By using the meteorological data in the pollution boundary layer which was observed in two ground observation sites:coast and land in the river outlet area of Grand Liao River during January-February in 2007,the daily...By using the meteorological data in the pollution boundary layer which was observed in two ground observation sites:coast and land in the river outlet area of Grand Liao River during January-February in 2007,the daily change characteristics of pollute boundary layer in winter in the area were discussed. The results showed that the pollute boundary layer in the river outlet area of Grand Liao River was affected by the sea and land. In the certain weather condition,maybe the sea-land breeze appeared in the low altitude which was below 200 m in the coastal zone. The stability change in the different height in the coastal zone was more stable than in the land zone,and the wind field change in the area was mainly in 300 m low altitude. At night,the temperature inversion often appears in the area,and the thickness of temperature inversion layer is stably during 200-300 m. The thermal internal boundary layer penetrated deeply into the land about 10 km,and the height could reach 800 m. The atmospheric diffusion ability in the coastal area was weaker and stronger in the land area.展开更多

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of Elemene Injection in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 310 patients diagnosed with esophageal cancer from the Hoptital Information...Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of Elemene Injection in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 310 patients diagnosed with esophageal cancer from the Hoptital Information System(HIS)of 21 hospitals across the country were selected in the study,and these patients all had been treated with Elemene Injection.In this study,the clinical general medication record information,diagnosis scheme information,general treatment information and combined medications information were analyzed by frequency statistics and association rules.Results:Elemene Injection was used most in patients aged 46-65(177 cases,57.10%);male patients were more than female.Among the main diagnoses of the most seasons and solar terms in hospitalization,the top three diagnoses were esophageal malignant tumor,malignant tumor,and hypertension.In terms of combination medication,the combination of western medicine blood substitutes and perfusion fluids,general nutritional drugs,vitamins,antibacterial drugs,and immune-promoting drugs were the main ones;the combination of traditional Chinese medicine was mainly anti-tumor drugs(48.71%).In addition,among the combination medications,the highest frequency of Elemene Injection combined with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine were Xiaoaiping Injection(消癌平注射液)and ascorbic acid.Conclusion:The main susceptible people of esophageal cancer was middle-aged around 46-65,and there were more male patients than female;through the first diagnosis of western medicine,it can be found that in addition to patients suffering from esophageal cancer or other cancers,patients with high blood pressure,heart disease,and diabetes could use Elemene Injection.Therefore,when receiving such patients,attention should be paid to checking whether the patient had such diseases.At the same time,when using Elemene Injection,it's necessary to pay attention to certain combined medications to avoid adverse reactions.展开更多

It also contributes with a set of recommendations for the construction and maintenance of national lists of journals and book publishers.Design/methodology/approach: The study is based on analysis of previously published studies, policy papers, and reported experiences related to the construction and use of lists of scholarly publication channels. Findings: Several countries have systems for research funding and/or evaluation, that involve the use of national lists of scholarly publication channels(mainly journals and publishers). Typically, such lists are selective(do not include all scholarly or non-scholarly channels) and differentiated(distinguish between channels of different levels and quality). At the same time, most lists are embedded in a system that encompasses multiple or all disciplines. This raises the question how such lists can be organized and maintained to ensure that all relevant disciplines and all types of research are adequately represented. Research limitation: The conclusions and recommendations of the study are based on the authors' interpretation of a complex and sometimes controversial process with many different stakeholders involved.Practical implications: The recommendations and the related background information provided in this paper enable mutual learning that may feed into improvements in the construction and maintenance of national and other lists of scholarly publication channels in any geographical context. Education quality has undoubtedly become an important local and international benchmark for education,and an institute’s ranking is assessed based on the quality of education,research projects,theses,and dissertation...Education quality has undoubtedly become an important local and international benchmark for education,and an institute’s ranking is assessed based on the quality of education,research projects,theses,and dissertations,which has always been controversial.Hence,this research paper is influenced by the institutes ranking all over the world.The data of institutes are obtained through Google Scholar(GS),as input to investigate the United Kingdom’s Research Excellence Framework(UK-REF)process.For this purpose,the current research used a Bespoke Program to evaluate the institutes’ranking based on their source.The bespoke program requires changes to improve the results by addressing these methodological issues:Firstly,Redundant profiles,which increased their citation and rank to produce false results.Secondly,the exclusion of theses and dissertation documents to retrieve the actual publications to count for citations.Thirdly,the elimination of falsely owned articles from scholars’profiles.To accomplish this task,the experimental design referred to collecting data from 120 UK-REF institutes and GS for the present year to enhance its correlation analysis in this new evaluation.The data extracted from GS is processed into structured data,and afterward,it is utilized to generate statistical computations of citations’analysis that contribute to the ranking based on their citations.The research promoted the predictive approach of correlational research.Furthermore,experimental evaluation reported encouraging results in comparison to the previous modi-fication made by the proposed taxonomy.This paper discussed the limitations of the current evaluation and suggested the potential paths to improve the research impact algorithm.展开更多

