Exploration of the Construction of the National Scenic Byway around Mount Tai

On the basis of traffic,scenic byways can meet tourists’tourism and leisure,catering,accommodation,social,activities,resource protection and so on.In this paper,the concept,functions,characteristics and domestic and foreign research situation of scenic byways were summarized,and the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the national scenic byway around Mount Tai were analyzed.Besides,the route selection,function orientation,construction of supporting facilities,marketing management and construction projects were discussed.Finally,it is pointed out that the construction experience of the national scenic byway around Mount Tai will be used for the construction of national scenic byways in other provinces and autonomous regions,and the national scenic byway around Mount Tai and other national scenic byways will be connected to form the national scenic byway network.It is proposed that relevant departments of the state should formulate national standards,laws and regulations for scenic byways to regulate the construction and development of scenic byways.

Research on the Construction of Chinese National Park System Based on Sustainable Development Theory

To make full use of Chinese natural heritage resources and achieve their sustainable development, it is imperative and necessary to construct Chinese National Park System. Based on the theory of sustainable development and the connotation of national park, this paper will discuss the signifi cance of establishing Chinese National Park System and then propose some measures. Chinese National Park System can be constructed from four levels, including policy, management, economic and social levels, and through such ways as reconstructing the national conservation system, making laws and regulations, establishing planning system, setting up independent and specialized regulatory agency, adopting way of franchising, innovating funding investment mechanisms and establishing mechanisms of public participation.

Cultural Inheritance of Miao Nationality in Western Hubei under the Background of Beautiful Countryside Construction

Miao nationality is an ancient minority with rich culture and long history,especially for its handicraft art.The Miao nationality migrated to western Hubei still retain their own cultural customs and has also experienced the integration of Tujia nationality and Han nationality,with high research and inheritance value.Based on the policy guidance of beautiful countryside construction and all-for-one tourism transformation,combined with the theory of local landscape design,the ways to revitalize the economy and inherit the culture of traditional villages of ethnic minorities in western Hubei are explored,so as to provide the reference for construction and development of traditional villages in other regions.

On Chinese Civilization Being the Only Continued Civilization in the Viewpoint of the Modern National History Construction

Chinese civilization is the only ancient civilization thriving to this day seems to be a common view in the historical academia and Chinese society as well. Culture is a way that human beings actively adapt to the surroundings and keep consistence with environmental change. All cultures created by human beings are changing, so is the Chinese culture. The physical and cultural evolution presented by the archaeological discoveries and related historical researches show that Chinese culture is multi-sourced and multicultural. This is the secret for the Chinese culture to retain its vitality. Tropical and Subtropical Urban Landscape Plant Cultivation in Southwest China—A Case Study of Honghe Hani and Yi Nationality Autonomous Prefecture

By studying current seedling production in Honghe Hani and Yi Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, tropical and subtropical urban landscape plant production in southwest China was analyzed. Local nurseries total 6.40 km 2 , accounting for 5.1% of total constructed land area in the prefecture, and only 0.02% of the total land area in the prefecture. Application of local plant species in landscape engineering and green coverage ratio lags far behind the indexes of Chinese livable city and indexes of relieving urban heat island effect. By making proper policies and measures, seedling production can be promoted, rare and endanged wild plant species should be fully used to construct garden city, control PM2.5 and protect the living environment.

Ecoeconomic construction and sustainable development of natural scenery cities in China

As a country of rich natural resources, China has many beautiful natural scenery resorts. Due to rapid growth in tourism, cities of various sizes have been formed with the development of these scenery resorts. The rapid growth of these cities, while bringing benefits to local people, also produces some serious problems. In this paper, general introduction is given to the studies of natural scenery cities in China. Types and functions of scenery cities in China are discussed, and their relation to tourism and urban ecosystem is defined. Special attention is given to the local and nationality factors in the construction of these cities. The problems the people are now facing in the construction of the natural scenery cities are analyzed and solutions presented.

General review of National Digital Library development in the National Library of China

As an important part of National Digital Library(NDL),the National Digital Library Project(NDLP),which was launched in 2005,has attracted wide attention of the society in general.This paper introduces the general situation of the project from the following aspects,namely,the characteristics,objectives and contents.It also expounds on the basic ideas and the overall structure of the project and gives an introduction to the design of its basic platform,its application platform,its business management system and its standardization control system.In this paper,the digital resources construction and service delivery of the National Library of China(NLC)are introduced to cover both its present operation as well as those in conjunction with the opening of its new library building during its second-phase of library development.Finally,the most important and difficult point in the construction of the National Digital Library Project is analyzed from the following four perspectives:1)The long-term preservation of digital resources;2)the construction of knowledge organization system;3)the organic integration of the digital library and the traditional library;and 4)the risk of project management and system integration.

