This article aims to make an introduction to the construction of China's higher education libraries, especially the recent three decades' achievements since China's reform and opening-up in 1978. In this article, the authors draw a general picture of the development of libraries in China's higher education institutions, covering such eight aspects as management, types and positioning,organizational structure and personnel, expenditure and buildings, reader service, building and sharing of resources as well as automation system.

In France,the field of lifelong learning has undergone many changes since 2014 according to the laws that have been promulgated[Law No.2014-288 of 5 March 2014 on vocational training,employment and social democracy https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=-JORFTEXT000028683576&categorieLien=id;Law n°2018-771 of September 5,2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000037367660&categorieLien=id.].While the reform on vocational training for employment and social democracy finalized the decentralization of vocational training by giving regions the means for a more coherent action and placed them as a pilot for the construction of training policies,the recent law for the freedom to choose one's professional future recentralises the regulation of continuing vocational training and sandwich courses.This development will not fail to impact the governance of the CFA,especially those of Higher Education anchored in the small territories.Faced with this major structural issue in the specific context of a small island economy,the University Center for Apprenticeship Training in the Corsican region strives,for a decade,to contribute to the enhancement of the professional integration of work-study students from the University of Corsica,by the development and the durability of determining factors characteristic of a small territorial area in search of structuration[Specially:increased employability and quality of professional integration of its human capital,demonstrated growth in the level of skills acquisition in line with the needs expressed by local socio-economic actors,transfer of relevant knowledge through the learning process,active incentive to entrepreneurial capacity.].After having highlighted the qualitative results resulting from the activity dynamics of the CFA University in Corsica,this contribution will analyze the perspectives drawn from the exemplary nature of the latter in the context of a new law that is supposed to contribute to the regional structuring of a knowledge and competence economy.

Solutions to Efficient Provision of Accommodations for Universities in China

Chinese universities are facing a series of challenges in their accommodations, of which a predominant one is how to provide both students and staff with enough accommodations of a large scope and good quality in good time and with limited budgets. In order to find applicable approaches to solve this problem, the current situations of the Chinese higher education reform and the resulted rapid growth of student numbers whereby the requirement of lodgings is greatly increased are discussed. It is elucidated that in providing enough accommodations for staff and students, Chinese universities are confronted with difficulties including demand too big, lack of funding support, time limitation and incapability in both project management and facilities management. Industrialized building approach is demonstrated to be a desirable access to build large quantities of accommodations of good quality in limited time, and Private Financial Initiative (PFI) appears to be a prosperous solution to the fund shortage. Regarding project and facilities management, qualified professionals are available by either employing exterior consultants or training related staff of universities for such occupations.

The Assessment of Higher Education Quality from the Perspective of Students through a Case Study Analysis

The assessment of quality in higher education from the perspective of students has three dimensions:students’assessment of teaching,students’satisfaction and students’learning engagement.These differ in conceptions of quality,evaluation methods,evaluation content,evaluation purposes,traits and priorities.The authors conducted three rounds of empirical investigations to study higher education quality assessment from students’perspective and concluded that students play multiple roles in higher education evaluation and assessment,all of which can be improved by strengthening students’objectivity and participation,evaluating the added value of a college education oriented to student development and taking the students’perspective as an important way to contribute to higher education quality enhancement,assurance and control,and make proper use of higher education evaluations and assessments.

高等教育法律体系有助于妥善处理高等教育内外部关系、推进高等教育治理现代化以及有效抵御与规避高等教育发展风险。高等教育强国建设的法律保障体系主要由高等教育法律体系的元结构、层级结构和法治结构组成,以制度-主体-资源、结构-质量-效益、公平-自由-开放等方面为主要保障内容。为此,我们应坚持以党的领导为法律保障体系建构的政治方向、以人民为中心为法律保障体系建构的根本原则、以人的自由全面发展为法律保障体系建构的价值追求、以支撑引领中国式现代化为法律保障体系建构的根本目标,综合考量、系统设计,建成横向、纵向贯通的面向2035年高等教育强国法律保障体系。

情景模拟联合Seminar教学法在高职高专五官科护理学中的应用

目的对情景模拟联合Seminar教学法在高职高专五官科护理学中的应用进行探讨。方法选取2019年5月—2020年1月间菏泽家政职业学院的五官科护理学中的47名学生,随机分为两组,一组为对照组采取传统教学法,一组为试验组进行情景模拟联合Seminar教学法。结果试验组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生的理论考试和实际操作的能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的临床思维能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的提高自主学习能力满意度评分、促进专科知识掌握满意度评分、激发学习兴趣满意度评分、认可教学方法满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的自我管理评分、学习合作能力评分、学习动机评分、信息素质评分以及自主学习能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在五官科护理教学过程中实行情景模拟联合Seminar教学法可以提高学生的理论考试成绩和实际操作的能力,同时还能提升教学满意度。

高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价体系构建研究

课程思政效果评价作为学校课程思政建设的关键环节,为提升育人质量提供重要的实践反馈和策略指向。分析高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价体系的现状,发现其存在评价指标不够科学、评价方法单一及评价结果缺乏实践应用等现实困境。针对其困境,构建了以学生为中心,以校内评价为内环,校外评价为外环的评价主体模型,并从认知、情感、价值和行为4个维度出发,构建了包含认知提升、情感认同、价值取向、行为塑造4个一级指标,18个二级指标的高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价指标体系,并对体系的各指标进行赋值,为高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价体系的构建与完善提供借鉴参考。