The main results are as follows :(1) The source of organic matter, mechanism of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion, and key factors affecting shale oil abundance;(2) The types and structural characteristics of the reservoir and their contribution to porosity and permeability;(3) The mineral origin and evolution of minerals and their influence on reservoir availability, sensitivity, and compressibility;(4) The rock mechanical characteristics and fracture propagation law of Gulong shale;(5) The shale oil products, phase change law and main control factors of adsorption and desorption conversion of Gulong shale oil;(6) The mechanism of shale oil-liquid, solid-liquid gas interaction and enhanced oil recovery. Three key research suggestions are proposed to realize the large-scale economic utilization of the Gulong shale oil as follows:(1) Deepen research on the mechanism of oil and gas generation and discharge, storage and transportation, to guide the selection of geological sweet spots of shale oil;(2) Deepen research on the compressibility and fracture initiation mechanism to support the selection of engineering sweet spots and optimization of engineering design;(3) Deepen research on the fluid interaction mechanism under reservoir conditions, os us to guide the optimization of development schemes and the selection of EOR technologies. 文摘Education quality has undoubtedly become an important local and international benchmark for education,and an institute’s ranking is assessed based on the quality of education,research projects,theses,and dissertations,which has always been controversial.Hence,this research paper is influenced by the institutes ranking all over the world.The data of institutes are obtained through Google Scholar(GS),as input to investigate the United Kingdom’s Research Excellence Framework(UK-REF)process.For this purpose,the current research used a Bespoke Program to evaluate the institutes’ranking based on their source.The bespoke program requires changes to improve the results by addressing these methodological issues:Firstly,Redundant profiles,which increased their citation and rank to produce false results.Secondly,the exclusion of theses and dissertation documents to retrieve the actual publications to count for citations.Thirdly,the elimination of falsely owned articles from scholars’profiles.To accomplish this task,the experimental design referred to collecting data from 120 UK-REF institutes and GS for the present year to enhance its correlation analysis in this new evaluation.The data extracted from GS is processed into structured data,and afterward,it is utilized to generate statistical computations of citations’analysis that contribute to the ranking based on their citations.The research promoted the predictive approach of correlational research.Furthermore,experimental evaluation reported encouraging results in comparison to the previous modi-fication made by the proposed taxonomy.This paper discussed the limitations of the current evaluation and suggested the potential paths to improve the research impact algorithm.
文摘750 kV substation of Riyue Mountain, Qinghai is a substation that annual average thunderstorm days are the maximum at the same volt- age level and altitude in the wodd. We detailedly described testing methods and steps of 6 characteristic parameters for grounding device of 750 kV substation by using 8000S comprehensive test system, and scientifically judged overall performance of the grounding device. Moreover, we espe- cially emphasized key and difficult points in testing process, providing reference for the majority of grounding test workers.

