yield and total yield in China. After efforts of several generations of agricultural scientific workers, the symp- toms, pathogen, infection pathway, infection conditions, infection regularity and resistance genetic law of maize head smut have been studied. This paper introduces the incidence symptoms, pathogen sources, infection pathway, infection conditions, and physiological races of maize head smut, and put forwards the corresponding prevention measures, such as crop rotation, selection of resistant varieties, seed dressing, soil treatment with fungicides, promoting seedling emergence and strengthening field management.

文摘In order to improve the thermal environment of high-temperature heading face,moisture content of supply air is reduced by dehumidification, and the relative humidity ofenvironment air of the heading face is also decreased.First, according to the coefficient ofperformance of dehumidifier, the capacity of dehumidification was calculated.Second, inthe engineering example of the heading face, quantitative changes of WBGT (Wet BulbGlobe Temperature) were compared between with dehumidification and without dehumidification.Based on WBGT standards, the thermal comfort of high-temperature environmentof heading face was evaluated between with dehumidification and without handling.Reducingthe relative humidity of airflow through dehumidification, the thermal comfort of ahigh-temperature environment of heading face can improve greatly.Even if dry bulb temperatureof airflow is not decreased, the thermal comfort of heading face environment isalso improved to some extent.

文摘A novel specific type of worm drive, so-called end face engagement worm gear(EFEWD), is originally presented to minimize or overcome the gear backlash. Different factors, including the three different types, contact curves, tooth profile, lubrication angle and the induced normal curvature are taken into account to investigate the meshing characteristics and create the profile of a novel specific type of worm drive through mathematical models and theoretical analysis. The tooth of the worm wheel is very specific with the sine-shaped tooth which is located at the alveolus of the worm and the tooth profile of a worm is generated by the meshing movement of the worm wheel with the sine-shaped tooth, but just the end face of the worm(with three different typical meshing types) is adapted to meshing, and therefore an extraordinary manufacturing methods is used to generate the profile of the end face engagement worm. The research results indicates that the bearing contacts of the generated conjugate hourglass worm gear set are in line contacts, with certain advantages of no-backlash, high precision and high operating efficiency over other gears and gear systems besides the end face engagement worm gear drive may improve bearing contact, reduce the level of transmission errors and lessen the sensitivity to errors of alignment. Also, the end face engagement worm can be easily made with superior meshing and lubrication performance compared with the conventional techniques. In particular, the meshing and lubrication performance of the end face engagement worm gear by using the end face to meshing can be increased over 10% and 7%, respectively. This investigate is expect to provide a new insight on the design of the future no-backlash worm drive for industry.

文摘In order to analyze the influence of setting error of tool on both tooth profile and contact characteristic of orthogonal face gear drive,the coordinate systems with and without setting error are established.Moreover,the equations of tooth profile and contact points of face gear drive are derived by envelope principle.According to the equations,the change of tooth profile and the contact points position on face gear are analyzed.The tooth surface and contact points are obtained by numerical simulation.Results show that the tooth profile and contact characteristic of face gear drive are not sensitive to the setting error of tool.

文摘Characteristics of gas emission at the K8206 working face in the Third mine of the Yangquan Coal Group were investigated. The effects of strata movement,advancing velocity of working face,production capacity of working face and gas extraction capability of strike high-level entry on gas emission at K8206 working face were analyzed. A regression equation,reflecting the relationship between relative gas emission rate and the production capacity of work-ing faces,was established. Another regression equation showing the relationship between the gas emission rate from adjacent layers when the working face was advancing for one metre and advancing velocity was derived. It can be con-cluded that,1) the amount of gas emitted at the K8206 working face is far greater than that of ordinary top coal caving faces with a dip length of 180-190 m; 2) the dynamic process of gas emission from adjacent layers during the initial mining stage is controlled by the movement of key strata; 3) the amount of gas emitted that needs to be forced out by air is greatly affected by the capability of gas extraction; 4) when the advancing velocity is between 3.5-5.5 m/d or when the output is up to 8-12 kt/d,the gas emission from adjacent layers is almost constant.

文摘Based on κ-ε turbulence model, the distributions of the velocity field, tempera- ture field, thermal comfort index, PMV-PPD (Predicted Mean Vote-Predicted Percentage Dissatisfied), and air quality index, mean age of air were obtained of Zhouyuanshan Coal Mine in -650 m level of a heading face by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)software, Airpak 2.0. Moreover, the human thermal comfort and the air quality of the heading face were analyzed with PMV-PPD and mean age of air indices, which received an intuitive visualization and accurate evaluation results. In order to create a safe, comfortable, and economical underground operating environment, a scientific, rational, and comprehensive prediction and evaluation needed to provide a theoretical and technical basis for coal mine ventilation, cooling, heat harm treatment, and prevention. Meanwhile, from the human thermal comfort and air quality to research the underground environment, it embodied the concept of being human oriented.