梯次推进:论学校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的一体化建设

教育作为继往开来、培基铸魂的基础工程,为中华民族共同体建设发挥着夯实基础、筑牢根基的重要作用。学校构建以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线的一体化教育体系格局,既要理论与实践相结合,更要遵循青少年心理发展和成长规律,形成不同学段纵向螺旋上升、不同学科横向融合贯通和不同部门协同发力的“一体化”教育网络。以“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”为导向的一体化育人体系,使教学、育人、管理体系有序衔接。要遵循学生心理发展并注重学生认知能力的梯次性,使教育内容循序渐进推进;以不同区域“试点引领、示范带动、以点带面”的形式,解决教育发展的不均衡问题;深入推进各学科融通、各学段贯穿的课程体系,实现教材和课程的一体化设计;通过梯次发挥全员、全过程、全方位育人的作用,深化“大思政”育人格局和“三全育人”综合改革工作。基于“四个维度”的梯次推进,助推学校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的内涵式发展。学校铸牢中华民族共同体意识就要一步一级逐渐提升,按照梯次推进的理念不断积累以达千里之远。

文化领导力概念框架与我国文化领军人才培养

新时期文化人才尤其是文化领军人才的培养是文化领域的基础性关键性问题。文章首先采用元分析方法,通过文化领导力相关研究的收集和整理,系统梳理文化领导力演进的3个领域、3个阶段和3个维度,进而全面调研全球代表性文化领导力培训项目和文化领导力学位项目。在此基础上,从文化机构、文化领域、公共领域等文化领导力的3个发力场域,以及管理能力、治理能力、参与能力等文化领导力的3类核心能力出发,初步建构文化领导力的概念框架,并对文化领导能力目标进行分解。研究发现:文化领导能力的培养,除文化领导者个人的教育背景、实践经历、人格魅力之外,主要通过文化领导力知识体系的学习来促成;全球代表性文化领导力培训项目和学位项目展示了这一知识体系3个面向、6类知识的整体框架。文章从培养目标、知识体系和培养方式3个方面讨论国际文化领导力研究和实践项目对我国新时期文化领军人才培养的启示,提出可以将培育文化领导力视作我国文化领军人才培养的整体目标和分解目标,搭建了包括知识面向和知识分类两个维度的知识体系框架,指出开展分类别、分层次、精设计、高水准、高强度、全脱产的专业培训是培养我国文化领军人才的基本方式。

科技自立自强视域下国家创新体系效能建设与提升——以长三角区域为例

国家创新体系效能建设与提升对实现高水平科技自立自强至关重要。文章以长三角区域为例,运用VIKOR方法评价长三角区域创新体系的整体效能,以实现高水平科技自立自强为目标构建了区域创新体系效能评价模型。研究表明:长三角区域创新体系效能自2016年以来呈逐年递增趋势;影响各省市创新体系效能建设与提升的因素不同,R&D经费支出对上海市有影响,创新平台对江苏省影响最大,研发机构—企业协同创新影响浙江省创新体系效能,对安徽省而言则是高校—企业协同创新。文章为提升长三角区域创新体系效能找到了着力点,并对创新体系效能建设与提升提出政策建议。

理工类综合院校区域国别人才培养模式及课程建设探究

在“一带一路”倡议不断深入推进的背景下,探索建立具有新时代中国特色的区域国别人才培养模式及课程建设范式是当前我国高校面临的迫切任务。基于此,分析当前我国高校区域国别人才培养的现状及存在的问题,以理工类综合院校为例,着重对该类院校区域国别人才培养模式、课程建设体系、师资及平台建设方面进行探讨,以期为我国高校区域国别人才培养模式的分类建构及具体实施提供参考。

文明韧性、国家韧性与中华民族共同体建设

在我国政治学语境下,韧性理论围绕治理现代化意义上长治久安、和谐共生的政治系统愿景而建构,治理韧性的本质属性与目标则可以理解为政治治理体系效能较强,以及国家与社会各领域的自主性发展与运行形成较强的生命力、抗逆力、复原力与可持续发展性。中国以文明型国家的国家传统,形成以国家、社会、民族相互塑造而延续千年不辍的韧性,韧性的理念深度蕴含在中华文明品质与国家建设中。中华文明的五大特性对中华文明所蕴含的文明韧性作出了最好的阐释,而“两个结合”为我国的政治现代化如何汲取文明韧性,以中华民族现代文明引领中国式现代化的持续发展指明了基本原则与实践方向。中华文明韧性与中国国家韧性的叠加,形成中华民族共同体的韧性。以文明韧性为基底、以国家韧性为依托、以共同体韧性为目标,在中国式现代化进程中进一步探索更丰富和更具韧性的治理路径,是推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的题中应有之义。在中国式现代化进程中展开的国家治理,不断汲取中华文明的韧性因素,持续建设韧性国家,从而能够塑造对抗现代性风险的韧性政治,其经验可为人类现代化建设提供中国智慧。

“双一流”背景下资源勘查工程一流专业建设与探索

随着深入实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略,高等教育必然要担当起新的使命和时代重任,而专业建设是高等教育体系的重要支柱,是人才培养的基础平台,资源勘查工程专业关系着我国能源资源安全,为此,在充分分析河南理工大学资源勘查工程专业建设基础上,查找目前存在的问题,对标“一流专业”和“新工科”建设要求,结合河南理工大学特色优势,探索“双一流”背景下资源勘查工程专业的建设路径,总结取得的一些成效,以期进一步促进资源勘查工程专业内涵式发展,同时为我国其他兄弟院校相关专业建设提供借鉴,为实现地球科学强国目标贡献科技和人才力量。
