Research on Translation Strategies of Political Texts for International Publicity from the Perspective of Eco-Translatology

Eco-translatology provides a new perspective and methodology for the international publicity translation of political texts.This paper applies the viewpoint and methodology of eco-translatology,focuses on the three-dimensional transformation of language,culture,and communication,and discusses how translators can adapt to the eco-environment of political texts through the specific example of the keynote speech of China’s president at the opening ceremony of the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation and select suitable translation strategies and techniques to achieve an ecological balance of the target text in multiple dimensions.

Speeding Up the Transformation of the Operational Mechanism And Further Developing the International Market

According to customs statistics, China’s exports of machinery and electric products in 1996 were worth US$ 48.21 billion, an increase of 9.9 percent over the preceding year, and 8.4 percent higher than the growth rate of the nation’s total exports. The proportion of machinery and electric product exports in the nation’s total foreign trade volume\ increased from 29.5 percent in 1995 to 31.9 percent in 1996, a growth at 2.4 percent.

Enhancement of Audit Closed-Loop Management for Optimal Audit Results Transformation

The process of converting audit findings into actionable improvement measures within an enterprise is pivotal for achieving the“value-added”objective of internal audits and fostering sustainable business development.By elucidating the definition and significance of transforming internal audit results,this study underscores the imperative of applying and effectively converting these findings.Additionally,it seeks to streamline the value assessment framework for internal audit result transformation and delineates key factors that impede this transformation.Furthermore,this study explores strategies to bolster the closed-loop audit management system and outlines specific methods for enhancing the transformation of internal audit results within the enterprise,thereby contributing to its overall progress.

A Study on the Effects of Internal Heat Generation on the Thermal Performance of Solid and Porous Fins using Differential Transformation Method

In this study,the impacts of internal heat generation on heat transfer enhancement of porous fin is theoretical investigated using differential transform method.The parametric studies reveal that porosity enhances the fin heat dissipating capacity but the internal heat generation decreases the heat enhancement capacity of extended surface.Also,it is established that when the internal heat parameter increases to some certain values,some negative effects are recorded where the fin stores heat rather than dissipating it.This scenario defeats the prime purpose of the cooling fin.Additionally,it is established in the present study that the limiting value of porosity parameter for thermal stability for the passive device increases as internal heat parameter increases.This shows that although the internal heat parameter can help assist higher range and value of thermal stability of the fin,it produces negative effect which greatly defeats the ultimate purpose of the fin.The results in the work will help in fin design for industrial applications where internal heat generation is involved.

Influence of temperature rate on transitory internal friction during reverse martensitic transformation for Ti_(50)Ni_(27)Cu_(23) alloy

Internal friction （IF） spectra during reverse martensitic transformation from 35 to 135°C at different temperature rates of 0.5,0.75,and 1°C/min for Ti50Ni27Cu23 shape memory alloy （SMA） samples were measured with a dynamic mechanical analyzer,respectively.The IF spectra were characterized by IF peak increasing progressively and peak shifting toward high temperature with an increase in temperature rate.An iterative approach was used to calculate the precise intrinsic and approximate transitory IF contributions to the normal IF spectrum.The quantitatively analyzed results indicate that the transitory IF of this alloy is nonlinearly dependent on the temperature rate and obeys a power law with a power coefficient of 0.55.The predicted and experimental IF spectra at different temperature rates of 0.75 and 1°C/min agree well with each other,respectively.

A MICROMECHANICS CONSTITUTIVE MODEL FOR PURE DILATANT MARTENSITIC TRANSFORMATION OF ZrO2 CONTAINING CERAMICS

A new micromechanics constitutive model for pure dilatant transformation plasticity of structure ceramics is proposed in this paper.Based on the thermodynamics,micromechanics and microscale t→ m trans- formation mechanism analysis of the TZP and PSZ ZrO2-containing ceramics,an analytic expressions of the Helmholtz and complementary free energy of the constitutive element for the case of pure dilatant transforma- tion is derived for the first time in a self-consistent manner.By the analysis of energy dissipation in the for- ward and reverse transformations,the mieromechanics constitutive law is derived in the framework of Hill-Rice’s internal variable constitutive theory.