文摘Full face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM) has been widely used in hard rock tunnels, however, there are few published theory about cutter-head design, and the design criteria of cutter-head under complex geological is not clear yet. To deal with the complex relationship among geological parameters, cutter parameters, and operating parameters during tunneling processes, a cutter-head load model is established by using CSM(Colorado school of mines) prediction model. Force distribution on cutter-head under a certain geology is calculated with the new established load model, and result shows that inner cutters bear more force than outer cutters, combining with disc cutters abrasion; a general principle of disc cutters' layout design is proposed. Within the model, the relationship among rock uniaxial compressive strength(UCS), penetration and thrust on cutter-head are analyzed, and the results shows that with increasing penetration, cutter thrust increases, but the growth rate slows and higher penetration makes lower special energy(SE). Finally, a fitting mathematical model of ZT(ratio of cutter-head torque and thrust) and penetration is established, and verified by TB880 E, which can be used to direct how to set thrust and torque on cutter-head. When penetration is small, the cutter-head thrust is the main limiting factor in tunneling; when the penetration is large, cutter-head torque is the major limiting factor in tunneling. Based on the new cutter-head load model, thrust and torque characteristics of TBM further are researched and a new way for cutter-head layout design and TBM tunneling operations is proposed.

文摘The multistage face gears are the core component of the planetary gear train,which is symmetrically meshed by multiple single-stage face gear and multiple cylindrical gears.However,it is difficult to synchronize the contact between face gears and cylindrical gear due to the tooth number differences.Thus,the interference problems between two stages and big stress concentration are obvious.The crown surface configuration technology and structure design were introduced to optimize the meshing condition.To improve the double crown design feasibility and meshing stability,it is necessary to establish a reasonable multistage face gears pair simulation model to evaluate various influence factors on the contact condition and quasi-static characteristics of multistage face gears structure.The relevant scatter plots are fitted by comparing the contact results with different crown quantities and friction coefficients to intuitively obtain the variation regularity of maximum deformation,maximum strain,maximum stress and maximum strain energy.The natural frequency and mode coefficient are also determined by modal analysis under these two conditions.All the above mentioned studies verified the contact conjugate properties of double crown surface configuration were suitable.The results can provide a foundation for structure optimization and transmission reliability of multistage face gears.

文摘Purpose: The aim of the study was to evaluate the association between clinicopathological and prognostic significance and circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in patients with head and neck cancer. Methods: We searched PubMed, MEDLINE, BioMed, and EMbase databases for studies that assessed the association between clinicopathological and prognostic significance and CTCs in patients with head and neck cancer. Studies obtained from search strategy were screened using pre-specified criteria, and necessary data were retrieved for meta-analysis. Results: Seventeen studies with 816 patients were eligible for combined analysis. Presence of CTCs in peripheral blood was significantly associated with N stage (OR 0.50, 95%CI [0.30, 0.81], n = 10, P = 0.005). Patients in the high-CTC group were significantly associated with poorer disease-free survival (DFS;HR = 1.73, 95%CI [1.01 - 2.96], P = 0.050) and poorer overall survival (OS;HR = 2.53, 95%CI [1.37 - 4.69] P = 0.003). Further analyses indicated strong prognostic powers of CTCs in non-RT-PCR group and pre-treatment group. Conclusion: Our meta-analysis indicates that presence of CTCs is associated with higher N stage and poorer prognosis in patients with head and neck cancer. 文摘In order to control cutting force and its direction i n milling operation, a new milling head was developed. The head has two milling cutters, which are connected by a pair of gears and rotate in opposite direction respectively. Both up-cut and down-cut can be carried out simultaneously by t hese milling cutters. The each depth of cut, the ratio of up/down cutting depth , by these cutters can be also selected. The cutting force characteristics were experimentally discussed by changing the ratio. The cutting force and its locus can be also changed by the selection of the ratio of up/down cutting depth. For practical usage of the head the analytical prediction method of the cutting forc e characteristics under selected cutting condition was proposed based on the ene rgy approach method proposed, in which both of cutting force characteristics of a single milling cutter and the combined milling cutter under a selected up/dow n cutting depth ratio were analytically estimated based on the two dimensional c utting data. It was experimentally shown that in NC milling machine the cutting force locus was controlled in pre-determined direction under various tool paths .
