A Study on Typical Features of E-Discourse in Chinese

This study aimed to find the typical features of e-discourse of Chinese which are different from other literacy practices.It examined how younger groups of Chinese interact online through online chatting software(QQ) and studies the discursive linguistic strategies and features involved. The findings demonstrated how they adopted and adapted English to interact creatively and playfully in a context with spatio- temporal constraints(Werry 1996) in maintaining and establishing social contact, and to express their cultural identity through code- switching. The speech modifications and linguistic features provided evidence that within the context of Chinese e-discourse can be considered as important attributes of cultural identity.

功能语类的移位性特征与话题/主语优先的类型学差异——以英语there-be存现句和汉语领主属宾句的推导生成为例

英汉语的类型学差异源于功能语类上的移位性特征。英语主语的优先性源于功能语类T上EPP特征的必选性,因此必须先把主格名词置于动词词组之外的论元位置(spec-TP),而汉语话题的优先性则源于功能语类C上EF特征的必选性,因此先要把任何可作话题的有定成分移动到动词词组之外的非论元位置(spec-CP)。EF特征对于英语的功能语类C来说具有可选性,而EPP特征对于汉语的功能语类T来说具有可选性。基于不同探针可以同时探测的主张,汉语领主句内部构造的常态是显性话题+隐性主语,属于多重判断,而英语存现句表达的认知行为单一,只能是隶属简单判断的显性主语句。

试论外来词coffee的汉译特征

从coffee传入中国至今的28种汉译形式的嬗变入手,探究信、达、雅,音、形、义,情、理、法的翻译原则,以求归纳出外来词汉译形式变化与社会文化发展之间的相关规律。认为本土化是一个过程,是一个事物为了适应当前所处的环境而作的变化,也就是人们常说的入乡随俗。以黄伯荣、廖旭东《现代汉语》中对外来词的分类为依据,暂且把意译词归类为非外来词,将不同历史阶段coffee的多种汉译形式分为音译、部分音译部分意译或者音意兼译、音译后加注汉语语素、借形4类进行统计归纳,并探求其特征。

On the Contemporary Construction of the Chinese System of Academic Discourse

As an important academic issue, the contemporary construction of the Chinese system of academic discourse has attracted increasing attention in recent years. Questions needing further reflection and exploration are： What does the genesis and expansion of this topic actually mean？ Within what horizon can we reveal its fundamental nature and draw further conclusions？ What intellectual task will be presented to us in the course of fixing its direction？ An in-depth probe into these questions, that is, the core issue in the contemporary construction of the Chinese system of academic discourse, is how contemporary academic discourse can enter deep into the specific content ushered in by our historical practice, so that this content can be truly grasped intellectually and studied academically.

Mao Zedong Is the Great Founder, Explorer and Pioneer of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

As early as the revolutionary wars, Mao Zedong clearly pointed out the future path of the Chinese revolution： to go through the new democratic revolution and advance uninterruptedly into the stage of socialist revolution, and finally to build socialism and communism. After the founding of the People＇s Republic of China, he created and continuously improved the socialist economic system and the corresponding political system, led the large-scale socialist economic, political and cultural construction, established the institutional preconditions, ideological guarantees and material basis for socialism with Chinese characteristics, and brouglat about a favorable external environment for China＇s socialist construction. During this process, Mao originated a series of theories about China＇s socialist construction. In proposing to achieve the second combination of the universal truth of Marxism with China＇s realities and to go China＇s own way and explore a path of building socialism which suits China＇s national conditions and has Chinese characteristics, he madea great theoretical contribution to the history of China＇s socialist development. His ideas provided ample ideological gestation and theoretical preparation for the second historic leap of the sinicization of Marxism. They served not only as the starting point of the history and logic of the theory, road and system of socialism with Chinese characteristics but also as one of the guiding principles of China＇s revolution, construction and reform. Mao＇s exploration left us with experience of success and lessons from mistakes, both of which enabled us to store up valuable experience and important inspiration for today＇s construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, whether in terms of historical practice or theoretical logic, Mao is the great founder, explorer and pioneer of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

中国翻译理论史研究:“一体双层”模式建构

当理论研究发展到一定阶段,就需要进行必要的学术史梳理,以便回望来路,展望去路。近年来,中国翻译理论史研究正成为国内译学界研究的热点之一,以应对翻译学学科进一步发展的诉求。但与当前欣欣向荣的翻译史研究相比,国内的翻译理论史研究还较为薄弱。本研究聚焦中国翻译理论史研究模式的元思考,尝试以翻译理论史的4个要素——译论、翻译实践、译论者和社会为构成性的“一体”,从内层——心理层和外层——社会层以及相对应的两个跨学科视角——发生认识论和知识社会学作为阐释性的“双层”,建构一个研究和撰写中国翻译理论史的“一体双层”模式,并对该模式进行宏观与微观相结合的理论阐发和举例论证,最后对中国翻译理论史研究提出几点建议,特别是提出建立一个译学分支学科——“译论思想史”的设想。本研究希望能为中国翻译理论史的研究和撰写提供研究模式方面的可能途径,助力中国翻译理论史研究向纵深发展。

文化强国背景下中国学术话语权评价体系的构建与提升路径探析——以中国社会科学学科为例

[目的/意义]目前在文化强国战略背景下,我国学术话语权正处在重要的发展阶段,学术话语权评价有助于促进中国学术应对新时代发展的挑战,推动中国特色学术话语权国际化和本土化,明晰未来中国学术话语权发展的总体方向与具体举措。[方法/过程]本文采用文献与网络调研、比较研究、科学计量学等方法,系统地梳理了国内外学术话语权的基本理论、实践脉络,立足于中国学术话语权国内外发展实践,基于学术主体视角,参照相关学术成果评价指标体系,并对中国社会科学学科进行了实证研究,在此基础上,进一步思考和分析了提升中国学术话语权的现实路径。[结论/发现]中国学术话语权评价的核心要素主要由学术引领力、学术竞争力、学术创新力和学术传播力4部分组成,通过实证分析发现中国社会科学学科的多数学科在国际上的地位还比较低。最后提出了提升中国学术话语权国际影响和地位可从这4个方面进行全面提升。

建立中国特色法治建设激励制度研究

激励是法律的基本功能之一,建立中国特色法治建设激励制度对于完善中国特色社会主义法律规范结构、解决法治建设内生动力不足问题以及推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要意义。截至目前,我国已有多部法律法规对激励制度作出原则规定,且在激励制度的运用上积累了一定的经验,加之境外国家和地区也有成功经验可供借鉴,此时建立中国特色法治建设激励制度具有较高可行性。建立中国特色法治建设激励制度应当遵循科学化、体系化原则,精神激励为主、物质激励为辅原则,明确性、时机性原则以及程序公正、公开原则,而具体的制度设计和构建,则应当从选择激励的立法模式、确定激励的范围、增加激励的种类、优化激励的方式以及设置激励的程序等几个方面着手。

基于平行交互注意力网络的中文电子病历实体及关系联合抽取

基于电子病历构建医学知识图谱对医疗技术的发展具有重要意义,实体和关系抽取是构建知识图谱的关键技术。该文针对目前实体关系联合抽取中存在的特征交互不充分的问题,提出了一种平行交互注意力网络(PIAN)以充分挖掘实体与关系的相关性,在多个标准的医学和通用数据集上取得最优结果;当前中文医学实体及关系标注数据集较少,该文基于中文电子病历构建了实体和关系抽取数据集(CEMRIE),与医学专家共同制定了语料标注规范,并基于该文所提出的模型实验得出基准结果。