A new method for the estimation of oceanic mixed-layer depth using shipboard X-band radar images

Shipboard X-band radar images acquired on 24 June 2009 are used to study nonlinear internal wave characteristics in the northeastern South China Sea.The studied images show three nonlinear internal waves in a packet.A method based on the Radon Transform technique is introduced to calculate internal wave parameters such as the direction of propagation and internal wave velocity from backscatter images.Assuming that the ocean is a two-layer finite depth system,we can derive the mixed-layer depth by applying the internal wave velocity to the mixed-layer depth formula.Results show reasonably good agreement with in-situ thermistor chain and conductivity-temperature-depth data sets.

CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERNAL FRICTION AND MODULUS ASSOCIATED WITH NON-EQUILIBRIUM DIFFUSION-TYPE PHASE TRANSFORMATION IN EUTECTOID Al-Zn ALLOY

The characteristics of the low frequency internal friction and the modulus effect associated with the non-equilibrium spinodal pretransformation and the following discontinuous trans- formation was investigated in an as-quenched eutectiod Al-Zn alloy.It was observed that the loss of the stability in the lattice,which corresponded to the large-amplitude long-wavelength static concentration wave in the non-equilibrium spinodal pretransformation,did not induce any effect of localized soft modulus.Although there are two aging internal friction peaks in phase transformation which correspond to the appearance and disappearance of the coherency in spinodal pretransformation and the maximum of the interface area in the discontinuous transformation respectively,the effect of localized soft modulus did not take place yet.

Estimation of the Reflection of Internal Tides on a Slope

Reflection occurs when internal tides impact on a steep continental slope. Separating reflected internal tide signals from incident ones is crucial to develop the parameterization of internal tide-driven turbulent mixing on the continental slopes. In this study, the performances of three different methods for estimating internal tide reflections are examined by using two different cases. The Hilbert transform-based method is found to be more suitable than two other methods for both cases considered in this study. The two other methods are effective for westward-propagating mode-1 internal tides impacting a slope, but inappropriate in the case where internal tides radiate from a Gaussian ridge impact the slope because of their inaccurate estimation of incident internal tides in the latter case. Such inaccurate estimation further influences the extraction of reflected signals and calculation of the reflected and cross term of energy fluxes. In addition, it should be noted that, due to the use of filtering, the method based on Hilbert transform may result in slight bias when assessing the incident and reflected signals near topographic features.

Construction of 3D Shape-Changing Hydrogels via Light-Modulated Internal Stress Fields

The 3D shape-changing hydrogels are highly pursued for numerous applications.However,up to now,the construction of complex 3D shape-changing hydrogels remains a challenge.The reported design strategies are mainly applied to fabricate 2D ones by introducing anisotropic microstructures into hydrogel sheets/membranes.Herein,we present a convenient photolithography strategy for constructing complex 3D shape-changing hydrogels by simultaneously modulating anisotropic microstructures and internal stress fields of gel sheets.When the precursor solution containing ultraviolet(UV)absorber is irradiated by single-side UV light,the attenuated polymerization rate can cause the generation of asymmetric internal stress field in the resulting hydrogel sheet.In the meantime,the directional diffusion of unpolymerized monomers allows for the formation of vertical gradient structure within hydrogel.Therefore,by applying different photomasks to modulate the local gradient structures and internal stress fields of the gel sheets,they can spontaneously transform into various complex 3D shape-changing hydrogels in the air.Response to the external stimuli,these 3D shape-changing hydrogels(e.g.,fighter plane,birdie,and multi-storey origami lattices)can deform in a novel 3D_(1)-to-3D_(2)-to-3D_(3)mode.This new design strategy contributes to the development of complex biomedical implants and soft robotics.

Nonlinear Dynamics of Viscoelastic Pipe Conveying Pulsating Fluid Subjected to Base Excitation

Based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory and Kelvin-Voigt model,a nonlinear model for the transverse vibration of a pipe under the combined action of base motion and pulsating internal flow is established.The governing partial differential equation is transformed into a nonlinear system of fourth-order ordinary differential equations by using the generalized integral transform technique(GITT).The effects of the combined excitation of base motion and pulsating internal flow on the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the pipe are investigated using a bifurcation diagram,phase trajectory diagram,power spectrum diagram,time-domain diagram,and Poincare map.The results show that the base excitation amplitude and frequency significantly affect the dynamic behavior of the pipe system.Some new resonance phenomena can be observed,such as the period-1 motion under the base excitation or the pulsating internal flow alone becomes the multi-periodic motion,quasi-periodic motion or even chaotic motion due to the combined excitation action.

