Construction and Practice of First-Class Courses on Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching of Urban Overpasses

Virtual simulation experiment,as a new way to promote the digital transformation of education,has a broad development prospect and application value.The civil engineering experimental volume and space are huge,it has a long construction period,is highly dangerous,and is difficult to experiment with.In order to solve the contradiction between the traditional theory teaching of civil engineering and the engineering training of students,the construction of virtual simulation experimental teaching courses with a high degree of realism,intuition,and accuracy can be used as a useful supplement and innovation of experimental and practical teaching.This paper takes the virtual simulation experimental teaching course of urban overpasses as an example,introduces the necessity and practicability of the course construction,and describes the experimental principle structure of the course,the simulation scene design,the experimental teaching process,the experimental method,etc.The course has achieved good application results,and it has been recognized as the first-class virtual simulation teaching course of the Chongqing Municipal Government,which provides certain references to the construction of the same type of courses in the civil engineering profession.

Construction of University Librarian Team in the Context of Double First-Class Initiative

Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries.

The paper describes function,guiding ideology,and construction of discipline construction,based on giving a national-level professional research institute directly under the Ministry of Science and Technology,as an example. The theory of enterprise value management was applied to the performance evaluation of the discipline construction members in colleges and universities,and a value evaluation model of performance was established.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and quantitative research method,it evaluated the cost of the discipline construction members and the functions realized.Finally,it determined the performance value level and came up with the value optimization recommendations.

To build the top class of higher education by focusing on the goal of the“Double First-Class”,it needs to analyze the defect and deficiency and identify the demand for the training of the talent under the background of“Double First-Class”.Considering of those issues,it is suggested that building the curriculum system scientifically and rationally in following aspects:deepening the training objectives,professionalizing the structure and contents of the curriculum system,optimizing the content,enhancing the construction of practical education system and internationalizing the curriculum system.Also,with those aspects,a reference is provided for the cultivation of talents with innovative consciousness and ability to solve complex engineering problems under the background of the“Double First-Class”construction.

三级中医医院学科综合评价指标体系构建与应用

目的:建立三级中医医院学科综合评价指标体系,在优化学科评价机制的同时提高学科运行管理水平,推动医院学科高质量建设和发展。方法:通过文献分析法和德尔菲专家咨询法,构建多维度的指标体系;运用层次分析法确定指标权重。应用该指标体系对某三级中医医院21个学科进行评估。结果:三级中医医院学科综合评价指标体系包含7个一级指标、20个二级指标和50个三级指标。一级指标包括学术水平、学科队伍、科学研究、医疗服务、教育教学、条件建设、管理水平7个方面,权重分别为0.187、0.199、0.224、0.137、0.122、0.067和0.064,对应的二级指标中,权重最高的分别为学术影响(0.336)、学科带头人(0.527)、专利与成果转化(0.408)、医疗服务能力(0.522)、继续教育与学术传承(0.537)、辅助与质控体系(0.529)和组织管理(0.432)。应用该指标体系对医院21个学科进行实测分析,得分靠前的8个学科中,有7个为国家中医药管理局重点学科,与各学科实际情况基本符合。结论:本研究构建的学科评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和可行性,有助于引导中医医院内部开展学科及时评估,提升学科整体管理水平。

以南京中医药大学为例,重点阐述了学校中药学学科在坚持党的领导、人才引领、科技创新、立德树人、服务需求导向等方面的特色化举措与成效。学校以中国特色、世界一流为目标,以立德树人为根本任务,坚持目标和问题导向,以深化改革激发创新动力,坚持教育、科技、人才“三位一体”,以高质量发展推进中药学世界一流学科建设,为中药学的世界一流学科建设提供了借鉴和发展思路。

高校计算机人才培养:学科、课程、竞赛相关性研究

以2022版全国高校计算机类竞赛指数数据为基础,从不同视角分析其与学科、课程建设的相互关系。对照学科评估数据分析:理工、综合、师范类高校参赛积极、成绩突出;农林、人文社科类高校竞赛和学科建设同步良性发展,医药类高校参赛积极性偏低。从程序设计一流课程视角分析:一流课程建设发挥了积极作用,但建设高校过度集中。研究认为,计算机类竞赛不仅是衡量和促进计算机、软件工程类学科建设的一个有效尺度,也是促进各学科融合创新的有效平台,是引领广大地方本科院校“以赛促学、以赛促建”的生动实践。
