Modern Spontaneous Evolution and Research Value of Construction System of Tibetan Dwellings in Aba County: A Case Study of Tieqiong Village in Waerma Town

Based on the field survey of dwellings in Tieqiong Village of Waerma Town in Aba County, northwest Tibetan area of Sichuan Province, this paper firstly introduced main characteristics of the construction system in the structure, materials and structural system, and analyzed changes in construction practices of various dwellings from traditional to modern time. Finally, it summarized characteristics of spontaneous evolution and research value of the construction system of dwellings in the northwest Tibetan area of Sichuan Province, with rammed earth wooden dwellings in upper and middle Aba areas as representatives.

中国社会心态研究的推进历程与未来展望——基于CiteSpace的文献计量学分析

社会心态作为国家治理现代化的关键变量,是检验社会治理效果的重要指标,对于维护社会稳定、创新社会治理具有重要价值与意义。本文采用CiteSpace软件以1986—2023年间收录于中国知网(CNKI)的3036篇社会心态研究文献作为研究对象进行知识图谱分析。研究表明:社会心态研究主要聚焦于社会转型背景下的社会心态、社会心态的治理与培育、大学生群体的社会心态、网络视域下的社会心态等,研究推进经历了萌芽阶段(1986—2005年)、起步阶段(2006—2013年)、发展阶段(2014—2016年)、繁荣阶段(2017—2019年)和爆发阶段(2020—2023年)等五个阶段。未来,应在社会心态研究的元问题、多元群体的社会心态研究、大数据背景下的社会心态研究以及社会心态治理路径等方面进一步展开研究。

The Emergence of Illiberal Democracy in the European Union:The Hungarian Case

In 2010,the Hungarian government established so-called“illiberal democracy.”Western courtiers have looked on with bewilderment over the past eight years at this political trajectory of Hungary.Some post-Communist countries that were committed to common European values,have already been implementing this illiberal democracy model.The perceived interests of the“nation”are taking centre stage and governments are subject to far fewer checks and balances.They are turning instead towards an alternative social,political,and economic model,in which the cultivation of traditional values and distinct national identities are of paramount ideological importance.This new model is frequently characterised by widespread,systematic state corruption,and an increasingly authoritarian political culture.The paper tries to shed light on the reasons of development of illiberal democracy in the European Union by examining the case in Hungary.Furthermore,the paper defines the price of partially giving up certain principles of liberal democracy,such as checks and balances,political pluralism,economic equality of market constituents,or the rule of law,in return of hoped greater economic and state efficiency.

A Curriculum Cluster Teaching Model of Software Engineering from the Metaverse Perspective

To solve the teaching difficulties,including hard cultivating engineering thinking,a reasonable transition of professional training,and deep cooperation of students,which impeded the cultivation effectiveness of students’ability to solve complex engineering problems,the paper proposed a Zongheng group teaching model of curriculum cluster based on projects.Firstly,from the perspective of Metaverse,and considering the professional,current teaching situation and learning situation,we analyzed the professional background and proposed the Zongheng group teaching model of curriculum cluster.Then,the connotation,teaching construction and implementation details are explained.After that,we summarized the teaching effect about the 2 years of exploration and practice in the major of software engineering at College of Computer and Information Technology in Mudanjiang Normal University,to clarify the effect of teaching reform.2 years of teaching practice shows that making full use of the advantages of curriculum cluster,Zongheng group and the project-based teaching method,the long-range training,in-depth student cooperation,and the students’ability of solving complex engineering problems are improved.

美国FDA医疗器械监管数字化转型的进展分析及eSTAR模板的应用

目的:深入剖析美国FDA数字化转型背景、组织架构、战略重点,在医疗器械监管方面的具体措施,以及在加强医疗器械上市前审查计划方面的进展,以期对我国信息化引领的医疗器械技术审评的现代化起到一定的启示作用。方法:对FDA近年来在数字化转型方面的战略规划及进展进行概述,重点介绍基于可扩展标记语言(Extensible Markup Language,XML)格式的eSTAR模板,分析所依托的语言优势,提高数据标准化、数据系统兼容性,便于数据读取处理分析,有效提高审评过程的一致性、完整性及效率。受理不仅是对资料完整性的审核,也是对数据格式/数据标准的筛选过程,经筛选纳入FDA内部数据库,以便后期调用及统计分析,将数据转化为监管工具。结果与结论:我国医疗器械技术审评注册申报信息化平台迭代升级和数据库构建,应积极应用先进的电子信息技术和基础设施,进一步优化上市前审查流程并节省时间和资源,促进数据读取处理分析共享,将监管数据转变为监管证据和监管新工具,加速数据驱动型数字化转型,提高服务响应速度,提升服务质量。

现代国家在基层公共服务中呈现何种建构逻辑?研究依托于现代国家与公共服务的理论分析,构建了“权力下沉与社会回应”的分析框架,透过桂西北A村寨消防的百年实践历程,揭示出基层公共服务中的国家建构逻辑。研究发现,村寨消防服务的供给是国家深刻作用于社会的结果,国家汲取性权力或回馈性权力的下沉,会引起社会产生正向或负向回应,进而形塑出公共服务的有效供给、自主供给、缺失供给和无效供给结果。在村寨消防公共服务中,现代国家将国家权力渗透于社会日常生活之中,激发出社会的内在活力,形成国家权力与社会活力互相增益的局面,呈现出“在渗透中激活社会”的现代国家建构逻辑。在中国治理场景中,应当重视公共服务在国家建构中的“双向车道”角色,实现国家与社会双向良性互动的现代国家建构。

Sustainable Use of Steel Industry Slag (SIS) for Concrete Production: A State Art of Review

This paper presents a review on the sustainable use of steel industry slag (SIS) in the construction industry for sustainable development. This issue also may contribute significantly to attain the sustainable development goal (SDG). If feasible sector is not determined earlier for the use of SIS for the country like Bangladesh then the unproductive uses will be increased and as well without large-scale utilization, direct dumping of SIS will create environmental hazards. On the other hand, the sustainable use of SIS in concrete production can contribute to the economic growth of the country;in addition, it can also contribute to keeping our natural environment safe from hazardous pollution. Another observation of this study is SIS used in cement and concrete production as aggregate or as additional cementing materials has a long-term strength and durability. Besides, replacement of cement with SIS deferred the hydration reaction at early ages, without any significant troubles. Furthermore, it can also be mentioned that high replacement of SIS with cement may raise a problem of volume instability which can be solved by using ground-granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS) as combined admixture and the slump problem of concrete mixtures can be adjusted with addition of copper slag or class F fly ash. Feasibility analysis of SIS usage and an awareness program for all the stakeholders may be implemented for the sustainable uses of SIS. Both of these will play a vital role to safeguard environment in addition to economic growth of the country.