国际数字化转型框架研究:比较与镜鉴

数字化转型框架是转型实践中的理论模型和方法工具,有利于引导组织机构明确战略愿景、核心使命,以及实现转型目标的核心场景、动力机制和关键能力,最终帮助组织机构制定转型行动计划。以国际上75个有关企业(37个)、政府(15个)和教育(23个)三类数字化转型框架为研究样本,采用NVivo12质性分析软件分别对三类数字化转型框架进行编码。在词频和聚类编码分析、比较的基础上,探讨了三类数字化转型框架的共性和个性特征。研究发现,三类数字化转型框架的共同关键行动域是“数字战略和规划、数字技术和数据、数字人才和文化、数字信息安全与伦理、数字生态系统”;在个性特征方面,企业数字化转型框架关注客户需求和创新商业模式;政府数字化转型框架注重利用数据革新公共服务模式及其流程;教育数字化转型框架聚焦在培养师生数字素养方面。镜鉴国际经验,基于数字文明时代、转型内涵、框架特征、行动要素、实践逻辑五大视域构建了教育数字化转型框架,框架应用的成效和转型智慧的涌现,必须彰显“使用者设计”,遵循“自发秩序原理”和教育数字化转型的底层逻辑。

从国际经验到本土实践:我国职业教育数字化转型的破局之法

数字化转型已成为我国教育领域应对技术快速变革的优先选项。剖析八个国家或组织的职业教育数字化转型建设经验,抽取高等职教数字化转型的典型策略;结合我国转型困局,以国内案例为对象,阐述当前职教数字化转型的实践图谱与布局特征。将我国职业教育数字化转型破局之法概括为五链十五步交叉围合转型方略,包括:强化管理链的统筹作用,完善政策与制度升级;推进技术链的基础作用,保障设施与资源输出;打造教育链的核心作用,拓展教学与学习服务;协同企业链的驱动作用,践行共建与共享体系;坚持人才链的引领作用,创新培养与建设目标。以教育链与企业链为横向破局之式,以技术链与人才链为纵向破局之式,以管理链为四链围合之式,为我国职业教育数字化转型提供理论支撑和实践策略。

交通出行提质推动城市转型升级——中国城市交通发展论坛第34次研讨会

城市交通发展重点由增量建设转入存量优化阶段,通过优化城市既有交通设施提升居民出行品质,是适应新时代城市交通需求、助力城市发展转型升级的必然要求。中国城市交通发展论坛于2023年12月11日在天津市举办了2023年第4次(总第34次)常规研讨会,主题为“交通出行提质推动城市转型升级”,聚焦高质量发展目标下城市交通面临的机遇与挑战、新趋势与战略思路、发展路径和关键举措。与会嘉宾围绕面向2035年中国城市交通发展战略、传统商业街区更新的经验与路径、建设国际消费中心城市、天津和广州高质量发展转型的实践案例等展开研讨,提出多项城市交通转型升级和城市高品质宜居发展策略。本次论坛由中国城市交通发展论坛组委会主办,天津市城市规划设计研究总院有限公司承办。

企业数字化转型、人力资本与内部薪酬差距

企业是推动数字技术发挥经济效应的重要微观主体,也是平衡资本和劳动分配关系的关键所在。基于2009—2019年中国A股上市公司的数据,运用Python爬虫技术评估了上市公司的数字化转型程度,实证研究了数字化转型对企业内部薪酬差距的影响及其作用机制。实证分析发现,数字化转型对企业高管与员工之间的收入差距具有显著的扩大效应。机制分析结果表明,数字化转型会通过提升员工人力资本水平缩小企业内部收入差距,也会通过提升管理层人力资本水平扩大企业内部薪酬差距。异质性分析发现,数字化转型对低议价能力企业与非技术密集型企业内部薪酬差距的影响更大。进一步分析表明,企业数字化转型产生超额薪酬差距的原因在于员工薪酬涨幅小于管理层。因此,数字经济时代,为实现企业数字化转型与收入分配的相对公平,政府应推动劳动力知识技能升级,优化劳动力结构,充分发挥人力资本在推动企业内部收入分配公平方面的作用,进而缩小企业内部收入差距。

