Party construction aesthetics is a valuable aesthetic resource formed in the practical exploration of rural revitalization,and it has logical compatibility with ideological and political education in terms of concepts,goals,tasks,etc.At present,comprehensive deepening reform has entered a deep-water zone,and some erroneous value orientations such as utilitarianism,emptiness,and liberalization are common in colleges and universities,and ideological and political education is caught in a new round of difficulties.As the main position of ideological and political education,colleges and universities should further use party construction aesthetics to strengthen and improve ideological and political education,adhere to the carrier of aesthetic education,carry out diversified integrated education,broaden the ideological and political practical teaching system,build a long-term mechanism for collaborative education of ideological and political education and party construction aesthetics,and fully integrate party construction aesthetics into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.

Significance,Path and Typical Cases of Integration of Grassroots Party Construction and Targeted Poverty Alleviation Team Construction in Colleges and Universities

The integration of party construction and poverty alleviation and development is an important form of achieving poverty alleviation in China. Based on the actual case of the integration of the party branch construction of the Institute of Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Development of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics and the construction of a third-party evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation,this paper elaborated the practical significance and integration path design of the grassroots party construction and targeted poverty alleviation thirdparty evaluation team construction in colleges and universities. Besides,it analyzed the typical case of the party branch in the process of building the party branch of the ' double leader' teachers in the national colleges and universities,and vigorously implementing the development of the party branch construction and the third-party evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation,and promoting double integration and double promotion. Finally,it came up with recommendations for further strengthening the development of the party branch construction and the thirdparty evaluation team for targeted poverty alleviation( including strengthening the party construction responsibility,promoting the solid foundation,promoting deep integration,strengthening mutual promotion,gathering poverty alleviation talents,and strengthen intellectual support),so as to form a new model of poverty alleviation through party construction and practicing the lofty purpose of serving the poor household wholeheartedly,and provide a useful reference for the grassroots party construction in China to promote poverty alleviation.

Construction of <i>k</i>-Variate Survival Functions with Emphasis on the Case <i>k</i>= 3

The purpose of this paper is to present a general universal formula for k-variate survival functions for arbitrary k = 2, 3, ..., given all the univariate marginal survival functions. This universal form of k-variate probability distributions was obtained by means of “dependence functions” named “joiners” in the text. These joiners determine all the involved stochastic dependencies between the underlying random variables. However, in order that the presented formula (the form) represents a legitimate survival function, some necessary and sufficient conditions for the joiners had to be found. Basically, finding those conditions is the main task of this paper. This task was successfully performed for the case k = 2 and the main results for the case k = 3 were formulated as Theorem 1 and Theorem 2 in Section 4. Nevertheless, the hypothetical conditions valid for the general k ≥ 4 case were also formulated in Section 3 as the (very convincing) Hypothesis. As for the sufficient conditions for both the k = 3 and k ≥ 4 cases, the full generality was not achieved since two restrictions were imposed. Firstly, we limited ourselves to the, defined in the text, “continuous cases” (when the corresponding joint density exists and is continuous), and secondly we consider positive stochastic dependencies only. Nevertheless, the class of the k-variate distributions which can be constructed is very wide. The presented method of construction by means of joiners can be considered competitive to the copula methodology. As it is suggested in the paper the possibility of building a common theory of both copulae and joiners is quite possible, and the joiners may play the role of tools within the theory of copulae, and vice versa copulae may, for example, be used for finding proper joiners. Another independent feature of the joiners methodology is the possibility of constructing many new stochastic processes including stationary and Markovian.

Understanding Trust Transfer in Construction Project Marketplace of China

Initial trust has been proved to be a crucial antecedent of Proper Risk Allocation(PRA)which benefits the improvement of construction project management.However,In the context of China,employer’s lack of trust in the unfamiliar contractor without prior trade experience is the main obstacle that prevents employer from using the RPA.The aim of this paper is to create a better understanding of a specific path of building trust named trust transfer.In this paper,we first reviews related literatures and sum up the main feature of the trust transfer from the other context(e.g.E-business),and proposed the conceptualization of trust transfer in construction project marketplace.And then,according the feature of the trust transfer,we describe the basic model of the trust transfer in the construction project marketplace including employer as the trustor,the third party(source)and the unfamiliar contractor as trustee(target),and the relationship between these three nodes.At last,we analyze the type of the third party and the relationship of the trust transfer in the context of construction project.

Constructing the three-qudit unextendible product bases with strong nonlocality

Unextendible product bases(UPBs)are interesting members of a family of orthogonal product bases.Here,we investigate the construction of 3-qudit UPBs with strong nonlocality.First,a UPB set in C^(3)■C^(3)■C^(3)of size 19 is presented based on the shift UPBs.By mapping the system to a Rubik’s cube,we provide a general method of constructing UPBs in C^(d)■C^(d)■C^(d)of size(d-1)^(3)+2d+5,whose corresponding Rubik’s cube is composed of four parts.Second,for the more general case where the dimensions of parties are different,we extend the classical tile structure to the 3-qudit system and propose the tri-tile structure.By means of this structure,a C^(4)■C^(4)■C^(5)system of size 38 is obtained based on a C^(3)■C^(3)■C^(4)system of size 19.Then,we generalize this approach to the C^(d1)■C^(d2)■C^(d3)system which also consists of four parts.Our research provides a positive answer to the open question raised in by Halder et al.[Phys.Rev.Lett.122040403(2019)],indicating that there do exist UPBs that can exhibit strong quantum nonlocality without entanglement.

橘枳之辩:新旧“一肩挑”与国有企业研发效率——来自中国A股国有企业的经验证据

选取2008—2020年沪深两市A股国有企业作为样本进行实证分析,考察新“一肩挑”(董事长兼任党委书记)与旧“一肩挑”(董事长兼任总经理)对企业研发效率的影响差异,分析二者关系的作用机理,并探讨经济政策不确定性与企业风险承担能力的异质性影响。研究结果表明:与旧“一肩挑”相比,新“一肩挑”会显著提高企业研发效率,具体而言,可以通过优化国有企业经营效率和董事会治理效率提升企业研发效率;在经济政策不确定性较高和风险承担能力较低的国有企业中,新“一肩挑”对企业研发效率的正向作用更显著;新“一肩挑”通过提高企业研发效率提升企业价值,且该提升作用具有持续性。

基于SM9的API KEY强安全应用方案

随着信息技术飞速发展,API在各种应用和服务中的重要性日益凸显,然而传统API KEY在应用中存在诸多安全风险。为此,提出一种基于SM9的API KEY强安全应用方案。首先,使用SM9对数据进行签名和验证;其次,引入可信第三方管理用户公私钥对,并结合随机状态码提高API KEY的安全性和可靠性;最后,与百度开放平台和FOFA网络空间测绘平台的API KEY应用安全性进行比较。实验表明,基于SM9的API KEY强安全应用方案具有数据完整性、来源可靠性、抗泄露攻击、抗重放攻击、抗CSRF攻击和抗暴力破解攻击等优点。
