From the Subjectivity of Human Rights to the Universality of Human Rights——A Preliminary Interpretation of the Theory on the Subjectivity of Human Rights

Universality is one of the essential characteristics of human rights, but there is a substantive difference between idealism and realism in understanding the concept of universality of human rights. The concepts of radical universality and strong universality based on the concept of natural human rights are too idealistic and thus have a high risk of being alienated into a tool of international re-pression in practice. On the contrary, the theory on the subjectivity of human rights can effectively defuse this risk brought about by radical universality and strong universality. Advocating a transition from the universality of human rights to the subjectivity of human rights not only keeps in line with the actual construction process of international human rights, but can also effectively interpret the practical difficul-ties in the realization process of international human rights. Therefore, it can be used as another alternative theory on human rights beyond the theory of natural human rights.

Analysis of the Potential Value and Improvement of Gray Space in University Buildings: A Case Study of the New Campus of Hebei University of Engineering

As one of the more important spatial forms,"gray space" has the function of communicating indoor and outdoor spaces and enriching the spatial hierarchy.Taking the new campus of Hebei University of Engineering as an example,the paper demonstrates the potential value of gray space in university buildings combined with actual investigations and data research.Moreover,appropriate improvement methods are put forward,in order to make full use of gray space to facilitate the communication between teachers and students,to create a more humanistic caring and learning atmosphere of university campus,and to bring more diversified and rich learning and communication places to university students.

Reform and Practice of University Physics Experimental Teaching Based on OBE Concept

Aiming at the problems of unclear teaching objectives,obsolete content,and single method in the experimental teaching of university physics at our university,we have implemented a series of reform initiatives.It mainly includes clarifying the student-centered teaching objectives,optimizing the experimental content,innovating the teaching methods,improving the assessment and evaluation system,and improving the experimental conditions[1,2].After the implementation of the reform,the learning effectiveness of students has been significantly improved,the teaching level of teachers has been significantly enhanced,the curriculum system has been optimized,the efficiency of teaching management has been enhanced,and social recognition has been strengthened.Practice shows that the teaching reform based on the outcome-based education concept effectively improves the quality of university physics experimental teaching and lays the foundation for cultivating innovative talents.

Participation in the Concept or in the Event： Two Ways of Existence of Human Being

This paper discusses two alternative ways of existence of the human being： participation in the concept of reason and participation in the events of the world. It is argued that the traditional Western philosophy from Parmenides and Plato to R. Descartes, I. Kant, and G. Hegel can be described as the participation in the concept of reason. This tradition is characterized by the goal to assimilate the things of the world by concept of reason and in accordance with a project reason, to change the world. This led to the ecological catastrophe. We can overcome ecological catastrophe successfully only when we change the paradigm and shift to the paradigm of participation in the events of the world. The article is based on A. Badiou＇s conception of event which is contrasted with Descartes＇ conception of the event. Argumentation of the article shows the importance of B. Spinoza＇s monistic philosophy for our epoch, which is struck by the ecological disaster. This philosophy is not characterised by the war between things and thoughts, because both thoughts and things are attributes expressing the same God or Nature and are not in conflict with one another.

Ideological and Behavioral Characteristics and Change Rules of College Students in the New Era

As the basic category of ideological and political education research, college students' ideological and behavioral is also the logical starting point. Understanding and mastering the changes and laws of College students' ideological and behavioral is the premise and basis of doing well in ideological and political education. Based on this, firstly, a thorough study of the ideological and behavioral characteristics and changing laws of college students in the new era was made in this study;then its causes were analyzed from the aspects of economic development, network informatization and social environment;finally, some suggestions for the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students were proposed to explore a new ideological and political education method suitable for the characteristics of college students in the new era.

Contemporary Marxism and the Global Concept of the Universe

Having been developed in the way of concept extension, Marxism appears to be nowadays as the concrete-universal theory, in which originally imperfect transition program from abstract-universal to concrete-universal concepts of logic and sense is realized on materialistic foundation. This very program that was brought about in Karl Marx＇s ＂Capital＂ has not been sufficiently expressed in classical or contemporary philosophy. The base of this new Marxist philosophical form is not constructed by the terms of matter, movement, and development overall, but by the conception of the general naturally determined universal process of infinite movement from lower to superior forms of matter. We are aware of four of them： physical, chemical, biological, and social matter. Representing the eternal world as the progressive whole, modern materialism makes nature and proper place of each fundamental science understandable and helps to clarify the location and development future trends of the Man in the world.

新发展理念下普通高校专创融合体系构建与实践

高等教育以“立德树人”为办学宗旨,承担着“为党育人,为国育才”的重要历史使命。面对着长期以来我国高校培养的人才数量急剧攀升,人才因创新能力和实践能力不足遭到用人单位诟病的情况,该文以应用型高校渤海大学“双创”教育为例,分析普通高校创新创业教育面临亟待解决的问题,如“专创融合、思创融合虚化、产教融合泛化、专创融合协同育人弱化”等问题。构建新发展理念下的普通高校专创融合体系,经过8年探索与实践,形成四年一贯制的“三融合一协同五跨式”专创融合教育模式,打造了“3631”共生型创新创业教育生态系统、建设了“1+1+19+X”创新创业实践平台,提升了校校、校企、校地、校所协同的创新创业人才培养质量。

OBE理念下体育教育专业学生教学实践能力评价体系构建——以衡水学院为例

衡水学院体育教育专业学生的教学实践能力存在实践经验不足、理论与实践脱节、教学设计能力不足等问题。为客观全面地评价学生的教学实践能力,基于OBE理念,遵循科学性、客观性、可操作性和全面性原则,构建了体育教育专业学生教学实践能力评价体系,并对各项指标进行统计和权重分析。研究发现,一级指标中专业知识的掌握能力权重最高,说明学生在教学实践中必须具备扎实的专业知识基础;二级指标中师德修养能力权重最高,说明教师的职业道德和修养对学生的培养至关重要;三级指标中学生全面发展的关注能力权重最高,体现了学生综合能力全面发展的重要性。因此,学校应改革课程设置和教学计划,增加实践教学环节;教师应根据培养目标制定具体措施,培养学生各方面的能力,这样才能更好地培养和发展学生的教学实践能力。