数字时代企业的业财融合与组织韧性研究

数字时代组织的形式、边界和运营方式发生了重大转变,企业的外部经营环境也面临着宏观环境不确定性、风险突发性、多变性等多重考验,这使得组织韧性成为管理与实践领域新的研究重点。基于此,本文将业财融合这一数字时代新兴的管理模式上升至组织战略层面,基于2006—2021年中国沪深A股上市公司数据,采用双向固定效应模型实证检验业财融合对组织韧性的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明:业财融合能够提升组织韧性;业财融合对高数字化转型程度企业、CEO具有财务背景企业、高业务复杂度企业组织韧性的提升作用更显著;业财融合通过加强内部控制质量和提高投资效率提升组织韧性。本文的研究结论对企业在数字时代提升组织韧性和克服传统风险管理所面临的问题具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。

企业数字化转型能否降低劳动力成本粘性——基于内部控制的考察

在全球数字经济的大浪潮下,数字化转型对企业的经营管理及成本费用产生了深刻影响。利用2010—2021年我国A股上市公司的样本数据,构建企业数字化转型指标,探究企业数字化转型对劳动力成本粘性的影响效应及机制。研究发现:企业数字化转型有利于提高内部控制质量,从而降低了企业劳动力成本粘性;异质性分析表明,数字化转型对劳动力成本粘性的影响在非国有企业、衰退期企业、劳动密集型企业以及东中部地区企业更明显;进一步检验发现,企业数字化转型对降低劳动力成本粘性具有长期抑制作用,主要体现在用工粘性而非薪酬粘性,且主要影响普通员工而非高管;企业数字化转型还能够更好地提高劳动力成本经济效率。本研究揭示了数字化转型对企业成本性态的影响机理,为实现数字经济与实体经济高质量协同发展提供了现实指导。

数字化转型能提升国有企业资本配置效率吗?

进入数字经济时代,数字化转型已成为国有企业高质量发展的必经之路。在此背景下,探究数字化转型与资本配置效率之间的内在逻辑关系,对增强国有企业活力和提升国有企业资本效率具有重要理论和实践意义。以2009-2021年沪深A股上市的非金融国有企业为样本,从外部成本以及内部治理两个层面实证检验数字化转型对国有企业资本配置效率的影响效果及作用机制。结论说明:1)数字化转型能够显著改善国有企业资本要素错配,提升国企资本配置效率。2)机制分析表明,数字化转型能通过缓解信息不对称、降低代理成本以及改善融资约束,优化国有企业资本要素配置。3)从市场、政府以及国有企业自身层面来看,首先数字化转型在一定程度上能替代外部不完备的资本市场。在资本市场发育程度较低环境中,数字化转型更能改善国有企业资本要素错配。其次较高的财政补贴隐含过多的政策性负担,弱化数字化转型对国有企业资本效率提升效果。最后在较高水平内部控制环境中,数字化赋能显著提升国企资本配置效率。研究有助于深化数字化转型赋能国有企业资本配置效率的效果和机制,为探究我国国有企业高质量发展提供学理依据及决策参考。

新时代背景下数字技术赋能国际贸易高质量发展的创新路径

新时代背景下,数字技术为推进国际贸易高质量发展提供了赋能作用,具体表现为数字化赋能对外贸易范围拓宽、国际贸易成本缩减、国际贸易模式创新。目前,受法律法规、专业人才、设施建设、贸易壁垒、国际合作等因素影响,数字技术赋能国际贸易高质量发展的效用并不明显。据此,本文从加快政策法规建设步伐,稳步扩大数字经济发展规模;培育高质量数字贸易人才,突破“受制于人”发展困局;积极创新数字贸易技术,不断优化数字基础设施建设;持续深化数字贸易对外开放,适当放宽数字跨境流动限制;推动数字技术和产业深度融合,加快产业数字化转型步伐等方面提出具体建议。