文摘Based on the special landscape and regional characteristics,the lightning location information from 1999 to 2008 and conventional observation data from 1971 to 2000 provided by electricity departments in Hebei Province were applied to analyze spatial and temporal distribution of lightning.With lighting disaster data since 2000 provided by meteorological department,and records from civil affair,statistics,insurance,and other departments,the lighting disaster distribution of Hebei Province was studied from aspects of economic and people losses,and some countermeasures for several lightning disasters industries were put forward.

文摘After the preliminary basic research on the problems encountered during the production period of Gulong shale oil in the Songliao Basin, NE China, and the scientific exploration, the special characteristics of Gulong shale oil in terms of reservoir space, phase distribution, flow pattern, and mineral evolution are proposed. The main results are as follows :(1) The source of organic matter, mechanism of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion, and key factors affecting shale oil abundance;(2) The types and structural characteristics of the reservoir and their contribution to porosity and permeability;(3) The mineral origin and evolution of minerals and their influence on reservoir availability, sensitivity, and compressibility;(4) The rock mechanical characteristics and fracture propagation law of Gulong shale;(5) The shale oil products, phase change law and main control factors of adsorption and desorption conversion of Gulong shale oil;(6) The mechanism of shale oil-liquid, solid-liquid gas interaction and enhanced oil recovery. Three key research suggestions are proposed to realize the large-scale economic utilization of the Gulong shale oil as follows:(1) Deepen research on the mechanism of oil and gas generation and discharge, storage and transportation, to guide the selection of geological sweet spots of shale oil;(2) Deepen research on the compressibility and fracture initiation mechanism to support the selection of engineering sweet spots and optimization of engineering design;(3) Deepen research on the fluid interaction mechanism under reservoir conditions, os us to guide the optimization of development schemes and the selection of EOR technologies. A successful development of Gulong shale oil requires global experts and scholars to contribute multidisciplinary innovative ideas and technical ideas to solve production problems.

文摘DCEP is the Chinese version of Central Bank Digital Currency(CBDC).It is the only legal digital currency in China and meets four conditions:(a)it is issued by the central bank;(b)it is digitized;(c)it is account and wallet based;(d)it is oriented towards the general public.As a retail central bank digital currency,it has three main technical features:a“tiered limit arrangement”(small-scale payments can be made anonymously while large-scale payments cannot),a“two-tier operating system”(as with the central bank-commercial bank traditional model),and a“dual offline payment system”(supporting both parties of the transaction).Compared with CBDCs in other countries,China’s DCEP has smaller economic impacts,more obscure strategic goals,and more scarce technical details.But its progress in testing is ahead of central banks of other countries.This article is based on public information and is intended to explain what DCEP is and why and how it was developed.It also offers suggestions for future research.

文摘Based on the programming method, an electromechanical coupling adaptive statically indeterminate truss structure is controlled for increasing its load capacity. Several main parameters during the process of design of the adaptive structure are selected for a study of its characteristic during the control stage. The curves of each parameter for the effect of control results are plotted and corresponding conclusions are drawn. Thus, the theoretical basis is presented for optimal design, manufacture and control of the adaptive structure.
文摘Characteristic town is an innovative development model of urban-rural integration.These small towns with certain characteristics play an important role in China’s economic transformation and urban-rural integration.Through literature search and field surveys,this article reports the existing theoretical achievements,including the conceptualization,significance of construction,and the research status of local/foreign characteristic towns.Besides,this article provides some practical suggestions towards the existing research problems and some reference for the planning and construction of characteristic towns.

文摘The paper introduces the performances of magnetostrictive actuators and its applications,discusses the design methods for the structure and internal magnetic circuit of a giant magnetostrictive actuator,and makes tests on the output displacement and force characteristics for an actuator using homemade magnetostrictive material.The experimental result shows that the actuator has satisfactory output precisions and ranges in transient and stable states,and can be used in low-frequency vibration control system of precise equipment.
